在本实施例中,吸烟信息包括戒烟者抽烟的次数以及是否在抽烟。当戒烟装置处于正常抽烟状态时,烟气会经过过滤组件7然后再进入人口中,过滤组件7将烟气中的有害物质进行过滤,降低对人体的伤害,同时可以去掉烟气中的部分糙味,使烟味更醇;当抽烟的次数超过预设的抽烟量时,控制电路板6控制戒烟装置处于非正常抽烟状态,此时,当吸烟感应模块5检测到戒烟者使用本戒烟装置抽烟时,控制电路板6控制干扰组件4开启,从而刺激戒烟者的感官,对戒烟者的抽烟行为进行干扰,使得戒烟者在非正常抽烟状态下抽起来 很别扭、不舒服,因而不愿意吸烟,从而达到控制抽烟的目的。而且抽烟过程中产生的烟油也不会影响干扰组件4的工作效率,经久耐用,使用方便。
在本实施例中,干扰组件4为电控发光机构,电控发光机构为环绕设置于外壳1外侧的LED灯带41,LED灯带41与控制电路板6电连接。当吸烟感应模块5感应到有吸烟动作时,控制电路板6给LED灯带41上电。当戒烟者咬到吸嘴部2的吸嘴21时,LED灯带41上的LED灯珠411发出的光正好照射到戒烟者的眼睛,造成明显的感官不适,迫使戒烟者停止抽烟。为了加强效果,LED灯珠411可以按一定频率闪烁,这样可以让戒烟者的眼睛感到更加不适,更进一步迫使戒烟者停止抽烟。
LED灯带41由规则排列的LED灯珠串成,360
°环绕外壳1,这样不论戒烟者如何转动外壳1,总有灯光在本戒烟装置处于不能正常抽烟状态时照到抽烟者的眼睛。
进一步优选地,吸烟感应模块5为接触开关、气体流量传感器、电容感应器、接近开关以及红外收发器中的一种或多种。
具体地,当吸烟感应模块5为接触开关时,接触开关设置于烟嘴部3的插腔内,当插腔里面没有插香烟31时,接触开关处于开路状态;插腔里面插了香烟时,接触开关的弹片被香烟31挤压而处于短路状态。接触开关从开路状态变为短路状态再变回开路状态且短路状态保持的时间在3分钟以上就认为抽了一支烟,虽然这种判断方法不是100%准确,但差错率很低,小于5%。
当吸烟感应模块5为气体流量传感器时,气体流量传感器设置于吸嘴部2内,气体流量传感器可以感应到吸嘴部2的吸嘴21的吸气动作。如果只用气体流量传感器,一支接着一支抽的时候不容易判断出抽了多少支,因为烟有粗细长短的差异,每个人的肺活量不同,吸一口烟的烟气量可能有比较大的差异, 判断存在一定误差。但结合时间数据进行判断,可以排除掉大部分误判的情况,因此总的误差较小,在10%以内,仍能够大致实现预定的控烟要求。
当吸烟感应模块5为电容感应器时,电容感应器设置于吸嘴部2内。由于人体相当于一个电容,而人体是导电的,所以当戒烟者咬到吸嘴21时,电容感应器会感应到电容的变化,从而判断戒烟者的嘴咬到了吸嘴21,推测出有吸烟动作。虽然这种推测并不是100%正确的,因为除了嘴以外,身体任何部位碰到吸嘴21都可以让电容感应器感应到电容的变化,而即使嘴碰到了吸嘴21也并不一定意味着有吸烟动作,但是可以结合电容感应器感应到的电容变化的持续时间以及次数判断,可以排除掉大部分误判的情况,因此总的误差较小,在10%以内,仍能够大致实现预定的控烟要求。
当吸烟感应模块5为接近开关时,接近开关设置于吸嘴部2内侧,其感应头对着吸嘴口,根据戒烟者的嘴是否接触吸嘴21的开口判断戒烟者是否在吸烟。如果只用接近开关,嘴以外的身体其它部位不小心碰到了吸嘴的开口端、嘴咬在吸嘴上没有吸烟都会被判为有吸烟动作,存在一定的误差。
当吸烟感应模块5为红外收发器时,红外收发器设置于烟嘴部3的插腔内,用于检测是否有香烟31插入。红外收发器包括一个红外发射管和一个红外接收管,红外发射管发出的红外光能被红外接收管接收到,说明插腔内没有插入香烟31;如果红外发射管发出的红外光不能被红外接收管接收到,就认为插腔内插入了香烟31,香烟31阻挡了红外发射管发出的红外光,从而判断有吸烟动作。
由于上述几种吸烟感应模块5在单独使用时均存在一定误差,因此,可以配备两种及以上吸烟感应模块5共同作用,从而降低误判率,使误判率可以降低到1%以下。
进一步优选地,控制电路板6包括处理器62,用于判断戒烟装置是否处于 正常抽烟状态,处理器62与吸烟感应模块5电连接。当干扰组件4为电控发光机构、刺激电极或振动马达时,处理器62通过开关电路63与干扰组件4电连接。吸烟感应模块5发送过来的吸烟信息通过处理器62进行处理,当检测到戒烟者在非正常吸烟状态下抽烟时,处理器62就通过I/O端口发控制信号给开关电路63,使得开关电路63处于通路状态,从而使得干扰组件4启动,对抽烟者的抽烟行为进行干扰,迫使戒烟者放弃抽烟。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,开关电路63有两个电极,电极631固定接GND,电极632接到开关633的输出端,开关633的输入端接VCC,开关633的控制端接处理器62。
进一步优选地,控制电路板6还包括时间芯片64,时间芯片64与处理器62电连接,处理器62根据时间芯片64发送来的时间信息、预先设定好的存储在存储器621中的控制参数以及吸烟感应模块5发送来的吸烟信息判断戒烟装置是否处于正常抽烟状态。
时间芯片64可以提供任一时刻的时间数据,包括年、月、日、小时、分钟、秒等。有了时间芯片64,处理器62就可以记录下每一支烟开始抽的时间和抽完的时间,便于处理器62完成控制抽烟的功能。可以使用专门的时间芯片64,也可以用处理器62取代时间芯片64,因为处理器62工作时必须有晶振,利用晶振就可以计时。这样做的弊端是会占用处理器62的部分资源,降低处理器62对其它任务的响应速度。
时间芯片64结合吸烟感应模块5,可以知道戒烟者抽了多少支烟、抽每支烟的具体时间,所以可以对戒烟者进行多种方式的抽烟控制:间隔多少时间以上才能抽下一支烟、每个时间段分别只能抽多少支烟(例如上午只能抽多少支、下午只能抽多少支、晚上只能抽多少支)、允许抽多少时间(多少小时或多少天) 之后多少时间(多少小时或多少天)不能抽、尝试让吸烟者习惯越来越久的吸烟间隔时间、设置不允许抽烟的时间段等等,从而使吸烟者可以更加有效地进行戒烟,或者控制抽烟的频率,减少有害物质的吸入,保护吸烟者的健康。
具体地,当吸烟感应模块5为气体流量传感器时,时间芯片64可以检测到每一个吸气动作持续的时间,以及吸气动作之间间隔的时间,从而判断吸烟者用本戒烟装置抽了多少支烟,分别在什么时间抽的。用气体流量传感器结合时间芯片64判断抽了多少支烟可能出现误差,特别是在吸烟者连续吸2支以上的烟,或者2支烟的时间间隔偏短的情况下。实践证明,虽然难免有误差,但误差不大,一般不超过10%,基本可以实现控烟的要求。
当吸烟感应模块5为接触开关或电容感应器或接近开关或红外收发器时,时间芯片64可以根据接触开关、电容感应器、接近开关以及红外收发器的状态变化判断有没有抽烟、抽了多少支烟、具体在什么时间抽的烟。
进一步优选地,控制电路板6还包括电压管理模块65,电压管理模块65包括依次电连接的充电模块651、电源模块652以及电压适配电路653,电压适配电路653与干扰组件4通过开关电路63电连接。此外,还可以在电源模块652与电压适配电路653之间设置一开关电路63,以额外提供控制本实施例的戒烟装置中电路通断的功能。
在本实施例中,选用锂电池作为电源模块652供给电压,由于锂电池提供的电压不适合直接提供给干扰组件4,锂电池的输出常常为3.7V,干扰组件4需要的电压为+1.8V至+24V,所以需要电压管理模块65对锂电池的输出电压进行升压或降压后再提供给干扰组件4,为干扰组件4提供合适且安全的电压。如果干扰组件4的工作电压超过3.7V,电压适配电路653为升压电路。常用的升压电路有boost升压电路以及DC升压电路等。如果干扰组件4的工作电压低于 3.7V,电压适配电路653为降压电路。有多种多样的降压电路,最简单的方法是使用电阻。本实施例的LED灯珠的工作电压普遍为1.8V至3.3V,低于3.7V,故其电压适配电路653为降压电路。
可以通过开关电路63来决定电压适配电路653和干扰组件4之间或电源模块652和电压适配电路653之间的通与断。
电压管理模块65还包括电量提示模块654,充电模块651和电量提示模块654分别与电源模块652电连接。充电模块651为充电电路,用于与外部充电电源电连接,对电源模块652进行充电。电量提示模块654提示电源模块652剩余的电量。
具体地,电量提示模块654优选为若干LED灯和控制电路,若干LED灯分别与控制电路电连接,控制电路与电源模块652电连接。控制电路根据电源模块652的电量来控制LED灯亮起的个数或者闪烁的次数,以直观且明显地提示电源模块652的电量情况。此功能可以由充电芯片完成,也可以由处理器62来完成,由处理器62直接控制LED灯,这种情况下须增加检测电池电量的电路,处理器62根据该检测电路的检测结果控制LED灯亮起的个数或者闪烁的次数。
控制电路板6包括操控模块66,具体地,操控模块66优选为按钮或开关或触摸屏。通过按下操控模块66的开关或拨动操控模块66的按键或触摸操控模块66的触摸屏可以进行多种参数的设定,例如间隔多少时间抽下一支烟、每个时间段分别允许抽多少支烟、哪些时间段不允许抽烟、渐进式戒烟(尝试隔多少时间不抽烟,逐渐增加这个时间)等等。使用操控模块66设定好的数据存储在处理器62的存储器621中。
控制电路板6还包括显示模块67,显示模块67利用数码管和/或LED灯和/或LCD屏和/或LED屏来显示一些信息,例如1、参数设定的具体数据;2、参 数设定过程中的必要提示信息;3、戒烟装置的状态,可以抽烟或者不能抽烟;4、清洁提示;5、警示信息。也可以显示剩余电量信息,在电量将耗尽时提示充电。
控制电路板6可以把吸烟感应模块5感应到的吸烟数据存储在存储器621中。控制电路板6可以配置蓝牙模块或WIFI模块或手机通讯模块,把存储器621存储的吸烟数据无线发送到其它终端上,例如手机、平板电脑或PC机上,便于吸烟者了解自己的抽烟习惯、抽烟频率和一段时间里的变化,以及控烟计划或戒烟计划的进展情况。控制电路板6也可以配置并行接口或串行接口,通过有线的方式把数据发送到平板电脑、PC机等其它终端上。
进一步优选地,戒烟装置还包括设置于烟路管道上的过滤组件7,过滤组件7包括从左至右依次连接的左压紧件71、过滤层72以及右压紧件73。其中左压紧件71和右压紧件73都是中空的弹性圆环,过滤层72被左压紧件71和右压紧件73压紧以保证烟气只能从圆环中空处穿过,保证烟气被过滤层72过滤,而不会从侧面泄露。本实施例的过滤层72采用片状滤材,其可以是单片片状滤材,也可以是不少于两片相同或不相同的片状滤材叠合而成,还可以加入加香片使烟味带有加香片散发出的香气。左压紧件71和右压紧件73可以很方便被打开以取出旧的过滤层72,换上新的过滤层72。
由于过滤组件7可以去掉烟气中的部分杂味,使口感更醇,烟味更佳,所以习惯了使用本戒烟装置的人,如果拿出香烟直接点起来抽,会觉得烟味很糙,不喜欢抽,从而自然而然接受本戒烟装置的监控,有效控制抽烟频率、数量、间隔时间等,逐步过渡到完全戒断。
进一步优选地,过滤组件7采用片状滤材、折叠滤材、微孔过滤机构、滤珠、负离子陶瓷粉球、分子筛、活性炭、金属网、尼龙网、多孔材料中的一种 或多种进行过滤。
此外,过滤组件7还可以为一次性抛弃型过滤组件或者是循环使用型过滤组件。
实施例二
请参照图4,本实施例公开了一种戒烟装置,该戒烟装置的技术方案与实施例一的方案大致相同,其不同之处在于干扰组件4为环绕设置于外壳1外侧的刺激电极42,刺激电极42与控制电路板6电连接。
具体地,如图5为实施例二的开关电路63。电击电极42包括电极421和422。当吸烟感应模块5感应到有香烟31插进烟嘴部3时,通过控制电路板6给电极421和422上电。此时握着戒烟装置的手会有被电到的发麻感甚至刺痛感,感觉不舒服而放弃抽烟。为了安全起见同时实现明显的电击效果,高电平VCC有两个值:VCC1和VCC2,VCC1的电压比较高,为200V至600V,但在电击期间不连续供电,而是采用电脉冲的形式,每10至20毫秒只有20至40微秒接到VCC1,其余时间接GND;VCC2为VCC1的10%至100%。在电极421和422的两端一端接VCC1、另一端接GND,保持20至40微秒(记该持续时间为t),然后把原来接VCC1的电极接GND,原来接GND的电极接VCC2,持续时间大约0.2t至t。在加正向电压VCC1t时间之后加反向电压VCC20.2t至t时间,可以破坏电击的累积效应,对人体更加安全。虽然VCC1高达200V至600V,但只有不到1%的时间通电,而且通完电之后马上反向通电破坏电击的累积效应,所以是很安全的。另外,由于是便携设备,一般配备小容量锂电池供电,储电量普遍较小,能量有限,即使有意外也不会有生命危险。采用此方案要求电压适配电路653为升压电路,可以提供VCC1和VCC2两个高电压输出。。
取VCC1=500V,VCC2=60V。初始状态时处理器62输出的控制信号637和638均为GND,开关633、634、635、636均断开,电极421和422悬空,没有电击效果。当处理器62判断应该实施电击时,每隔10毫秒使控制信号637为1且控制信号638为0,使电极421接500V(VCC1),电极422接GND,持续40微秒,然后使控制信号637为0且控制信号638为1,使电极421接GND,电极422接60V(VCC2),持续15微秒,如此循环往复,直至处理器62判断应该停止电击。
也可以用一个VCC来取代VCC1和VCC2,这时开关电路63如图3。在处理器62输出的控制信号控制下实现峰值幅度为VCC的电压脉冲。每隔10毫秒产生一个持续35微秒、幅度为VCC(=VCC1)的方波,不产生持续15微秒幅度为VCC2的负压方波,一样可以实现电击效果。
本实施例通过处理器62、电压适配电路653(本实施例为升压电路)和开关电路63共同实现脉冲式电击功能,这只是一种实现方式。熟悉电路的普通工程师可以不难找到其它实施方案,例如时基电路NE555加升压电路,利用NE555调节占空比,和升压电路一起产生高压脉冲波,脉冲控制信号不是处理器62产生,处理器62只需要对该电路进行启停控制即可。NE555也可以用RC震荡电路代替。三极管自激振荡升压电路也常常被用来实现脉冲式电击功能,利用处理器62对它进行启停控制即可。
另外,采用图3形式的开关电路63也可以在电极632和631之间加连续的电压实现电击。如果采用连续的电压实现电击,为了安全起见,VCC以不超过75V为宜。其电击效果是人体接触电极421和422的部位有发麻感,人感到不舒服,但能忍受一点时间;VCC1(或VCC)达到500V的脉冲波能让人体接触电极421和422的部位产生很强的触电感,会难以忍受而本能地抽手。
总之,实现电击的方案多种多样。
实施例三
如图6,本实施例公开了一种戒烟装置,该戒烟装置的技术方案与实施例一的方案大致相同,其不同之处在于,干扰组件4为设置于外壳1内侧的振动马达43,振动马达43与控制电路板6连接。振动马达43被控制电路板6启动后,使戒烟装置机身发生振动,手拿起来感觉不舒服,嘴咬在吸嘴21上就更不舒服,甚至咬不住,从而阻止抽烟。
由于振动马达43的工作电压为+5V至+24V,所以本实施例的电压适配电路653为升压电路。
实施例四
本实施例公开了一种戒烟装置,该戒烟装置的技术方案与实施例一的方案大致相同,其不同之处在于,干扰组件4为电控发声机构,电控发声机构为设置于外壳表面或内侧的发声部件。常用的发声部件为喇叭或蜂鸣器,发声部件通过发声电路61与控制电路板6连接。发声部件在发声电路61的控制和驱动下可以发出蜂鸣器的声音,或者类似于“你已违规抽烟,请马上停止”之类警示的语音,也可以是其它一些让人听起来不舒服的声音。本实施例利用声音提示抽烟者当前时间不该抽烟,其发出的令人不悦的声音对抽烟者是一种干扰,让抽烟者没有心情抽下去。
发声部件为喇叭或蜂鸣器,工作电压有高有低。由于本戒烟装置为便携式产品,故不论发声部件为喇叭还是蜂鸣器,其工作电压往往和控制电路板6的其它元器件相兼容,所以由控制电路板6直接控制发声电路61驱动发声部件(即干扰组件4)发声,而不是通过开关电路63去控制发声部件(即干扰组件4)。
如图7,本实施例的发声部件是喇叭(干扰组件4),发声电路61由语音芯 片611(芯片型号为WTN6040)和功放612组成。语音芯片可以把按一定格式(例如ADPCM格式)编码的语音数据解码生成可以播放的语音信号。语音芯片WTN6040是深圳唯创知音电子有限公司的产品,内部带有Flash存储器,用来存储语音数据。可以存储40秒的语音数据,这40秒的语音数据可以分成224段播放。其产生的语音信号经过功放612放大,声音更加响亮。由于是手持设备,功放612不一定需要配备,WTN6040的声音直接输出给喇叭也可以。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型的戒烟装置,通过干扰组件4、吸烟感应模块5以及控制电路板6相互配合,在戒烟装置处于非正常抽烟状态下控制干扰组件4进行发光晃眼、发声警示和干扰、振动机身或电击刺激戒烟者皮肤等干扰动作,使得戒烟者在非正常抽烟状态下无法抽烟或者抽起来很别扭,从而达到控制抽烟的目的,而且干扰组件不会被烟油影响,经久耐用;通过过滤组件7过滤掉烟气中部分让戒烟者感觉不好的成分,让戒烟者有更好的口感、更舒适的抽吸体验,一旦习惯了本吸烟装置,不使用本抽烟装置直接把烟放在嘴里抽会觉得不舒服,所以本发明可以最大限度防止戒烟者避开本抽烟装置,逃避监控;本发明的戒烟装置还配备有时间芯片64,结合检测有无吸烟的吸烟感应模块5,可以知道戒烟者抽了多少支烟、抽每支烟的具体时间,从而控制戒烟者的抽烟频率以及抽烟时间,进而使戒烟者可以更加有效地进行戒烟,减少有害物质的吸入,保护戒烟者的健康;由于结合了过滤组件7、吸烟感应模块5、时间电路64以及控制电路板6,真正实现了抽烟数量和时间的控制,可以实用化,受到广大戒烟者的欢迎。本实用新型的戒烟装置具有维护量小、结构简单、体积小、携带方便、干扰组件不受烟油影响、戒烟者用习惯了就离不开因而可以有效控制戒烟者吸烟等特点。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和 详细,但并不能因此而理解为对实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (12)
- 一种戒烟装置,其特征在于:包括:外壳;吸嘴部;烟嘴部,所述烟嘴部与所述吸嘴部分别设置于所述外壳的两端,且所述烟嘴部与所述吸嘴部之间连通有烟路管道;干扰组件,所述干扰组件设置于所述外壳的表面或内侧;吸烟感应模块;过滤组件,所述过滤组件设置于烟路管道上,用于过滤烟气;控制电路板,所述控制电路板设置于所述外壳内,且所述控制电路板与所述吸烟感应模块以及所述干扰组件电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述干扰组件为设置于所述外壳表面或内侧的电控发光机构,所述电控发光机构与所述控制电路板电连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述电控发光机构为LED灯珠。
- 根据权利要求1所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述干扰组件为设置于所述外壳表面的刺激电极,所述刺激电极与所述控制电路板电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述干扰组件为电控发声机构,所述电控发声机构与所述控制电路板电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述干扰组件为振动马达,所述振动马达与所述控制电路板电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述吸烟感应模块为接触开关、气体流量传感器、电容感应器、接近开关以及红外收发器中的一种或 多种。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述控制电路板包括处理器,所述处理器自带存储器或与存储器电连接,所述处理器与所述吸烟感应模块电连接,所述处理器与所述干扰组件电连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述控制电路板还包括时间芯片,所述时间芯片与所述处理器电连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述控制电路板还包括电压管理模块,所述电压管理模块包括依次电连接的充电模块、电源模块以及电压适配电路。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述过滤组件采用片状滤材、折叠滤材、微孔过滤机构、滤珠、负离子陶瓷粉球、分子筛、活性炭、金属网、尼龙网、多孔材料中的一种或多种进行过滤。
- 根据权利要求11所述的戒烟装置,其特征在于:所述过滤组件为一次性抛弃型过滤组件或循环使用型过滤组件。
