Description
A SYSTEM FOR DE-ICING SPRAYERS IN VEHICLES
Technical Field
The present invention is related to the de-icing spraying system in vehicles, which can be mounted on all types of land vehicles and used on all types of ground, spraying a deicing solution on the slippery ground in order to facilitate vehicle mobility in the weather where there is snowfall and in the case of snow and icing on the roads after it, wherein It is simple to open and close with the key in the vehicle cockpit in vehicles that have the system, and because the required power is drawn from the vehicle's battery, it is possible to use it without the need for an additional external power device or tank.
State of the Art and Objective of the Invention:
Snowplows or road salting are used to defrost snow and ice nowadays. However, because road plows and salting vehicles cannot enter narrow streets, accidents that may occur as a result of road holding issues cannot be avoided for vehicles passing through these narrow streets.
Even though there is an invention numbered 2018/02248 filed with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office in this context, the system in question is a completely different structure based on the principle of applying hot air from the channels integrated with the heating system to the ground in a pressurized manner.
The present invention, on the other hand, ensures that accidents caused by road holding problems caused by snow or icing can be avoided for narrow streets where snow or icing is encountered, because it can be mounted on all types of land vehicles, including automobiles. The solution within the scope of the invention is sprayed on both the front parts of the front two wheels, the front parts of the two rear wheels, and the two rear
wheels, ensuring that all wheels in the vehicle have a homogeneous snow or ice solution. Furthermore, since the effect of the solution lasts for four hours, vehicles that do not use the invention have four hours of road dominance. As a result, the accident rate after icing can be reduced by 12%. Furthermore, if the system is used in vehicles such as minibuses or buses, salting vehicles that cause heavy traffic are not required to be used, and the road is not blocked. The snow or de-icing solution, on the other hand, has a lively and environmentally-friendly structure, as no substances that may have a negative impact on human health or the environment are used.

Disclosure of the Invention:
The present invention Is related to the de-icing spraying system (12) in vehicles, which can be mounted on all types of land vehicles and used on all types of ground, spraying a de-icing solution on the slippery ground in order to facilitate vehicle mobility in the weather where there is snowfall and in the case of snow and icing on the roads after it, wherein It is simple to open and close with the pump start relay (7) in the vehicle cockpit in vehicles that have the system, and because the required power is drawn from the vehicle's battery, it is possible to use it without the need for an additional external power device or tank. The present invention, further ensures that accidents caused by road holding problems caused by snow or icing can be avoided for narrow streets where snow or icing is encountered, because it can be mounted on all types of land vehicles, including automobiles. The present invention provides road dominance for 4 hours for vehicles in which the invention is not used thanks to the spraying process that takes place in two rear nozzles (8), which are located on the upper parts of the rear left and right wheels of the vehicle and is used to dissolve the snow and ice by wetting the rear
wheels with solution, in two middle nozzles (9) located on the middle left and right side of the vehicle, used to dissolve the snow and ice layer in front of the rear wheels and in the two front nozzles (10) located at the front of the left and right front wheels of the vehicle, which are used to dissolve the snow and ice layer in front of the front wheels of the vehicle, and due Due to the fact that all wheels in the vehicle have homogeneous snow or ice solution and the effect of the solution lasting for 4 hours. As a result, the accident rate after icing can be reduced by 12%. Furthermore, if the system is used in vehicles such as minibusses or buses, salting vehicles that cause heavy traffic is not required to be used, and the road is not blocked. Moreover, it has a lively and environmentally friendly structure because the snow or ice-dissolving solution contains no substances that are harmful to human health or the environment.
The solution is first poured into the solution tank, according to the operating principle of the invention (1). After starting the system with the pump start relay (7) located in the driver's cabin, the pump (3) used to send the solution to the nozzles compresses and pressurizes the solution. And two rear nozzles (8) that spray the rear wheels and are connected to the large solution hose (4), two middle nozzles (9) that spray the front 15 parts of the rear wheels, and two front nozzles that spray the front of the front wheels. The large solution hose (4) transports the pressurized solution from the pump (3) to the nozzles by ensuring that the solution coming out of the pump is delivered to the nozzles. The pump (3), on the other hand, is connected to the solution tank (1), where the de-icer solution is stored, via a small solution hose (2), which allows the solution to be drawn 20 from the tank and delivered to the pump. The system draws energy from the vehicle battery, and the energy that passes through the long pump electrical cord (6) is transferred to the short pump power cord (11) via the voltage converter (5), which converts the voltage from the battery to the pump voltage, ensuring the operation of the system. The short pump power cord (11) exits the voltage converter (5) and supplies power to the pump.
Industrial Application of the Invention:
The invention is fully industrially applicable and can be produced under similar conditions to existing products in terms of the production process, production time, and production costs.
