Abstract

L'invention concerne une charnière servant à fermer au moins un élément de fermeture, tel qu'une porte ou similaire, de préférence en verre, et à relier ce dernier à une structure de support fixe, comprenant un élément fixe (2) qui peut être ancré à l'une parmi la structure de support fixe et l'élément de fermeture et un élément mobile (3) qui peut être ancré à l'autre de la structure de support fixe et de l'élément de fermeture. L'un parmi l'élément fixe (2) et l'élément mobile (3) comprend un pivot (10) définissant un premier axe longitudinal (X), et l'autre comprend un corps de charnière (2'). L'autre élément comprenant un corps de charnière (2') et le pivot (10) sont accouplés rotatifs en rotation l'un par rapport à l'autre autour du premier axe (X) entre une position ouverte et une position fermée. Le corps de charnière (2') comprend intérieurement un élément coulissant (20) mobile le long d'un second axe (Y) qui présente un élément sensiblement annulaire (21) ayant une première surface latérale interne (212) définissant un trou traversant (213) susceptible de loger le pivot (10). Ledit pivot (10) comprend au moins un premier et un second élément (12', 12") qui peuvent tourner d'un seul tenant autour du premier axe (X) et peuvent tourner indépendamment l'un par rapport à l'autre autour d'axes respectifs (X', X") parallèles au premier axe (X).
