Historians believe that the knife is the first tool made by man. At that time, this tool was usually used for eating, and people could hunt their food in this way. Thus, over time, other tools such as spoons and forks were discovered and made and used by people, and today knives, spoons and forks are considered essential parts of human kitchen utensils. Perhaps many people think that spoons and forks are tools that have existed since the beginning of mankind and were not discovered by anyone but this is wrong, because the evidence shows that this valuable tool did not exist in the beginning, and only gradually people realized that they can use such a tool with such properties to facilitate their work in meeting their physical needs. Research shows that before 1700, most people used spoons and knives for eating, while forks had not yet been discovered and were not used as a matter of course. According to archaeological evidence, the first forks discovered had two long cutting edges, but today's forks have lost their original shape and are made with four shorter cutting edges than the original type. There is no exact information about the origin of the fork, but in the 10th century AD its use was expanded and it came to the table together with the spoon. According to historians, the invention of the spoon dates back to ancient times. However, at that time the fork had not yet been invented. At first, people considered the spoon as an evil gift, but over time this nickname was removed and it became an everyday tool, used many times in everyday life.
In the 10th century, a group of people, the Byzantines, began to use spoons and broke with the tradition of eating with their hands. In time, Europeans also began to use this tool for eating, but only high-ranking people and nobles could use the spoon, while common people behaved the same as before. However, all nobles did not like to use spoons, including Louis XIV and Queen Elizabeth I. These two dignitaries ate with their hands like ordinary people and were not interested in using such tools. Archaeologists found a spoon from the Achaemenid period, made of a copper alloy. This spoon has a special shape and is larger than today's spoons, and its handle has a special pattern with animal shapes. In the book Persian by James Barter there is a reference to it. 1500 years ago, in the Sassanid period, there is also evidence of the existence of spoons and their use. In our country, today's Iran, spoons and forks do not have a long history and date back to the time of Naser al-Din Shah. About one hundred and thirty years ago, when Naser al-Din Shah left the country abroad, and saw these tools, he decided to bring these them to the country, although he also brought other tools, including a horse carriage. Gradually, after Naseruddin Shah used spoons to eat, other officials and great men also decided to use spoons and forks, and gradually spoons and forks were introduced in the market, and all people could get used to using spoons and forks, and considered the fork as one of the most important necessities of their household utensils and even their kitchen utensils, but there were still some people who preferred the old way of eating with their hands.
According to the above writings, the necessity of using spoons and forks in today's era is evident and visible, but unfortunately, in this field, no invention has been registered in Iran for the ease of use by humans while working with a laptop but similar foreign examples are as follows.

Created spoon-fork and spoon-knife
US20080148575A1
An invented spoon-fork and spoon-knife flatware are created with a shallow bowl of the spoon in oval shape or other appropriate shapes denting into the newly designed fork or created knife in metal or plastic materials and become dual functions of a new set of flatware.
Chopsticks with the function of a spoon
JP2007301312A
To solve such a problem that changing chopsticks or a spoon to each other is troublesome in the case of using both of them, spooning cannot be performed with the chopsticks, and actions of inserting, picking, stabing, etc. are not performed well with the spoon though both of the chopsticks and the spoon have to be used in order to perform all the actions of inserting, picking, stabbing, cutting and spooning which are irreducibly minimum actions for taking a meal. SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem of the chopsticks which do not perform spooning action, spoon-like members are joined to the tips or the middles of the chopsticks with a function of the spoon. Thus, a soup, etc. can be spooned with the chopsticks which cannot perform the spooning action conventionally, and troublesomeness for changing the chopsticks or the spoon to each other is solved by using the chopsticks with the function of the spoon even in a scene of using both of them together conventionally.
Fork combined spoon
JP3172913U
To provide a fork-use spoon having a fork function on a spoon. A fork combined spoon has a fork portion 3 at the tip of a spoon portion 2 having a comb tooth with a sled on a curved extension line at the bottom of the spoon portion 2, and the comb of the fork portion 3 extending to the spoon portion 2. The dent 4 of the spoon is increased by continuously extending the dent 4 of the spoon 2 to the root of the tooth to make the dent 5 similar to the spoon.
Snap-together eating utensil assembly
US7013568B2
An eating utensil assembly includes a knife, a fork, and a spoon. The knife includes an elongated handle, and grooves are formed on opposite surfaces of the handle. The fork and the spoon each have channel-shaped handles that can be nested over the handle of the knife. Additionally, the channel-shaped handles of the fork and spoon have elongate ribs configured for releasable snapped engagement with the grooves in the handle of the knife.
Compared to these inventions, the invention mentioned in this design has the capability of a spoon and a fork at the same time, its size is small, it has a clamp-like shape for picking fruit and a fork-like one for eating snacks separately, also, it does not completely jam the finger, so you can easily work with the same finger at the same time.
Due to its small size and easy portability, the clamp-finger fork spoon can be easily used by professors, students, and programmers, also by employees in public and private offices who spend a lot of time behind the laptop system while writing a proposal or program, or typing in their homes, universities, libraries, and offices, and also by people who handle gaming devices for a long time. This invention prevents time wasting, lack of concentration and also soiling of the keyboard screen and gaming device handles while working with it. It also has a mode for personal use for everyone, and its portability is very easy, and it is considered as a personal accessory for everyone.
Spoons and forks can be found in large numbers in every household and kitchen today, and it is impossible to imagine kitchen utensils without them. In the past and at the beginning of the use of these tools by early man, these items were made of wood or stone, but today they are usually made of steel or copper with a coating and a mixture of other metals to prevent rust. In the manufacture of some spoons and forks, precious metals such as silver and gold are used only for decoration and are not used daily, but are kept in wooden boxes for silver spoons and forks, or even gold as decorative items in glass cases in their homes. Currently, there are many brands and companies in the market engaged in the production of spoons and forks, China is currently the largest manufacturer of spoons and forks and kitchen utensils, among other competitors.
Iran is also engaged in this field of producing spoons and forks, and factories in this country produce these items according to the financial capabilities of customers, and these spoons and forks are sold in the market with different brands and qualities at different prices every day and meet the needs of people. It should be noted that nowadays the use of spoons and forks for eating is considered an integral part of household appliances, but sometimes carrying them for the working environment encounters many problems. In this regard, we point out one of these problems, which is that eating fruits and snacks (such as puffed crisps, etc.) while working with a laptop for computer programmers, students and professors who are using a laptop for a long time at work, or people who are busy with game devices (such as PlayStation) while typing for a long time and using its keyboard screen as well as playing games with game consoles causes hands to be occupied, so hands should be washed after using them while working so that working with the laptop screen as well as the game consoles can be done without the problem of pollution and dirt. This case leads to waste of time and lack of concentration on the work, moreover, it is problematic to carry and use cooking spoons and forks for the workplace separately, and you cannot always use them in abundance. Therefore, in the present invention, the fixed finger spoon and fork is designed to engage the knuckle of the index finger with a ring, and can be easily used for eating fruits and snacks due to its clamp-like shape and fork-like handle on its hook, and allows one to continue working with a laptop or a game device without wasting time or losing concentration.
Solution of problem
According to the card, the claimed invention has a lower ring (1) After the ring is inserted into the index finger knuckle, we press the side finger to the upper clamp as a lever (2) A spring is placed in the middle of the clamps. (3)
