Description

一种LED直管灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED直管灯,属于LED照明领域。
背景技术
由于LED照明技术的快速发展,其逐渐取代了传统的白炽灯及荧光灯。相较于充填有惰性气体及水银的荧光灯而言,LED直管灯无须充填水银。因此,在各种由像是传统荧光灯泡及灯管等照明选项所主宰的家用或工作场所用的照明系统中,LED直管灯无意外地逐渐成为人们高度期待的照明选项。LED直管灯的优点包含提升的耐用性及寿命以及较低耗能。因此,考虑所有因素后,LED直管灯将会是可节省成本的照明选项。
已知LED直管灯一般包括灯管、设于灯管内且带有光源的电路板,以及设于灯管两端的灯头,灯头内设有电源,光源与电源之间通过电路板进行电气连接。灯头上设置有电连接部,特定的电连接部可与对应的灯座进行连接。而面对与之不匹配的灯座时,LED直管灯便无法正常进行安装。
有鉴于上述问题,以下提出本申请及其实施例。
发明内容

本发明实施例提出一种LED直管灯,其特征在于,包括:
灯管;
灯头,其包括第一灯头和第二灯头,所述第一灯头和所述第二灯头分别设置于所述灯管的轴向方向的两端;所述第一灯头上设置有第一导电部;以及
转换单元,所述转换单元上设置有第二导电部,所述转换单元与所述第一灯头连接,且所述第一导电部与所述第二导电部电性连接。
本发明实施例所述转换单元通过一固定单元与所述第一灯头固定,所述固定单元包括第一定位单元和第二定位单元,所述第一定位单元设置于所述转换单元上,所述第二定位单元设置于所述第一灯头上,所述第一定位单元和所述第二定位单元配合以实现所述转换单元与所述第一灯头的固定。
本发明实施例所述第一定位单元包括卡扣,所述第二定位单元包括设置于所述第一灯头的端面的固定孔。
本发明实施例所述第二导电部具有露于所述转换单元外部的接电部及与所述转换单元固定的电连接部,所述第一导电部与所述第二导电部的电连接部接触导通。
本发明实施例所述转换单元上设置第一孔洞和第二孔洞,所述电连接部固定于所述第一孔洞,所述第一孔洞与所述第二孔洞连通,于所述第一孔洞与所述第二孔洞的连通处,所述第一导电部与所述第二导电部的电连接部接触。

于一实施例中,提供一种转换单元4,其可应用于前述实施例,并固定于前述实施例中的第一灯头1上。
转换单元4上设置有第二导电部41,第一导电部11与第二导电部41电性连接。当转换单元4与第一灯头1连接时,第二导电部41为LED直管灯提供对外的接电端子,以用于与市电、外部电源或灯座实现电连接。通过转换单元4的设置,可使LED直管灯适配与第一导电部11不同的灯座,以此扩大适用范围。
转换单元4的外径尺寸与第一灯头1的外径尺寸相同或大致相同,以保证LED直管灯的端部外径尺寸的一致性,增加其整体性,提升美观性。
转换单元4通过固定单元而与第一灯头1实现固定。一实施例中,固定单元包括第一定位单元51及第二定位单元52,其中,第一定位单元51设置于转换单元4上,而第二定位单 元52设置于第一灯头1上,当第一定位单元51与第二定位单元52配合时,可实现转换单元4与第一灯头1的固定。
第一定位单元51包括卡扣511,而第二定位单元52包括设置于第一灯头1的端面的固定孔521,当卡扣511插入固定孔521时,实现转换单元4与第一灯头1的固定,安装非常方便。卡扣511与固定孔521的连接为不可拆卸式的。
一些实施例中,第一定位单元51和第二定位单元52采用螺栓进行固定。一些实施例中,第一定位单元51和第二定位单元52采用粘接的结构进行固定。一些实施例中,第一定位单元51和第二定位单元52采用磁吸的结构进行固定。
转换单元4与第一灯头1连接时,第二导电部41与第一导电部11接触,以此实现第二导电部41与第一导电部11的电性连接。
第二导电部41具有露于转换单元4外部的接电部411及与转换单元4固定的电连接部412。转换单元4上可设置第一孔洞401,以将电连接部412固定于第一孔洞401。转换单元4上可进一步设置第二孔洞402,第一灯头1与转换单元4连接时,第一导电部11插入第二孔洞402。第一孔洞401与第二孔洞402连通,于第一孔洞401与第二孔洞402的连通处,第一导电部11与第二导电部41的电连接部412接触。
本实施例中的接电部411的截面形状为L型(即适用日本标准的L pin)。
转换单元4上可进一步设置一抵紧部42,抵紧部42设置于第一导电部11径向上于第一孔洞401与第二孔洞402的连通处的另一侧,第一导电部11插入第二孔洞402时,抵紧部42可推抵第一导电部11,以将其往电连接部412的一侧挤压,从而确保第一导电部11与电连接部412的接触。
一些实施例中,抵紧部42形成于转换单元4,即其与转换单元4为一体式结构构成。本实施例中,抵紧部42为单独的部件,并设置于转换单元4上。抵紧部42具有一弹性臂部421,弹性臂部421插入到第二孔洞402中,以在第一导电部11插入第二孔洞402时挤压第一导电部11。抵紧部42可采用具有弹性的金属材质、塑料材质等制成。
一些实施例中,还可设置一导电的中间体(此时可不设置前述抵紧部42),其设置于第一孔洞401与第二孔洞402的连通处,且分别与第一导电部11及第二导电部41电连接,以 此间接增加第一导电部11及第二导电部41的接触面积。
一些实施例中,还可改变第一导电部11及第二导电部41的结构,来增加接触面积,确保两者电连接时的可靠性。具体的,第一导电部11上设置第一接触面,而第二导电部41上设置第二接触面,第一接触面于第二接触面实现面接触,以此增加两者接触面积。
本实施例中的第一导电部11可以是空心导电针(其内部设置导线)。而第一灯头1为G13灯头,其可直接与G13灯座配合。

    灯管;
    灯头,其包括第一灯头和第二灯头,所述第一灯头和所述第二灯头分别设置于所述灯管的轴向方向的两端;所述第一灯头上设置有第一导电部;以及
    转换单元,所述转换单元上设置有第二导电部,所述转换单元与所述第一灯头连接,且所述第一导电部与所述第二导电部电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于:所述转换单元通过一固定单元与所述第一灯头固定,所述固定单元包括第一定位单元和第二定位单元,所述第一定位单元设置于所述转换单元上,所述第二定位单元设置于所述第一灯头上,所述第一定位单元和所述第二定位单元配合以实现所述转换单元与所述第一灯头的固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于:所述第一定位单元包括卡扣,所述第二定位单元包括设置于所述第一灯头的端面的固定孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于:所述第二导电部具有露于所述转换单元外部的接电部及与所述转换单元固定的电连接部,所述第一导电部与所述第二导电部的电连接部接触导通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于:所述转换单元上设置第一孔洞和第二孔洞,所述电连接部固定于所述第一孔洞,所述第一孔洞与所述第二孔洞连通,于所述第一孔洞与所述第二孔洞的连通处,所述第一导电部与所述第二导电部的电连接部接触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于:所述转换单元上设置抵紧部,所述抵紧部设置于所述第一导电部径向上于所述第一孔洞及所述第二孔洞的连通处的一侧,并推抵所述第一导电部。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于:所述抵紧部采用金属或塑料材质。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于:所述接电部的截面形状呈“L”型。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于:所述第一导电部为空心导电针。
