Description
本发明涉及腰带技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种带扣组件和举重腰带。
举重腰带又称举重皮带,举重皮带是一种较厚的皮质护腰背的皮带,在做深蹲,立正推举或硬拉等动作中采用,是健美术语之一。举重腰带是防护用具,是为了保护腰部肌肉和软组织不受伤害的。因为举重有时会举起比自己体重还要重的重量,所以要保护好腰部防止受伤,另外还可以把人体力量潜能最大发挥出来,以使全部力量用来举起杠铃。
现有的举重腰带结构设计较为常规,松紧度调节不够方便。因此,本申请人提出了名称为一种方便调节的举重腰带的中国实用新型专利(授权公告号:CN210076633U,授权公告日:2020.02.18),以便解决上述问题。但是,申请人研发制作后发现,该款举重腰带的结构过于复杂,生产制作效率较低,且整体外观造型不佳;另外在结构设计上存在一些缺陷,不太符合人体工学,操作调节不够方便。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明提供了一种带扣组件,其目的在于解决现有带扣组件解锁调节结构不便的问题。
本发明还进一步提供一种举重腰带,采用上述带扣组件,能够较为方便进行举重腰带使用时松紧度调节。
2.技术方案
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
本发明提供的一种带扣组件,包括带扣基座板、销轴件、相互配合的棘轮与把手棘齿、摆动把手壳;所述摆动把手壳通过销轴件可转动安装在带扣基座板上;所述把手棘齿可转动支撑安装在摆动把手壳上,
所述棘轮开设中心孔,通过中心孔套在销轴件的外周,棘轮上开设解锁槽;
还包括棘轮解锁机构;所述棘轮解锁机构包括解锁件,解锁件可沿销轴件径向移动,卡入或脱离解锁槽;或者,所述棘轮解锁机构包括限位套筒,限位套筒可沿销轴件轴向移动,卡入或脱离解锁槽;
棘轮解锁机构的结构设置使得在解锁组件卡入棘轮的解锁槽时,销轴件可随棘轮一起转动,在解锁组件脱离棘轮的解锁槽时,销轴件可自行转动。
更进一步地,所述棘轮解锁机构采用按钮组件,按钮组件包括限位套筒;限位套筒上活动套装棘轮,限位套筒的内侧端分布设置有多个用于与解锁槽配合的凸出部。
更进一步地,所述按钮组件还包括按钮、、按钮螺母,按钮的内侧端延伸有按钮螺柱,按钮螺柱活动穿过限位套筒的端面中心孔并与按钮螺母通过螺纹配合连接,所述凸出部分布设置在限位套筒的上端圆周外侧壁上。
更进一步地,所述限位套筒的内壁分布设置有套筒筋条部,所述短轴的外壁上分布设置有用于套筒筋条部配合的轴向导向槽。
更进一步地,所述销轴件的下端面开设有按钮弹簧槽,按钮弹簧槽内设置有按钮弹簧,按钮弹簧的下端与按钮组件的上端面抵触连接。
更进一步地,所述棘轮解锁机构采用解锁件,解锁件安装在销轴件周面上开设的解锁孔中,并可沿销轴件径向活动。
更进一步地,所述棘轮解锁机构还包括按钮组件;所述销轴件开设沿轴向的按钮孔,销轴件周面上开设的解锁孔连通所述按钮孔;所述按钮组件安装在所述按钮孔内,可驱动解锁件伸缩完成解锁动作。
更进一步地,所述按钮组件包括沿轴向分段设置的锁定部和解除部;按钮组件沿按钮孔轴向运动,其锁定部和解除部的外周面可分别与解锁件接触配合;当按钮组件的锁定部外周面与解锁件接触配合,解锁件突出销轴件的解锁孔表面,实现锁定棘轮;当按钮组件的解除部外周面与解锁件接触配合,解锁件完全位于销轴件的解锁孔中,解除对于棘轮的锁定。

更进一步地,所述带扣基座板的侧边延伸有用于定位腰带侧边的基座侧边板,所述的基座侧边板开设多个孔。
更进一步地,其特征在于,所述带扣基座板远离摆动把手壳的一侧设置多个穿过腰带的座板铆钉凸座,座板铆钉凸座上配合安装有用于压固腰带的铆钉。
更进一步地,其特征在于,所述的摆动把手壳靠近腰带的一侧设置多道凹槽,凹槽形状与人手指形状相适应。
本发明还提供了一种举重腰带,包括用于卷绕连接带的带扣组件、腰带本体、连接带安装座和连接带,腰带带扣组件固定在腰带本体的端部,腰带本体另一端固定连接带安装座,连接带安装座上固定连接有连接带。
更进一步地,所述连接带安装座的背面设置有带座槽腔,带座槽腔内分布延伸有多个用于穿过腰带本体的带座铆钉凸座,带座铆钉凸座上也配合安装有用于压固腰带本体的铆钉,所述连接带安装座的侧端还开设有与带座槽腔连通的带体穿槽,连接带的端部穿设固定于带体穿槽内。
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与已有的公知技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
本发明结构设计合理,带扣组件的结构设计相对较为简单,更方便进行组装,有利于提高生产制作效率;大多部件隐藏在内部,整体外观造型较佳;另外在结构设计上更符合人体工学,操作调节更加方便,同时解锁件通过按钮推动径向或轴向运动即可完成棘轮与销轴件的锁定和解锁,使用方便。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种举重腰带,如图1所示,包括包括腰带本体300、连接带安装座200、连接带400以及用于卷绕连接带400的腰带带扣组件100,所述腰带本体300的左端外壁上固定安装有连接带安装座200,连接带安装座200上固定连接有连接带400;其中连接带安装座200上设置的连接带400穿过销轴件3上开设的带体穿孔31,摆动把手壳2转动将连接带400收紧锁定。本实施例的举重腰带,使用者转动摆动把手壳2带动销轴件3转动,将连接带400卷绕在销轴件3上,从而完成对腰带本体300的收紧。
进一步地,结合图9,连接带安装座200的背面设置有带座槽腔201,带座槽腔201内分布延伸有多个用于穿过腰带本体300的带座铆钉凸座202,带座铆钉凸座202上也配合安装有用于压固腰带本体300的铆钉,方便连接带安装座200与腰带本体300的组装制作。所述连接带安装座200的侧端还开设有与带座槽腔201连通的带体穿槽203,连接带400的端部穿设固定于带体穿槽203内。在本实施例中,连接带400的端部穿过带体穿槽203后,可与 连接带400自身缝制固定,也可将连接带400折叠成厚度远大于带体穿槽203厚度尺寸的折叠部,使得连接带400无法再从带体穿槽203抽出。
结合图2-图4,本实施例还提供了一种带扣组件,包括用于与腰带本体300端部固定连接的带扣基座板1、销轴件3、棘轮6、把手棘齿7、按钮组件5以及摆动把手壳2,所述摆动把手壳2端部延伸设置有一对用于转动配合在销轴件3两端的把手耳板壳21,所述带扣基座板1的正面延伸有一对基座耳板壳12,基座耳板壳12内转动安装有销轴件3,销轴件3上开设有供连接带400端部穿过的带体穿孔31。还包括棘轮解锁机构,本实施例中,棘轮解锁机构采用包括限位套筒52按钮组件5,销轴件3的下端延伸设置有短轴32,短轴32上沿着轴向滑动套装有按钮组件5,按钮组件5上活动套装有棘轮6,且棘轮6限位设置于下方的把手耳板壳21内,所述棘轮6的内侧端面分布设置有多个解锁槽61,所述按钮组件5的内侧端分布设置有多个用于解锁槽61配合的凸出部53,所述短轴32的下端面开设有按钮弹簧槽34,按钮弹簧槽34内设置有按钮弹簧,按钮弹簧的下端与按钮组件5的上端面抵触连接。本实施例中按钮组件5通过限位套筒52活动套设在棘轮6的解锁槽61中。按钮弹簧会抵压按钮组件5,使得凸出部53卡入在棘轮6的解锁槽61中,使得棘轮6、按钮组件5和销轴件3无法顺时针旋转。
本实施例进一步限定了按钮组件5的具体结构,所述按钮组件5包括按钮、限位套筒52以及按钮螺母51,按钮的内侧端延伸有按钮螺柱,按钮螺柱活动穿过限位套筒52的端面中心孔并与按钮螺母51通过螺纹配合连接,所述凸出部53分布设置在限位套筒52的上端圆周外侧壁上。
本实施例的按钮螺母51仅仅对限位套筒52进行轴向限位,并未锁死限位套筒52,显然,限位套筒52能够相对按钮转动,在手指按压按钮时,拉动连接带400,由于限位套筒52能够相对按钮转动,因此用很小的力量即可轻松拉动连接带400;如果限位套筒52被按钮螺母51锁死,则拉动连接带400时,需要克服按压按钮与手指之间的摩擦力,不方便连接带400的松开。
其中,所述限位套筒52的内壁分布设置有套筒筋条部54,所述短轴32的外壁上分布设置有用于套筒筋条部54配合的轴向导向槽。在套筒筋条部54与轴向导向槽的配合下,限位套筒52只能相对短轴32进行轴向滑动。
显然,作为其他替换方案,也可将本实施例中的限位套筒52与按钮制作成一体成型的部件,为了便于限位套筒52的转动,可在按钮的外端面嵌装滚珠。在拆卸松开时,可直接按压滚珠。
所述把手棘齿7通过把手棘齿轴72转动安装在下方的把手耳板壳21内,把手棘齿7的 齿端嵌入棘轮6的棘轮齿槽内,把手棘齿7的外侧壁上开设有把手棘齿弹簧槽71,把手棘齿弹簧槽71内设置有把手棘齿弹簧(图中未示出),把手棘齿弹簧的另一端与把手耳板壳21的内壁抵触连接。把手棘齿弹簧抵压把手棘齿7,使得把手棘齿7端部嵌入棘轮6的棘轮齿槽内,可以有效限制棘轮6的顺时针旋转。在本实施例中,每个把手耳板壳21由两个耳板211组成,两个耳板211同时固定在摆动把手壳2上,向外延伸,两个耳板211之间存在间隙,该间隙大小与把手棘齿7宽度相等,通过预留两个耳板211之间的间隙,能够使得把手棘齿7能够穿过间隙与棘轮6啮合。
当连接带400的端部插入到带体穿孔31中,向外扳动摆动把手壳2,摆动把手壳2内部的把手棘齿7会推动棘轮6逆时针旋转,由于棘轮6的解锁槽61与按钮组件5的凸出部53配合卡装,棘轮6会带着按钮组件5旋转,按钮组件5会带动销轴件3逆时针旋转,即可使得连接带400逐渐卷绕在销轴件3上。
所述带扣基座板1的上下侧边均延伸有用于定位腰带本体300侧边的基座侧边板11,结构设计合理,方便佩戴腰带本体300时,对腰带本体300的端部进行初步定位,有利于后续操作。
本实施例中腰带带扣组件100的结构设计相对较为简单,更方便进行组装,有利于提高生产制作效率;大多部件隐藏在内部,整体外观造型较佳;在结构设计上更符合人体工学,操作调节更加方便。
作为进一步的方案,本实施例还包括座板棘齿8,座板棘齿8通过座板棘齿轴81转动安装在下方的基座耳板壳12内,座板棘齿8的齿端也嵌入棘轮6的棘轮齿槽内,座板棘齿8的外侧壁上开设有座板棘齿弹簧槽,座板棘齿弹簧槽内设置有座板棘齿弹簧,座板棘齿弹簧的另一端与基座耳板壳12的内壁抵触连接。
座板棘齿8的设置是为了进一步限定棘轮6,在向内扳动把手耳板壳21时,把手棘齿7会从棘轮6的一个棘轮齿槽跳入下一个棘轮齿槽内,如果没有座板棘齿8的进一步限定,把手棘齿7与棘轮6之间的摩擦力可能会带动棘轮6一起旋转,从而可能会使得卷绕后的连接带400松卷。
其中,所述销轴件3两端还套装有轴套33,所述把手耳板壳21与轴套33转动配合连接。
所述销轴件3的上端部通过螺纹配合连接有用于对把手耳板壳21限位的端部销钉4。结构设计合理,方便拆卸和组装。
本实施例的工作原理是:在使用时,将腰带本体300围在人体腰部,将腰带本体300的左端插入两个基座侧边板11之间,一手按住腰带本体300的左端和带扣基座板1,另一只手将连接带400的端部插入到带体穿孔31中,然后,来回扳动摆动把手壳2,即可使得销轴件 3将连接带400逐渐卷绕起来,随着连接带400的收紧,即可使得腰带本体300紧紧地绑定在人体腰部。
需要松开时,克服按钮弹簧的弹力,按压按钮组件5,使得按钮组件5的凸出部53与棘轮6的解锁槽61脱开,此时的按钮组件5不在被棘轮6锁定,即销轴件3能够自由转动,接着,拉动连接带400,即可使得连接带400逐渐松卷,直至连接带400完全脱离销轴件3,即可拆下腰带本体300。
本实施例中腰带带扣组件100的结构设计相对较为简单,更方便进行组装,有利于提高生产制作效率;大多部件隐藏在内部,整体外观造型较佳;在结构设计上更符合人体工学,操作调节更加方便。
实施例2
结合图5-图7,本实施例的一种带扣组件的结构与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于,本实施例对于销轴件3和棘轮6的棘轮解锁机构与实施例1不同,本实施例中,所述的棘轮解锁机构采用解锁件35,所述的解锁件35沿销轴件3径向移动,将销轴件3和棘轮6锁定或解锁。
销轴件3开设沿轴向的按钮孔,所述按钮组件5安装在按钮孔内,按钮组件5可驱动伸缩完成解锁动作,销轴件3周面上开设的解锁孔连通所述按钮孔。具体到本实施例,销轴件3的一端向外延伸出一定长度的短轴32,该短轴32中空,其内部形成一端封闭,一端开口的空腔,该空腔即为安装按钮组件5的按钮孔。短轴32侧壁(即按钮孔侧壁)上活动安装有解锁件35,本实施例中,解锁件35为圆珠,但不局限于圆珠,也可以为圆柱体,棱柱体等其他形状,只要在短轴32侧壁上开设可供解锁件35活动的解锁孔,解锁件35可为任意形状。
本实施例中,所述按钮组件5包括沿轴向分段设置的锁定部56和解除部57;按钮组件5沿按钮孔轴向运动,其锁定部56和解除部57的外周面可分别与解锁件35接触配合;当按钮组件5的锁定部56外周面与解锁件35接触配合,解锁件35突出销轴件3的解锁孔表面,实现锁定棘轮6;当按钮组件5的解除部57外周面与解锁件35接触配合,解锁件35完全位于销轴件3的解锁孔中,解除对于棘轮6的锁定。具体到本实施例,空腔侧壁厚度小于解锁件35沿销轴件3端面的径向方向的长度,在本实施例中,即为空腔侧壁厚度小于圆珠的直径。本实施例中,空腔侧壁厚度小于圆珠的直径,使得解锁件35在一部分嵌入棘轮6的解锁槽61时,总有一部分位于按钮孔侧壁内,能够牢固的将销轴件3与棘轮6连接在一起,不会发生相对转动。同时,本实施例中,锁定部56和解除部57均为圆柱体,二者一体成型,锁定部56的直径大于解除部57直径,锁定部56与解除部57之间设置有过渡弧面58(参看图10)。为了锁定部56更好的工作,其圆周面抵靠空腔内壁。本实施例中锁定部56比解除部57更靠 近空腔封闭端,所述的按钮组件5通过连接部55伸出销轴件3外,与按钮固定连接。
所述弹性件设置在销轴件3的按钮孔内解锁件35内端之间。本实施例中,按钮组件5设置在销轴件3端部的空腔内,空腔封闭端与按钮组件5间设置有弹簧,需要锁定时,弹簧将按钮组件5向外弹出,使得锁定部56抵靠在解锁件35处,将解锁件35推出空腔外,嵌入棘轮6上的解锁槽61内,将销轴件3与棘轮6固定;需要解锁时,弹簧向内收缩,使得解除部57处于解锁件35处,解锁件35收回至空腔内,销轴件3与棘轮6脱离,仅需推动按钮组件5即可完成锁定与解锁步骤,使用方便。所述按钮组件5的外端安装按钮,按钮突出销轴件3的端面外;按钮组件5的锁定部56外周面具有与解锁件35的球面匹配的弧面。
为了防止解锁后,解锁件35在重力的作用下,仍有部分位于解锁槽61内,导致销轴件3与棘轮6仍固定在一起,本实施例中所述解锁件35伸出解锁孔最大距离小于球形的半径,从而当解锁后,销轴件3与棘轮6发生相对转动时,解锁件35能够自然回缩至解锁孔中。
本实施例为了更加牢固的锁定销轴件3与棘轮6,在销轴件3沿外周面间隔设置多个解锁孔,每个解锁开孔中安装一个解锁件35;所述棘轮6上对应解锁孔设置相应的解锁槽61,每两个解锁槽61之间设置限位突起。如此设置,能够让解锁件35伸出后,正好卡入解锁槽61内,解锁槽61两侧的限位突起限制解锁件35移动,从而保证棘轮6与销轴件3的相对固定。
进一步的,本实施例在带扣基座板1的一侧面向外延伸有一对基座耳板壳12,所述的基座耳板壳12分为第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分厚度大于第二部分。具体到本实施例,基座耳板壳12分别靠近带扣基座板1的两侧边设置,中间留有一定长度的空间,该空间长度根据连接带400长度设置,一般设置为等于或略大于连接带400长度。基座耳板壳12呈现“7”字形,第一部分与第二部分一体成型,第一部分厚度大于第二部分,本实施例中将第一部分称为棘爪安装座121,将第二部分称为薄壁部分122,下同。
基座耳板壳12内转动安装有销轴件3,销轴件3通过轴套33安装在基座耳板壳12的薄壁部分122,销轴件3的长度大于两基座耳板壳12间隔的长度。销轴件3两端均穿过薄壁部分122向外伸出,一端通过端部销钉4固定,另一端为锁定机构。本实施例中,端部销钉4为螺栓,旋紧后将销轴件3固定,销轴件3能够沿端部销钉4为轴转动。
进一步的,销轴件3上开设有供连接带400端部穿过的带体穿孔31,带体穿孔31长度与连接带400长度相同。
本实施例中,销轴件3通过腰带锁定机构与摆动把手壳2连接。腰带锁定机构伸出薄壁部分122,通过棘轮6和把手棘齿7与腰带锁定机构的配合完成对连接带400的卷绕和锁定。
更进一步地,棘爪安装座121内部设置座板棘齿8,座板棘齿8通过座板棘齿轴81转动 安装在棘爪安装座121上。所述的座板棘齿8的具体结构和安装方式与实施例1的座板棘齿8的结构和安装方式相同。
本实施例中,所述带扣基座板1的侧边延伸有用于定位腰带本体300侧边的基座侧边板11,所述的基座侧边板11开设多个孔。本实施例在带扣基座板1的上下侧边均延伸有用于定位腰带本体300侧边的基座侧边板11,结构设计合理,方便佩戴腰带本体300时,对腰带本体300的端部进行初步定位,有利于后续操作。带扣基座板1远离摆动把手壳2的一侧设置多个穿过腰带本体300的座板铆钉凸座13,座板铆钉凸座13上配合安装有用于压固腰带本体300的铆钉。摆动把手壳2靠近腰带本体300的一侧设置多道凹槽22,凹槽22形状与人手指形状相适应,方便使用者手指施力(参看图8)。
本实施例的工作原理是:在使用时,将腰带本体300围在人体腰部,将腰带本体300的左端插入两个基座侧边板11之间,一手按住腰带本体300的左端和带扣基座板1,另一只手将连接带400的端部插入到带体穿孔31中,然后,来回扳动摆动把手壳2,即可使得销轴件3将连接带400逐渐卷绕起来,随着连接带400的收紧,即可使得腰带本体300紧紧地绑定在人体腰部。
需要松开时,克服弹性件的弹力,按压按钮组件5,使得按钮组件5的锁定部56离开解锁件35,解除部57位移至解锁件35处,解锁件35能够回缩至空腔内,此时的销轴件3不在被棘轮6锁定,即销轴件3能够自由转动,接着,拉动连接带400,即可使得连接带400逐渐松卷,直至连接带400完全脱离销轴件3,即可拆下腰带本体300。
以上示意性的对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,该描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一,实际的结构并不局限于此。所以,如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (23)
- 一种带扣组件,包括带扣基座板(1)、销轴件(3)、相互配合的棘轮(6)与把手棘齿(7)、摆动把手壳(2);所述摆动把手壳(2)通过销轴件(3)可转动安装在带扣基座板(1)上;所述把手棘齿(7)可转动支撑安装在摆动把手壳(2)上,其特征在于,所述棘轮(6)开设中心孔,通过中心孔套在销轴件(3)的外周,棘轮(6)上开设解锁槽(61);还包括棘轮解锁机构;所述棘轮解锁机构包括解锁件(35),解锁件(35)可沿销轴件(3)径向移动,卡入或脱离解锁槽(61);或者,所述棘轮解锁机构包括限位套筒(52),限位套筒(52)可沿销轴件(3)轴向移动,卡入或脱离解锁槽(61);棘轮解锁机构的结构设置使得在解锁组件卡入棘轮(6)的解锁槽(61)时,销轴件(3)可随棘轮(6)一起转动,在解锁组件脱离棘轮(6)的解锁槽(61)时,销轴件(3)可自行转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述棘轮解锁机构采用按钮组件(5),按钮组件(5)包括限位套筒(52);限位套筒(52)上活动套装棘轮(6),限位套筒(52)的内侧端分布设置有多个用于与解锁槽(61)配合的凸出部(53)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述按钮组件(5)还包括按钮、按钮螺母(51),按钮的内侧端延伸有按钮螺柱,按钮螺柱活动穿过限位套筒(52)的端面中心孔并与按钮螺母(51)通过螺纹配合连接,所述凸出部(53)分布设置在限位套筒(52)的上端圆周外侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述限位套筒(52)的内壁分布设置有套筒筋条部(54),所述短轴(32)的外壁上分布设置有用于套筒筋条部(54)配合的轴向导向槽。
- 根据权利要求2-4中任一所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述销轴件(3)的下端面开设有按钮弹簧槽(34),按钮弹簧槽(34)内设置有按钮弹簧,按钮弹簧的下端与按钮组件(5)的上端面抵触连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述棘轮解锁机构采用解锁件(35),解锁件(35)安装在销轴件(3)周面上开设的解锁孔中,并可沿销轴件(3)径向活动。
- 根据权利要求6所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述棘轮解锁机构还包括按钮组件(5);所述销轴件(3)开设沿轴向的按钮孔,销轴件(3)周面上开设的解锁孔连通所述按钮孔;所述按钮组件(5)安装在所述按钮孔内,可驱动解锁件(35)伸缩完成解锁动作。
- 根据权利要求7所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述按钮组件(5)包括沿轴向分段设置的锁定部(56)和解除部(57);按钮组件(5)沿按钮孔轴向运动,其锁定部(56)和 解除部(57)的外周面可分别与解锁件(35)接触配合;当按钮组件(5)的锁定部(56)外周面与解锁件(35)接触配合,解锁件(35)突出销轴件(3)的解锁孔表面,实现锁定棘轮(6);当按钮组件(5)的解除部(57)外周面与解锁件(35)接触配合,解锁件(35)完全位于销轴件(3)的解锁孔中,解除对于棘轮(6)的锁定。
- 根据权利要求8所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述按钮组件(5)的外端安装按钮,按钮突出销轴件(3)的端面外。
- 根据权利要求9所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述销轴件(3)的按钮孔内设置有挤压解锁件(35)内端的弹性件。
- 根据权利要求8所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述解锁件(35)的形状为球形。
- 根据权利要求11所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述按钮组件(5)的锁定部(56)外周面具有与解锁件(35)的球面匹配的弧面。
- 根据权利要求11所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述解锁件(35)伸出解锁孔最大距离小于球形的半径。
- 根据权利要求6-13中任一所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述销轴件(3)沿外周面间隔设置多个解锁孔,每个解锁开孔中安装一个解锁件(35);所述棘轮(6)上对应解锁孔设置相应的解锁槽(61)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述摆动把手壳(2)端部延伸设置有一对用于转动配合在销轴件(3)两端的把手耳板壳(21),所述带扣基座板(1)的正面延伸有一对基座耳板壳(12),销轴件(3)通过轴套(33)转动安装在基座耳板壳(12)内。
- 根据权利要求15所述的带扣组件,其特征在于,所述的把手棘齿(7)的齿端嵌入棘轮(6)的棘轮齿槽内,远离棘轮(6)的一侧开设把手棘齿弹簧槽(71),把手棘齿弹簧一端抵靠把手棘齿弹簧槽(71),一端抵靠把手耳板壳(21)内壁,通过把手棘齿轴(72)可转动的安装在把手耳板壳(21)内。
- 根据权利要求16所述的一种腰带带扣组件,其特征在于,还包括座板棘齿(8),座板棘齿(8)通过座板棘齿轴(81)转动安装在下方的基座耳板壳(12)内。
- 根据权利要求17所述的一种腰带带扣组件,其特征在于,所述的座板棘齿(8)的齿端也嵌入棘轮(6)的棘轮齿槽内,座板棘齿(8)的外侧壁上开设有座板棘齿弹簧槽,座板棘齿弹簧槽内设置有座板棘齿弹簧,座板棘齿弹簧的另一端与基座耳板壳(12)的内壁抵触连接。
- 根据权利要求1或15-18所述的一种腰带带扣组件,其特征在于,所述带扣基座板(1)的侧边延伸有用于定位腰带侧边的基座侧边板(11),所述的基座侧边板(11)开设多个孔。
- 根据权利要求1或15-18中任一所述的一种腰带带扣组件,其特征在于,所述带扣基座板(1)远离摆动把手壳(2)的一侧设置多个穿过腰带的座板铆钉凸座(13),座板铆钉凸座(13)上配合安装有用于压固腰带的铆钉。
- 根据权利要求1或15-18中任一所述的一种腰带带扣组件,其特征在于,所述的摆动把手壳(2)靠近腰带的一侧设置多道凹槽(22),凹槽(22)形状与人手指形状相适应。
- 一种举重腰带,包括如权利要求1-21所述的用于卷绕连接带(400)的带扣组件、腰带本体(300)、连接带安装座(200)和连接带(400),其特征在于,腰带带扣组件(100)固定在腰带本体(300)的端部,腰带本体(300)另一端固定连接带安装座(200),连接带安装座(200)上固定连接有连接带(400)。
- 根据权利要求22所述的一种举重腰带,其特征在于,所述连接带安装座(200)的背面设置有带座槽腔(201),带座槽腔(201)内分布延伸有多个用于穿过腰带本体(300)的带座铆钉凸座(202),带座铆钉凸座(202)上也配合安装有用于压固腰带本体(300)的铆钉,所述连接带安装座(200)的侧端还开设有与带座槽腔(201)连通的带体穿槽(203),连接带(400)的端部穿设固定于带体穿槽(203)内。
