所述蓝牙芯片7设置为带驱动功能的BLE蓝牙芯片,所述蓝牙芯片7的输出端与OLED显示屏5的输入端电性连接,蓝牙芯片7与手机APP4连接后,可以通过手机APP4控制更换OLED显示屏5的动态屏保、个性图形和文字等。
所述充电中断提醒版块12包括充电中断提示音和充电中断震动,选择充电中断提示音和充电中断震动的开关,当处于开的选择的时候,如果中途如果发生了断充的情况,会有提示音和震动的对应提示,当处于关的时候,则断充无提示,所述电量充满提醒版块13包括电量充满提示音和电量充满震动,选择电量充满提示音和电量充满震动的开关,当处于开的选择的时候,如果手机充满电量的时候,会有提示音和震动的对应提示,当处于关的时候,则充满无提示。
所述导电线2远离手机充电插头3的一端连接有USB接头或TYPE-C接口插头,所述USB接头或TYPE-C接口插头连接有适配器,通过适配器便于与外接电源插座连接,便于为手机充电。
实施方式具体为:将导电线2上带有USB接头或TYPE-C接口插头的一端与适配器连接,适配器插接在外接电源插座上,手机充电插头3插入手机的充电接口上,为手机充电,进行屏保显示3秒,在手机上下载专属的手机APP4,未连接专属的手机APP4应用时,OLED显示屏5上显示的是充电瓦数,手机APP4通过蓝牙与蓝牙芯片7连接,手机APP4包括提醒功能设置界面10和自定义设置界面11,提醒功能设置界面10包括充电中断提醒版块12和电量充满提醒版块13,充电中断提醒版块12包括充电中断提示音和充电中断震动,选择充电中断提示音和充电中断震动的开关,当处于开的选择的时候,如果中途如果发生了断充的情况,会有提示音和震动的对应提示,当处于关的时候,则断充无提示,所述电量充满提醒版块13包括电量充满提示音和电量充满震动,选择电量充满提示音和电量充满震动的开关,当处于开的选择的时候,如果手机充满电量的时候,会有提示音和震动的对应提示。当处于关的时候,则充满无提示,自定义设置界面 11包括文字选择版块14、图片选择版块15和动态图选择版块16,可以选择自己相册内的内容,进行裁剪后做屏保,确认后,可以在OLED显示屏5内显示相关的图片等,通过OLED显示屏5清晰显示产品充电功率,实时手机电量显示,无需点亮手机屏幕,非常的方便,还可以通过手机APP4控制更换OLED显示屏5的动态屏保、个性图形和文字等,更能增加产品的竞争力度,也更加时尚潮流,使用更加方便,该实施方式具体解决了现有技术中存在的现在的数据多为普通的充电线,在充电的时候并不方便,不能直观查看充电速率和其他信息,还有一些带普通LED显示屏的产品,只能显示充电充电时的功率,并不能显示其他信息,如实时手机或电脑的有效电量和图形、屏保显示等,更不能进行自定义个性化设置,非常不实用的问题。
如图4所示,所述PCB板6上设置有电流调节单元24和电压调节单元25,所述电流调节单元24和电压调节单元25的输入端均与MCU控制芯片23的输出端电性连接,电流调节单元24和电压调节单元25能够自动调节电流电压,稳定输出不伤机。
所述PCB板6上设置有电池保护单元26,所述电池保护单元26的输入端与MCU控制芯片23的输出端电性连接,电池保护单元26能够智能检测电量,满电切换涓流补电,防止过充,提高了安全性能。
实施方式具体为:PCB板6上设置有电流调节单元24和电压调节单元25,电流调节单元24和电压调节单元25能够自动调节电流电压,稳定输出不伤机,PCB板6上设置有电池保护单元26,电池保护单元26能够智能检测电量,满电切换涓流补电,防止过充,提高了安全性能,该实施方式具体解决了现有技术中存在的电流电压输出不稳定的问题。
如图1和图8所示,所述插头外壳1采用锌合金材质或塑胶材质一体化加工制成,结构强度大,不易磨损和损坏,延长了使用寿命。
所述导电线2包括导线线芯17和绝缘外套18,所述绝缘外套18包覆在导线线芯17的外侧,所述绝缘外套18从内到外依次设置有金属屏蔽层19和尼龙编织外层21,耐用、耐磨和防断,提高了导电线2的使用寿命。
所述尼龙编织外层21与金属屏蔽层19之间设置有PE防护层20,所述PE防护层20与尼龙编织外层21之间设置有阻燃层22,所述阻燃层22 采用热塑性弹性体材料加工制成,进一步提高了导电线2的强度,使得导电线2触感柔软,且具有优良的耐候性、抗疲劳性和耐温性。
实施方式具体为:插头外壳1采用锌合金材质或塑胶材质一体化加工制成,结构强度大,不易磨损和损坏,延长了使用寿命,导电线2的绝缘外套18从内到外依次设置有金属屏蔽层19、PE防护层20、阻燃层22和尼龙编织外层21,使得导电线2触感柔软,且具有优良的耐候性、抗疲劳性和耐温性,同时耐用、耐磨和防断,延长了导电线2的使用寿命,该实施方式具体解决了现有技术中存在的导电线容易磨损断裂的问题。
以上只通过说明的方式描述了本发明的某些示范性实施例,毋庸置疑,对于本领域的普通技术人员,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以用各种不同的方式对所描述的实施例进行修正。因此,上述附图和描述在本质上是说明性的,不应理解为对本发明权利要求保护范围的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带OLED显示屏且可显示图文的充电数据线,包括插头外壳(1)、导电线(2)、手机充电插头(3)和手机APP(4),其特征在于:所述手机充电插头(3)设置在插头外壳(1)的一端,所述导电线(2)设置在插头外壳(1)的另一端,所述插头外壳(1)的表面嵌套有OLED显示屏(5),所述插头外壳(1)的内部安装有PCB板(6),所述OLED显示屏(5)集线焊接在PCB板(6)上,所述导电线(2)和手机充电插头(3)均与PCB板(6)连接,所述PCB板(6)上安装有蓝牙芯片(7),所述蓝牙芯片(7)的一侧设置有晶振(8)和电源模块(9),所述晶振(8)和电源模块(9)均安装在PCB板(6)上,所述蓝牙芯片(7)与手机APP(4)之间通过蓝牙连接,所述手机APP(4)包括提醒功能设置界面(10)和自定义设置界面(11),所述提醒功能设置界面(10)包括充电中断提醒版块(12)和电量充满提醒版块(13),所述自定义设置界面(11)包括文字选择版块(14)、图片选择版块(15)和动态图选择版块(16),所述PCB板(6)上安装有MCU控制芯片(23),所述MCU控制芯片(23)的输出端分别与蓝牙芯片(7)和OLED显示屏(5)的输入端电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带OLED显示屏且可显示图文的充电数据线,其特征在于:所述手机充电插头(3)设置为安卓接口插头或TYPE-C接口插头或苹果接口插头。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带OLED显示屏且可显示图文的充电数据线,其特征在于:所述蓝牙芯片(7)设置为带驱动功能的BLE蓝牙芯片,所述蓝牙芯片(7)的输出端与OLED显示屏(5)的输入端电性连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带OLED显示屏且可显示图文的充电数据线,其特征在于:所述充电中断提醒版块(12)包括充电中断提示音和充电中断震动,所述电量充满提醒版块(13)包括电量充满提示音和电量充满震动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带OLED显示屏且可显示图文的充电数据线,其特征在于:所述导电线(2)远离手机充电插头(3)的一端连接有USB接头或TYPE-C接口插头,所述USB接头或TYPE-C接口插头连接有适配器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带OLED显示屏且可显示图文的充电数据线,其特征在于:所述PCB板(6)上设置有电流调节单元(24)和电压调节单元(25),所述电流调节单元(24)和电压调节单元(25)的输入端均与MCU控制芯片(23)的输出端电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带OLED显示屏且可显示图文的充电数据线,其特征在于:所述PCB板(6)上设置有电池保护单元(26),所述电池保护单元(26)的输入端与MCU控制芯片(23)的输出端电性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带OLED显示屏且可显示图文的充电数据线,其特征在于:所述插头外壳(1)采用锌合金材质或塑胶材质一体化加工制成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带OLED显示屏且可显示图文的充电数据线,其特征在于:所述导电线(2)包括导线线芯(17)和绝缘外套(18),所述绝缘外套(18)包覆在导线线芯(17)的外侧,所述绝缘外套(18)从内到外依次设置有金属屏蔽层(19)和尼龙编织外层(21)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种带OLED显示屏且可显示图文的充电数据线,其特征在于:所述尼龙编织外层(21)与金属屏蔽层(19)之间设置有PE防护层(20),所述PE防护层(20)与尼龙编织外层(21)之间设置有阻燃层(22),所述阻燃层(22)采用热塑性弹性体材料加工制成。
