背景技术
目前,在不同的即时通信(Instant Messaging,IM)工具中,对即时通信会话中发送的文本类的外部链接(Uniform Resource Locator,URL),例如公众号链接,新闻网页链接等,通常直接在即时通信会话的界面中展示URL或者展示URL的同时展示标题或部分链接内容。
用户在未点击URL跳转到正文之前,只能看到标题或部分链接内容。用户若要了解更多的内容,需要点击URL或者点击标题跳转到URL所链接的原始页面查看正文。当展示的标题或部分链接内容没有引起用户注意时,用户可能不会通过点击URL或者点击标题这样的繁琐操作查看正文。

可见,本公开的至少一个实施例中,对于即时通信会话中发送的包含链接的消息,通过在即时通信会话的界面中展示包括预览控件的消息卡片,使得消息卡片本身支持预览功能,进而使得用户可以触发消息卡片中的预览控件,从而响应于用户触发预览控件的操作,显示链接的链接对象的预览信息。可见,用户若想了解更多的内容,可以通过触发预览控件来查看预览信息,无需通过点击链接或标题跳转到正文进行查看,使得用户更便捷地了解更多的内容。即使标题或部分链接内容没有引起用户的注意,但是由于预览控件的存在,用户也可能会触发预览控件来查看预览信息,提升链接内容的曝光度。

文本类的链接也即链接内容为以文本为主的链接(Uniform Resource Locator,URL),例如内容平台的链接、论坛链接、公众号链接,新闻网页链接等。目前,在不同的即时通信工具中,对即时通信会话中发送的文本类的外部链接,有不同的处理方式,例如:
有些即时通信工具中,直接展示URL,用户可以点击URL跳转到URL所链接的原始页面进行查看。有些即时通信工具中,可以渲染包括URL的消息卡片,消息卡片可以提供部分链接内容,且消息卡片本身并不支持点击跳转,用户若想了解更多的内容,只能通过点击URL跳转到正文进行查看。还有些即时通信工具中,可以解析URL得到标题,并渲染包括URL和标题的消息卡片,且消息卡片本身并不支持点击跳转,用户可以点击URL或标题跳转到正文进行查看。
本公开实施例提供了一种信息处理方法、装置、系统及存储介质,对于即时通信会话中发送的包含链接的消息,通过在即时通信会话的界面中展示包括预览控件的消息卡片,使得消息卡片本身支持预览功能,进而使得用户可以触发消息卡片中的预览控件,从而响应于用户触发预览控件的操作,显示链接的链接对象的预览信息。可见,用户若想了解更多的内容,可以通过触发预览控件来查看预览信息,无需通过点击链接或标题跳转到正文进行查看,使得用户更便捷地了解更多的内容。即使标题或部分链接内容没有引起用户的注意,但是由于预览控件的存在,用户也可能会触发预览控件来查看预览信息,提升链接内容的曝光度。
图1为本公开实施例提供的一种信息处理方法的示例性流程图。该信息处理方法可以包括但不限于如下步骤101和102:
101、响应于向即时通信会话中发送包含链接的消息,在即时通信会话的界面中展示包含链接的信息的消息卡片,消息卡片包括预览控件。
其中,链接为文本类的链接,也即链接内容为以文本为主的链接(Uniform Resource Locator,URL),例如内容平台的链接、论坛链接、公众号链接,新闻网页链接等。
102、响应于触发预览控件的操作,显示链接的链接对象的预览信息。其中,链接对象为链接对应的网页。
在一些实施例中,预览控件为第一预览控件。响应于触发第一预览控件的操作,在即时通信会话的界面中的消息卡片内显示预览信息。可见,对于第一预览控件,预览不会离开即时通信会话的界面,也即不需要跳转到该链接原本的页面中,用户无需通过点击链接或标题跳转到正文进行查看,使得用户更便捷地了解更多的内容。即使标题或部分链接内容没有引起用户的注意,但是由于第一预览控件的存在,用户也可能会触发第一预览控件来查看预览信息,提升链接内容的曝光度。
在一些实施例中,第一预览控件为消息卡片内的滚动条控件。响应滚动条控件的滑动操作,在即时通信会话的界面中的消息卡片内滚动显示预览信息中的部分信息。
在一些实施例中,第一预览控件为消息卡片内的查看更多控件,例如为“查看更多”按钮(button)。响应查看更多控件的触发操作,在即时通信会话的界面中的消息卡片内显示预览信息的全部信息。
在一些实施例中,预览控件为第二预览控件。响应于触发第二预览控件的操作,在即时通信会话的界面中弹层,并在弹层内显示预览信息。可见,对于第二预览控件,预览不会离开即时通信会话的界面,也即不需要跳转到该链接原本的页面中,用户无需通过点击链接或标题跳转到正文进行查看,使得用户更便捷地了解更多的内容。即使标题或部分链接内容没有引起用户的注意,但是由于第二预览控件的存在,用户也可能会触发第二预览控件来查看预览信息,提升链接内容的曝光度。
在一些实施例中,第二预览控件为“预览”按钮(button)。响应于“预览”按钮的点击操作,在即时通信会话的界面中弹层,例如弹蒙层,并在弹层内增加滚动条控件或查看更多控件,响应滚动条控件的滑动操作,在弹层内滚动显示预览信息中的部分信息,或者响应于触发查看更多控件的操作,在弹层内显示预览信息的全部信息。另 外,在弹层内还增加关闭控件,例如,“关闭”按钮,响应“关闭”按钮的点击操作,关闭该弹层。
在一些实施例中,消息卡片还包括第一存储控件和/或复制链接控件。其中,第一存储控件用于对链接对象的预览信息或链接对象的全部信息进行剪切与存储;复制链接控件用于对链接进行复制。
在一些实施例中,在即时通信会话的界面中展示包含链接的信息的消息卡片之前,信息处理方法还可包括:对链接进行解析,获取链接的信息;渲染包括链接的信息和预览控件的消息卡片。其中,在渲染消息卡片时,可以限定消息卡片的通用高度,该通用高度可根据实际需要进行设置,本实施例不限定具体取值。
在一些实施例中,消息卡片中包含的链接的信息包括如下中的至少一项:图标(icon)、超级链接和标签。其中,图标为链接对应的网页的标志图案;超级链接为文字超链接,超级链接在被触发后打开浏览器,并跳转到链接对应的网页;标签用于标识链接对应的网页的类型。
例如,链接对应的网页为文本文档,则图标为文本文档的标志图案,超级链接为该文本文档的主题,标签为文本文档的标识。
在一些实施例中,可以根据链接对应页面中提取出的主题或摘要构建超级链接,或者,可以根据业务方自定义超级链接的文本构建超级链接。可见,用户所看到的超级链接是文字超链接,更加容易理解超级链接所对应的网页的内容概括。
在一些实施例中,图标位于超级链接之前作为超级链接的头部,标签位于超级链接之后作为超级链接的尾部,这样,图标、超级链接和标签可以看作一个整体,作为链接解析的结果。可见,与现有的消息卡片的区别之一是:本实施例中的消息卡片包括的是链接解析的结果,而非链接本身。
在本公开的一个实施例中,该信息处理方法由IM客户端与URL中台配合执行,其中,URL中台可以理解为IM系统中的处理URL相关事宜的服务中台。URL中台通过IM客户端获取用户的输入,以及通过IM客户端将URL的处理结果展示给客户。
图2为本公开实施例提供的另一种信息处理方法的示例性流程图,该信息处理方法包括步骤201至206:
在步骤201中,用户向即时通信会话中发送包含链接的消息。
在步骤202中,URL中台响应于向即时通信会话中发送包含链接的消息,判断该链接是否为文本类的外部链接。其中,文本类的外部 链接为以文本为主的链接,例如内容平台的链接、论坛链接、公众号链接,新闻网页链接等;其中,外部链接可以理解为IM工具外部的链接。
在步骤203中,URL中台若判定该链接不是文本类的外部链接,则采用现有的线上逻辑对该链接进行处理,其中,线上逻辑可以有多种,目前的一种线上逻辑为直接将该链接展示在即时通信会话的界面中,其他的线上逻辑不再赘述。
在步骤204中,URL中台若判定该链接是文本类的外部链接,则响应于向即时通信会话中发送包含链接的消息,在即时通信会话的界面中展示包含链接的信息和预览控件的消息卡片。
在步骤205中,用户可以触发预览控件。
若预览控件为消息卡片内的滚动条控件,则用户可以滑动滚动条控件;若预览控件为“查看更多”按钮(button),则用户可以点击该button;若预览控件为“预览”按钮(button),则用户可以点击该button。
在步骤206中,URL中台响应于触发预览控件的操作,显示链接的链接对象的预览信息。
URL中台响应滚动条控件的滑动操作,在即时通信会话的界面中的消息卡片内滚动显示预览信息中的部分信息。
URL中台响应“查看更多”按钮(button)的点击操作,在即时通信会话的界面中的消息卡片内显示预览信息的全部信息。
URL中台响应于“预览”按钮的点击操作,在即时通信会话的界面中弹层,例如弹蒙层,并在弹层内增加滚动条控件或查看更多控件,响应滚动条控件的滑动操作,在弹层内滚动显示预览信息中的部分信息,或者响应于触发查看更多控件的操作,在弹层内显示预览信息的全部信息。
图3为本公开实施例提供的又一种信息处理方法的示例性流程图,该信息处理方法的执行主体为URL中台,更进一步地,将URL中台划分为多个功能模块:渲染/解析模块、监听模块、管理模块和响应模块。在图3中,业务端需要先在开发者后台注册域名,以便接入URL中台的管理模块。该信息处理方法的流程描述如下:
用户向即时通信会话中发送包含URL的消息。监听模块监听到包含URL的消息后,向管理模块查询处理该URL的模块。管理模块返回查询到的模块信息(即响应模块的信息)至监听模块。监听模块向URL的业务端推送URL预览事件。业务端响应URL预览事件,调用URL预 览API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序接口)获取预览信息,并将预览信息发送给响应模块。响应模块接收业务端响应URL预览事件而反馈的预览信息,并向渲染/解析模块提供渲染数据,渲染数据包括但不限于消息卡片的高度等数据。渲染/解析模块在获取渲染数据后,对URL进行解析,获取所述链接的信息,并为用户渲染包括URL的信息和预览控件的消息卡片。
另外,接入的业务端也可以向预览更新模块请求更新预览信息,在请求更新预览信息的同时将新的预览信息发送给预览更新模块。预览更新模块基于新的预览信息生成渲染数据,并将渲染数据发送给渲染/解析模块。渲染/解析模块在获取渲染数据后,更新消息卡片对应的预览信息。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员能够理解,本公开实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本公开实施例,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。另外,本领域技术人员能够理解,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于可选实施例。
图4为本公开实施例提供的一种信息处理装置,该信息处理装置包括但不限于:展示单元41和显示单元42。
展示单元41,用于响应于向即时通信会话中发送包含链接的消息,在即时通信会话的界面中展示包含链接的信息的消息卡片,消息卡片包括预览控件;
显示单元42,用于响应于触发预览控件的操作,显示链接的链接对象的预览信息。

在一些实施例中,该信息处理装置还包括解析/渲染单元,用于对链接进行解析,获取链接的信息;并渲染包括链接的信息和预览控件的消息卡片。
在一些实施例中,该信息处理装置还包括判断单元,用于判断链接是否为文本类的链接。展示单元41在判断单元的判断结果为是时,在即时通信会话的界面中展示包含链接的信息的消息卡片。
在一些实施例中,该信息处理装置还包括预览信息获取单元,用于向链接的业务端推送链接预览事件,接收业务端响应链接预览事件而反馈的预览信息。
在一些实施例中,信息处理装置中各单元的划分仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如信息处理装置中的至少两个单元可以实现为一个单元;信息处理装置中的各单元也可以划分为多个子单元。可以理解的是,各个单元或子单元能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。本领域技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能。
图5是本公开实施例提供的一种包括至少一个计算装置和至少一个存储指令的存储装置的系统的示例性框图。在一些实施例中,该系统可用于大数据处理,至少一个计算装置和至少一个存储装置可以为分布式部署,使该系统为分布式数据处理集群。
如图5所示,系统包括:至少一个计算装置51、至少一个存储指 令的存储装置52。可以理解,本实施例中的存储装置52可以是易失性存储器或非易失性存储器,或可包括易失性和非易失性存储器两者。

在本公开实施例中,至少一个计算装置51通过调用至少一个存储装置52存储的程序或指令,具体的,可以是应用程序中存储的程序或指令,至少一个计算装置51用于执行本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法各实施例的步骤。
本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法可以应用于计算装置51中,或者由计算装置51实现。计算装置51可以是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过计算装置51中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的计算装置51可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。

本公开实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储程序或指令,当所述程序或指令被至少一个计算装置运行时,使至少一个计算装置执行如信息处理方法各实施例的步骤,为避免重复描述,在此不再赘述。其中,计算装置可以为图5所示的计算装置51。在一些实施例中,计算机可读存储介质为非暂态计算机可 读存储介质。

    响应于向即时通信会话中发送包含链接的消息,在所述即时通信会话的界面中展示包含所述链接的信息的消息卡片,所述消息卡片包括预览控件;
    响应于触发所述预览控件的操作,显示所述链接的链接对象的预览信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述预览控件为第一预览控件或第二预览控件;
    所述响应于触发所述预览控件的操作,显示所述链接的链接对象的预览信息包括:
    响应于触发所述第一预览控件的操作,在所述即时通信会话的界面中的消息卡片内显示所述预览信息;或,
    响应于触发所述第二预览控件的操作,在所述即时通信会话的界面中弹层,并在所述弹层内显示所述预览信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述消息卡片还包括如下控件中的至少一个:第一存储控件和复制链接控件;
    所述第一存储控件用于对所述链接对象的预览信息或所述链接对象的全部信息进行剪切与存储;
    所述复制链接控件用于对所述链接进行复制。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述消息卡片中包含的所述链接的信息包括如下中的至少一项:
    图标,所述图标为所述链接对应的网页的标志图案;
    超级链接,所述超级链接在被触发后打开浏览器,并跳转到所述链接对应的网页;
    标签,所述标签用于标识所述链接对应的网页的类型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在所述即时通信会话的界面中展示包含所述链接的信息的消息卡片之前,所述方法还包括:
    对所述链接进行解析,获取所述链接的信息;
    渲染包括所述链接的信息和所述预览控件的消息卡片。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    在所述即时通信会话的界面中展示包含所述链接的信息的消息卡片之前,所述方法还包括:判断所述链接是否为文本类的链接;
    当判断结果为是时,执行所述在所述即时通信会话的界面中展示包含所述链接的信息的消息卡片的步骤。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    向所述链接的业务端推送链接预览事件;
    接收所述业务端响应所述链接预览事件而反馈的预览信息;
    响应于触发所述预览控件的操作,在所述即使通讯会话的界面中显示所述预览信息。
  10. 一种信息处理装置,所述装置包括:
    展示单元,用于响应于向即时通信会话中发送包含链接的消息,在所述即时通信会话的界面中展示包含所述链接的信息的消息卡片,所述消息卡片包括预览控件;
    显示单元,用于响应于触发所述预览控件的操作,显示所述链接的链接对象的预览信息。
  11. 一种包括至少一个计算装置和至少一个存储指令的存储装置的系统,其中,所述指令在被所述至少一个计算装置运行时,促使所述至少一个计算装置执行如权利要求1至9任一项所述信息处理方法的步骤。
