根据本申请提供的挂式空调器,还包括第二温度传感器,所述机壳设有进风口,所述第二温度传感器安装于所述进风口,所述第二温度传感器与所述挂式空调器的控制器通信连接。
本申请提供的挂式空调器,通过设置第一贯流风扇和第二贯流风扇,在机壳内部形成左右并列的两个风道。同时,出风口下方安装有托盘,可以在托盘上放置有冷藏需求的物品,如待冷藏食物。在挂式空调器工作在冷藏模式下时,通过调整第一贯流风扇和第二贯流风扇,使其中一个吹出较冷的风,另一个吹出相对高温的风,从而较冷的风对托盘上的物品进行冷藏,相对高温的风用于调节室温,挂式空调器能够同时调节室温和冷藏物品。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请中的附图,对本申请中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1-图4所示,本申请提供一种挂式空调器,包括机壳1、第一贯流风扇21、第二贯流风扇22和托盘3。
其中,机壳1设有出风口11,第一贯流风扇21和第二贯流风扇22安装于机壳1内并分别与出风口11的左半部分和右半部分相对。托盘3安装于机壳1外并位于出风口11的下方,托盘3用于放置待冷藏物品。在所述挂式空调器工作在冷藏模式的状态下,所述第一贯流风扇和所述第二贯流风扇吹出温度不同的风。
具体的,如图1所示,机壳1为长条状,挂式空调器安装于墙面上时,机壳1长度方向沿水平设置,其背面紧贴墙壁。机壳1上方设有进风口16,下方设有出风口11,进风口16和出风口11的长度方向同样沿水平设置。进风口16设有栅格,出风口11安装有挡板12,挡板12在挂式空调器运行时打开。
如图2所示,在机壳1的内部安装有风道壳15,风道壳15为长条弧形板状,其长度方向沿水平设置。如图3所示,第一贯流风扇21和第二贯流风扇22沿水平方向排列的分别安装于风道壳15的左侧和右侧。可选的,第一贯流风扇21和第二贯流风扇22同轴设置。
进风口16的左半部、风道壳15的左半部、第一贯流风扇21和出风口11的左半部共同形成第一风道;进风口16的右半部、风道壳15的右半部、第二贯流风扇22和出风口11的右半部共同形成第二风道,则第一风道和第二风道均沿水平方向延伸并沿水平方向排列,空气流向均为从进风口16流经风道壳15的弧面,在此过程中与挂式空调器的蒸发器发生热交换,然后从出风口11吹出。
可以理解,当第一贯流风扇21和第二贯流风扇22的转速不同,进风口16的左半部和右半部的进风速度不同,第一风道和第二风道中的空气与蒸发器发生热交换的时间不同,则从出风口11左半部和右半部吹出的空气温度不同。
可以理解,第一贯流风扇21也可以安装于风道壳15右侧,第二贯流风扇22也可以安装于风道壳15左侧,本申请对此不作限制。
如图1所示,挂式空调器还包括托盘3,托盘3安装于机壳1外部下侧,其盘面与出风口11相对。托盘3上可以放置待冷藏物品,比如需要低温保存的食物,或者需要快速散热的电子产品等。
当挂式空调器在冷藏模式下工作时,可以通过控制第一贯流风扇21和第二贯流风扇22的转速,使其中一个吹出用于调节室温的制冷风,另一个向托盘3吹出用于冷藏物品的低温风,低温风温度低于制冷风。
比如,在一个实施例中,第一贯流风扇21转速较低,第一风道的送风量低,空气与蒸发器热交换更彻底,从而第一风道吹出10℃的低温风;而第二贯流风扇22转速较高,第二风道吹出26℃的制冷风。从而托盘3上的物品处于10℃左右的低温环境下,能够实现一般的冷藏需求,而室内温度趋近26℃,适宜用户体感。
值得说明的是,由于需要考虑人体适宜的温度范围,目前的空调通常限制了最低出风温度,比如最低出风温度为16℃。而本申请提供的挂式空调器,通过设置第一贯流风扇21和第二贯流风扇22,使其中一个能吹出远低于调节室温所需温度的低温风,从而可以与托盘3配合,实现冷藏功能,充分利用了蒸发器的制冷效果。由于低温风温度极低,需要的进风量小,通过控制制冷风的温度范围,也不会导致室内温度过低。
在上述实施例的基础上,具体的,在一个实施例中,在挂式空调器工作 在冷藏模式的状态下,第一贯流风扇21和第二贯流风扇22中的一个吹出5℃-10℃的风,另一个吹出16℃-30℃的风。即,低温风可以在5℃-10℃的范围内调节,制冷风可以在16℃-30℃的范围内调节,用户根据具体需求在可控范围内调节低温风和制冷风的具体温度。
在另一个实施例中,低温风的调节范围为2℃-4℃的风。
可选的,挂式空调器内还安装有降噪设备,在低温风温度较低,挂式空调器的工作噪声较大时起到降噪作用。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选的,在本申请的一些实施例中,托盘3可升降的安装于机壳1。
比如,在一个实施例中,托盘3包括连接杆31和托盘本体32,连接杆31的第一端设有齿条段311,齿条段311与机壳1内的齿轮装置14传动连接,连接杆31的第二端外露于机壳1,连接杆31的第二端与托盘本体32固定连接。
具体的,如图4所示,托盘本体32为长方形板,其长度与出风口11匹配。连接杆31的第二端分别固定连接于托盘本体32的两端。
如图2所示,连接杆31的第一端插设于机壳1内,其上的齿条段311与机壳1内的齿轮装置14传动连接。通过控制齿轮装置14转动,齿条段311在机壳1内上下移动,从而托盘本体32随连接杆31的移动靠近或远离出风口11。
又如,在另一个实施例中,连接杆31的第一端设有滚珠丝杆段,连接杆31的第一端插设于机壳1内,其上的滚珠丝杆段与机壳1内的丝杆螺母螺旋传动连接,通过控制丝杆螺母转动,使滚珠丝杆段在机壳1内上下移动,从而托盘本体32随连接杆31的移动靠近或远离出风口11。
又如,在又一个实施例中,连接杆31固定安装于机壳1外,连接杆31为伸缩杆,通过连接杆31的伸缩使托盘3可升降的安装于机壳1外。
通过设置托盘3可升降的安装于机壳1,用户可以根据待冷藏物品的具体体积和需求温度控制托盘3的高度,调节托盘3上的待冷藏物品到出风口11的距离,使冷藏功能更为灵活。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选的,托盘3为可折叠托盘。比如,托盘3为波纹板,通过用户手动拉伸改变托盘3的宽度;或者托盘3包括第一盘体 和第二盘体,第二盘体铰接于第一盘体并覆盖在第一盘体上,用户通过翻转第二盘体使第二盘体展开至第一盘体的同一水平面上,从而改变托盘3的宽度。由此,灵活改变托盘本体32的储物面积。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选的,托盘3上设有通风孔321。
具体的,如图4所示,托盘本体32上设有阵列排布的多个腰型孔状的通风孔321,便于低温风的流通。可以理解,通风孔321还可以为圆形、方形等多种形状,通风孔321的排列方式、排列密度可以为其他形式,本申请对此不作限定。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选的,在本申请的一些实施例中,挂式空调器还包括隔断板,隔断板安装于出风口11,从而出风口11形成第一出风口和第二出风口,第一贯流风扇21与第一出风口相对,第二贯流风扇22与第二出风口相对。
具体的,隔断板安装于出风口11的中部,纵向的将出风口11隔断为第一出风口和第二出风口两段。隔断板还可以延伸至第一贯流风扇21和第二贯流风扇22之间,从而将第一风道和第二风道进一步隔断,减少低温风和制冷风的混杂,提高冷藏效果。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选的,在一个实施例中,托盘3的长度与第一出风口的长度相同,托盘3安装于第一出风口的下方。
可以理解,由于第一贯流风扇21用于吹低温风,第二贯流风扇22用于吹制冷风,两股不同温度的风同时吹到托盘本体32上,会造成托盘本体32的温度不均,而实际接受到低温风的只有托盘本体32上与第一出风口相对的一部分。因此,通过缩小托盘本体32的长度,使其仅与第一出风口相对,能减小整个挂式空调器的体积。
可以理解,在另一个实施例中,第二贯流风扇22用于吹低温风,第一贯流风扇21用于吹制冷风,则托盘本体32的长度与第二出风口长度相同,安装于第二出风口下方。本申请对此不做限制。
可选的,如图2所示,出风口11还安装有摆叶13,控制与第一出风口相对的摆叶13和与第二出风口相对的摆叶13向不同方向倾斜,从而低温风和制冷风分别向左边和右边相背离的吹出,进一步避免气流混杂。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选的,本申请提供的挂式空调器还包括第一 温度传感器,第一温度传感器安装于托盘3,第一温度传感器与挂式空调器的控制器通信连接。
可以理解,第一温度传感器用于检测托盘3上的环境温度,即冷藏环境温度。挂式空调器的控制器根据第一温度传感器所检测到的冷藏环境温度对第一贯流风扇21或第二贯流风扇22的转速进行调节,直至冷藏环境温度稳定于设定值。
可选的,第一温度传感器为红外线温度传感器,红外线温度传感器用于检测托盘3上放置的物品的表面温度。
由于红外线温度传感器可以直接检测物品表面温度,相比于通过一般的温度传感器检测环境温度更为精确。
可选的,托盘3上还安装有湿度传感器,湿度传感器与挂式空调器的控制器通信连接,湿度传感器用于检测冷藏环境湿度。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选的,本申请提供的挂式空调器还包括第二温度传感器,第二温度传感器安装于进风口16,第二温度传感器与所述挂式空调器的控制器通信连接。
可以理解,第二温度传感器用于检测挂式空调器的进风温度,而进风温度相当于此时的室内温度。当进风温度稳定在预设值时,挂式空调器可以平稳运行,当进风温度偏离预设值,对应的调节第一贯流风扇21或第二贯流风扇22的转速,一方面保证低温风的出风温度维持不变,冷藏环境稳定;另一方面保证制冷风的出风温度相应的升高或降低,以使室内温度达到预设值。
下面以一个具体的实施例来说明本申请提供的挂式空调器及其控制方法。
在本实施例中,第一贯流风扇21安装于风道壳15左半部,第二贯流风扇22安装于风道壳15右半部,第一贯流风扇21和第二贯流风扇22同轴布设。出风口11设有隔断板,隔断板延伸至第一贯流风扇21和第二贯流风扇22之间,从而将第一风道和第二风道分割开,并将出风口11分为左边的第一出风口和右边的第二出风口。托盘3可升降的安装于机壳1外,且托盘本体32长度与第一出风口长度相同,托盘本体32位于第一出风口下方。托盘3上安装有红外线温度传感器和湿度传感器,进风口16安装有第二温度传感器。
以托盘3上放置需要被短期冷藏的食物,预设冷藏温度10℃,冷藏湿度 60%,且预设目标室温为26℃为例,在挂式空调器工作在冷藏模式下时:
首先,通过红外线温度传感器检测托盘本体32上的食物表面温度,根据食物表面温度调节第一贯流风扇21的转速和托盘本体32的高度。同时,通过湿度传感器检测托盘本体32周围的环境湿度,在环境湿度不符合预设湿度时,对应的控制挂式空调器开启加湿或除湿功能。
在红外线温度传感器检测到的食物表面温度维持在10℃,且湿度传感器检测到的冷藏环境湿度维持在60%后,维持第一贯流风扇21的出风温度不变。
同时,根据预设目标室温和第二温度传感器检测的进风温度调节第二贯流风扇22的转速。当进风温度低于预设目标室温,增加第二贯流风扇22转速,以提高第二贯流风扇22的出风温度;当进风温度高于预设目标室温,维持第二贯流风扇22转速不变或降低第二贯流风扇22转速,以维持或降低第二贯流风扇22的出风温度。
通过控制第二贯流风扇22的转速,最终使进风温度维持在预设目标室温,从而挂式空调器稳定运行。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种挂式空调器,包括:机壳、第一贯流风扇、第二贯流风扇和托盘;
    所述机壳设有出风口,所述第一贯流风扇和所述第二贯流风扇安装于所述机壳内,所述第一贯流风扇和所述第二贯流风扇分别与所述出风口的左半部分和右半部分相对;所述托盘安装于所述机壳外并位于所述出风口的下方,所述托盘用于放置待冷藏物品;
    在所述挂式空调器工作在冷藏模式的状态下,所述第一贯流风扇和所述第二贯流风扇吹出温度不同的风。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的挂式空调器,其特征在于,在所述挂式空调器工作在冷藏模式的状态下,所述第一贯流风扇和所述第二贯流风扇中的一个吹出5℃-10℃的风,另一个吹出16℃-30℃的风。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的挂式空调器,其特征在于,所述托盘可升降地安装于所述机壳。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的挂式空调器,其特征在于,所述托盘包括连接杆和托盘本体,所述连接杆的第一端设有齿条段,所述齿条段与所述机壳内的齿轮装置传动连接;所述连接杆的第二端外露于所述机壳,所述连接杆的第二端与所述托盘本体固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的挂式空调器,其特征在于,所述托盘为可折叠托盘。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的挂式空调器,还包括隔断板,所述隔断板安装于所述出风口,从而将所述出风口分隔为第一出风口和第二出风口,所述第一贯流风扇与所述第一出风口相对,所述第二贯流风扇与所述第二出风口相对。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的挂式空调器,其特征在于,所述托盘的长度与所述第一出风口的长度相同,所述托盘安装于所述第一出风口的下方。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的挂式空调器,还包括第一温度传感器,所述第一温度传感器安装于所述托盘,所述第一温度传感器与所述挂式空调器的控制器通信连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的挂式空调器,其特征在于,所述第一温度 传感器为红外线温度传感器,所述红外线温度传感器用于检测所述托盘上放置的物品的表面温度。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的挂式空调器,还包括第二温度传感器,所述机壳设有进风口,所述第二温度传感器安装于所述进风口,所述第二温度传感器与所述挂式空调器的控制器通信连接。
