目前,在现有技术中存在一种盆栽装置,包括盆体、枝干以及叶杆,所述盆体具有上开口腔。其存在的问题是:由于受限于结构的限制,盆栽装置的造型固定,不具有拼接性、多变性。
为此,本实用新型提供一种可多变造型的盆栽装置。

鉴于现有的技术存在的上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可多变造型的盆栽装置,它具有拼接性、多变性的特点。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种可多变造型的盆栽装置,包括盆体、枝干以及叶杆,所述盆体具有上开口腔;还包括用于代表泥沙的填充件,所述填充件内嵌于所述上开口腔,所述填充件设有至少一个第一插孔,所述枝干包括主枝部和数个副枝部,所述副枝部沿主枝部侧壁倾斜向上延伸,其中部分所述副枝部侧壁倾斜向上延伸有数个伸出杆部,所述主枝部插固于所述第一插孔内;
所述叶杆包括具有第二插孔的插杆部和用于代表树叶的数片叶 片部,所述叶片部设置于所述插杆部端部,所述插杆部的第二插孔可拆卸地插接于所述副枝部或者所述伸出杆部,以使所述第一插孔、枝干以及叶杆进行组合插接构成不同的盆栽造型。

本实用新型利用上述的可多变造型的盆栽装置后,与现有技术相比,由于采用了此种结构,填充件的第一插孔、枝干以及叶杆设置,使得第一插孔、枝干以及叶杆进行组合插接构成不同的盆栽造型,从而使申请的盆栽造型具有拼接性、多变性的特点;且主枝部插固于第一插孔内,插杆部的第二插孔可拆卸地插接于副枝部或者伸出杆部,具有可拆卸拼接特点,节约包装空间,便于运输。

本实用新型提供一种可多变造型的盆栽装置,请参考图1至图5所示,包括盆体1、枝干2以及叶杆3,所述盆体1具有上开口腔1a;还包括用于代表泥沙的填充件4,所述填充件4内嵌于所述上开口腔1a,所述填充件4设有至少一个第一插孔40,所述枝干2包括主枝部20和数个副枝部21,所述副枝部21沿主枝部20侧壁倾斜向上延伸,其中部分所述副枝部21侧壁倾斜向上延伸有数个伸出杆部210,所述主枝部20插固于所述第一插孔40内;
所述叶杆3包括具有第二插孔(图中未示出,以下均是)的插杆部30和用于代表树叶的数片叶片部31,所述叶片部31设置于所述插杆部30端部,所述插杆部30的第二插孔可拆卸地插接于所述副枝部21或者所述伸出杆部210,以使所述第一插孔40、枝干2以及叶杆3进行组合插接构成不同的盆栽造型。
需要说明的是,使用时,将上述的枝干2的主枝部插固于所述第一插孔40内,且将相应的叶杆3的插杆部30的第二插孔可拆卸地插接于所述副枝部21或者所述伸出杆部210,即可完成装配,具有拼接性、多变性的特点;需包装时,将主枝部20从所述第一插孔40拨出,且将相应的叶杆3的插杆部30拨出于所述副枝部21或者所述伸 出杆部210即可,节约包装空间,便于运输。另外地,顾客只需购买本申请的一套件就能组合出不同盆栽造型,相较于现有需分别购买多种不同规格盆栽结构而言,购买成本低、制作环保,有助于扩大产品销量;还需说明的是,前述的填充件4也可以使用泡沫、水袋、水泥等代替。
还需说明的是,所述第一插孔40的孔径大小需和枝干3的相设配,有多个第一插孔40时,第一插孔40孔径的规格可以相同也可以不相同。
结合图2至图5所示,在本实施例中,所述第一插孔40为一个或者两个或者三个或者四个。需要说明的是,前述的第一插孔40的个数可以设置成其他数量,例如五个、八个等。
结合图1或图3所示,在本实施例中,所述盆体1为高分子材质或者陶瓷材质或者玻璃材质或者木料材质或者金属材质或者竹编材质或藤编材质或棕编材质或草编材质或柳编材质制成的一体件。前述的盆体1也可以使用其他类型的材质制作。前述的高分子材质包括塑料材质。
结合图1所示,在本实施例中,所述枝干2为塑料材质或者金属材质制成的一体件。前述的枝干2也可以使用其他类型的材质制作。
需要说明的是,图2为一个杆支插入于一个所述第一插孔40的盆栽装置的造型图,图3为两个杆支分别相应地插入于两个所述第一插孔40的盆栽装置的造型图,图4为三个杆支分别相应地插入于三个所述第一插孔40的盆栽装置的造型图,图5为四个杆支分别相应 地插入于四个所述第一插孔40的盆栽装置的造型图。
如上所述,本实用新型涉及的一种可多变造型的盆栽装置,具有以下有益效果:
本实用新型利用上述的可多变造型的盆栽装置后,与现有技术相比,由于采用了此种结构,填充件的第一插孔、枝干以及叶杆设置,使得第一插孔、枝干以及叶杆进行组合插接构成不同的盆栽造型,从而使申请的盆栽造型具有拼接性、多变性的特点;且主枝部插固于第一插孔内,插杆部的第二插孔可拆卸地插接于副枝部或者伸出杆部,具有可拆卸拼接特点,节约包装空间,便于运输。
