优选的,所述条形滑板的另一端固定安装有立板,所述立板的一侧固定安装有第一弹簧的一端,所述第一弹簧的另一端与对应的竖板固定连接,通过第一弹簧能够拉动条形滑板进行复位。
优选的,所述滑动板的底侧固定安装有卡板,且卡板的底侧呈弧面设置,所述推拉板的顶侧开设有卡槽,所述卡板活动卡接在卡槽内,通过卡板和卡槽便于对推拉板进行固定。
优选的,所述挡板的一侧固定安装有U型把手,且U型把手上固定套设有防滑手柄套,通过U型把手便于对推拉板进行操作。
本发明中,所述的一种电子设备生产用电子元件干燥装置,使用时首先接通电源,通过U型把手将推拉板从箱体内拉出,在拉出时卡板向上推动滑动板对多个第二弹簧进行压缩,将推拉板拉出后,将需要进行干燥的电子元件放置在格栅板的空格中,将推拉板沿第三板的顶侧推入箱体内,卡板在第二弹簧和滑动板的作用下活动卡接在卡槽内对推拉板进行固定,在电机的作用下带动第一皮带轮转动,第一皮带轮通过皮带带动第二皮带轮、第三皮带轮转动,第二皮带轮通过第一轴带动鼓风扇叶进行鼓风,在第一网板的作用下避免吸入杂物,电热板产生的热量在鼓风扇叶的作用下吹向箱体内,第三皮带轮通过第二轴带动带动凸轮转动,凸轮转动推动推动板使条形滑板沿竖板向右滑动并通过立板对第一弹簧进行拉伸,在第一弹簧和凸轮的共同作用下使得条形滑板进行往复滑动,条形滑板通过齿板带动多个小齿轮进行往复偏转,从而带动多个导风板对鼓入箱体内的风进行导向。
第二轴通过螺旋齿带动蜗轮使第四轴转动,第四轴通过齿轮和环形齿盘带动载物盘转动,在载物盘和导风板的配合下,能够有效的避免出现局部过热导致电子元件出现损坏的情况,同时便于对电子元件进行多方位的鼓风干燥,有效的提高了干燥效率,第二轴通过第一锥轮、第二锥轮带动第三轴转动,第三轴转动带动排风扇叶将箱体内的空气排出箱体,通过观察窗能够对箱体内的情况进行观测。
本发明设计合理,通过载物盘能够对电子元件进行分区摆放,避免出现堆积,通过导风板、齿轮、环形齿盘能够增大电子元件的受风面积,从而能够均匀受热,且使用方便,操作简单。

参照图1-7,一种电子设备生产用电子元件干燥装置,包括箱体1,箱体1的顶部一侧开设有安装槽,安装槽内设置有电机2,电机2的输出轴上固定套设有第一皮带轮3,箱体1的顶部开设有进风口4,进风口4的两侧内壁上固定安装有同一个第一板5,第一板5上转动安装有第一轴6,第一轴6的顶端延伸至箱体1的上方并固定套设有第二皮带轮7,第一轴6的底端延伸至箱体1内并固定套设有鼓风扇叶8,第一板5的底侧设置有多个电热板9,箱体1的底部内壁一侧转动安装有第二轴10的底端,第二轴10的顶端延伸至箱体1的上方并固定套设有第三皮带轮11,第一皮带轮3、第二皮带轮7和第三皮带轮11上传动连接有同一个皮带12,第二轴10的外侧固定套设有第一锥轮15,箱体1的一侧开设有出风口,出风口的顶部内壁上与底部内壁上固定安装有同一个第二板16,第二板16上转动安装有第三轴17,第三轴17的一端固定套设有排风扇叶19,第三轴17的另一端延伸至箱体1内并固定套设有第二锥轮18,第一锥轮15与第二锥轮18相啮合,箱体1的两侧内壁上固定安装有同一个横板,横板的顶侧一端固定安装有第三板20,箱体1的一侧内壁上转动安装有第四轴21的一端,第四轴21的外侧固定套设有蜗轮22,第二轴10的外侧开设有螺旋齿,螺旋齿与蜗轮22相啮合,横板上滑动安装有推拉板23,推拉板23的一端延伸至箱体1的另一侧并固定安装有挡板,推拉板23上开设有环形口,环形口的内壁上固定安装有第一条形板24,第一条形板24上转动安装有转轴25的底端,转轴25的顶端固定安装有载物盘26,载物盘26的底侧基于转轴25为圆心设置有环形齿盘29,第四轴21的另一端延伸至环形口内并固定套设有齿轮30,齿轮30与环形齿盘29相啮合,第二轴10的外侧固定套设有凸轮31,箱体1的顶部内壁上固定安装有两个竖板32,两个竖板32相互靠近的一侧底端固定安装有同一个第二条形板33,第二条形板33上转动安装有多个转动销34,多个转动销34上均转动安装有小齿轮35,多个小齿轮35上均固定安装有导风板36,两个竖板32上滑动安装有同一个条形滑板37,条形滑板37的两端分别延伸至两个竖板32相互远离的一侧,条形滑板37的一端固定安装有推动板38,凸轮31与推动板38相接触,条形滑板37的底侧设置有齿板41,多个小齿轮35均与齿板41相啮合,箱体1的另一侧内壁上固定安装有限位板42,限位板42的底侧开设有U型槽43,U型槽43内滑动安装有滑动板44,箱体1的另一侧开设有观察窗,观察窗内设置有玻璃面板。
本实施例中,载物盘26包括十字形板27,十字形板27的外侧固定安装有环形框,环形框的内壁上设置有格栅板28,格栅板28与十字形板27之间设置有第二网板46,通过十字形板27能够对第二网板46和环形框提供稳定的支撑,通过格栅板28便于将电子元件进行分开放置。
本实施例中,滑动板44的顶侧固定安装有多个第二弹簧45的底端,多个第二弹簧45的顶端均固定安装在U型槽43的顶部内壁上,通过第二弹簧45能够推动滑动板44向下运动。
本实施例中,箱体1的顶部固定安装有框体13,框体13的内壁顶部固定安装有同一个第一网板14,通过第一网板14能够避免鼓风扇叶8在工作时将杂物吸入箱体1内。
本实施例中,横板的顶侧一端固定安装有第三板20,第三板20上开设有通孔,第四轴21的外侧固定套设有轴承的内圈,轴承的外圈固定安装在通孔内,通过第三板20和轴承能够使第四轴21保持稳定的转动。
本实施例中,条形滑板37的另一端固定安装有立板39,立板39的一侧固定安装有第一弹簧40的一端,第一弹簧40的另一端与对应的竖板32固定连接,通过第一弹簧40能够拉动条形滑板37进行复位。
本实施例中,滑动板44的底侧固定安装有卡板,且卡板的底侧呈弧面设置,推拉板23的顶侧开设有卡槽,卡板活动卡接在卡槽内,通过卡板和卡槽便于对推拉板23进行固定。
本实施例中,挡板的一侧固定安装有U型把手,且U型把手上固定套设有防滑手柄套,通过U型把手便于对推拉板23进行操作。
本发明中,在使用时首先接通电源,通过U型把手将推拉板23从箱体1内拉出,在拉出时卡板向上推动滑动板44对多个第二弹簧45进行压缩,将推拉板23拉出后,将需要进行干燥的电子元件放置在格栅板28的空格中,将推拉板23沿第三板20的顶侧推入箱体1内,卡板在第二弹簧45和滑动板44的作用下活动卡接在卡槽内对推拉板23进行固定,启动电机2,电机2的输出轴转动带动第一皮带轮3转动,第一皮带轮3通过皮带12带动第二皮带轮7、第三皮带轮11转动,第二皮带轮7通过第一轴6带动鼓风扇叶8进行鼓风,在第一网板14的作用下避免吸入杂物,电热板9产生的热量在鼓风扇叶8的作用下吹向箱体1内,第三皮带轮11通过第二轴10带动带动凸轮31转动,凸轮31转动推动推动板38使条形滑板37沿竖板32向右滑动并通过立板39对第一弹簧40进行拉伸,在第一弹簧40和凸轮31的共同作用下使得条形滑板37进行往复滑动,条形滑板37通过齿板41带动多个小齿轮35进行往复偏转,从而带动多个导风板36对鼓入箱体1内的风进行导向,第二轴10通过螺旋齿带动蜗轮22使第四轴21转动,第四轴21通过齿轮30和环形齿盘29带动载物盘26转动,在载物盘26和导风板36的配合下,能够有效的避免出现局部过热导致电子元件出现损坏的情况,同时便于对电子元件进行多方位的鼓风干燥,有效的提高了干燥效率,第二轴10通过第一锥轮15、第二锥轮18带动第三轴17转动,第三轴17转动带动排风扇叶19将箱体1内的空气排出箱体1,通过观察窗能够对箱体1内的情况进行观测。

  1. 一种电子设备生产用电子元件干燥装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的顶部一侧开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有电机(2),所述电机(2)的输出轴上固定套设有第一皮带轮(3),所述箱体(1)的顶部开设有进风口(4),所述进风口(4)的两侧内壁上固定安装有同一个第一板(5),所述第一板(5)上转动安装有第一轴(6),所述第一轴(6)的顶端延伸至箱体(1)的上方并固定套设有第二皮带轮(7),所述第一轴(6)的底端延伸至箱体(1)内并固定套设有鼓风扇叶(8),所述第一板(5)的底侧设置有多个电热板(9),所述箱体(1)的底部内壁一侧转动安装有第二轴(10)的底端,所述第二轴(10)的顶端延伸至箱体(1)的上方并固定套设有第三皮带轮(11),所述第一皮带轮(3)、第二皮带轮(7)和第三皮带轮(11)上传动连接有同一个皮带(12),所述第二轴(10)的外侧固定套设有第一锥轮(15),所述箱体(1)的一侧开设有出风口,所述出风口的顶部内壁上与底部内壁上固定安装有同一个第二板(16),所述第二板(16)上转动安装有第三轴(17),所述第三轴(17)的一端固定套设有排风扇叶(19),所述第三轴(17)的另一端延伸至箱体(1)内并固定套设有第二锥轮(18),所述第一锥轮(15)与第二锥轮(18)相啮合,所述箱体(1)的两侧内壁上固定安装有同一个横板,所述横板的顶侧一端固定安装有第三板(20),所述箱体(1)的一侧内壁上转动安装有第四轴(21)的一端,所述第四轴(21)的外侧固定套设有蜗轮(22),所述第二轴(10)的外侧开设有螺旋齿,所述螺旋齿与蜗轮(22)相啮合,所述横板上滑动安装有推拉板(23),所述推拉板(23)的一端延伸至箱体(1)的另一侧并固定安装有挡板,所述推拉板(23)上开设有环形口,所述环形口的内壁上固定安装有第一条形板(24),所述第一条形板(24)上转动安装有转轴(25)的底端,所述转轴(25)的顶端固定安装有载物盘(26),所述载物盘(26)的底侧基于转轴(25)为圆心设置有环形齿盘(29),所述第四轴(21)的另一端延伸至环形口内并固定套设有齿轮(30),所述齿轮(30)与环形齿盘(29)相啮合,所述第二轴(10)的外侧固定套设有凸轮(31),所述箱体(1)的顶部内壁上固定安装有两个竖板(32),两个竖板(32)相互靠近的一侧底端固定安装有同一个第二条形板(33),所述第二条形板(33)上转动安装有多个转动销(34),多个转动销(34)上均转动安装有小齿轮(35),多个小齿轮(35)上均固定安装有导风板(36),两个竖板(32)上滑动安装有同一个条形滑板(37),所述条形滑板(37)的两端分别延伸至两个竖板(32)相互远离的一侧,所述条形滑板(37)的一端固定安装有推动板(38),所述凸轮(31)与推动板(38)相接触,所述条形滑板(37)的底侧设置有齿板(41),多个小齿轮(35)均与齿板(41)相啮合,所述箱体(1)的另一侧内壁上固定安装有限位板(42),所述限位板(42)的底侧开设有U 型槽(43),所述U型槽(43)内滑动安装有滑动板(44),所述箱体(1)的另一侧开设有观察窗,所述观察窗内设置有玻璃面板。
    2、根据权利要求1 所述的一种电子设备生产用电子元件干燥装置,其特征在于,所述载物盘(26)包括十字形板(27),所述十字形板(27)的外侧固定安装有环形框,所述环形框的内壁上设置有格栅板(28),所述格栅板(28)与十字形板(27)之间设置有第二网板(46)。
    3、根据权利要求1 所述的一种电子设备生产用电子元件干燥装置,其特征在于,所述滑动板(44)的顶侧固定安装有多个第二弹簧(45)的底端,多个第二弹簧(45)的顶端均固定安装在U 型槽(43)的顶部内壁上。
    4、根据权利要求1 所述的一种电子设备生产用电子元件干燥装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的顶部固定安装有框体(13),所述框体(13)的内壁顶部固定安装有同一个第一网板(14)。
    5、根据权利要求1 所述的一种电子设备生产用电子元件干燥装置,其特征在于,所述横板的顶侧一端固定安装有第三板(20),所述第三板(20)上开设有通孔,所述第四轴(21)的外侧固定套设有轴承的内圈,所述轴承的外圈固定安装在通孔内。
    6、根据权利要求1 所述的一种电子设备生产用电子元件干燥装置,其特征在于,所述条形滑板(37)的另一端固定安装有立板(39),所述立板(39)的一侧固定安装有第一弹簧(40)的一端,所述第一弹簧(40)的另一端与对应的竖板(32)固定连接。
    7、根据权利要求1 所述的一种电子设备生产用电子元件干燥装置,其特征在于,所述滑动板(44)的底侧固定安装有卡板,且卡板的底侧呈弧面设置,所述推拉板(23)的顶侧开设有卡槽,所述卡板活动卡接在卡槽内。
