背景技术
随着智能清洁技术的发展,扫地机器人走进越来越多的家庭,很大程度上减轻了人们进行房屋清扫的劳动。为了获得更加有效的清洁效果,许多扫地机配有拖地功能,这种扫地机虽然一定程度上改善了清洁效果,但是同时给用户带来清洗抹布的困扰。为此人们提出一种配备基站的扫地机器人,扫地机在完成拖地后可自动回到水站清洗抹布或者补给。而在扫地机进水站完成自清洁和补给后,需要将水站底部托盘取出进行清洗,但是目前传统的托盘和水站固定连接,无法取出,导致托盘内部残留污渍不便于清洗。

下面参照图1-9描述本发明一些实施例的清洁设备用基站。
如图1-9所示,本发明的实施例提供了一种清洁设备用基站100(以下简称基站100),该基站100可以用于清洗清洁设备200上的拖布,当然,该基站100还可以集成为清洁设备200进行充电、补水等等其他功能,本实施例在此不做限定。
可以理解的,本实施例中的清洁设备200可以是自主移动式的清洁机器人,所述自主移动式的清洁机器人,可以在脱离人力的情况下自主移动并进行清洁。所述自主移动式的清洁机器人可以是具有扫拖吸尘功能。
继续参照图2,图中示例性提供的清洁设备200至少包括主机20、于主机20的底部设置的清洁组件以及驱动组件,其中,所述清洁组件包括两个转盘以及于两个转盘上设置的第一拖布21以及第二拖布22,第一拖布21以及第二拖布22呈左右分别布置,第一拖布21以及第二拖布22固定或者可移除的设置在所述转盘的底部。第一拖布21以及第二拖布22可以是清洁垫、清洗布等具有吸水和绒毛的材质制成,具体形状可以是圆形、方形或者任何其他与转盘形状相适应的形状。
值得一提的是,在本实施例中,驱动组件包括于主机20的相对两侧设置的驱动轮23,第一拖布21与第二拖布22的形状呈圆形,且第一拖布21与第二拖布22的外缘相交。具体而言,清洁设备200通过第一拖布21与第二拖布22对清洁面进行拖扫,其中清洁面可以是地面,清洁设备200在地面上移动,以使第一拖布21与第二拖布22和地面接触,从而将地面上的污染物去除,以达到清洁地面的效果。
继续参照图3-6,该基站100包括本体10、底座以及供水结构,其中,所述底座、供水结构均设置在本体10上,本体10具有容纳腔101,容纳腔101上开设有基站入口102,底座可以起到供清洁设备200停靠的作用,底座包括托盘11以及于托盘11上设置的清洗 盘12,清洗盘12用于清洗清洁设备200的拖布,供水结构用于为清洗盘12供应用于清洗拖布的水,清洗盘12位于容纳腔101内,其中,托盘11与本体10可拆卸连接。
本申请中的托盘11与本体10可拆卸连接,实现了托盘11的便捷拆装和清洗,提高了产品的组装效率,提升了用户体验。
具体地,清洗盘12位于托盘11内,在托盘11从本体10上拆卸下来时,清洗盘12页随着托盘11一起被拆卸下来,从而实现了托盘11与清洗盘12的便捷拆洗。
在本实施例中,清洗盘12具有入槽口120,可以理解的是,入槽口120可以为清洗盘12的边缘上用于供清洁设备200从清洗盘12外进入清洗盘12内的位置。
在本实施例中,继续参照图6、8-9,清洗盘12的中部设置有凸台121,凸台121将清洗盘12分隔成用于清洗第一拖布21的第一半清洗盘以及用于清洗第二拖布22的第二半清洗盘,防飞溅结构设置在凸台121上。具体地,凸台121沿靠近入槽口的位置向远离入槽口120的位置延伸设置,也就是说,凸台121的延伸方向与清洁装置100进入清洗盘12的运行方向相同。
进一步地,继续参照图8-9,凸台121具有顶面121a以及于所述顶面121a的相对两侧设置的向外凸出的折面结构,其中,折面结构包括倾斜设置的第一表面121b以及倾斜设置的第二表面121c,其中,第二表面121c位于所述顶面121a与第一表面121b之间,第一表面121b与清洗盘12的槽底壁连接。
在本实施例中,防飞溅结构包括条形挡筋122以及设置在条形挡筋122相对两端的遮挡结构123,条形挡筋122沿凸台121的长度方向延伸。具体地,条形挡筋122位于凸台121顶面121a的中部,并将两个遮挡结构123连接起来。条形挡筋122能够隔挡第一拖布21与第二拖布22的接触,避免第一拖布21与第二拖布22相互挤压导致水渍飞溅。此外,遮挡结构123的位置与所述空白区域a的位置对应,遮挡结构123的形状与所述空白区域a的形状适配,这样在清洗拖布时,遮挡结构123可以对空白区域a起到遮挡保护作用,避免污水甩出并飞溅到主机20的底部。
继续参照图8-9,遮挡结构123具有顶面123a以及相对设置的两侧面123b,其中,遮挡结构123的顶面123a与空白区域a对接,遮挡结构123的侧面123b能够阻挡水渍飞溅。需要说明的是,当第一拖布21与第二拖布22为圆形时,空白区域a的形状呈类三角形结构,此时为了更好的遮挡污水飞溅到主机20的空白区域a,遮挡结构123的外轮廓与空白区域a的形状适配。在本实施例中,遮挡结构123可以为三角筋结构,此时遮挡结构123的侧面123b被配置成弧形面。
在本申请的其他实施例中,遮挡结构123的侧面123b还可以被配置成平面,本实施例在此不做限定。
继续参照图8-9,在本实施例中,遮挡结构123的顶面123a凸出于条形挡筋122的顶面,且遮挡结构123的顶面123a与条形挡筋122的顶面通过平滑过渡面进行平滑过渡连接,遮挡结构123的两侧面123b在平滑过渡处相交。具体地,当清洁装置200清洁一段时间或运动一段距离时,机器人控制板控制清洁装置200进入基站100的清洗盘12清洗拖布,清洁装置200进入清洗盘12后,主机20的空白区域a与遮挡结构123的顶面123a对接,第一拖布21与第二拖布22被条形挡筋122分隔开,并分别对应容置于第一半清洗盘以及第二半清洗盘。
进一步地,继续参照图6,第一半清洗盘和第二半清洗盘内分别设置有多个直线型凸筋13以及能够与拖布抵压的抵压筋14,其中,凸筋13、抵压筋14呈不同放置方位间隔分布在第一半清洗盘和第二半清洗盘内,凸筋13上分布有多个能够与第一拖布21与第二拖布22接触的凸点130。具体地,当清洁设备200进入基站100停靠在位后,此时,凸筋13上的凸点130与拖布表面接触,抵压筋14抵压在拖布上,然后可以控制供水结构供水,或者在清洁设备200进入基站100前控制供水结构供水,第一拖布21与第二拖布22浸泡一段时间后,第一拖布21与第二拖布22上的可溶性污渍就会溶解到水中,这样起到清洁第一拖布21与第二拖布22的作用,然后控制清洁设备200上的第一拖布21与第二拖布22开始作旋转运动,旋转的过程中,这样第一拖布21与第二拖布22会与凸筋13上的凸点130进行摩擦,这样第一拖布21与第二拖布22上的污渍就会被清洗而落入到清洗盘12的内部。需要说明的是,在拖布旋转清洗的过程中,隔挡结构121能够隔挡第一拖布21与第二拖布22的接触,避免第一拖布21与第二拖布22相互挤压导致水渍飞溅,同时还可以避免污水甩出并飞溅到主机20的底面。
在本实施例中,继续参照图6,托盘11包括内凹型的盘体110以及导向台111,清洗盘12位于盘体110内,盘体110开设有开口110a,入槽口120a与盘体110上开口110a的开口方向相同。导向台111与盘体110具有开口110a的一侧连接,导向台111用于引导清洁设备200朝靠近入槽口120的方向运动。具体地,盘体110包括底壁110b、与底壁110b连接的前侧壁110c以及相对设置的左侧壁110d以及右侧壁110e,其中,前侧壁110c与左侧壁110d以及右侧壁110e圆滑过渡连接,底壁110b、前侧壁110c、左侧壁110d以及右侧壁110e共同围绕构成中部凹陷的盘体110,清洗盘12坐落在盘体110内,且清洗盘12的形状与盘体110的形状相适配。
值得一提的是,在本实施例中,继续参照图6,清洗盘12与托盘11可拆卸连接。具体地,清洗盘12底部开设有卡槽,盘体110的底壁110b上凸出设置有凸台,具体地,卡槽与凸台卡接配合,这样可以不仅能够提高清洗盘12与盘体110组装后的稳定性,避免清洗盘12在清洗过程中的振动导致的清洗盘12位置变化,还能够实现清洗盘12与托盘11的便捷拆装。
在本实施例中,盘体110与导向台111通过停靠部112连接,其中,停靠部112上开设有用于容纳清洁设备200驱动轮23的凹槽112a。具体地,在对拖布进行清洗时,清洁设备200的驱动轮23停靠在凹槽112a,拖布恰好坐落在清洗盘12内。
继续参照图6,在本实施例中,导向台111具有由盘体110向斜下方倾斜并延伸至地面的导向面111a。具体地,导向台111的导向面111a与地面之间形成一锐角α,以使得所述导向台111的导向面111a形成有随着清洁设备200进站方向不断增加高度的斜坡。
此外,导向面111a上形成有多条防滑路径,避免清洁设备200打滑不能运动到所设定的位置,能够在不影响清洁设备200爬坡的情况下能够使清洗盘12准确地对清洁设备200的清洁,所述防滑路径具有向上凸起的纹路。
值得一提的是,盘体110与本体10的容纳腔101滑动连接。具体地,可以在盘体110的底壁110b上设置滑块,相应地,在容纳槽101内开设与滑块适配的滑槽。当托盘11与本体10连接时,盘体110与清洗盘12均位于容纳槽101内,当托盘11从本体10拆卸下来时,自容纳腔101内向外抽拉托盘11即可实现托盘11与本体10的脱离。
继续参照图5-6,导向台111通过连接结构15与本体10进行可拆卸连接,其中,连接结构15可以选自:筋位连接结构、磁性吸附结构、卡接结构、滑动连接结构、粘接结构或锁扣结构中的任一种。具体地,卡接结构可以是凹凸卡槽连接结构或者凹凸卡点连接结构,粘接结构具体可以是魔术贴。本实施例对连接结构15的具体形式不做限定,只要能够实现导向台111与本体10的可拆卸连接均在本发明的保护范围之内。
需要说明的是,连接结构15可拆卸的设置在所述本体10和所述导向台111上。也就是说,连接结构15可以是脱离本体10或导向台111的独立的零件,当然也可以是固定在本体10或者导向台111的零件,本实施例对此不做限定。
继续参照图7,在本实施例中,连接结构15为锁扣结构,锁扣结构设置在导向台111的左右两侧,锁扣结构用于锁定和解锁本体10和托盘11之间的连接。具体地,锁扣结构包括活动设置在托盘11上的卡勾150以及于本体10上开设的锁孔103,卡勾150能够卡入或者脱离锁孔103。当卡勾150卡入锁孔103时,导向台111与本体10锁紧,相应地, 当卡勾150脱离锁孔103时,导向台111与本体10解锁,再将托盘11从容纳腔101内抽拉出来,即可完成托盘11与本体10的脱离。
进一步地,继续参照图7,锁扣结构还包括与卡勾150连接的按压部151、用于复位按压部151的弹性件152以及固定于托盘11的挡板153,弹性件152位于按压部151与挡板153之间。托盘11开设有与按压部151适配的安装孔,弹性件152的一端与按压部151连接,另一端与托盘11连接。具体地,当需要将清洗完毕的托盘11和清洗盘12装入本体10时,将托盘11的锁扣结构与本体10位置对应,按压按压部151,此时弹性件152被压缩,卡勾伸入锁孔,此时松开按压部151,弹性件152恢复形变并复位按压部151,相反,当需要拆卸托盘11进行清洗时,按压按压部151,此时弹性件152被压缩,卡勾脱离锁孔103,托盘11与本体10分离,松开按压部151,弹性件152恢复形变并复位按压部151。
当清洁设备200执行完一个阶段的拖地任务后回基站100清洗第一拖布21与第二拖布22,清洁设备200沿着导向台111自入槽口120a进入清洗盘12内,此时,第一拖布21与第二拖布22恰好位于第一半清洗盘和第二半清洗盘内,接着控制供水结构往清洗盘12中注入清水,待清洗盘12内的水面达到预设液位,主机20控制第一拖布21与第二拖布22进行旋转清洗。当清洗完毕后,清洁设备200脱离基站100,此时可以使用双手按压托盘11左右两侧的按压部151,托盘11带动其上的清洗盘12脱离本体10,接着再将清洗盘12从托盘11上拆下来,即可实现对托盘11与清洗盘12的分别清洗。
此外,继续参照图1,本发明的实施例还提供了一种清洁系统,该清洁系统包括清洁设备200以及如上所述的基站100。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种清洁设备用基站,其特征在于,包括:
    本体;具有容纳腔;
    托盘,至少一部分位于所述容纳腔中,并与所述本体可拆卸连接;
    清洗盘,可拆卸地安装在所述托盘上部,所述清洗盘用于清洗所述清洁设备的拖布。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁设备用基站,其特征在于,所述托盘通过连接结构与所述本体进行可拆卸连接,其中,所述连接结构选自:磁性吸附结构、卡接结构、滑动连接结构、粘接结构或锁扣结构中的任一种。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的清洁设备用基站,其特征在于,所述锁扣结构设置在所述本体和/或所述托盘上,用于锁定和解锁所述本体和所述托盘之间的连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的清洁设备用基站,其特征在于,所述锁扣结构可拆卸的设置在所述本体和/或所述托盘上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的清洁设备用基站,其特征在于,所述锁扣结构设置在所述托盘上,且所述托盘的相对两侧均设有所述锁扣结构。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的清洁设备用基站,其特征在于,所述锁扣结构包括活动设置在所述托盘上的卡勾以及于所述本体上开设的锁孔,所述卡勾能够卡入或者脱离所述锁孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的清洁设备用基站,其特征在于,所述锁扣结构还包括与所述卡勾连接的按压部、挡板以及用于复位所述按压部的弹性件,所述托盘开设有与所述按压部适配的安装孔,所述弹性件位于所述按压部与所述挡板之间。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的清洁设备用基站,其特征在于,所述托盘包括内凹型的盘体以及与盘体连接的导向台,其中,所述导向台与所述本体可拆卸连接,所述清洗盘位于所述盘体内,所述导向台具有由所述盘体向斜下方倾斜并延伸至地面的导向面。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的清洁设备用基站,其特征在于,所述清洗盘的上表面凸出设置有条形挡筋以及遮挡结构,其中,所述遮挡结构为三角筋结构,所述遮挡结构设置在所述条形挡筋的两端,并与所述条形挡筋连接以将所述清洗盘分隔成第一半清洗盘以及第二半清洗盘。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的清洁设备用基站,其特征在于,所述清洗盘的上表面还设有条形凸台,所述条形挡筋、遮挡结构均设置在所述凸台上,且所述条形挡筋沿所述凸台的长度方向延伸设置。
  11. 一种清洁系统,其特征在于,包括清洁设备以及根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的清洁设备用基站。
