请结合参阅图1-4,图1是本公开提供的折叠智能显示设备展开时的正面结构示意图,图2是本公开提供的折叠智能显示设备展开时的背面结构示意图,图3是本公开提供的折叠智能显示设备的折叠状态的正面结构示意图,图4是图3所示的折叠智能显示设备的折叠状态的另一角度结构示意图。
本公开提供一种折叠智能显示设备100,所述折叠智能显示设备100为可折叠的扇形结构,其包括用于显示的扇面10、用于支撑及折叠收拢所述扇面10的多个扇骨20以及用于聚合多个所述扇骨20的销钉30。在本实施例中,所述扇面10的扇形结构能够增大在展开状态时的画面显示的大小。其中,所述扇面10与所述扇骨20粘贴设置,所述扇面10的正面用于画面显示,所述扇面10的背面与所述扇骨20进行粘贴。所述扇面10展开后形成90-180度角。所述销钉30为圆柱形的木材、金属或其他材料做成的零件,用于将几个单独的物件固定在一起或作为一个物件悬在另一物件上的支撑物。在本公开中,所述销钉30的形状为一头圆柱形另一头呈现锥形的结构。
进一步的,所述扇面10包括第一显示屏11和第二显示屏12,所述扇骨20包括在折叠收拢时位于表面的第一扇骨21和位于底部的第二扇骨22。所述第一显示屏11设置在所述第一扇骨21上,所述第二显示屏12为可折叠的柔性显示屏,所述第一显示屏11与所述第二显示屏12间隔设置,所述第一显示屏11用于在折叠收拢状态下显示画面,所述第二显示屏12用于在展开状态下显示画面。即在折叠收拢状态时所述第一显示屏11用于显示状态信息,所述第二显示屏12在折叠收拢状态时处于休眠或者关机状态。而所述第一显示屏11在展开状态时,既可以显示画面,也可以不显示画面,当所述第一显示屏11显示画面时,所述折叠智能显示设备100的总显示尺寸进一步增加,加强屏幕显示效果。
现有的技术中,折叠的显示屏中的一部分显示屏需要在折叠时和展开式均需要实现画面显示,如外折结构的显示屏的一部分显示屏既在展开时显示画面,还需要在折叠时作为小显示屏显示画面,这需要要求显示屏的结构一致,且容易由于使用时间不同容易导致显示屏的使用寿命不同,进而加快所述显示屏的整体使用寿命的缩短。而本申请中使用的第一显示屏11和所述第二显示屏12能够间隔设置并独立使用,在不同状态下分别显示画面,能够避免现有折叠的显示屏的一些缺陷问题,延长所述折叠智能显示设备100的整体使用寿命。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述第一显示屏11为刚性屏幕,具体的所述第一显示屏11选择为液晶显示屏幕(LCD)。所述第一显示屏11用于在折叠收拢的时候正常收到信息,如显示时间、显示天气等信息。需要说明的是,本公开的所述第一显示屏11并不局限于此。所述第一显示屏11也可以包括等离子体显示屏幕(PDP)、有机发光二极管屏幕(OLED)、场致发射显示屏幕(FED)、电泳显示屏幕、发光二极管屏幕(LED)中的任意一种。所述第一显示屏11设置在所述第一扇骨21上,不需要折叠,因此,扩宽了所述第一显示屏11的选择范围,也能够满足控制成本的需求。优选的,所述第一显示屏11和所述第二显示屏12的厚度相同。当然,所述第一显示屏11还可以根据其屏幕类型的选择而设置不同的厚度,本公开对此不作更多的限制。
在本实施例中,所述第二显示屏12为柔性折叠显示屏。具体的,所述第二显示屏12为AMOLED(Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode,有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体)。进一步的,所述第二显示屏12的弯折方式为S形弯折收拢,所述S形弯折收拢包括内折结构和外折结构。
在一种实施例中,所述第二显示屏12包括刚性区域和收拢时的柔性区域。也就是说,所述第二显示屏12可以采用通过所述柔性区域连接所述刚性区域的方式实现所述折叠智能显示设备100的折叠收拢。在该是实施例中,直接折叠所述柔性区域,由于在折叠收拢时所述第二显示屏12不需要显示画面,因此,对于所述柔性区域的要求不高,普通的柔性屏幕即可实现折叠收拢。具体的,所述柔性区域使用柔软的材料制成,如使用PHOLED磷光性OLED技术,具有低功耗、直接可视的特点。在该实施例中,可以 直接采用柔性材料实现所述第二显示屏的折叠功能。
在另一种实施例中,所述第二显示屏12包括多个第一区域、多个第二区域和多个铰接单元,所述铰接单元以相对旋转的方式连接设置在所述第一区域和所述第二区域之间,所述第一区域与所述第二区域彼此折叠。所述铰接单元可以使得所述第一区域和所述第二区域能够在展开状态时连接成为完整的显示屏,并且在折叠状态时使得所述第一区域和所述第二区域能够折叠。在该实施例中,通过采用所述铰接单元使得所述第一区域和所述第二区域之间便捷进行展开和折叠,减少所述第一区域和所述第二区域之间的折叠困难,便于用户的使用。其中,所述第一区域和所述第二区域大小相同,且与所述扇骨20相适应设置。具体的,所述铰接单元为塑料或金属。
需要说明的是,在柔性显示设备中,柔性显示设备可以利用铰接部件而变形为折叠状态和展开状态,但是存在变形变化的问题,即在弯曲的状态下,发生一侧被拉伸变形而另一侧中性轴被压缩变形的现象。但是在本公开中,可以通过将所述第一区域和所述第二区域作为独立的区域并通过所述铰接单元进行连接,避免所述第二显示屏12的拉伸变形或压缩变形。同时,在折叠状态下,所述第二显示屏12不进行显示画面,即不进行工作,使得所述第二显示屏12在折叠状态下不要求显示问题,使得所述第二显示屏12不需要考虑折叠状态下的显示问题,降低对所述第二显示屏12的技术要求。
在其他实施例中,所述第二显示屏12还可以设置恢复单元,所述恢复单元包括设置在所述第一区域上的第一磁性材料以及设置在所述第二区域上的第二磁性材料,当所述第二显示屏12折叠收拢时,所述第一磁性材料和所述第二磁性材料彼此远离;当所述第二显示屏展开时,所述第一磁性材料和所述第二磁性材料彼此靠近,使得所述第一区域和所述第二区域能够快速达到展开状态,同时通过设置所述第一磁性材料和所述第二材料的相对位置,能够实现准确将所述第二显示屏12展开,并且实现所述第二显示屏12的平坦展开,加强显示效果。
进一步的,所述第二显示屏12还可以包括引导导轨(图未示),所述引导导轨用于引导所述铰接单元进行引导,使得其在展开状态或折叠收拢状态能够迅速准确进行展开或折叠收拢,提高用户使用体验度,同时能够避免所述第一区域和所述第二区域出现 错位情况,减少对所述第二显示屏的损害,保证所述第二显示屏12的可靠性。
除此之外,所述折叠智能显示设备100还包括用于驱动所述扇面10的驱动主板40以及用于提供电池的电池盒(图未示)。进一步的,所述驱动主板40与所述电池盒设置在所述第二扇骨22上,所述驱动主板40和所述电池盒分别与所述第二扇骨22一体成型设置。所述驱动主板40和所述电池盒分别与所述第一显示屏11和所述第二显示屏12连接。
与现有的折叠屏幕相比,本公开提供的折叠智能显示设备100将所述折叠智能显示设备设置为扇形结构,同时使用第一显示屏11和第二显示屏12,分别用于显示折叠收拢状态和展开状态的图像,使得所述第二显示屏12在折叠收拢状态下处于休眠或关机状态,同时所述第二显示屏12选用可折叠的柔性显示屏,能够通过折扇的收拢方式,达到屏幕折叠收拢,同时展开能够得到更好的显示效果,并且在折叠时所述第二显示屏12不进行显示,不需要解决在任意角度折叠时产生的显示变形的技术问题,仅在第一显示屏11中显示少量消息,实现折叠时需要查看信息的要求,能够通过简单的折叠屏幕提供一种便于携带且显示效果好的折叠智能显示设备;同时所述第二显示屏12的结构设置能够保证其平坦地展开,避免对所述第二显示屏12的损害,提高所述折叠智能显示屏的可靠性。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述折叠智能显示设备为可折叠的扇形结构,其包括用于显示的扇面、用于支撑及折叠收拢所述扇面的多个扇骨以及用于聚合多个所述扇骨的销钉,所述扇面包括第一显示屏和第二显示屏,所述扇骨包括在折叠收拢时位于表面的第一扇骨和位于底部的第二扇骨,所述第一显示屏设置在所述第一扇骨上且为刚性显示屏,所述第二显示屏为可折叠的柔性显示屏,所述第一显示屏与所述第二显示屏间隔设置,所述第一显示屏用于在折叠收拢状态下显示画面,所述第二显示屏用于在展开状态下显示画面,所述第一显示屏与所述第二显示屏的厚度相同;
    所述扇面与所述扇骨粘贴设置,所述扇面的正面用于画面显示,所述扇面的背面与所述扇骨进行粘贴连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述折叠智能显示设备还包括用于驱动所述扇面的驱动主板以及用于提供电池的电池盒。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述驱动主板与所述电池盒设置在所述第二扇骨上,所述驱动主板和所述电池盒分别与所述第二扇骨一体成型设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二显示屏的弯折方式为S形弯折收拢,所述S形弯折收拢包括内折结构和外折结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二显示屏展开后形成90-180度角。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二显示屏包括刚性区域和收拢时的柔性区域,所述刚性区域的尺寸小于所述扇骨的尺寸。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二显示屏包括多个第一区域、多个第二区域和多个铰接单元,所述铰接单元以相对旋转的方式连接设置在所述第一区域和所述第二区域之间,所述第一区域与所述第二区域彼此折叠。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述铰接单元为塑料或金属。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二显示屏还包括 恢复单元,所述恢复单元包括:
    第一磁性材料,所述第一磁性材料设置在所述第一区域上;
    第二磁性材料,所述第二磁性材料设置在所述第二区域上,当所述第二显示屏收拢时,所述第一磁性材料和所述第二磁性材料彼此远离;当所述第二显示屏展开时,所述第一磁性材料和所述第二磁性材料彼此靠近。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述销钉为木材或金属材料做成的一头圆柱形另一头呈现锥形的结构。
  11. 一种折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述折叠智能显示设备为可折叠的扇形结构,其包括用于显示的扇面、用于支撑及折叠收拢所述扇面的多个扇骨以及用于聚合多个所述扇骨的销钉,所述扇面包括第一显示屏和第二显示屏,所述扇骨包括在折叠收拢时位于表面的第一扇骨和位于底部的第二扇骨,所述第一显示屏设置在所述第一扇骨上,所述第二显示屏为可折叠的柔性显示屏,所述第一显示屏与所述第二显示屏间隔设置,所述第一显示屏用于在折叠收拢状态下显示画面,所述第二显示屏用于在展开状态下显示画面。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述扇面与所述扇骨粘贴设置,所述扇面的正面用于画面显示,所述扇面的背面与所述扇骨进行粘贴连接。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述折叠智能显示设备还包括用于驱动所述扇面的驱动主板以及用于提供电池的电池盒。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述驱动主板与所述电池盒设置在所述第二扇骨上,所述驱动主板和所述电池盒分别与所述第二扇骨一体成型设置。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二显示屏的弯折方式为S形弯折收拢,所述S形弯折收拢包括内折结构和外折结构。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二显示屏展开后形成90-180度角。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二显示屏包括 刚性区域和收拢时的柔性区域,所述刚性区域的尺寸小于所述扇骨的尺寸。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一显示屏为刚性显示屏,所述第一显示屏的厚度与所述第二显示屏的厚度相同。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二显示屏包括多个第一区域、多个第二区域和多个铰接单元,所述铰接单元以相对旋转的方式连接设置在所述第一区域和所述第二区域之间,所述第一区域与所述第二区域彼此折叠。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的折叠智能显示设备,其特征在于,所述铰接单元为塑料或金属。
