Description
本实用新型涉及纺织配件,具体涉及一种电涡流纱线张力检测传感器。
纺机上为了提高纺织品质,大量配件需要使用纱线张力检测,比如各种送纱器、储纬器等。
传统的纺机配件上纱线张力检测传感器使用弹片上粘贴应变片的方法,因为纱线张力很小,弹片变形量相对很大,这种应变片粘贴要求比较高,比较精细,检测电路也复杂,成本也就比较高。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种电涡流纱线张力检测传感器,其具体技术方案如下:
一种电涡流纱线张力检测传感器,包括:弹片、弹片固定座、光滑导纱棒和电涡流检测线圈,所述弹片的一端固定在弹片固定座上,光滑导纱棒安装在弹片的另一端上,电涡流检测线圈设置在弹片另一端的下方。
优选的,所述弹片固定座的左上方和右下方分别设有第一导纱器和第二导纱器,且第一导纱器、光滑导纱棒和第二导纱器呈角度分布。
优选的,所述弹片为高导电金属或为其他弹性材料,当为其他弹性材料时,则在弹片的另一端下表面粘贴与电涡流检测线圈位置对应的高导电金属薄片。
本实用新型使用电涡流方式,设计巧妙,具有结构简单,成本低廉,检测精度高和稳定性高的优点。

如图1所示,一种电涡流纱线张力检测传感器,包括:弹片1、弹片固定座2、光滑导纱棒3和电涡流检测线圈5,所述弹片1的一端固定在弹片固定座2上,光滑导纱棒3安 装在弹片1的另一端上表面,电涡流检测线圈5设置在弹片1另一端的下方;所述弹片固定座2的左上方和右下方分别设有第一导纱器41和第二导纱器42,用于固定纱线角度,使得第一导纱器41、光滑导纱棒3和第二导纱器42呈角度分布。
纱线依次通过第一导纱器41、光滑导纱棒3和第二导纱器42进行传送,在传送过程中对光滑导纱棒3施加有作用力,从而使得光滑导纱棒3对弹片1有一个向下的力,造成弹片1另一端的偏移。
所述弹片1为高导电金属或为其他弹性材料,当为其他弹性材料时,在弹片1的另一端下表面粘贴高导电金属薄片,与电涡流检测线圈5位置对应,电涡流检测线圈5受弹片1上对应位置金属影响,会改变电感量,该结构设置使用高精度的电感检测电路,可以检测弹片1位移,即检测了张力。
本实用新型使用电涡流传感器的方法,检测弹片的移动距离换算成纱线张力,弹片的移动距离为1mm左右,电涡流传感器检测这种移动范围可以达到很高精度,精度可高达10E-4级别,而且稳定性很高。

- 一种电涡流纱线张力检测传感器,其特征在于,包括:弹片(1)、弹片固定座(2)、光滑导纱棒(3)和电涡流检测线圈(5),所述弹片(1)的一端固定在弹片固定座(2)上,光滑导纱棒(3)安装在弹片(1)的另一端上,电涡流检测线圈(5)设置在弹片(1)另一端的下方。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种电涡流纱线张力检测传感器,其特征在于,所述弹片固定座(2)的左上方和右下方分别设有第一导纱器(41)和第二导纱器(42),且第一导纱器(41)、光滑导纱棒(3)和第二导纱器(42)呈角度分布。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种电涡流纱线张力检测传感器,其特征在于,所述弹片(1)为高导电金属或为其他弹性材料,当为其他弹性材料时,则在弹片(1)的另一端下表面粘贴与电涡流检测线圈(5)位置对应的高导电金属薄片。
