Description
[001] This utility model patent comprises a multifunctional and automatic locking system for trucks, with two positions that initially must be manually adjusted, in the position for using the container and another for loading the trunk, sider or loose. truck drivers and the like have to leave their cabins in the port yard or container depots, put on their personal protective equipment (PPE), and then manually lock or unlock the pins that hold the containers above the vehicles. Sometimes they can't because the pins are bent or rusty and they don't hold all of them, only the ones that are easier, which can cause accidents. Just like, in a rush or bad weather, drivers only attach one or two locks to an empty container, to speed up the operation. Another important factor is that, leaving his cabin, the driver is exposed to various accidents such as moving close to other vehicles, machines, cranes and the like, commonplace accidents such as tripping, bumps, twisting or with the trailer pin itself when it does not fit in the container , as they can use a tool or their own hand to hit or force entry and thus injure themselves. In addition to the fact that his own health suffers attacks from the cold or intense sun, humidity, wind. The time saving in this operation is considerable, and the most important thing is the preservation of physical integrity, your own safety and that of others who will no longer be in the yard, a fact that was taken into account in the development of this system. Civil liability insurance within primary and private port terminals will drop dramatically, given that they will no longer be exposed to accidents.
[002] In the current market, the search for a viable and effective solution in terms of safety and agility in the operation of containerized loads is growing, due to the large number of accidents that occur in terminals and backport areas.
[003] Aiming to seek safety and efficiency, this locking system is made from inside the cabin, making it safer and more effective, as the driver does not need to leave the cabin and controls through lights whether the load is locked or unlocked.
[004] A differential of this equipment is the fact that it is activated using the pneumatic force of the truck, made through connection with a harness and hoses connected from the horse to the locks/latches themselves, where its installation and maintenance is much simpler, unlike previously deposited models (BR 102016018623-4), which used the truck's electrical system for locking, increasing the cost of wires and components, and, running the risk of breakdowns in the electrical part, preventing the opening and closing of the locking system. The fact that this system is pneumatic will have more torque to drive the system.
[005] This invention has sensors in each lock that indicate through a light signal on the truck's panel, and the external cabin light will only turn on, when all Locks are sealed as indicated by the internal panel, it will be used so that inspection of transit and the crane operators themselves visualize that the container is perfectly sealed and ready for transit. In addition, it is multifunctional, the latches are articulated with two positions that initially must be adjusted manually, in the position to be used with a container and another for trunk, sider or loose cargo.

[007] Still observing the Figures corresponding to the Utility Model, it is observed in Figure 10 the part in the closed position, in Figure 1 the part is out of use, in Figure 1.12 the part is in the open position. The following figures show the locking system installed on the cargo vehicle, these images show the part installed on the vehicle, making it possible to understand where it will be placed to secure the container or trunk to the truck, however it is possible to verify in Figure 1.13 the location of the part properly installed, in Figure 1.14 it is the part installed out of use, Figure 1.15 shows the system installed in the open position and Figure 1.16 is the system installed in the truck in the closed position.
[008] It is interesting to observe in Figures 1.17 the system in locked rotation position and in Figure 1.18 the system in free rotation position. As the system is multifunctional, the latches are articulated with two positions that initially must be adjusted manually, in the position to be used with a container, as shown in Figure 1.12 and another for trunk, sider or loose cargo, where the latch is lying, as shown in Figure 1.11 .
[009] As it needs to be a safe instrument in its use, the locking system part has a very elaborate assembly, in order to understand its activation, the articulator pin (18) is fixed to the lock block - housing (01), pulling the rotation lock (22) which releases rotation on the bronze bushing (17) which, in turn, is fixed to the reinforcement ring (13) and trailer stringer fastener (ll), and the union of this system is made by the locking nut (14) . This locking system is activated from inside the truck cabin, in which the guide pin (03) is fixed to the lock block (Ol) and the pin guide (04) to the corner casting, which in turn is pneumatically activated by the slewing motor(15) or mechanically by modified mechanical actuator(20). For activating the articulated locking system, the set formed by support 01(05), actuator 02(06) and 03(12) serves as support for the rotating motor element (15) which is locked by the locking nut (17).
[010] By looking at Figure 1.13, through Detail A, we can understand the exact location that the locking system will be installed on the cargo vehicle, thus better understanding its operation, thus realizing its main advantages, as a model if an innovative and practical system, because the guide pin (03) can be viewed in the unlocked or closed position (27), in the off position (26), that is, when there is no container or trunk load being loaded and in the unlocked (25) or open position, which is done through the cabin to place or remove the load from the trailer. Finally, it is also possible to identify the swivel lock (22) that may be blocked (Fig.1.17), its activation is done through a compression spring (23) that does not allow the load to be removed from the vehicle without that the lock is released by the driver and it is pulled back (Fig. 1.18), that is, release the pin (04) so that the container or trunk is removed from the truck, as only the driver can do this release, which can be made from inside the truck cabin or manually.
[011] In Figures 1.10 and 1.11 we can clearly see the function of the lock housing(l) to be mobile, where in Figure 1.10 it is with the Locking Pin(03) upwards, in a position of engagement in the container, and in Figure 1.11 the pin (03) is to the side, as it was moved 90° to the left side and locked again through the Locking Pin (24), deactivating the locking system. The carcass (1) is moved through the Axis (13), so as it is multifunctional, it can be used for container loads or for various loads such as trunk, sider.
