请参阅图1-4所示,为本申请的灯带的接头组件100,包括基座1、保护结构2以及转 接件3。基座1包括第一电连接部,保护结构2与基座1固定连接,保护结构2包括压盖21和底座22,压盖21的一端通过翻边结构23与底座22翻转连接,另一端与底座22可拆卸连接,压盖21与底座22之间形成容纳腔,容纳腔内设有第二电连接部。转接件3用于电连接第一电连接部及第二电连接部,转接件3包括第一导电部31和第二导电部32,第一导电部31插接于基座1内,与第一电连接部电连接,第二导电部32暴露在容纳腔内,与第二电连接部电连接。本申请公开的灯带的接头组件100能够将第一电连接部固定于基座1内,将第二电连接部固定于保护结构2内,并通过转接件3将两个电连接部电连接,从而提高接头部位的可靠性。
具体地,第一导电部31包括第二电连接端子311以及围设在第二电连接端子311外的第一中空结构312。第二导电部32包括第一电连接端子321和插块322,插块322位于第一电连接端子321的侧壁并在水平方向包裹第一电连接端子321。
请参阅图2所示,基座1包括与第一导电部31相匹配的插接结构11,第二电连接端子311通过插接结构11与第一电连接部电连接。具体地,插接结构11包括至少一个电连接端口111,以及围设在电连接端口111外的第二中空结构112,第二中空结构112的设置可使得插入插接结构11内的第一导电部31更加牢固,以免出现松动、脱落的问题。在一具体实施例中,电连接端口111的数量为2个,在其他实施例中,电连接端口111的数量也可以是1个或者3个。在本申请一较佳实施例中,第二中空结构112为三层凸环结构,当然,本申请中的凸环结构仅是示例性的,不应以此为限,也可以是矩形结构,具体可根据实际使用需求设定。
进一步地,基座1还包括外壳和内壳,内壳注塑或包覆成型于第一电子元件的电连接端子的外侧,外壳注塑于内壳的外侧,双层壳体的结构能够提高基座1的可靠性。其中,外壳和内壳的材质可根据实际情况进行适当的选择,例如,内壳为软胶材质(如橡胶、硅胶等),外壳为硬胶材质(如聚氯乙烯材料等)。
请参阅图1所示,压盖21的一端通过翻边结构23与底座22翻转连接,压盖21与底座22之间还具有连通容纳腔和外部空间的插接开口。转接件3通过插接开口插入容纳腔中,并通过压盖21将第二导电部32固定在容纳腔中,第一电连接部和第二电连接部之间通过转接件3实现电连接,使得两个电连接部之间的接头稳定可靠,且连接方便。压盖21通过翻转在打开位置和闭合位置之间切换,翻边结构23使得压盖21和底座22之间的翻转连接位置稳定可靠,有效提高了灯带的接头位置的稳定性和可靠性,且使得压盖21翻转顺畅、操作便利,提高了灯带的接线效率。
在一实施例中,翻边结构23为薄壁,压盖21与底座22之间通过薄壁呈一体成型结构,薄壁的内壁为弧形结构或者锐角结构,如此设计,能够使得压盖21翻转更便利,结构设计简单、降低生产成本、提高经济效益。在其他实施例中,翻边结构23也可以为转轴式连接结构或者其他能够实现翻转功能的元件。
压盖21的另一端通过卡扣结构与底座22可拆卸连接,卡扣结构包括设置在压盖21上的防脱卡扣211以及底座22的端部上的防脱卡槽221。进一步地,压盖21的远离薄壁的一端向容纳腔的一侧弯折形成弯折部,防脱卡扣211位于弯折部的内侧。防脱卡扣211的旁侧设有卡扣部212,底座22上对应设有与卡扣部212相匹配的孔道222。优选地,卡扣部212为细条状结构,卡扣部212与压盖21为一体成型结构。卡扣部212的设置,使得压盖21与底座22之间扣合得更紧密,进而更加牢固地夹紧第二电子元件。优选地,防脱卡扣211的数量为2个,卡扣部212的数量为1个。
压盖21朝向容纳腔的一侧还设有至少一个凸台213,当压盖21与底座22卡扣连接时,至少一个凸台213位于第二电连接部的上方。具体地,该凸台213包括第一凸台2131和第二凸台2132,第一凸台2131和第二凸台2132均朝向容纳腔凸出,凸台213的设置,使得压盖21在处于闭合位置时,第一凸台2131能够对应压紧转接件3,第二凸台2132位于第二电连接部的上方,以使得第二电连接部更加稳定、可靠地被夹紧在压盖21和底座22之间。优选地,第一凸台2131的数量为2个,第二凸台2132的数量为3个。
优选地,第一凸台2131的长度方向平行于压盖21的长度方向。第二凸台2132的长度小于第一凸台2131的长度,第二凸台2132的轴线与其中一个防脱凸台213的轴线重合。
请继续参阅图1所示,底座22还包括至少一个凸筋223。具体地,底座22朝向容纳腔凸出形成凸筋223,凸筋223的轴线与第一电连接部所在的轴线平行。借助底座22上设置的凸筋223,以及通过防脱卡扣211与防脱卡槽221之间、卡扣部212与孔道222之间的扣合力,使得放置在容纳腔内的第二电子元件的软管产生挤压变形,从而使得凸筋223、第二凸台2132嵌入至第二电子元件的软管之中,以实现对第二电子元件的固定。可以知道的是,凸筋223的数量与基座1的电连接端口111的数量保持一致。
需要说明的是,本申请中的防脱卡扣211、卡扣部212、凸台213以及凸筋223仅是示例性的,在本申请的其它实施例中,防脱卡扣211、卡扣部212、凸台213以及凸筋223的形状、数量和分布方式也可根据实际需要进行适当的选择,以能够卡紧转接件3和第二电子元件即可。
进一步地,防脱卡扣211和防脱卡槽221的卡接配合位置具有锐角钩挂结构,从而避免防脱卡扣211从防脱卡槽221中意外脱出,提高了使用安全性。
请结合图2-4所示,转接件3的第二电连接端子311由第一电连接端子321向靠近基座1的方向延伸形成,相对于两端的内径不一的电连接端子,本申请如此设计,可以大大地简化工艺、降低生产成本、提高生产效率。此外,转接件3的第一中空结构312围设在第二电连接端子311的外部,配合第二中空结构112,不仅保证了第二电连接端子311的安全性,而且提高了第二电连接端子311与基座1的电连接端口111的配合度,进一步提高了插接过程的稳固性。
插块322设置在所述第一电连接端子321的侧壁并在水平方向包裹第一电连接端子 321,使得插块322能够增大第一导电部31与第一电子元件的面积,用以支撑第一电连接端子321,避免第一电连接端子321在插接过程中变形而影响电连接效果。也可以有效防止第一电连接端子321因暴露在插块322外而发生滑脱。进一步地,插块322为扁平状结构,插块322的厚度大于第一电连接端子321的厚度。此外,插块322的端部还形成有导向斜面3221,以方便引导第一电连接端子321插接于第二电连接部内。插块322的设置,提高了灯带的安装效率。优选地,第一电连接端子321的数量为2个。
另外,第一导电部31与第二导电部32的连接处设有限位部33,限位部33与基座1抵持连接时,第一导电部31插接至基座1内,以限定第二电连接端子311的插接。可以知道的是,该限位部33的长度大于第一中空结构312的长度,和/或限位部33的高度高于第一中空结构312的高度。
进一步地,第一电连接端子321与第二电连接端子311为采用铜材料制作而成的金属件,该金属件的前端设计成圆弧状,以便于所述第一电连接端子321可以更加顺利地插入第二电连接部中,同时又可以避免金属件意外刮伤安装人员。当然,前述的金属件的前端也可以设计成针状,可以大大地减少第一电连接端子321插入第二电连接部中时受到的阻力,因而使得转接件3与第二电连接部之间的插接更加流畅和方便。当然,该金属件采用铜材料制作成金属片也是可以的,只需保证呈金属片状的第一电连接端子321能够顺利地插入第二电连接部中即可。
本申请还提供了一种灯带的接插头结构,包括导线、灯带以及前述的灯带的接头组件100。具体地,导线的电连接端子设置于基座1内,灯带的电连接端子插接于容纳腔内,灯带的电连接端子和导线的电连接端子通过转接件3电连接,其中,压盖21和底座22之间相互配合以夹紧灯带。转接件3的第一导电部31插接于基座1内,与导线电连接,第二导电部32暴露在保护结构2的容纳腔内,与灯带电连接。另外,前述的第一电子元件为导线,第二电子元件为灯带,灯带与导线之间的插接头结构稳定可靠,避免插接头位置在使用过程中松动、脱落所导致的拉弧打火现象,提高插接头结构的可靠性和安全性。
综上所述,本申请的灯带的接头组件100通过设置插块,增大了第一导电部与第一电子元件的面积,以支撑第一电连接端子,避免了第一电连接端子在插接过程中变形而影响电连接效果。其次,通过设置导向斜面,方便引导第一电连接端子插接于第二电连接部内,提高了灯带的安装效率。通过设置具有该接头组件100的灯带的插接头结构,可以使得灯带与导线之间的插接头结构稳定可靠,避免插接头位置在使用过程中松动、脱落所导致的拉弧打火现象,提高插接头结构的可靠性和安全性。本申请的灯带的接头组件100结构简单,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益,满足了用户的安全需求。
以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本申请进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯带的接头组件,其中,包括:
    基座,包括第一电连接部;
    保护结构,所述保护结构与所述基座固定连接,所述保护结构包括压盖和底座,所述压盖的一端通过翻边结构与所述底座翻转连接,另一端与所述底座可拆卸连接,所述压盖与所述底座之间形成容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设有第二电连接部;
    转接件,用于电连接所述第一电连接部及所述第二电连接部,所述转接件包括第一导电部和第二导电部,所述第一导电部插接于所述基座内,与所述第一电连接部电连接,所述第二导电部暴露在所述容纳腔内,与所述第二电连接部电连接,所述第二导电部包括第一电连接端子和插块,所述插块位于所述第一电连接端子的侧壁并在水平方向包裹所述第一电连接端子。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带的接头组件,其中,所述插块的端部形成有导向斜面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带的接头组件,其中,所述第一导电部包括第二电连接端子以及围设在所述第二电连接端子外的中空结构,所述基座上设有与所述第一导电部相匹配的插接结构,所述第二电连接端子通过所述插接结构与所述第一电连接部电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯带的接头组件,其中,所述转接件还包括限位部,所述限位部设于所述第一导电部与所述第二导电部的连接处,以限定所述第二电连接端子的插接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带的接头组件,其中,所述底座与所述基座呈一体成型结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带的接头组件,其中,所述压盖的一端通过薄壁与所述底座翻转连接,所述压盖的另一端通过卡扣结构与所述底座可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的灯带的接头组件,其中,所述卡扣结构包括设置在所述压盖上的防脱卡扣以及所述底座的端部上的防脱卡槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带的接头组件,其中,所述压盖朝向所述容纳腔的一侧设有至少一个凸台,当所述压盖与所述底座卡扣连接时,至少一个所述凸台位于所述第二电连接部的上方。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带的接头组件,其中,所述底座朝向所述容纳腔凸出形成有至少一个凸筋,所述凸筋的轴线与所述第一电连接部所在的轴线平行。
  10. 一种灯带的接插头结构,其中,包括:导线、灯带以及如权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的灯带的接头组件,所述导线的电连接端子设置于所述基座内,所述灯带的电连接端子插接于所述容纳腔内,所述灯带的电连接端子和所述导线的电连接端子通过所述转接件电连接,所述压盖和所述底座配合以夹紧所述灯带。
