密封连接件1的插入管体1-1插入喷枪10的入口端17后,两者之间仅能实现流体流通,此时,为了使密封连接件1与喷枪之间稳定,不致于在使用过程中两者随意脱离,需要将密封连接件1与喷枪10或者喷枪10的主体组件12或者主体组件的喷嘴部分14的连接部分80进行锁定。锁定时,需要一个额外的适配元件:固定螺母2;固定螺母2能够实现一端与密封连接件1进行锁定,另一端与喷枪10的主体组件12或者主体组件的喷嘴部分14的连接部分80进行锁定。 因此,固定螺母2包括用于锁定所述密封连接件1的第二连接部2-1和用于锁定喷枪的锁紧部2-2。作为一种具体的连接方式,固定螺母2与密封连接件1进行锁定的方式是:第一连接部1-2与所述第二连接部2-1为螺纹连接。图2中锁紧部2-2处的虚线指的是锁紧部2-2的结构可以有多种,具体根据喷枪10的连接部分80的结构设定。
密封连接件1和固定螺母2的材质为金属,具体为不锈钢或者铝。两者均是单独加工一体成型。
密封连接件1的外壁上设置有第一凹槽部1-7,固定螺母2的外壁上设置有第二凹槽部2-5,方便使用者安装和拆卸。
实施例2
一种用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,用于使用专利CN 210252849 U中示出的流体供应杯,专利CN 210252849 U中的流体供应杯中的杯盖上有多种锁定凸起,如其附图中标号3的锁定凸起,除此之外,还有其附图1a、图1c、图3b、图5、图7、图8、图9、图10a、图10b中示出的其他结构的锁定凸起,当连接专利CN 210252849U中的流体供应杯时,密封连接件1的锁定部1-6可以直接使用CN210252849U中图12和图13中标号6的锁定结构。
密封连接件1的锁定部1-6除了使用上面的两种结构外,还可以使用本专利图11和图12中所示出的结构;具体的,所述锁定部1-6设置于所述密封槽1-5的进口端;包括环形壁1-63和形成与环形壁1-63的内壁上的成对的横向锁定凸起1-61,在锁定凸起1-61的锁定终点位置设置有止挡臂1-62。
本实施例中的连接机构的其他结构与实施例1或实施例3相同,在此不再赘述。
实施例3
本专利图1中的喷枪为专利CN1902003A中的图1所示的喷枪10,图2为专利CN1902003A中的图9(原图中的标号只保留了本专利涉及到的部件标号,其余的均做了删除)。图4-7重点示出了连接部分80的位置及具体结构。其中图4-图6中连接部分80为双层的结构,在保持连接部分80的凹陷槽80-1,锁定凸起80-2和限位凸起80-3的结构不变的情况下,连接部分80可以为单层结构,结构如图7所示。
本实施例所针对的喷枪如专利CN1902003A、US2005/0145718A1中所示的喷枪10,其喷枪的主体组件12中的喷嘴部分14具有从入口端17延伸到出口端18的液体通道16,在入口端17处有用于以可拆卸地接合连接流体供应杯的连接部分80;连接部分80的结构如图3和图4所示,包括凹陷槽80-1,锁定凸起80-2和限位凸起80-3。喷嘴部分14为聚合物材质(例如:聚丙烯、聚乙烯或玻璃纤维填充的尼龙),随着使用次数的增多尺寸会因聚合物材料软的特性会产生摩擦的划痕及直径的加大,影响密封要求;还有在操作者手中使用时需要各个角度方向的摆动,由于是聚合物材质制品,操作者在使用时出现失误,碰到尖锐及硬质的物体会把与流体供应杯结合的部分折断,造成损失,尤其在狭小的空间更容易发生这种失误;除此之外,这种连接部分80因为结构特殊,很难适配其他的流体供应杯,进而造成用户使用受限。
为了适配该型喷枪,如图8-图10所示,所述固定螺母2的锁紧部2-2包括与第二连接部2-1连接的锁紧臂2-3和位于锁紧臂2-3端部的凸唇2-4。
所述锁紧部2-2的锁紧臂2-3的数量为2个或者4个。数量为2个时,两个锁紧臂2-3在固定螺母2的圆周的二等分点位置,即:2个锁紧臂2-3(包含锁紧臂2-3上的凸唇2-4)之间与经过连接机构的轴线A的一个平面对称;数量为4个时,4个锁紧臂2-3在固定螺母2的圆周的四等分点位置。
在锁定喷枪10时,固定螺母2的凸唇2-4穿过连接部分80的凹陷槽80-1,之后使固定螺母2与连接部分80相对旋转,通过旋转,使锁紧臂2-3的内面2-6与锁定凸起80-2进行锁定,限位凸起80-3可以阻止固定螺母2的继续旋转。对称的2个或4个锁紧臂2-3可以牢牢的将喷枪在连接部分80处锁住,锁住的状态如图10所示。
锁紧臂2-3用于在固定螺母2与连接部分80锁紧的情况下与锁定凸起80-2配合,防止固定螺母2与连接部分80随意转动;凸唇2-4用于在固定螺母2与连接部分80锁紧的情况下与锁定凸起80-2的厚度配合,防止固定螺母2与连接部分80在轴向A脱离。
作为一种具体的形式,如图9所示,所述锁紧臂2-3由固定螺母2在第二连接部2-1的远离密封连接件1的端面上向远离密封连接件1的方向延伸后形成的,所述凸唇2-4为锁紧臂2-3的端部向固定螺母2的轴心A的方向延伸形成的具有 一定厚度的凸起。
除了固定螺母2使用本实施例的固定螺母外,用于连接喷枪10和流体供应杯90的连接机构的其他部件参照实施例1和实施例2。
下面参照附图来描述本实用新型的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本实用新型的技术原理,并非旨在限制本实用新型的保护范围。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围。这样,倘若本实用新型的这些修改和变型属于本实用新型权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,其特征在于,包括在流体供应杯和喷枪之间形成流体流通通道的密封连接件(1)和固定螺母(2);
    所述密封连接件(1)包括供流体流通的通道(1-4)、用于连接并锁定流体供应杯的出液口的锁定密封部(1-3)、用于插入喷枪喷嘴部分的插入管体(1-1)和与固定螺母(2)配合使用的第一连接部(1-2);
    所述固定螺母(2)用于在插入管体(1-1)插入喷枪喷嘴部分的状态下将密封连接件(1)锁定到喷枪上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,其特征在于,所述固定螺母(2)包括用于锁定所述密封连接件(1)的第二连接部(2-1)和用于锁定喷枪的锁紧部(2-2)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(1-2)与所述第二连接部(2-1)为螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,其特征在于,所述锁定密封部(1-3)包括用于流体供应杯的出液口插入的密封槽(1-5)和用于锁定流体供应杯的锁定部(1-6)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,其特征在于,所述固定螺母(2)的锁紧部(2-2)包括与第二连接部(2-1)固定连接的锁紧臂(2-3)和位于锁紧臂(2-3)上的向固定螺母(2)的轴心方向凸起的凸唇(2-4)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,其特征在于,所述锁紧臂(2-3)由固定螺母(2)在第二连接部(2-1)的远离密封连接件(1)的端面上向远离密封连接件(1)的方向延伸后形成的,所述凸唇(2-4)为锁紧臂(2-3)的端部向固定螺母(2)的轴心方向延伸形成的具有一定厚度的凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,其特征在于,所述锁紧臂(2-3)的数量为2个或者4个。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,其特征在于,所述密封连接件(1)的外壁上设置有第一凹槽部(1-7)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,其特征 在于,所述固定螺母(2)的外壁上设置有第二凹槽部(2-5)。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的用于连接喷枪和流体供应杯的连接机构,其特征在于,所述锁定部(1-6)设置于所述密封槽(1-5)的进口端;包括环形壁(1-63)和形成与环形壁(1-63)的内壁上的成对的横向锁定凸起(1-61)。
