Abstract

The present invention is characterized by the special design of the punched and cut cardboard sheets from which an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve are formed, where the inner sleeve is housed in an interlocked manner with respect to the outer one and that in order to be able to extract the outer sleeve it is necessary to carry out a maneuver with both hands.

Therefore, the present invention is circumscribed within the scope of drawer-like packaging provided with security means that prevent unwanted opening, particularly by children, counting for this purpose with release means that require a degree of precision that children in their early years lack.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the state of the art, the documents that have free anchoring means that require the coordinated action of both hands to open them, such as those described in the documents US2020262618, US2020146346, WO2016138305, WO2020225355, are several. However, in none of these documents are there three safety triggers or flaps that must be pressed simultaneously in order to extract the inner sheath from the outer one.

The presence of a third security flap conveniently arranged allows the safe to be provided with increased security since it requires greater dexterity than what children usually have.

Therefore, it is the object of the present invention to develop a package of increased security with respect to packages designed to prevent opening by children, developing a package such as the one described below and is essentially collected in the first claim. .

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is collected in its essentials in the independent claim and the different embodiments are included in the dependent claims.

The object of the present invention is a security packaging that prevents opening by children since it requires dexterity and ability to be able to simultaneously handle both hands and use two different fingers in one of the hands.

The packaging comprises an outer sleeve with a rectangular prismatic general configuration, inside which is housed an inner sleeve of the same configuration and dimensions such that it can be housed inside the outer sleeve, where the inner sleeve is anchored with respect to the outer sleeve unless it is pressure on three linkage release windows between both covers. Each one of the covers, the outer cover, and the inner cover, are formed from sheets, preferably of die-cut and cut corrugated cardboard, forming at the same time, leaving the inner cover housed inside the outer cover and removable from the outer cover. outer cover.

The sheet that is used to form the outer cover has three windows on which some dies are defined that allow the sheets to be separated from said windows, while the sheet that is used to form the inner cover has three gluing areas arranged in correspondence with the windows defined in the sheet that serves to form the inner cover.

The windows defined on the outer cover once pressed and as a consequence of the die made, the sheets defined in said windows remain segregated but glued to the gluing areas defined in the lower cover, so that by pressing said areas it is possible to separate the segregated sheets of the windows and consequently the inner cover is removable as there is no limit or impediment.

The packaging is closed from below at its lower end, both the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, while at its upper end only the inner sleeve remains closed and not the outer sleeve so that once the anchor points are released through the Simultaneous pressure on the three windows, the outer cover can be removed.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.

In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of the proposed invention is described below.

In figure 1 we can see how the packaging adopts a rectangular prismatic general configuration that includes a housed and removable inner sleeve with respect to an outer sleeve (1), where the outer sleeve has two front release windows (2) and at least one side release window (3).

The inner cover, not visible in figure 1, is removable when simultaneously pressing on the three release windows, the two front windows (2) with your thumbs, and the side release window (3) with your finger. index of one of the hands, that of the closest one.

The packaging is formed from two sheets, preferably cardboard, punched and cut, as shown in figures 7 and 8 that serve to form an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve respectively.

Figure 8 shows the inner sheet (5) that serves to form the inner sheath and that comprises a rear section (18), and a front section (19), two lateral sections (20) and (21) arranged in a alternated with respect to the rear (18) and front (19) sections, while a flap (22) emerges on the free edge of the rear section (18) to close the assembly.

Lower closing flaps (24) emerge from the lower edges of the rear (18), front (19) and lateral sides (20) and (21) sections, while upper closing flaps (23) emerge from the upper edges. . On the front section (19) of the inner sheet (5) there are defined first gluing zones (25) and on the lateral section (22) there is defined a second zone of gluing (26) so that the front windows (2) they are in correspondence with the first gluing zones (25) of the front section (19), while the side window (3) is in correspondence with the second gluing zone (26) of the lateral section (20).

The gluing areas (25) and (26) are used to leave the detachable sheets of the front windows (2) and the side window (3) adhered, respectively, once they have been separated through the die lines (16) and thanks to the strips of adhesive (17) arranged in the detachable sheets.
