Description
The present invention relates to a blister storage body for storing blisters.
Blisters are used to confine the contents in a container formed with a protruding surface, and are generally made of a slightly hard plastic. A backing sheet or sealing sheet is attached to the back side. By tearing or removing the mount or the sealing sheet, the contents accommodated in the accommodating portion are taken out.
Blister contains PTP. PTP is an abbreviation for Press Through Package, which is made by adhering a tearable sealing sheet such as aluminum foil to the back of a thin plastic substrate with a surface protruding on the side and formed with a plurality of receiving portions. The container generally contains (encloses) drugs, particularly tablets. When the protruding medicine container is pushed, the sealing sheet is broken on the back side of the substrate, and the medicine in the medicine container is taken out therefrom.
In order to prevent accidental ingestion of a medicine by a child, it has been proposed to package a PTP containing a medicine so that the medicine in the PTP is difficult to take out carelessly.
The package of the PTP sheet described in
The packages described in
An object of the present invention is to easily realize that contents in a blister are not taken out carelessly.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a blister storage body in which a plurality of convex storage portions are provided in alignment, and a blister including a substrate having a flange portion around the convex storage portions is stored. Blister contains PTP.
The blister storage body according to the first invention includes a front panel and a back panel. The front panel has a window portion wide enough to project all the convex housing portions. The rear panel is bonded to the front panel with the rear surface of the front panel superimposed on the side. The window portion has such a width that the flange portions on both sides of the blister to be accommodated are sandwiched between the front panel and the back panel on both sides of the window portion.
In the upper part of the front panel, a pair of insertion holes into which both sides of the lower end of the blister (substrate) are inserted are continuously formed in the window portion. The front panel may be cut, cut or punched, and this cut, cut or punch may be used as an insertion port, or the front panel may be composed of two panel parts, and the gap between the two panel parts (grooves) ) May be used as an insertion slot. In any case, the blister is put into the storage body through the insertion port of the front panel, and is stored in the storage body by sliding as it is. When the blister is stored, the convex storage portion of the blister protrudes from the window portion of the front panel, and both side flange portions of the blister are sandwiched between the front panel and the back panel on both sides of the window portion.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a blister storage body using a surface portion of the front panel sandwiched between the pair of insertion ports as a locking piece, and when the stored blister is taken out, A stopper mechanism is provided for locking the sliding movement of the blister by bringing the upper end of the blister into contact with the toe. The blister cannot be removed from the storage body simply by sliding the blister in the reverse direction in the same manner as when the blister is stored in the storage body.
The rear panel is formed with a finger hole for pushing up the stored blister and releasing the locking by the stopper mechanism. The blister can be taken out of the storage body by sliding the blister in a state where the blister is pushed up from the finger hole and unlocked by the stopper mechanism. In one embodiment, an opening is formed in the back panel, which is used as a finger hole. In another embodiment, a notch is formed in the back panel, and a part of the surface portion of the back panel along the notch is pushed up. When the surface portion of the back panel along the notch is pushed up, the back panel is opened (a finger hole is formed). This aspect is also included in the “finger through hole”.
As described above, when the blister container of the first invention is used, the blister cannot be taken out from the blister container simply by sliding the blister. In order to take out the blister, as described above, it is necessary to push up the blister through the finger hole formed in the back panel. That is, a simple but indispensable operation of pushing up the blister through a finger hole formed in the back panel is necessary for taking out the blister from the storage body.
For example, if the blister is a PTP containing a tablet, it can prevent a young child from accidentally drinking the tablet. On the other hand, since the operation for taking out the PTP is not so complicated, even an elderly person can take out the PTP from the container. It is easily realized that the tablets in the PTP are not taken out carelessly.
In one embodiment, the lower end portion of the window portion opened in the front panel has a hypotenuse in the direction of approaching each other. The hypotenuse may be U-shaped as a whole. Since the convex accommodating portion of the blister protruding from the window portion engages with the hypotenuse of the lower end portion of the window portion of the front panel, the blister can be stopped from being accommodated there.
Preferably, a fold line for bending or folding the front panel and the upper part of the back panel toward the back is formed on the top of the front panel and the top of the back panel. When the upper portions of the front panel and the back panel are bent or folded along the fold line toward the back, a gap is formed below the pair of insertion holes formed in the front panel. It is possible to easily insert both ends of the lower end of the blister into the pair of insertion ports.
In another embodiment, a locking reinforcing panel is provided under the locking piece of the front panel, and the locking end of the locking reinforcing panel is below the locking end of the locking piece of the front panel. It overlaps with. Since the thickness of the locking end is increased, the upper end of the slidable blister can be reliably brought into contact with the locking end. The blister slide movement can be more reliably locked.
In another embodiment, when the front panel and the back panel are overlapped, the upper end of the finger hole is aligned with the upper end of the window portion opened in the front panel. A pair of cuts are formed on both sides of the upper end of the finger through hole, and a surface portion defining the upper end of the finger through hole is sandwiched between the pair of cuts on the back panel. Used as a locking piece, the locking end of the locking piece overlaps the locking end of the locking piece of the front panel. Since the thickness of the locking end is increased by the locking piece of the front panel and the locking piece of the back panel, the upper end of the blister that has been slid is surely in contact with the locking end. The blister slide movement can be reliably locked.
In another embodiment, a locking reinforcement panel is provided in which the front surface of the front panel overlaps and adheres to the upper part of the wing, and the locking end of the locking reinforcement panel locks the locking piece of the front panel. Overlaid on the edge. Also in this case, since the thickness of the locking end is increased, the sliding movement of the blister can be reliably locked.
The locking reinforcing panel may be connected to the upper end of the front panel. The folded reinforcing reinforcing panel is bonded with the front surface of the front panel overlapped with the upper part of the hook.
In yet another embodiment, a locking reinforcement panel is provided which is sandwiched and bonded between the upper part of the front panel and the upper part of the back panel, and the locking end of the locking reinforcement panel is engaged with the front panel. It is overlaid under the locking end of the stop. Also in this case, since the thickness of the locking end is increased, the sliding movement of the blister can be reliably locked. The locking reinforcing panel may be provided continuously with the upper end of the window portion. The folded reinforcing reinforcing panel can be sandwiched between the front panel and the back panel.
A blister storage body according to a second invention is provided with a plurality of convex storage portions arranged in a line, and stores a blister including a substrate having a flange portion around the convex storage portions. A front panel having a window portion wide enough to project the convex accommodating portion, and a plurality of content takeout holes in the arrangement corresponding to the arrangement of the convex accommodating portion of the blister. A back panel that is bonded to the front panel with the back surface of the blister overlapped, and flanges on both sides of the blister are sandwiched between the front panel and the back panel on both sides of the window. The window portion has such a width, and a pair of insertion ports into which the lower end sides of the blister are inserted are formed continuously in the upper portion of the front panel. Of the front panel, a surface portion sandwiched between the pair of insertion ports is used as a locking piece, and when the stored blister is taken out, a blister is placed on the locking end of the locking piece. A first stopper mechanism for locking the blister slide movement by abutting the upper end of the blister, and a finger for pushing up the blister stored on the back panel to release the locking by the first stopper mechanism A through-hole is formed, and a front panel of the front panel is overlaid on the top of the hook, and the front end of the front panel is overlaid with a locking panel, and the locking end of the locking panel is unlocked by the first stopper mechanism. And a second stopper mechanism that abuts the upper end of the blister to lock the blister slide movement, and the blister slide movement is engaged by the second stopper mechanism. Convex housing portion of the blister and the above contents extraction hole of the back panel so as to overlap vertically, the locking end of the locking panel is characterized in that it is positioned when the.
According to the second invention, two (two-stage) stopper mechanisms of the first stopper mechanism and the second stopper mechanism are provided. The first stopper mechanism is the same as the stopper mechanism of the blister housing of the first invention described above, and locks the sliding movement of the blister. If the blister is simply slid in the opposite direction in the same way as when the blister is stored in the storage body, the blister cannot be slid any further. The blister can be further slid by pushing the blister through the finger hole formed in the back panel and sliding the blister with the first stopper mechanism unlocked.
When the blister is further slid by releasing the locking by the first stopper mechanism, the upper end of the blister is brought into contact with the upper end of the locking panel by the second stopper mechanism, and the sliding movement of the blister is engaged here. Stop. At this time, the convex accommodating portion of the blister and the content take-out hole opened in the back panel overlap vertically. By pressing the convex housing portion of the blister, the content in the convex housing portion can be taken out through the content take-out hole of the back panel.
Also in the second invention, the contents cannot be taken out from the convex housing portion of the blister housing by simply sliding the blister. In order to take out the contents, as described above, it is necessary to push up the blister through a finger hole formed in the back panel. A simple but indispensable operation of pushing up the blister through the finger hole formed in the back panel is required to remove the contents.
According to the second invention, when the upper end of the blister is brought into contact with the locking end of the locking panel and the sliding movement of the blister is locked, the contents can be taken out at that time. It is not necessary to take out the blister completely outside the storage body, and the amount of slide movement of the blister can be reduced.
The second stopper mechanism described above is realized by bringing the upper end of the blister into contact with the locking end of the locking panel. Instead of the upper end of the blister, the convex housing portion of the blister may be brought into contact with the locking end of the locking panel, thereby realizing the second stopper mechanism.
The locking panel may be provided continuously with the upper end of the back panel. The folded back locking panel is bonded to the upper part of the front of the front panel. A pair of insertion holes formed in the front panel may be closed by a locking panel bonded to the front panel. It is possible to prevent the blister from being taken out from the blister container.
In one embodiment, the locking panel is connected to the upper end of the rear panel, and an insertion flap is further connected to the upper end of the locking panel, and is folded back to the front panel and the rear panel. A notch for inserting the insertion flap connected to the upper end of the locking panel is formed. In this embodiment, the locking panel is simply fixed by inserting the insertion flap into the notches formed in the front panel and the back panel without being bonded to the front panel. By not bonding the locking panel, the blister storage body can be reused many times.
In another embodiment, the locking panel is connected to the upper end of the rear panel, and insertion flaps are further connected to both side ends of the locking panel, and the front panel and the rear panel are Insertion holes for inserting the folded back flaps are formed from both ends of the folded locking panel. Also in this embodiment, the locking panel is not glued to the front panel, so the blister housing can be reused many times.
Hereinafter, a PTP holder according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, a plurality of
Referring to FIG. 3, when storing
As described above, the lower ends of the

6 and 7 are cross-sectional views corresponding to FIG. 5 and showing how the stored
When the
Therefore, a
