背景技术
咖啡的制作十分讲究,水温、过滤速度、过滤压力等参数都会影响制作出的咖啡味道。其中,过滤压力对咖啡口感的影响尤为直接:当过滤压力较大时,过滤制作的咖啡口感较浓;当过滤压力较小时对应过滤制得的咖啡口感较淡。
目前制作咖啡的器具主要包括蒸汽锅式咖啡壶、水泵式压力咖啡壶、虹吸式咖啡壶、摩卡壶、滴漏式咖啡壶、法式滤压壶等,这些器具提供过滤制作咖啡。这些器具不仅结构较为复杂,且在制作咖啡时只能保持器具预设的冲泡压力而不能手动调节,或者手动调节过滤压力较为繁琐,不便于消费者操作使用。
当然,现有技术中也有使用各种简单的滤网来制作咖啡,但是,利用滤网制作咖啡,不仅受到滤网本身的结构条件限制,还需要凭经验控制流速、流量、搅拌程度、过滤时间等条件,制作优质咖啡并不容易,因其操作要求比较高导致难于推广使用。
技术问题
本发明旨在解决现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,提出一种气压咖啡过滤装置,结构简单,过滤压力可按需调节,从而方便消费者使用快速制得口感佳的咖啡。

  1. 一种气压咖啡过滤装置,其特征在于,包括过滤主体(2)、加压接口(3)、盖体(4)及气压发生装置(7);过滤主体(2)包括过滤腔(21)、设在过滤腔(21)底部的咖啡出口(211)和位于咖啡出口(211)上方的滤网(22),滤网(22)上设有若干过滤孔;盖体(4)盖合在过滤主体(2)上以将过滤腔(21)密封;加压接口(3)位于滤网(22)的上方,加压接口(3)的第一末端与过滤腔(21)相连通,且加压接口(3)的第二末端位于过滤主体(2)的外部,且气压发生装置(7)与加压接口(3)的第二末端相连通以增加过滤腔(21)内的压力。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述气压咖啡过滤装置,其特征在于,所述气压发生装置(7)设置在所述盖体(4)的内部。
  3.  根据权利要求2所述气压咖啡过滤装置,其特征在于,所述盖体(4)包括内盖(41)和与所述内盖(41)盖合相连的外盖(42),所述内盖(41)与所述外盖(42)之间具有容纳腔(43);所述加压接口(3)设在所述内盖(41)上,所述气压发生装置(7)位于所述容纳腔(43)内。
  4.  根据权利要求3所述气压咖啡过滤装置,其特征在于,所述外盖(42)上设有进气口(44),所述气压发生装置(7)连通设置在所述加压接口(3)与所述进气口(44)之间。
  5.  根据权利要求1所述气压咖啡过滤装置,其特征在于,在盖体(4)与过滤主体(2)上端之间还设有密封圈(5)。
  6.  根据权利要求1所述气压咖啡过滤装置,其特征在于,加压接口(3)设置在过滤主体(2)上末端,或者,加压接口(3)设置在盖体(4)上。
  7.  根据权利要求1所述气压咖啡过滤装置,其特征在于,加压接口(3)的第二末端与气压发生装置(7)之间设有导气软管(8)。
  8.  根据权利要求1所述气压咖啡过滤装置,其特征在于,气压发生装置(7)包括手压气泵(71),手压气泵(71)具有进气端及出气端,在进气端设有第一单向阀(72),在出气端设有第二单向阀(73)。
  9.  根据权利要求1所述气压咖啡过滤装置,其特征在于,所述过滤主体(2)上端与所述盖体(4)螺纹旋合相连,所述过滤主体(2)的下末端设有用于与咖啡壶的壶口对接放置的裙边部(24)。
  10.  根据权利要求1所述气压咖啡过滤装置,其特征在于,还包括用于将咖啡粉末压置在滤网(22)上的隔网(61)和与隔网(61)相连的提手(62),隔网(61)具有若干过水通孔。
