背景技术
引流导管是一种供临床外科引流使用的医疗器械,其可将人体组织间或体腔中积聚的脓、血、液体导引至体外,以防止术后感染、促进伤口愈合。临床上外科引流管的应用较为广泛,有的用于导尿,有的用于伤口,以及胸腔、脑腔、胃肠道、胆道等都有应用。
为了将引流导管固定在人体内防止被外力拉扯出,通常引流管的尖端部会设有定位结构。目前常用的定位结构为:在尖端进入患者的腔体后,用穿过手柄端的引线将引流管的尖端拉弯呈“猪尾巴”状,即引流管的尖端宽度增大,不易由引流管的穿入孔拔出,从而实现引流导管在人体中的定位。其中,引线的两端穿过手柄端的一个橡胶垫后露出在外,以方便拉紧操作,橡胶垫与引线之间的摩擦力可以防止引线的松动。需要拆下引流导管时,将引线剪断,消除引线拉力后,引流导管的尖端自动回直,从而可将引流导管取出。
引线上需要剪断的部分在橡胶垫后,由于两根引线的位置较为靠近,需要将两根线分开后才能将其中的一根剪断,使得剪断引线操作较为复杂;或者,还可采用将导管和引线一同剪断的操作方式,虽然操作简单,但是可能出现引流管内的液体流出而污染伤口的问题。
为解决上述问题,现有的引流导管在手柄端设置三通接头,将三通接头的一个接头单独设置引线。但是,设置三通接头后,导致引流导管手柄 端的体积较大,从而使引流导管容易被碰触到,易出现被拉扯的现象。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于引流导管的引线安装结构和引流导管,将待剪断的引线部分设置在第一凹槽的槽口上,引线部分悬空设置,需要剪断操作时,剪断悬空部分即可,操作简单快捷。

如图1至图4所示,本发明实施方式中,导管手柄1的外壁设有第二凹槽16,第二凹槽的侧壁凸出于导管手柄1的外壁表面,第二凹槽16的槽口上设有密封盖17;通孔12设于第二凹槽16的底部,第一凹槽13设于密封盖17的表面;第二凹槽16的侧壁设有导出孔161,用于使引线2的自由端21依次经由通孔12和导出孔161穿出导管手柄1,并与导管手柄1的外壁连接;第一穿孔14与第二凹槽16连通,用于使引线2的固定端22依次经由通孔12和第一穿孔14穿出导管手柄1。利用密封盖17和第二凹槽16,将通孔12封挡,实现通孔12的密封设置。优选地,在第二凹槽16内填充密封垫19,利用密封垫19进一步将通孔12封堵,确保通孔12的密封效果,其中,密封垫19有用于使引线2的自由端21和固定端22穿过的孔,密封垫19采用具有一定弹性的材质,如橡胶,即使引线2的自由端21和固定端22穿过密封垫19,在材质回弹作用下,密封垫19能将引线的孔挤压,从而使密封垫19仍处于封闭状态。
本发明实施方式中,密封盖17的侧壁与第二凹槽16的侧壁之间设有间隔,从而形成腔室18;腔室18用于使引线2的固定端22设于腔室18内,并与腔室18的内壁固定连接。作为更优的实施例,将引线2的固定端22设置在第二凹槽16的外壁,将引线2的固定端22设置在第二凹槽16上,此方式不影响密封盖17的开关。
本发明实施方式中,密封盖17与第二凹槽16通过锁紧结构可拆卸连接。如图1和图2所示,锁紧结构包括锁孔171和锁钩162,锁孔171和锁钩162可拆卸连接;锁孔171设于密封盖17的侧壁,锁钩162设于第二凹槽16的侧壁,或者,锁钩162设于密封盖17的侧壁,锁孔171设于第二凹槽16的侧壁。将密封盖17设置为可拆卸结构方便对引线2进行操作。
如图1和图2所示,引线安装结构还包括用于套设于导管手柄1上的卡线环3;卡线环3上设有连接孔31,用于使引线2的自由端21通过连接孔31与卡线环3连接。卡线环3用于对引线2进行收紧或放松操作,如在进行收紧拉弯操作时,拉动或转动卡线环3,卡线环3带动引线2的自由端21移动,引线2拉紧导管4的端部,到达指定位置后,将卡线环3固定即可。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,导管手柄1呈圆柱状,卡线环3上设有缺口32,卡线环3通过缺口32与导管手柄1可拆卸连接。在对引线2进行收紧或放松操作时,在导管手柄1上转动卡线环3即可。优选地,卡线环3的两个自由端21分别设有卡钩33,导管手柄1的外壁沿周向间隔设有多个卡扣34;卡钩33与卡扣34可拆卸连接,并且卡钩33与不同位置的卡扣34连接能使卡线环3和导管手柄1形成不同的连接角度,通过设置卡钩33和卡扣34结构,当卡线环3转动相应角度后,需要固定时,将卡线环3上的卡钩33与对应位置的卡扣34卡接即可。
如图1至图4所示,卡线环3上设有手柄35,手柄35呈圆饼状,操作卡线环3时,手持手柄35进行相应的操作即可。
本发明实施方式中,将引线2的固定端22悬空设置在第一凹槽13的槽口上,此设置方式,既能将引线2的固定端22和自由端21分离,同时,引线2的固定端22悬空设置,需要剪断操作时,剪刀插入第一凹槽13,将引线2剪断即可。此引线安装结构,可快速完成引线2剪断、以及引流导管的拔出操作,操作简单快捷,安全可靠。
图5是本发明实施方式提供的引流导管的结构示意图。如图5所示,引流导管包括导管4、引线2和上述实施方式中的引线安装结构。引线2设置在导管4和导管手柄1的穿孔11内,引线2为一根或两根,位于导线内的引线2与导管4的前端固定连接,位于穿孔11内的引线2包括两个端头,一个为引线2的自由端21,一个为引线2的固定端22,需要拉弯导管4端头时,拉紧引线2的自由端21,使导管4的端部收紧拉弯,需 要时导管4回直时,剪断引线2的固定端22,消除引线2的拉力后,导管4恢复成直管状,取出导管4即可。
本发明实施方式中,引线2的自由端21和固定端22分离,并且固定端22部分设置在第一凹槽上,方便进行剪断,操作简单快捷,安全可靠。
上述具体实施方式,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制。本领域技术人员应该明白的是,取决于设计要求和其他因素,可以发生各种各样的修改、组合、子组合和替代。任何在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于引流导管的引线安装结构,其特征在于,包括导管手柄(1),导管手柄(1)包括用于与导管(4)连通的穿孔(11);
    导管手柄(1)的侧壁设有用于穿出引线(2)的通孔(12),使引线(2)的自由端(21)和固定端(22)经由通孔(12)穿出导管手柄(1)并与导管手柄(1)的外壁连接;
    导管手柄(1)的外壁设有第一凹槽(13),第一凹槽(13)一组相对的侧壁分别设有第一穿孔(14)和第二穿孔(15),用于使引线(2)的固定端(22)用于依次穿过第一穿孔(14)和第二穿孔(15),从而使引线(2)部分悬空设置在第一凹槽(13)的槽口处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于引流导管的引线安装结构,其特征在于,导管手柄(1)的外壁设有第二凹槽(16),第二凹槽的侧壁凸出于导管手柄(1)的外壁表面,第二凹槽(16)的槽口上设有密封盖(17);
    通孔(12)设于第二凹槽(16)的底部,第一凹槽(13)设于密封盖(17)的表面;
    第二凹槽(16)的侧壁设有导出孔(161),用于使引线(2)的自由端(21)依次经由通孔(12)和导出孔(161)穿出导管手柄(1),并与导管手柄(1)的外壁连接;
    第一穿孔(14)与第二凹槽(17)连通,用于使引线(2)的固定端(22)依次经由通孔(12)和第一穿孔(14)穿出导管手柄(1)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于引流导管的引线安装结构,其特征在于,密封盖(17)的侧壁与第二凹槽(16)的侧壁之间设有间隔,从而形成腔室(18);
    腔室(18)用于使引线(2)的固定端(22)设于腔室(18)内,并与腔室(18)的内壁固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于引流导管的引线安装结构,其特征在 于,还包括密封垫(19),密封垫(19)填充于第二凹槽(16)内,密封垫(19)设有用于使引线(2)的自由端(21)和固定端(22)穿过的孔。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的用于引流导管的引线安装结构,其特征在于,密封盖(17)与第二凹槽(16)通过锁紧结构可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于引流导管的引线安装结构,其特征在于,锁紧结构包括锁孔(171)和锁钩(162),锁孔(171)和锁钩(162)可拆卸连接;
    锁孔(171)设于密封盖(17)的侧壁,锁钩(162)设于第二凹槽(16)的侧壁,
    或者,
    锁钩(162)设于密封盖(17)的侧壁,锁孔(171)设于第二凹槽(16)的侧壁。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于引流导管的引线安装结构,其特征在于,还包括用于套设于导管手柄(1)上的卡线环(3);
    卡线环(3)上设有连接孔(31),用于使引线(2)的自由端(21)通过连接孔(31)与卡线环(3)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于引流导管的引线安装结构,其特征在于,卡线环(3)上设有缺口(32),卡线环(3)通过缺口(32)与导管手柄(1)可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于引流导管的引线安装结构,其特征在于,卡线环(3)的两个自由端分别设有卡钩(33),导管手柄(1)呈圆柱状,导管手柄(1)的外壁沿周向间隔设有多个卡扣(34);
    卡钩(33)与卡扣(34)可拆卸连接,并且卡钩(33)与不同位置的卡扣(34)连接能使卡线环(3)和导管手柄(1)形成不同的连接角度。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的用于引流导管的引线安装结构,其特征在于,卡线环(3)上设有手柄(35)。
  11. 一种引流导管,其特征在于,包括导管(4)、引线(2)和如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的用于引流导管的引线安装结构。
