Description

灯具、灯具系统、灯具系统的组装方法、及灯具系统的拆卸方法 技术领域
本公开涉及一种发光装置,且特别是涉及一种灯具、灯具系统、灯具系统的组装方法、及灯具系统的拆卸方法。
背景技术
因应市场的需求,灯具的变化越来越多元。有一种吊挂式的透明灯具,可同时产生照明及美观的效果。
然而,一般的吊挂式灯具大多是使用电缆作为电源连接,当需要多个透明灯具互相串接时,外露的电缆不但在组装或拆卸上较复杂,且成本较高,更会导致空间产生凌乱的视觉效果。再者,当多个透明灯具呈环状串接形式时,在有限的空间内,最后一组灯具不易与前后两组灯具头尾相接,导致组装或拆卸工序的难度较高。
发明内容
因此,本公开的目的是在提供一种灯具,通过灯具的框体设计能够达到快速组装与拆卸的目的。
根据本公开的上述目的,提出一种灯具。灯具包含框体、导光板、至少一个光源以及接合机构。框体包含相对的两个侧盖,且侧盖共同围设出容置空间。导光板设置在容置空间中。光源设置在侧盖的至少一者中,且光源邻设于导光板的入光面。接合机构设置在框体中,接合机构包含卡合件及至少一个调整件。卡合件可滑移地设置在侧盖的至少其中一者的内部空间中。调整件连接卡合件,且配置以驱动卡合件在侧盖的内部空间中滑移,以使卡合件的至少一部分凸伸于侧盖外部。
依据本公开的一实施例,上述的每一个侧盖的内表面具有轨道沟槽,调整件的一端穿过轨道沟槽而连接设置在侧盖中的卡合件,且调整件的另一端凸伸于内表面。
依据本公开的一实施例,上述的每一个侧盖的内表面具有轨道沟槽,调整件为设置在卡合件上的凹陷结构,凹陷结构配置以供外部工具穿过轨道沟槽并插入其中,以驱动卡合件进行滑移动作。
依据本公开的一实施例,其中靠近上述的轨道沟槽的相对两端的位置分别设有止挡件,止挡件配置以限制卡合件的滑动行程。
依据本公开的一实施例,上述的调整件还包含弹性件,弹性件容置于内部空间中,且弹性件的一端抵接于侧盖的内壁,另一端连接于卡合件的一端。当卡合件位于收合位置时,卡合件抵顶于弹性件的一端,弹性件的另一端抵顶于侧盖的内壁,且弹性件受到卡合件压制而处于压缩状态。
依据本公开的一实施例,当上述的卡合件位于组配位置时,卡合件的一端被弹性件顶推至超出侧盖的内部空间之外。
依据本公开的一实施例,上述的调整件还包含固定件,固定件穿过侧盖,以限位卡合件。
依据本公开的一实施例,上述的每一个侧盖为弧形侧盖,卡合件为可挠片结构。
根据本公开的上述目的,另提出一种灯具系统。灯具系统包含至少两个上述的灯具互相对接。其中上述灯具中的一者的侧盖的内部空间与相邻的灯具的侧盖的内部空间相连通。于上述的灯具的对接状态下,灯具中的一者的卡合件可通过调整件在相邻的灯具的侧盖的其中一者的内部空间中滑移。
根据本公开的上述目的,另提出一种灯具系统的组装方法,此组装方包含以下步骤。提供至少二个上述的灯具。将灯具中的一者与相邻的灯具互相对接,并使灯具中的一者的侧盖的内部空间与相邻的灯具的侧盖的内部空间相连通。于相邻的灯具的对接状态下,利用调整件将灯具中的一者的卡合件的一部分滑移至相邻的灯具侧盖的其中一者的内部空间中。
依据本公开的一实施例,在将灯具中的一者与相邻的灯具互相对接之前,组装方法还包含利用调整件来调整卡合件,使卡合件完全容设在侧盖中。
根据本公开的上述目的,另提出一种灯具系统的拆卸方法,此拆卸方法包含以下步骤。提供一组灯具系统,其中灯具系统包含至少两个上述的灯具互相对接,其中灯具中的一者的卡合件的一部分插设在相邻的灯具的侧盖的内部空间中。通过欲卸除的灯具的调整件调整卡合件,使卡合件从相邻的灯具的侧盖的内部空间退回。移除欲卸除的灯具。
由上述可知,本公开的灯具主要是利用其框体搭配外部可调整的接合机构设计来简化整体灯具的结构。通过外部可调整的接合机构设计,在串接(或拆卸)灯具的过程中,可先行将卡合件完全收纳于灯具的框体中,以利封闭式灯具系统中最后一盏灯具在安装或拆卸时、或是串接式灯具系统中的最末端灯具靠近墙面时、或是欲取出串接灯具系统中的中间灯具维修替换时等不同使用情况下,提供使用者一个较易组装(或易拆卸)的安装方式。

具体实施方式
请同时参照图1至图2B,其中图1为绘示依照本发明的一实施方式的一种灯具系统的装置示意图,图2A为绘示沿着图1的A-A剖面线剖切的剖面图,图2B为图2A的A部分放大示意图。本实施方式的灯具系统100主要是由至少两组灯具(例如灯具200及灯具300)互相串接所形成。在图1的实施例中,图1为以灯具系统100包含灯具200、灯具300及灯具400作为例子来说明。其中,灯具200为L型灯具,灯具300及灯具400为矩形灯具,通过将4组灯具200及2组灯具300与2组灯具400互相串接,可形成封闭型灯具系统100。其中,灯具300的结构与灯具400的结构实质相同,而灯具200与灯具300差异仅在于框体的形状不同,但其内部结构与功能实质上均为相同,故以下以相同的符号来表示相同的组件。
请同时参照图2A至图4,其中图3A为绘示依照本发明的一实施方式的一种灯具的装置示意图,图3B为图3A的B部分放大示意图,图4为绘示依照本发明的一实施方式的一种灯具的接合机构的使用状态示意图。灯具200包含框体210、导光板220、至少一个光源230以及接合机构240。框体210包含相对设置的两个侧盖211,其中两个侧盖211大概呈平行设置,且两个侧盖211之间共同围设的范围定义为容置空间。导光板220设置在容置空间中。具体而言,导光板220靠近相对两个侧面221的部分承 载于侧盖211中。在本实施例中,光源230的数量为2个,且分别设置在相对的两个侧盖211中,且邻设导光板220的侧面221,故光源230所提供的光线可从导光板220的侧面221进入导光板220中,并从导光板220未被侧盖211遮蔽的部分表面射出。
如图2A至图4所示,接合机构240设置在框体210中。在本实施例中,接合机构240的数量有2组,且分别设置在两个相对设置的侧盖211上。在本实施例中,灯具200的接合机构240主要是用来连接相邻的灯具,例如图1所示的灯具300与灯具400。具体而言,接合机构240包含卡合件241及调整件242。卡合件241可滑移地设置在侧盖211的内部空间S1中。调整件242连接卡合件241,且配置以驱动卡合件241在侧盖211的内部空间S1中滑移,以使卡合件241的至少一部分凸伸于侧盖211的外部。
如图3A及图4所示,侧盖211的内表面具有轨道沟槽211a,轨道沟槽211a从侧盖211的内表面贯穿至侧盖211的内部空间S1。在一实施例中,卡合件241为板件,调整件242为凸柱。调整件242的一端穿过轨道沟槽211a而连接设置在侧盖211中的卡合件241,且调整件242的另一端凸伸于侧盖211的内表面。藉此,操作者可从侧盖211的内侧操作调整件242,使调整件242沿着轨道沟槽211a滑移,进而控制卡合件241在侧盖211中移动。在本实施例中,灯具200具有相对的第一端A1及第二端A2,接合机构240设置在第一端A1的位置,第二端A2并未设置接合机构240。藉此,灯具200可通过接合机构240与位于第一端A1的一侧的灯具300接合,而灯具200的第二端A2则是用来与位于灯具200的第二端A2的一侧的灯具400的接合机构240互相接合。
根据上述,本公开另提出一种灯具系统的组装方法。请同时参照图4至图6,其中图5为绘示依照本发明的一实施方式的一种灯具系统的组装过程示意图,图6为绘示依照本发明的一实施方式的另一种灯具的装置示意图。组装方法主要包含以下步骤。首先,提供至少两个前述的灯具,所述两个灯具的其中一个灯具包含有卡合件241。例如图5所示,图5为以灯具200、灯具300及灯具400作为例子来说明,灯具200的卡合件241 收容于邻近第一端A1的内部空间S1内,而灯具400的卡合件241收容于朝向灯具200的第二端A2的内部空间S1内。接着,将灯具200与位于其第一端A1的一侧的灯具300互相对接,并使灯具200的侧盖211的内部空间S1与位于灯具200的第一端A1的一侧的灯具300的侧盖211的内部空间S1相连通。在图5的例子中,在将灯具200与灯具300互相对接时,灯具200亦同时与位于其第二端A2的一侧的灯具400互相对接,且灯具200的侧盖211的内部空间S1也与位于灯具400的侧盖211的内部空间S1相连通。然后,在灯具200的第一端A1与灯具300互相对接,且灯具200的第二端A2与灯具400互相对接的状态下,利用灯具200的调整件242将卡合件241的一部分滑移至灯具300的侧盖的内部空间S1中,并利用灯具400的调整件242将卡合件241的一部分滑移至灯具200的侧盖211的内部空间S1中,以使灯具200的第一端A1及第二端A2分别与灯具300及灯具400形成串接。
前述的组装方法中,在将灯具200与灯具300及灯具400互相对接之前,可利用灯具200的调整件242调整卡合件241,使卡合件241完全容设在侧盖211中。同样地,可利用灯具400的调整件242调整卡合件241,使卡合件241完全容设在侧盖211中,以利将灯具200从任意方向置入灯具300及灯具400之间。在灯具200的第一端A1及第二端A2分别与灯具300及灯具400形成串接后,灯具200的卡合件241的一部分已插入灯具300的侧盖211中,且灯具200的卡合件241的一部分则位于灯具200的侧盖211内;同样地,灯具400的卡合件241的一部分已插入灯具200的侧盖211中,且灯具400的卡合件241的一部分则位于灯具200的侧盖211内。
因此,本公开另提出一种灯具系统的拆卸方法。请同时参照图1至图6,拆卸方法主要包含以下步骤。首先,提供图1所示的灯具系统100。接着,在卸除灯具200之前,先将通过灯具200的调整件242调整卡合件241,使卡合件241从灯具300的侧盖211完全退回灯具200的侧盖211的内部空间S1中。同样地,通过灯具400的调整件242调整卡合件241,使卡合件241从灯具200的侧盖211完全退回灯具400的侧盖211的内部空 间S1中。接着,卸除欲卸除的灯具200。藉此,不论是灯具200的串接过程或是卸除过程,都不需要移动到其相邻的灯具300或灯具400的位置,故不论灯具是位于角落或是位于靠近墙壁的位置,都可以轻易地完成串接与卸除。
在本公开中,接合机构亦可有不同的设计。请参照图7及图8,其中图7为绘示依照本发明的一实施方式的另一种接合机构的装置示意图,图8为绘示依照本发明的一实施方式的一种灯具的另一种接合机构的使用状态示意图。本实施方式的接合机构500同样包含卡合件510及调整件520。卡合件510可滑移地设置在侧盖211的内部空间S1中。其中,卡合件510为板件,调整件520为设置在卡合件510上的凹陷结构。藉此,外部工具(例如一字起子)可穿过轨道沟槽211a并插入至凹陷结构中,以驱动卡合件510在侧盖211的内部空间S1中滑移,以使卡合件510的至少一部分凸伸至相邻的灯具的侧盖211中,达到串接两个相邻灯具的目的。
如图7及图8所示,在本实施例中,靠近轨道沟槽211a的相对两端的位置分别设有止挡件530及止挡件540,止挡件530与止挡件540配置以限制卡合件的移动行程。在一例子中,止挡件530可例如为从侧盖211侧面锁入侧盖211的止付螺丝,以限制卡合件510的移动行程。止挡件540可例如为从侧盖211顶面锁入侧盖211的止付螺丝,待卡合件510移动至所需位置时,可通过将止付螺丝锁入至抵顶卡合件510的顶面的方式来限制卡合件510移动。
另请参照图9及图10,图9为绘示依照本发明的一实施方式的又一种接合机构的装置示意图,图10为绘示依照本发明的一实施方式的一种灯具的又一种接合机构的使用状态示意图。本实施方式的接合机构600同样包含卡合件610及调整件620。卡合件610可滑移地设置在侧盖211的内部空间S1中。其中,卡合件610为板件,调整件620包含弹性件621与固定件622。弹性件621容置于内部空间S1中,且弹性件621的一端抵接于侧盖211的内壁,另一端连接于卡合件610的一端。如图9所示,当卡合件610位于收合位置时,卡合件610抵顶于弹性件621的一端,弹性件621的另一端抵顶于侧盖211的内壁。其中,卡合件610受到从侧盖211 顶面穿入的固定件622抵制限位,且弹性件621受到卡合件610压制而处于压缩状态。如图10所示,当松开固定件622而使卡合件610不再受到固定件622限位时,卡合件610则会受到弹性件621的弹性回复力而被推顶至相邻的灯具的侧盖211中,而使卡合件610的至少一部分位于相邻的灯具的侧盖211中,达到串接两相邻灯具的目的。本实施例中,侧盖211上亦可具有例如图7及图8所示的轨道沟槽211a设计,并于卡合件610上对应设置例如图7与图8的对应轨道沟槽211a的凹陷结构,以便利用外部工具(例如一字起子)穿过轨道沟槽211a并插入至凹陷结构中的方式,进行前述的灯具的拆卸方法。
在一些实施例中,灯具系统的串接形状并不限于图1所示的矩形。请参照图11所示,其为绘示依照本发明的一实施方式的一种灯具系统的装置示意图。在本实施例中,灯具系统700是由4个弧形灯具710互相串接而成。弧形灯具710的内部结构与前述的灯具200的内部结构实质上相同,差异仅在于灯具710的框体的侧盖为弧形侧盖。为了配合此设计,前述的接合机构中的卡合件为可挠片结构,例如塑料弹片等,以方便在弧形侧盖中滑移。
由上述本公开的实施方式可知,本公开的灯具主要是利用其框体搭配外部可调整的接合机构设计来简化整体灯具的结构。通过外部可调整的接合机构设计,在串接(或拆卸)灯具的过程中,可先行将卡合件完全收纳于灯具的框体中,以利封闭式灯具系统中最后一盏灯具在安装或拆卸时、或是串接式灯具系统中的最末端灯具靠近墙面时、或是欲取出串接灯具系统中的中间灯具维修替换时等不同使用情况下,提供使用者一个较易组装(或易拆卸)的安装方式。
虽然本公开的实施例已以实施例公开如上,然其并非用以限定本公开的实施例,本领域技术人员,在不脱离本公开的实施例的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,故本公开的实施例的保护范围当视所附权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种灯具,包含:
    框体,包含相对的两个侧盖,且所述侧盖共同围设出容置空间;
    导光板,设置在该容置空间中;
    至少一个光源,设置在所述侧盖的至少一者中,且该光源邻设于该导光板的入光面;以及
    接合机构,设置在该框体中,其中该接合机构包含:
    卡合件,可滑移地设置在所述侧盖的至少其中一者的内部空间中;以及
    至少一个调整件,连接该卡合件,且配置以驱动该卡合件在该侧盖的该内部空间中滑移,以使该卡合件的至少一部分凸伸于该侧盖外部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其中所述侧盖中的每一者的内表面具有轨道沟槽,该调整件的一端穿过该轨道沟槽而连接设置在该侧盖中的该卡合件,且该调整件的另一端凸伸于该内表面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其中所述侧盖中的每一者的内表面具有轨道沟槽,该调整件为设置在该卡合件上的凹陷结构,该凹陷结构配置以供外部工具穿过该轨道沟槽并插入,以驱动该卡合件进行滑移动作。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的灯具,其中靠近该轨道沟槽的相对两端的位置分别设有止挡件,所述止挡件配置以限制该卡合件的滑动行程。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其中
    该调整件还包含弹性件,该弹性件容置于该内部空间中,且该弹性件的一端抵接于该侧盖的内壁,另一端连接于该卡合件的一端;
    当该卡合件位于收合位置时,该卡合件抵顶于该弹性件的一端,该弹性件的另一端抵顶于该侧盖的内壁,且该弹性件受到该卡合件压制而处于压缩状态。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的灯具,其中当该卡合件位于组配位置时,该卡合件的一端被该弹性件顶推至超出该侧盖的该内部空间之外。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的灯具,其中该调整件还包含固定件,该固定件 穿过该侧盖,以限位该卡合件。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其中所述侧盖中的每一者为弧形侧盖,该卡合件为可挠片结构。
  9. 一种灯具系统,包含:
    至少两个依据如权利要求1至如权利要求8中任一项所述的灯具互相对接;
    其中,所述灯具中的一者的所述侧盖的所述内部空间与相邻的该灯具的所述侧盖的所述内部空间相连通;
    其中,于所述灯具的对接状态下,所述灯具中的一者的该卡合件可通过该调整件在相邻的该灯具的所述侧盖的其中一者的该内部空间中滑移。
  10. 一种灯具系统的组装方法,包含:
    提供至少两个如权利要求1至如权利要求8中任一项所述的灯具;
    将所述灯具中的一者与相邻的该灯具互相对接,并使所述灯具中的一者的所述侧盖的所述内部空间与相邻的该灯具的所述侧盖的所述内部空间相连通;以及
    于相邻的所述灯具的对接状态下,利用该调整件将所述灯具中的一者的该卡合件的一部分滑移至相邻的所述灯具的所述侧盖的其中一者的该内部空间中。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的组装方法,在将所述灯具中的一者与相邻的该灯具互相对接之前,该组装方法还包含利用该调整件调整该卡合件,使该卡合件完全容设在该侧盖中。
  12. 一种灯具系统的拆卸方法,包含:
    提供一组灯具系统,其中该灯具系统包含至少两个如权利要求1至如权利要求8中任一项所述的灯具,其中所述灯具中的一者的该卡合件的一部分插设在相邻的该灯具的所述侧盖的所述内部空间中;
    通过欲卸除的该灯具的该调整件调整该卡合件,使该卡合件从相邻的该灯具的该侧盖的该内部空间退回;以及
    移除欲卸除的该灯具。
