本发明涉及一种不仅适用性好,而且生产成本低、生产效率高,同时使用效果好、使用安全性好,同时使用寿命长,甚至能同时供电、供水并保证水管不结冰的一种多功能的管子,属于水电管技术领域。
背景技术
水管结冰是一种常见的现象,尤其在寒冷的地区,水管出现结冰现象不仅会对人们的生产和生活造成较大的影响,而且水结冰之后,由于冰的体积膨胀,可能会将水管撑裂,如此会对供水系统造成更大的伤害。
现有的供水系统防结冰装置,如CN 207921575 U、名称“一种防冻PVC水管”,包括PVC管体和加热器,所述PVC管体上设置有加热层,所述加热层的外部设置有保温层,所述保温层的外部设置有保护层,所述加热层与加热器通过导热管固定连接,所述加热器的内部设置有绝缘套,所述PVC管体的一端螺旋连接有连接管,所述连接管的一侧设置有水阀,所述连接管的另一端螺旋连接有防冻管,所述防冻管的一侧螺旋连接有水龙头。所述导热管采用石墨烯材质制成,所述导热管成螺旋状缠绕于PVC管体上。所述绝缘套包裹导热管的受热端,所述绝缘套采用陶瓷材质制成。所述绝缘套的长度大于加热器与绝缘套的接触面的长度,所述加热器为电磁加热结构。所述连接管的两端内部设置有密封圈,所述密封圈为圆形硅胶体。所述防冻管为锥形结构,所述防冻管的外壁设置有橡塑海绵。所述水龙头设置在防冻管进水端的外扩端部2-6cm处,所述防冻管进水端的管径大于连接管的管径。此类防冻PVC水管,其不足之处在于:一是防冻PVC水管中的加热线是绕设在PVC水管上的,同时在加热线外侧需要增设保温层、保护层、 绝缘层,这样不仅结构复杂,而且大大增加了防冻PVC水管的生产成本;二是防冻PVC水管与水龙头连接后,其无法有效的对关闭后的水龙头出水处进行加热(加热线一般对PVC水管的加热维持在30℃左右),易造成水龙头出水口结冰问题;三是防冻PVC水管没有增设漏保的安全装置,其使用安全性较差。
发明内容
设计目的:为避免背景技术中的不足,设计一种不仅适用性好,而且生产成本低、生产效率高,同时使用效果好、使用安全性好,同时使用寿命长,甚至能同时供电、供水并保证水管不结冰的一种多功能的管子。
设计方案:为实现上述设计目的。
1、所述水管的一侧设有电管套且电管套挤包线缆形成,线缆外表面挤包形成的电管套和水管外表面挤包形成的水管外套为一体成型的整体结构,所述线缆的两侧端头伸出电管套的对应侧端头的设计,是本发明的技术特征之一。这样设计的目的在于:一是水管的一侧设有电管套且电管套挤包线缆形成,这样不仅实现水电分离,而且提高了使用可靠性好;二是线缆外表面挤包形成的电管套和水管外表面挤包形成的水管外套为一体成型的整体结构,即水管最外层和电管套是一体结构的,这样能够增强电管套的牢度,而且能够提高水管和电管的生产效率,同时生产成本相对较低;三是线缆的两侧端头伸出电管套的对应侧端头,这样便于线缆的后续接线;四是线缆为自限温发热带时能保证水管不结冰,或者线缆为导电线时能同时供电、供水,或者线缆为自限温发热带和导电线,即电管套同时设有自限温发热带和导电线,这样能同时供电、供水并保证水管不结冰,从而大大提高了管子的适用范围。
2、所述水管由一个中间管段和两个扩口管段构成,所述扩口管段呈喇叭状且扩口管段中的宽口直径与水管接头直径匹配、扩口管段中窄口直径与中间管段直径匹配的设计,是本发明的技术特征之二。这样设计的目的在于:所述水管由一个中间管段和两个扩口管段构成,所述扩口管段呈喇叭状且扩口管段中的宽口直径与水管接头直径匹配、窄口直径与中间管段直径匹配,扩口管段的设置使得水管接头可以内接水龙头,或者可以内接供水系统中的管路,这样不仅连接更方便, 而且接口不易漏水;另外,由于电管套位于两个扩口管段之间,这样扩口管段对于陷于两个扩口管段之间的电管套起到一定的保护作用。
3、所述水管的两侧端头上分别套设有护套且护套套住对应的扩口管段及部分中间管段,自限温发热带中伸出电管套两端口的部分,其长度大于对应扩口管段的长度的设计,是本发明的技术特征之三。这样设计的目的在于:水管的两侧端头上分别套设有护套且护套套住对应的扩口管段及部分中间管段,这样护套对扩口管段起到保护作用;二是自限温发热带中伸出电管套两端口的部分,其长度大于对应扩口管段的长度,同时一侧的水管接头需要接水龙头,在接水龙头后将对应的限温发热带延伸(自限温发热带中伸出电管套两端口的部分,其长度大于对应扩口管段的长度)并固定到接水龙头上(向外拉动护套,使得护套套住水龙头的管体部分,这时自限温发热带就贴住管体部分,此时护套对扩口管段依然起到保护)后限温发热带也能够对水龙头加热(水龙头关闭后出水口会残留一些水,在零下20以下的极寒环境下,这些残留水分会被快速结成冰,易对水龙头使用造成影响,如水龙头打不开)。
4、所述护套上开有供自限温发热带穿出的多个穿线孔;当穿线孔为多个时,多个穿线孔沿护套的对称中心线方向呈“1”字形分布的设计,是本发明的技术特征之四。这样设计的目的在于:所述护套上开有供自限温发热带穿出的多个穿线孔;当穿线孔为多个时,多个穿线孔沿护套的对称中心线方向呈“1”字形分布,这样使用者可以根据需要选择合适的穿线孔穿出自限温发热带,从而提高了护套的适用性。
5、所述护套的内壁面上沿护套的对称中心线方向设有多道凹槽且凹槽贯通护套的两侧端面的设计,是本发明的技术特征之五。这样设计的目的在于:由于中间管段的直径大于护套的内壁面直径,在护套的内壁面上沿护套的对称中心线方向设有多道凹槽,这样护套能够撑的更大(在相同材料时护套的内壁面设置凹槽比不设置凹槽,设置凹槽的,其能够撑的更大),从而护套固定住延伸到水龙头上的自限温发热带。
6、所述水管由PVC内层、纱线中层和PVC外层构成且纱线中层位于PVC内 层和PVC外层之间的设计,是本发明的技术特征之六。这样设计的目的在于:所述水管由于PVC内层、纱线中层和PVC外层构成且纱线中层位于PVC内层和PVC外层之间,纱线中层的设置能够增强水管的强度。
7、所述纱线中层是由金属丝编织而成的金属圈,所述金属圈的一侧设有由金属丝段形成的定向导热体且定向导热体包覆在PVC外层中,所述定向导热体正对电管套内腔且定向导热体中的金属丝段的外端头不伸出电管套内腔壁的设计,是本发明的技术特征之七。这样设计的目的在于:一是定向导热体能够将自限温发热带产生的热量快速的导给金属圈(自限温发热带产生的热量通过电管套向外逸散的相对就少),使得金属圈上的热量能够通过PVC内层均匀的对水管中的水进行加热,这样不仅提高热能使用效率(减少电能的使用),而且能够提高水升温时间(如此水温调整灵敏度更好,在零下50度以内的环境下,都能确保水管中的水不会结冰);二是金属圈呈螺旋形套设在所述PVC内层上,由金属丝段形成的定向导热体,不仅能够增加该壁段的管体强度,而且松散(多条金属丝段)的定向导热体,不会影响管体符合使用要求的形变(由PVC内层、纱线中层和PVC外层构成的水管是可以进行适度形变的软管);三是定向导热体中的金属丝段的外端头不伸出电管套内腔壁,这样避免金属丝段对自限温发热带造成伤害,从而确保了装置的使用安全性。
8、所述自限温发热带的一侧端头设有包胶、另一侧端头通过电源线及漏电保护器与电源连接的设计,是本发明的技术特征之八。这样设计的目的在于:所述自限温发热带的一侧端头设有包胶、另一侧端头通过电源线及漏电保护器与电源连接,漏电保护器的设置能够提高装置的使用安全性。
还包括固定件,所述固定件用于将自限温发热带固定贴合在所述水管接头上,从而可提高自限温发热带和水管接头处的贴合度,当水管接头与水龙头连接时,可防止连接处结冰。由于水管的两端均具有水管接头,因此在水管两端的水管接头上均安装有该固定件。
为进一步便于将自限位发热带贴合在水管接头上,固定件为设于所述水管接头上的魔术贴,所述魔术贴的第一端固定在所述水管接头,第二端缠设在所述水 管接头上。在使用时拉动魔术贴的第二端使其与水管接头分离,然后将自限位发热带延伸出护套的一端贴合在水管接头上,最后将魔术贴缠绕在水管接头和自限位发热带上即可实现自限位发热带和水管接头的贴合。
技术方案:一种多功能的管子,包括一根水管和线缆,所述水管的两侧端头分别设有水管接头,所述水管的一侧设有电管套且电管套挤包线缆形成,线缆外表面挤包形成的电管套和水管外表面挤包形成的水管外套为一体成型的整体结构,所述线缆的两侧端头伸出电管套的对应侧端头。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是一种多功能的管子水管中的线缆为自限温发热带,或者线缆为导电线,这样大大提高了管子的适用范围;二是一种多功能的管子水管最外层和电管套是一体结构的,这样能够增强电管套的牢度,而且能够提高水管和电管套的生产效率,同时生产成本相对较低;三是在水管接头的一侧与水龙头连接后,自限温发热带的外部延伸部分通过护套能够稳定的固定到接水龙头上(向外拉动护套,使得护套套住水龙头的管体部分,这时自限温发热带就贴住管体部分,此时护套对扩口管段依然起到保护),此时限温发热带也能够对水龙头加热;四是金属圈及定向导热体的设置,在不影响管体厚度及正常形变要求的前提下,能够将更多的热量均匀的导向管体内侧,这样不仅提高热能的有效利用率(减少了能耗),而且能够使水管中的水能够快速、均匀的得到加热,从而避免水出现极冷极热的问题。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1-图3,一种多功能的管子,包括一根水管1和线缆2,所述水管1的两侧端头分别设有水管接头3,所述水管接头3可以与水龙头连接,也可以与供水系统中的管路连接,所述水管1的一侧设有电管套4且电管套4挤包线缆2形成,线缆2外表面挤包形成的电管套4和水管1外表面挤包形成的水管外套13为一体成型的整体结构,所述线缆2的两侧端头伸出电管套4的对应侧端头。所述电管套4和水管外套13(PVC外层)由PVC材料制成,所述线缆2为自限温发热带,或者线缆2为导电线,或者线缆2为自限温发热带和导电线。所述电管套4包裹住线缆2后,这样管子既实现了水电分离,又提高了适用性。
当线缆2为保自限温发热带时电管套4的设置还能够确保自限温发热带稳定的对电管套4进行加热,当多功能的管子(线缆2为保自限温发热带)装入供水系统中(如房车的供水系统)时,自限温发热带2能够对水管1中的水进行加热,由于水管1中的水和供水系统中的水是一体的,这样能够避免供水系统中的水出现结冰现象。所述自限温发热带2采用温敏电阻进行发热,当外界的温度越低时温敏电阻产生的热量更多。所述自限温发热带2产生的热度在30℃左右。
所述水管1由一个中间管段14和两个扩口管段15构成,所述扩口管段15呈喇叭状且扩口管段15中的宽口直径与水管接头3直径匹配、扩口管段15中的窄口直径与中间管段14直径匹配;所述中间管段14和两个扩口管段15呈整体结构。所述水管1的两侧端头上分别套设有护套5且护套5套住对应的扩口管段15及部分中间管段14,即护套5的长度大于扩口管段15的长度,所述自限温发热带2中伸出电管套4两端口的部分,其长度大于对应扩口管段15的长度。所述护套5上开有供自限温发热带2穿出的一个或多个穿线孔51,自限温发热带2可以通过穿线孔51穿出外界;当穿线孔51为多个时,多个穿线孔51沿护套5的对称中心线方向呈“1”字形分布。所述护套5由海绵制成,或者由橡胶制成。
所述水管1由于PVC内层11、纱线中层12和PVC外层构成且纱线中层12位于PVC内层11和PVC外层之间;所述PVC外层为水管外套13,所述PVC内 层11由达到饮用水管级PVC材料制成。
所述自限温发热带2的一侧端头设有包胶6、另一侧端头通过电源线7及漏电保护器8与电源连接。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,参照附图4。所述护套5的内壁面上沿护套5的对称中心线方向设有多道凹槽52且凹槽52贯通护套5的两侧端面;所述中间管段14的直径大于护套5的内壁面直径。
实施例3:在实施例1和2的基础上,参照附图5。所述纱线中层12是由金属丝编织而成的金属圈,所述金属圈的一侧设有由金属丝段16形成的定向导热体且定向导热体包覆在PVC外层中,所述定向导热体正对电管套4内腔且定向导热体中的金属丝段16的外端头不伸出电管套4内腔壁;所述电管套4内设置的线缆2为自限温发热带;所述金属丝的端头距离电管套4内壁面的距离为0.1mm-0.3mm;优选的,金属丝的端头距离电管套4内壁面的距离为0.2mm;所述金属丝为导热金属丝,保留这个厚度间距,在使用过程中金属丝段16不会戳通电管套4内腔壁,同时该厚度间距不影响定向导热体吸收自限温发热带2产生的热量。所述金属丝段16由编织成金属圈的金属丝的端头形成。
进一步的,金属圈呈螺旋形套设在所述PVC内层上,使得水管1保持良好弯曲性能的同时,利用整个金属圈为连续的结构,温度可在整个金属圈的圈段之间传递,进一步提高热量的利用率。当金属圈为螺旋形时,其具有多个朝向电管套4内腔的圈段,由于定向导热体16位于各个圈段朝向电管套4内腔的部分,因此每个圈段上的定向导热体16呈斜向分布,其分布的范围与自限温发热带的宽度匹配,从而可将自限温发热带产生的温度全面的传递至水管内部。
实施例4:如图6至图7所示,该多功能的管子还包括固定件17,所述固定件17用于将自限温发热带固定贴合在所述水管接头3上,从而可提高自限温发热带和水管接头3处的贴合度,当水管接头3与水龙头连接时,可防止连接处结冰。由于水管1的两端均具有水管接头3,因此在水管1两端的水管接头3上均安装有该固定件17。
如图6至图7所示,为进一步便于将自限位发热带贴合在水管接头3上,固 定件17为缠设在水管接头3上的魔术贴,魔术贴的一侧为毛面,另一侧为勾面。在使用时可将魔术贴缠绕在水管1上,并使其上端包裹住水管接头3,此时魔术贴的毛面和勾面接触,从而将自限位发热带贴合在水管接头3上,实现自限位发热带和水管接头3的贴合固定。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种多功能的管子,包括一根水管(1)和线缆(2),所述水管(1)的两侧端头分别设有水管接头(3),其特征是:所述水管(1)的一侧设有电管套(4)且所述电管套(4)挤包所述线缆(2)形成,所述线缆(2)外表面挤包形成的所述电管套(4)和所述水管(1)外表面挤包形成的所述水管外套(13)为一体成型的整体结构,所述线缆(2)的两侧端头伸出所述电管套(4)的对应侧端头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述线缆(2)为导电线。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述线缆(2)为自限温发热带,或者所述线缆(2)为自限温发热带和导电线。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述水管(1)由一个中间管段(14)和两个扩口管段(15)构成,所述扩口管段(15)呈喇叭状且所述扩口管段(15)中的宽口直径与所述水管接头(3)直径匹配,所述扩口管段(15)中的窄口直径与所述中间管段(14)直径匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述水管(1)的两侧端头上分别套设有护套(5)且所述护套(5)套住对应的扩口管段(15)及部分所述中间管段(14),所述自限温发热带中伸出所述电管套(4)两端口的部分,其长度大于对应所述扩口管段(15)的长度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述护套(5)上开有供所述自限温发热带穿出的一个或多个穿线孔(51);当穿线孔(51)为多个时,多个穿线孔(51)沿护套(5)的对称中心线方向呈“1”字形分布。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述护套(5)的内壁面上沿所述护套(5)的对称中心线方向设有多道凹槽(52)且所述凹槽(52)贯通所述护套(5)的两侧端面。
  8. 根据权利要求3至6任一项所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述水管(1)由PVC内层(11)、纱线中层(12)和PVC外层构成且所述纱线中(12)层位于所述PVC内层(11)和所述PVC外层之间;所述PVC外层为所述水管外 套(13)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述纱线中层(12)是由金属丝编织而成的金属圈,所述金属圈的一侧设有由金属丝段(16)形成的定向导热体且所述定向导热体包覆在PVC外层中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述金属圈呈螺旋形套设在所述PVC内层上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述定向导热体正对电管套(4)内腔且定向导热体中的金属丝段(16)的外端头不伸出电管套(4)内腔壁;所述电管套(4)内设置的线缆(2)为自限温发热带。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述自限温发热带的一侧端头设有包胶(6)、另一侧端头通过电源线(7)及漏电保护器(8)与电源连接。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:还包括固定件,所述固定件(17)用于将自限温发热带固定贴合在所述水管接头(3)上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种多功能的管子,其特征是:所述固定件(17)为设于所述水管接头(3)上的魔术贴,所述魔术贴的第一端固定在所述水管接头(3),第二端缠设在所述水管接头(3)上。
