本发明的第一目的是通过以下方案实现的:
一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,包括电极刀体、用以固定所述电极刀体并可手持控制的手柄和设于所述手柄内并与所述电极刀体电连接的PCB板,以及设于所述手柄上用以点按操控所述PCB板的按钮,所述电极刀体与所述PCB板电连接,其所述手柄设有一由所述电极刀体端贯穿至尾端的用以收集吸取手术时产生的烟气的吸烟管,所述电极刀体为普通电极、刀舌一体电极、30°-60°斜口电极或可伸缩电极。
所述的PCB板为印刷电路板。本发明的手术电刀笔结构可根据吸烟和不吸烟的不同要求进行切换,在非吸烟的普通电极手术电刀笔和吸烟手术电刀笔之间方便更换,实现不同的手术功能要求,方便手术中的快捷使用,而且只需要在一台手术中使用一个吸烟管,节约了医疗产品资源,环保健康性能更好。
作为优选,所述普通电极、刀舌一体电极、30°-60°斜口电极 包括位于电极刀体尾段的电极连接部、位于电极刀体中段的电极注塑部以及用于进行手术操作的且位于电极刀体前段的电极工作部。
作为优选,所述吸烟管内设置有与电极刀体电极连接部电连接的导电接触片。
本发明的普通电极:常规手术;
刀舌一体电极:可以在手术电切电凝中进行吸烟功能;
45°斜口电极:主要用于刮、耙、剥、切割、凝血、吸烟、吸液。
作为优选,所述PCB板电连接有设于所述手柄尾端或侧部的电源,电极连接部端部区域为实心封闭结构或空心开口结构。
作为优选,电极刀体为普通电极、刀舌一体电极、或45°斜口电极。
作为优选,所述可伸缩电极,包括电极杆,所述电极杆一端固定连接有电极刀头,所述电极杆另一端外壁固定套有限位套。
作为优选,所述电极杆外壁滑动套有第一卡套、第二卡套和接触套,所述第一卡套一侧与第二卡套外壁粘接,所述第二卡套一侧与接触套外壁粘接,所述第二卡套位于第一卡套与接触套之间,所述第一卡套远离电极刀头的一侧固定安装有凸块。
作为优选,所述吸烟管内开设有吸烟槽,所述吸烟槽内活动套有电极杆,所述限位套活动套在吸烟槽内。
作为优选,所述凸块、第二卡套、橡胶卡块和第一卡套一端活动卡接在吸烟槽内壁;所述第二卡套外壁粘接有均匀分布的橡胶卡块,所述第一卡套、第二卡套和接触套内均固定套有橡胶环。
作为优选,所述第一卡套、第二卡套和橡胶卡块三者均位于绝缘保护套与限位套之间,所述橡胶卡块呈半球形状,所述限位套(22)、第二卡套和接触套均呈圆环形状。
作为优选,还包括一与所述手柄尾端可拆卸连接并与所述吸烟管连通的引烟软管,所述引烟软管远离所述手柄一端设有用以对所述吸烟管提供负压源的负压部。
通过吸烟管、引烟软管和负压部贯通使用,可以在手术时,快速彻底的进行手术烟气的收集吸取,避免烟气扩散至手术环境中,造成消极影响。
进一步地,还包括一设于所述手柄靠近所述电极刀体一端用以延长所述吸烟管收集烟气范围的收集件;所述收集件设有可插套于所述手柄的倾斜部,所述倾斜部内环设有环形凸起,所述手柄设有与所述环形凸起配合使用的环形凹槽;所述收集件的自由端设有开口直径逐渐递减的收缩部。
通过收集件可以延长吸烟管的收集位置,使收集端口更加靠近烟气产生的位置,这样,可以第一时间对烟气进行收集吸取。本申请通过收集件上的收缩部可以有效加强手术刀电极端的吸气压力强度,实现快速收集;同时也缩小了收集范围,避免了手术时人体其他裸露组织受到吸气气流影响而降温。
进一步地,所述手柄内还设有一用以隔离所述PCB板和吸烟管的隔离部。通过隔离部对PCB板进行了隔离保护,防止烟气对PCB板的长期影响,导致触电异常。
进一步地,所述手柄包括可相互合扣的第一壳体和第二壳体,以及设于其尾部用以连接所述引烟软管的连接件。
进一步地,所述引烟软管包括一用以固定并供所述电源穿过的接头,和分别套设于所述接头两端并分别连接于所述连接件和负压部的第一软管和第二软管。本发明的电源装设于引烟软管内部,避免了线路缠绕,影响手术精度和节奏。通过多级软管和插接头的设置可以随意、灵活、快速的拼搭引烟软管,有效控制气路设计和长度控制;
进一步地,所述手柄上设有用以手持防滑的防滑部。
进一步地,沿所述手柄的壳体向吸烟管开设有一开口,所述开口上可滑动的设有用以通过滑动而封盖所述开口大小的进气调节件。通过进气调节件可以在手术时,根据烟气浓度和手术位置的特殊性,进一步的控制手术刀的吸气强度。
本发明的第二目的是通过以下方案实现的:
一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔的使用方法,包括根据不同的使用要求,更换不同的电极刀体,包括普通电极、刀舌一体电极、30°-60°斜口电极或可伸缩电极。
作为优选,当使用可伸缩电极刀体时,第一卡套、凸块、第二卡套、橡胶卡块和接触套整体组成一个固定机构,先将固定机构推入到吸烟槽内,此时凸块和橡胶卡块等部件可将固定机构卡在吸烟槽内,然后握住绝缘保护套并向外拔出或向内压动,便可带动中空电极杆在固定机构内进行滑动,来控制中空电极杆一端的外露长度。
本发明的手术电刀笔具有以下有益效果;
(1)本发明的手术电刀笔结构可根据吸烟和不吸烟的不同要求进行切换,在非吸烟的普通电极手术电刀笔和吸烟手术电刀笔之间方便更换,实现不同的手术功能要求,方便手术中的快捷使用,而且只需要在一台手术中使用一个吸烟管,节约了医疗产品资源,环保健康性能更好;
(2)在手术中只需要一根吸烟管即可实现快速更换多种功能形状的电极刀头,只需要一根吸烟管即可实现可吸烟和不可吸烟之间的更换,方便手术进行;
(3)在手术中只需要一根吸烟管即可实现不同电极刀头的更换,从而节约了吸烟管和电线等医疗资源,有利于保护环境,安全环保;
(4)本发明通过可将两个卡套和接触套组成的固定机构卡在外壳内部,通过电极杆在固定机构内的滑动,来对中空电极杆外露长度进行调节,实现了电极整体的快速伸缩,方便对较深或较浅部位进行手术,利用橡胶环自身弹性还可在提高滑动时的阻力,并对移动后的中空电极杆进行固定,对伸缩后电极进行固定,整体方便使用,适宜大量生产;
(5)本发明的电极杆、两个卡套和接触套等部件可整体从吸烟槽内拔出或插入,便于对电极进行快速拆装,方便更换不同长度与规格的电极,绝缘保护套可降低人们被电极刀头扎伤的几率,提高了电极的安全性。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例和现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图,并获得其他的实施方式。另,涉及方位的属于仅表示各部件间的相对位置关系,而不是绝对位置关系。
请参阅图1-11,本发明实施例的一种手术电刀笔,包括电极刀体1、用以固定电极刀体1并可手持控制的手柄2和设于手柄2尾端的电源3,和设于手柄2内并与电极刀体1和电源3电连接的PCB板4,以及设于手柄2上用以点按操控PCB板4的按钮22,电极刀体1和电源3与PCB板4电连接,手柄2设有一由电极刀体1端贯穿至尾端的用以收集吸取手术时产生的烟气的吸烟管23,还包括一与手柄2尾端可拆卸连接并与吸烟管23连通的引烟软管5,引烟软管5远离手柄2一端设有用以对吸烟管23提供负压源的负压部51。
本发明的具体实施例负压部51直接可插接与真空泵上,通过真空泵可以有效调节和控制真空吸气压力,便于手术时的高精操作。
本发明的具体实施例还包括一设于手柄2靠近电极刀体1一端用以延长吸烟管23收集烟气范围的收集件24。
收集件24设有可插套于手柄2的倾斜部241,倾斜部241内环设有环形凸起,手柄2设有与环形凸起配合使用的环形凹槽242。通过倾斜设置的倾斜部241可以实现快速准确的对接安装,同时本申请的收集件24采用的是柔软材质,例如硅胶。
收集件24的自由端设有开口28直径逐渐递减的收缩部243。
手柄2内还设有一用以隔离PCB板4和吸烟管23的隔离部25。
手柄2包括可相互合扣的第一壳体20和第二壳体21,以及设于其尾部用以连接引烟软管5的连接件26。
引烟软管5包括一用以固定并供电源3穿过的接头52,和分别套设于接头52两端并分别连接于连接件26和负压部51的第一软管53和第二软管54。本发明具体实施例采用的第一软管53和第二软管54为螺纹管,其不仅具有一定的机械强度,不易于在真空状态下瘪凹变形,同时也具有一定的弯折灵活性,便于操作时的移动。
手柄2上设有用以手持防滑的防滑部27。由于在切割时,要求操作人员对手持手柄2具有一定的稳定性,所以直接在手柄2上的手持位置粘设有软性硅胶垫,并在硅胶垫上开设有条形凹槽,这样,在手持时,能够给予操作人员一定的充实感和质感,同时,也起到良好的防滑、防脱落的效果,提高了手术时的安全性。
沿手柄2的壳体向吸烟管23开设有一开口28,开口28上可滑动的设有用以通过滑动而封盖开口28大小的进气调节件29。
请参阅图7-11,可伸缩电极14的结构,中空电极杆142一端固定连接有电极刀头1421,便于控制中空电极杆142的外露长度,来方便电极刀头1421对较深或较浅部位进行手术,中空电极杆142另一端外壁固定套有限位套1422,限位套1422可对中空电极杆142上的第一卡套143、第二卡套1432和接触套1434进行限位,防止三者从中空电极杆142上脱离,中空电极杆142外壁滑动套有第一卡套 143、第二卡套1432和接触套1434,便于第一卡套143、第二卡套1432和接触套1434等部件组成的固定机构在中空电极杆2上滑动;
第一卡套143一侧与第二卡套1432外壁粘接,便于两个卡套之间进行连接,第二卡套1432一侧与接触套34外壁粘接,便于对第二卡套1432与接触套1434进行连接,第二卡套1432位于第一卡套3与接触套1434之间,接触套1434可对吸烟管23与中空电极杆142进行电力传递,吸烟管23内开设有吸烟槽1411,吸烟槽1411内活动套有中空电极杆142,便于吸烟槽1411对中空电极杆142的限位,第一卡套143远离电极刀头1421的一侧固定安装有凸块1431,凸块1431便于将第一卡套142卡在吸烟槽1411内,第二卡套1432外壁粘接有均匀分布的橡胶卡块1433,橡胶卡块33可将第二卡套1432卡在吸烟槽1411内,凸块1431、第二卡套1432、橡胶卡块1433和第一卡套143一端活动卡接在吸烟槽1411内壁,凸块1431、第二卡套1432、橡胶卡块1433和第一卡套143和接触套1434可组成固定机构,便于吸烟槽1411卡住固定机构,第一卡套143、第二卡套1432和接触套1434内均固定套有橡胶环,橡胶环自身具有弹性,可增大中空电极杆142在固定机构内滑动时的阻力,来方便对滑动后的中空电极杆142进行固定。
具体的,请参阅图8,限位套1422活动套在吸烟槽1411内,便于吸烟槽1411对限位套1422的支撑与限位,吸烟槽1411内壁一侧固定套有引烟软管5,便于通过引烟软管5将吸烟槽1411内的烟给吸出,中空电极杆1421可通过内部中空结构和一侧开设的吸烟口将 烟气导入至吸烟槽1411内,手术电刀笔的吸烟结构与原理均为现有技术,在此不过多赘述。
具体的,请参阅图7,吸烟管23位于引烟软管5与电极刀头1421之间,便于吸烟管23一侧通过部件对电极刀头1421进行支撑,另一侧对引烟软管5进行支撑,吸烟管23外壁一侧固定安装有对称分布的两个按键开关1413,便于通过按键开关13对电极进行控制,电极上的按键开关1413为公开技术,在此不过多赘述。
具体的,请参阅图7,第一卡套143一端外壁开设有防滑纹1435,防滑纹1435位于吸烟管23外部,防滑纹1435可增大人们接触第一卡套3时的摩擦力。
具体的,请参阅图7,中空电极杆142与电极刀头1421一端外壁固定套有绝缘保护套1423,绝缘保护套1423位于吸烟管23外部,便于绝缘保护套1423对中空电极杆142与电极刀头1421一端进行绝缘和防刮保护。
具体的,请参阅图7,第一卡套143、第二卡套1432和橡胶卡块1433三者均位于绝缘保护套1423与限位套1422之间,便于绝缘保护套1423与限位套1422对第一卡套143、第二卡套1432和橡胶卡块1433进行限位,橡胶卡块1433呈半球形状,便于橡胶卡块1433挤压在吸烟槽1411内,来对第二卡套1432进行限位,限位套1422、第二卡套1432和接触套1434均呈圆环形状,便于限位套1422、第二卡套1432和接触套1434在中空电极杆142外滑动。
本发明的具体实施例的操作方法为:
首先,通过连接件26和接头52将手柄2、第一软管53和第二软管54进行组装连接,再通过负压部51与真空泵连接,将进气调节件29开至最大;这时,开启真空泵,进行手术操作,在手术时,操作人员通过按钮22可以进行切割和凝合的操作处理,根据处理时产生的手术烟气,优先调节真空泵的泵压,再通过进气调节件29进行细微调节,调至合适强度即可。
使用时第一卡套3、凸块31、第二卡套32、橡胶卡块33和接触套34可整体组成一个固定机构,先将固定机构推入到吸烟槽11内,此时凸块31和橡胶卡块33等部件可将固定机构卡在吸烟槽11内,然后握住绝缘保护套23并向外拔出或向内压动,便可带动中空电极杆2在固定机构内进行滑动,来控制中空电极杆2一端的外露长度,便于电极刀头21对较深或较浅部位进行手术,固定机构可整体从吸烟槽11内拔出或插入,便于对电极进行快速拆装,方便更换不同长度与规格的电极,限位套22配合绝缘保护套23可对固定机构进行限位,防止固定机构从中空电极杆2上脱离。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,包括电极刀体(1)、用以固定所述电极刀体(1)并可手持控制的手柄(2)和设于所述手柄(2)内并与所述电极刀体(1)电连接的PCB板(4),以及设于所述手柄(2)上用以点按操控所述PCB板(4)的按钮(22),所述电极刀体(1)与所述PCB板(4)电连接,其特征在于:所述手柄(2)设有一由所述电极刀体(1)端贯穿至尾端的用以收集吸取手术时产生的烟气的吸烟管(23),所述电极刀体(1)为普通电极(11)、刀舌一体电极(12)、30°-60°斜口电极(13)或可伸缩电极(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,其特征在于:所述普通电极、刀舌一体电极、30°-60°斜口电极包括位于电极刀体(1)尾段的电极连接部、位于电极刀体(1)中段的电极注塑部以及用于进行手术操作的且位于电极刀体(1)前段的电极工作部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,其特征在于:所述PCB板(4)电连接有设于所述手柄(2)尾端或侧部的电源(3),电极连接部(11)端部区域为实心封闭结构或空心开口结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,其特征在于:电极刀体(1)为普通电极、刀舌一体电极、或45°斜口电极。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,其特征在于:所述可伸缩电极(14)包括电极杆(142),所述电极杆(142)一端固定连接有电极刀头(1421),所述电极杆(132)另一端外壁固定套有限位套(1422)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,其特征在于:所述电极杆(142)外壁滑动套有第一卡套(143)、第二卡套(1432)和接触套(1434),所述第一卡套(143)一侧与第二卡套(1432)外壁粘接,所述第二卡套(1432)一侧与接触套(1434)外壁粘接,所述第二卡套(1432)位于第一卡套(143)与接触套(1434)之间,所述第一卡套(143)远离电极刀头(1421)的一侧固定安装有凸块(1431)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,其特征在于:所述吸烟管(23)内开设有吸烟槽(1411),所述吸烟槽(1411)内活动套有电极杆(142),所述限位套(1422)活动套在吸烟槽(1411)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,其特征在于:所述凸块(1431)、第二卡套(1432)、橡胶卡块(1433)和第一卡套(143)一端活动卡接在吸烟槽(1411)内壁;所述第二卡套(1432)外壁粘接有均匀分布的橡胶卡块(1433),所述第一卡套(143)、第二卡套(1432)和接触套(1434)内均固定套有橡胶环。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,其特征在于:所述第一卡套(3)、第二卡套(32)和橡胶卡块(33)三者 均位于绝缘保护套(23)与限位套(22)之间,所述橡胶卡块(33)呈半球形状,所述限位套(22)、第二卡套(32)和接触套(34)均呈圆环形状。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的一种可更换电极刀体的手术电刀笔,其特征在于:还包括一与所述手柄(2)尾端可拆卸连接并与所述吸烟管(23)连通的引烟软管(5),所述引烟软管(5)远离所述手柄(2)一端设有用以对所述吸烟管(23)提供负压源的负压部(51)。
