为此,申请人设计一种自动警示录波仪及其警示方法,由数据显示组件和警示调节组件两个部分组成。所述警示调节组件设有警示灯2,并与所述数据显示组件连通。当录波仪检测到异常数据的情况时,所述警示灯2会接收到所述数据显示组件发送的数据异常警示信号,进行闪烁,以提醒人工对电力系统进行检修、排查。

进一步优选的实施方式中,所述调节键盘组件通过线路板与所述显示屏1连接,所述触控调节组件通过无线信号与所述数据异常记录屏4连接。使得所述调节键盘组件能够通过线路板传送操作指令给所述显示屏1,并对所述显示屏1的显示内容进行操控。所述触控调节组件通过无线信号传送指令给所述数据异常记录屏4,并于所述数据异常记录屏4的显示内容进行操控。
进一步优选的实施方式中,考虑到在所述数据异常记录屏4在脱离所述基板3进行单独作业时需要实时更新电路波频的记录情况,以便人工判断所检测的电路系统是否恢复正常。所述数据异常记录屏4与所述显示屏1通过无线信号连接,使得所述数据异常记录屏4在脱离所述基板3,进行独立的显示作业时,也能够实时接收到所述显示屏1所显示的波频数据,并于所记录的异常波频段落进行实时的显示。所述数据异常记录屏4表面设有异常指示灯,使得所述数据异常记录屏4在脱离所述基板3进行单独工作时,也能够为人工能够异常波段的警示和提醒。
进一步优选的实施方式中,所述调节键盘组件包括模式切换键盘7和数据显示键盘8两个模块。所述模式切换键盘7置于所述调节键盘组件工作方向的左侧,用于对所述显示屏1所显示的波频模式进行调节。所述数据显示键盘8置于所述调节键盘组件工作方向的右侧,用于对所述显示屏1所显示的波频数据的显示内容、范围进行调整、切换。
进一步优选的实施方式中,所述触控调节组件包括触控调节面板9和锁定面板10两个部分。所述触控调节面板9置于所述触控调节组件的中心处,并于所述数据异常记录屏4通过无线连接,用于对所述数据异常记录屏4所显示的波频内容进行调控。所述锁定面板10与所述触控调节面板9相邻,并与所述触控调节面板9和所述数据异常记录屏4通过无线连接,用对对所述触控调节面板9和所述数据异常记录屏4的触屏功能进行锁定控制,防止对所述触控调节面板9和所诉和数据异常记录屏4误碰。
进一步优选的实施方式中,所述警示灯2为多个,并于所述显示屏1电路连接,使得所述警示灯2在所述显示屏1出现了波频数据异常状况时,能够通过所述电路板接收的异常警示信号,从而进行闪烁,以此对人工起到警示作用,提醒人工及时对异常波频段落进行检修、排查。
在上述自动警示录波仪的基础之上,本发明提出一种自动警示录波仪的警示方法,具体步骤如下:
首先,启动所述自动警示录波仪,所述显示器实时显示录波仪所记录的波频数据;
接着,当所述录波仪检测到波频数据不稳定的情况时,所述数据异常记录屏4会显示异常波段的波频数据;
随后,所述警示灯2开始闪烁,提醒人工对异常波段进行排查检修;
最后,将数据异常纪录屏与基板3分离,通过数据异常纪录屏所显示的异常波段,对电力系统进行调节。
如上所述,尽管参照特定的优选实施例已经表示和表述了本发明,但其不得解释为对本发明自身的限制。在不脱离所附权利要求定义的本发明的精神和范围前提下,可对其在形式上和细节上做出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动警示录波仪,其特征是包括:
    数据显示组件,包括显示屏,用于显示所述录波仪收集的波频数据;与所述显示屏固定连接,并用于对所述数据显示组件起到支撑作用的支柱;
    警示调节组件,包括基板,用于对所述警示调节组件进行承载;用于对人工进行警示提醒,并可根据波频数据进行闪烁的警示灯固定连接与所述基板的表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动警示录波仪,其特征在于,所述数据显示组件包括:
    数据异常记录屏,与所述基板固定连接,用于记录异常波频段落,并将异常的波频段落进行单独显示,便于人工进行排查;
    延长杆,一端与所述支柱轴接,另一端与所述基板固定连接,使得所述支柱与所述延长杆之间可进行灵活的调动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动警示录波仪,其特征在于,所述警示调节组件包括:
    调节键盘组件,与所述基板固定连接,并置于所述基板的表面,用于调节所述显示屏的显示模式;
    触控调节组件,置于所述基板的表面,并与所述基板固定连接,且与所述调节键盘相邻,用于调节所述数据异常记录屏的显示数据。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动警示录波仪,其特征在于:
    所述数据异常记录屏与所述基板卡位连接固定,使得所述数据异常记录屏能够与所述基板脱离并继续保持工作运行状态,且所述数据异常记录屏为可触控屏,使得与所述基板脱离够的所述数据异常记录屏可通过触控进行数据显示调节。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动警示录波仪,其特征在于:
    所以调节键盘组件通过线路板与所述显示屏连接,所述触控调节组件通过无线信号与所述数据异常记录屏连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动警示录波仪,其特征在于:所述数据异常记录屏与所述显示屏通过无线信号连接,且所述数据异常记录屏表面设有异常指示灯。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动警示录波仪,其特征在于,所述调节键盘组件包括:
    模式切换键盘,置于所述调节键盘组件工作方向的左侧,用于对所述显示屏所显示的波频模式进行调节;
    数据显示键盘,置于所述调节键盘组件工作方向的右侧,用于对所述显示屏所显示的波频数据内容进行调整切换。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动警示录波仪,其特征在于,所述触控调节组件包括:
    触控调节面板,置于所述触控调节组件工作面的中心处,并与所述数据异常记录屏无线连接,用于对所述数据异常记录屏的显示内容进行调控;
    锁定面板,与所述触控调节面板相邻,并与所述触控调节面板和所述数据异常记录屏无线连接,用于对所述触控调节面板和所述数据异常记录屏进行锁定防误碰。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动警示录波仪,其特征在于:所述警示灯为多个,并与所述显示屏电路连接,当所记录的波频数据平稳、无异常时,所述警示灯我熄灭状态。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的一种自动警示录波仪的警示方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    S1、启动所述自动警示录波仪,显示器实时显示录波仪所记录的波频数据;
    S2、当检测到波频数据不稳定的情况时,数据异常记录屏会显示异常波段的波频数据;
    S3、警示灯开始闪烁,提醒人工对异常波段进行排查检修;
    S4、将数据异常记录屏与基板分离,通过数据异常记录屏所显示的异常波段,对电力系统进行调节;
    S5、以此类推,依次重复S1至S4工作,对检测的电力系统进行修复、调整。
