Description

一种用于齿轮箱强化传热的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置 技术领域
本发明涉及齿轮箱冷却领域,特别涉及一种用于齿轮箱散热的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置。
背景技术
齿轮传动现在广泛用于各行各业。以盾构机中的齿轮箱为研究对象,在运行过程中,由于存在齿轮啮合摩擦、滑动轴承摩擦、齿轮搅油等摩擦损失,所以产生很多热量。传动装置的产热不仅对系统的润滑和冷却有影响,而且对关键结构部件的正常工作也有很大影响,直接影响到传动效果和传动系统的动力性能。齿轮箱依靠周向螺旋水槽结构进行散热,冷却水流经螺旋水槽后将热量带出。为了加大换热面积采用较长的螺旋水槽,首先导致冷却水沿程阻力增大,消耗能量增加;其次导致进水口和出水口温差较大,水槽内温度分布不均,换热效率不断降低,所以加强齿轮箱的散热性能具有相当的重要性和迫切性。因此设计了一种用于齿轮箱强化传热的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种用于齿轮箱强化传热的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,目的是解决齿轮箱局部散热不均匀的问题。
为了实现上述功能,本发明提供相关技术方案,具有如下:一种用于齿轮箱强化传热的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,包括圆柱状的外壳,所述外壳的表面开设有进水口和出水口,所述外壳的内部设置有齿轮箱内壳,所述齿轮箱内壳的外表面与所述外壳的内表面贴合,所述齿轮箱内壳的外表面设置有沿着所述齿轮箱内壳延伸方向的螺旋状的翅片,相邻翅片之间的空间为水槽,所述水槽与所述进水口以及出水口连通;所述齿轮箱内壳靠近所述出水口一侧的端部设置有轴承安装套,所述轴承安装套延伸至所述齿轮箱内壳的内部,且与所述齿轮箱内壳的内表面之间有间隙;在靠近所述出水口的一侧的水槽中设置有扰流结构。由于后半段冷却水温度四周高中间低,所以在水槽的后半段设置有扰流结构,其作用是增加冷却水的扰动使冷却水的温度充分均匀,提高后半段的换热效率。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述扰流结构所占据的总长度小于所述水槽总长度的一半。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述扰流结构为扰流肋片,所述扰流肋片为竖直的肋片,所述扰流肋片沿着所述水槽的延伸方向设置,且设置在所述水槽的中部。
在上述技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述扰流肋片的高度小于所述水槽的深度。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述扰流结构为多个扰流柱,所述扰流柱沿着所述水槽的延伸方向间隔设置,且设置在所述水槽的中部。
在上述技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述扰流柱的直径小于所述水槽的宽度,所述扰流 柱的高度小于所述水槽的深度。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述扰流结构为多个U形的扰流件,所述多个U形的扰流件均匀的分布在所述水槽内,所述扰流件的一端与所述水槽的侧壁连接,且所述扰流件的宽度小于所述水槽的宽度;所述扰流件的开口的朝向与水流的方向相反。
作为优选的一种技术方案,每间隔一段距离将所述翅片打断,使相邻的水槽连通。这样使得局部水槽数减少则冷却水路径变短,降低冷却水的沿程阻力。
在上述技术方案的基础上,优选的,打断的长度小于所述外壳内周长的一半。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述轴承安装套的外表面缠绕有导热管,所述导热管与所述水槽连通。由于轴承安装套处局部散热不佳,最后在轴承安装套处缠绕导热管,导热管与水槽连通,冷却水流经导热管可将轴承安装套处局部热量直接带走,避免局部温度过高。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:设置周向螺旋水槽可大幅提高换热面积,同时在局部去除部分翅片,使冷却水路径变短,降低冷却水的沿程阻力;螺旋水槽前段为光滑的流水通道,末段水槽中间设置竖直的扰流肋片,冷却水由进水口进入后沿螺旋水槽流动,前半段由于边界层与水槽温差大,冷却水能够很好的吸收热量,水温中间低四周高,特别是底部温度最高,分布不均。当冷却水经过后半段扰流肋片时,传热边界层被破坏,有效加强了通道内湍流流动,冷却水温度也分布均匀,对流换热系数得以大幅提高。同时,轴承安装套处产热量大易积聚,冷却水通过导热管将热量直接带走,避免局部散热不均。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1和图2,本实施例提供一种用于齿轮箱强化传热的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,包括圆柱状的外壳1,外壳1的表面开设有进水口11和出水口12,外壳1位中空结构,外壳1 的内部设置有齿轮箱内壳2,齿轮箱内壳2通过台阶孔嵌套在外壳1内,且齿轮箱内壳2的外表面与外壳1的内表面贴合。
在齿轮箱内壳2的外表面设置有沿着该齿轮箱内壳2延伸方向的螺旋状的翅片24,相邻翅片24之间的空间为水槽21,水槽21与进水口11以及出水口12连通;冷却水由进水口11进入,经过螺旋的水槽21后,最后经过出水口12流出。
冷却水到达水槽21后半段时,由于后半段冷却水温度四周高中间低,温度已上升且分布不均,为了提高水槽后半段的换热效率,所以在水槽的后半段设置有扰流结构22,扰流结构22可增加冷却水的扰动使冷却水的温度充分均匀,增大换热系数,增加冷却水的扰动使冷却水的温度充分均匀,提高后半段的换热效率。
在一些实施例中,扰流结构2所占据的总长度小于所述水槽21总长度的一半。这样能够最大效率的提高换热效率。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,扰流结构22为扰流肋片,扰流肋片为竖直的肋片,所述扰流肋片沿着所述水槽的延伸方向设置,且设置在所述水槽的中部,在本实施例中,扰流肋片的高度小于所述水槽的深度。当冷却水经过后半段扰流肋片时,传热边界层被破坏,有效加强了通道内湍流流动,冷却水温度也分布均匀,对流换热系数得以大幅提高。
在另一实施例中,如图3所示,扰流结构22为多个扰流柱,扰流柱沿着所述水槽的延伸方向间隔设置,且设置在所述水槽的中部。在本实施中,所述扰流柱的直径小于所述水槽的宽度,所述扰流柱的高度小于所述水槽的深度。其作用与扰流肋片相同,另外,由于相邻的扰流柱之间有缝隙,水流经过时能够扰流柱起到阻碍作用,降低了冷却水的流速,增加了换热时间,从而进一步提高换热效率。
在另一实施例中,如图4所示,扰流结构为多个U形的扰流件,所述多个U形的扰流件均匀的分布在所述水槽21内,所述扰流件的一端与所述水槽21的侧壁连接,且所述扰流件的宽度小于所述水槽21的宽度;所述扰流件的开口的朝向与水流的方向相反。
在此需要说明的是,扰流件可以通过一体成型或者焊接的方式放置在水槽21的中间,与水槽21的侧边之间有间隙,也可以沿着其中一个侧壁均匀摆放,让扰流件的一侧与侧壁连接,另一侧与另一个侧壁之间有间隙,间隙用来让水流通过,还可以沿着两个侧壁交错分布。U形的扰流件能够最大化的对水流产生阻碍作用,从而增加了换热时间提高换热效率。
在此还需要说明的是,本发明对于扰流结构的保护范围不局限于上述的实施例,只要能够对水流起到减速作用或者加强水槽内湍流流动的结构都在本发明的保护范围内,例如特斯拉单向阀的结构,或者将水槽底部设置成凹凸不平的结构等等。
在齿轮箱内壳2靠近出水口12一侧的端部设置有轴承安装套23,轴承安装套23延伸至 齿轮箱内壳2的内部,且与所述齿轮箱内壳2的内表面之间有间隙。在一些实施例中,如图5所示,轴承安装套23的外表面缠绕有导热管3,导热管3与水槽21连通,由于水槽21与导热管3相通,冷却水流经导热管可将轴承安装套23处局部积聚的热量直接带回水槽21,避免因散热不均导致局部温度过高。
在另一实施例中,如图2所示,为了降低冷却水的沿程阻力,每间隔一段距离将翅片24打断,使相邻的水槽连通。在本实施例中,打断的长度小于外壳1内周长的一半,这样能使得局部水槽数减少则冷却水路径变短。
该周向螺旋水槽冷却装置桶盖设置周向螺旋水槽21可大幅提高换热面积,同时在局部去除部分翅片21,使冷却水路径变短,降低冷却水的沿程阻力;螺旋水槽21前段为光滑的流水通道,末段水槽中间设置竖直的扰流结构22,冷却水由进水口进入后沿螺旋水槽21流动,前半段由于边界层与水槽温差大,冷却水能够很好的吸收热量,水温中间低四周高,特别是底部温度最高,分布不均。当冷却水经过后半段扰流结构22时,传热边界层被破坏,有效加强了通道内湍流流动,冷却水温度也分布均匀,对流换热系数得以大幅提高。同时,轴承安装套23处产热量大易积聚,冷却水通过导热管3将热量直接带走,避免局部散热不均。

  1. 一种用于齿轮箱强化传热的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,包括圆柱状的外壳(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的表面开设有进水口(11)和出水口(12),所述外壳(1)的内部设置有齿轮箱内壳(2),所述齿轮箱内壳(2)的外表面与所述外壳(1)的内表面贴合,所述齿轮箱内壳(2)的外表面设置有沿着所述齿轮箱内壳(2)延伸方向的螺旋状的翅片(24),相邻翅片(24)之间的空间为水槽(21),所述水槽(21)与所述进水口(11)以及出水口(12)连通;所述齿轮箱内壳(2)靠近所述出水口(12)一侧的端部设置有轴承安装套(23),所述轴承安装套(23)延伸至所述齿轮箱内壳(2)的内部,且与所述齿轮箱内壳(2)的内表面之间有间隙;在靠近所述出水口的一侧的水槽(21)中设置有扰流结构(22)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,其特征在于:所述扰流结构(22)所占据的总长度小于所述水槽(21)总长度的一半。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,其特征在于:所述扰流结构(22)为扰流肋片,所述扰流肋片为竖直的肋片,所述扰流肋片沿着所述水槽(21)的延伸方向设置,且设置在所述水槽(21)的中部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,其特征在于:所述扰流肋片的高度小于所述水槽(21)的深度。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,其特征在于:所述扰流结构(22)为多个扰流柱,所述扰流柱沿着所述水槽(21)的延伸方向间隔设置,且设置在所述水槽(21)的中部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,其特征在于:所述扰流柱的直径小于所述水槽(21)的宽度,所述扰流柱的高度小于所述水槽(21)的深度。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,其特征在于:所述扰流结构(22)为多个U形的扰流件,所述多个U形的扰流件均匀的分布在所述水槽(21)内,且所述扰流件的宽度小于所述水槽(21)的宽度;所述扰流件的开口的朝向与水流的方向相反。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,其特征在于:每间隔一段距离将所述翅片(24)打断,使相邻的水槽(24)连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,其特征在于:打断的长度小于所述外壳(1)内周长的一半。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的周向螺旋水槽冷却装置,其特征在于:所述轴承安装套(23)的外表面缠绕有导热管(3),所述导热管(3)与所述水槽(21)连通。
