Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition et des procédés comprenant une quantité de β-glucanes et d'α-fucanes, dans lesquels la combinaison est synergique pour au moins l'un des effets suivants : l'augmentation de la croissance des microbes bénéfiques et la réduction des concentrations de microbes nuisibles choisis parmi le E. coli ou le Salmonella dans les intestins animaux ou humains, l'amélioration de la structure intestinale, la réduction de l'inflammation intestinale, l'amélioration de la digestibilité des nutriments, l'amélioration de l'absorption des minéraux et des performances de croissance, ou la réduction de l'infection et de l'inflammation intestinales.
