La présente invention concerne une souche de Penicillium sumatraense (P. sumatraense) comprenant dans son génome : a) une séquence de gène de la deuxième plus grande sous-unité d'ARN polymérase II (RPB2) ayant 100 %, 99 % ou 98 % d'identité de séquence avec l'acide nucléique de SEQ ID NO : 1 ; b) une séquence de gène de ß-tubuline (BenA) ayant 100 %, 99 % ou 98 % d'identité de séquence avec l'acide nucléique de SEQ ID NO : 2 ; c) une séquence de gènes de calmoduline (CaM) ayant 100 %, 99 % ou 98 % d'identité de séquence avec l'acide nucléique de SEQ ID NO : 3 ; et d) une séquence d'espaceur transcrit interne (ITS) ayant 100 %, 99 % ou 98 % d'identité de séquence avec l'acide nucléique de SEQ ID NO : 4 et comprenant en outre dans son genome, un gène comprenant ou consistant en une séquence ayant 100, 99, 98, 97, 96, 95, 94, 93, 92, 91, 90, 89, 88, 87, 86 ou 85 % d'identité de séquence avec SEQ ID NO : 30 et/ou ladite souche produisant une enzyme qui comprend ou consiste en une séquence d'acides aminés ayant 100, 99, 98, 97, 96, 95, 94, 93, 92, 91, 90, 89, 88 ou 87 % d'identité de séquence avec SEQ ID NO: 80 ou des fragments fonctionnels comprenant le domaine catalytique.
