具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本实用新型。但是本实用新型能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本实用新型内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本实用新型不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
参见图1-图3,本实用新型一实施例提供了的一种清洁件100,用于对舌苔进行清理。清洁件100包括壳体110及设置于壳体110上的清洁结构120;其中,壳体110包括细杆部111及与细杆部111的一端一体成型设置的清洁部112,清洁部112包括第一表面1121及设置于第一表面1121两侧的第二表面1122及第三表面1123,第二表面1122与第三表面1123相对设置;清洁结构120包括舌 苔清理部121、第一冲水部122及第二冲水部123,舌苔清理部121及第一冲水部122均设置于清洁部112的第一表面1121,第二冲水部123对称设置于第二表面1122与第三表面1123。
上述清洁件100,为了解决舌苔清洁刷功能单一,且舌苔清洁刷不设置出水孔,无法实现洗漱功能,不能满足一边刷舌苔一边喷水冲洗的需求,无法达到较好效果,在清洁件100的壳体110上设置具有舌苔清理部121、第一冲水部122的第一表面1121及具有第二冲水部123的第二表面1122与第三表面1123。其中舌苔清理部121直接作用于舌苔进行清洁,第一冲水部122能够在舌苔清理部121对舌苔清洁的前、后或过程中提供用于冲洗舌苔的水流通过的出口。具体地,在舌苔清理部121对舌苔清洁的之前,水流可通过冲水部打湿舌苔;在舌苔清理部121对舌苔清洁的清理过程中,水流可通过冲水部,以实现一边冲洗,一边刮/刷舌苔的目的;在舌苔清理部121对舌苔清洁的之后,进一步冲洗舌苔,清洁效果较好。在此过程中,设置于第二表面1122与第三表面1123的第二冲水部123提供用于对口腔侧壁进行冲洗的水流通过的出口。继续参见图3,在一实施例中,舌苔清理部121包括呈长方向布设的软胶触点。需要说明的是,除了上述的设置方式以外,舌苔清理部121还可以设置为刷毛等结构,布设方式也可以为长方形、等腰梯形等方式。
继续参见图3,在一实施例中,第一冲水部122为围绕舌苔清理部121开设的多个第一出水孔,第二冲水部123为沿着细杆部111的轴向排布的开设于第二表面1122与第三表面1123的多个二出水孔。上述清洁件100将第一出水孔设围绕舌苔清理部121开设,相较于将第一出水孔穿插在舌苔清理部121之中设置的方式,更便于对出水孔进行清理。继续参见图3,在一实施例中,舌苔清理部121包括呈长方向布设的软胶触点,第一冲水部122为围绕中部的软胶触 点开设的多个第一出水孔,其包括横向的出水孔及纵向的出水孔,此种设置方式,横向的出水孔可以在手动驱动清洁件100沿着细杆部111轴向移动时,在舌苔清理部121的整个宽度范围喷水,有助于舌苔清理部121对舌苔的清洁。纵向的出水孔在满足对舌苔进行冲洗的基础上,也可以用于对牙齿之间的缝隙进行冲洗。
继续参见图1及图2,在一实施例中,壳体110的清洁部112为矩形结构,清洁部112一侧与细杆部111圆滑过渡,清洁部112另一侧的两个顶角设置为圆角。此种设置方式,能一定程度上提高清洁件100送入口腔后的舒适度。
此外,参见图1-图7,本申请还提供一种冲牙器10,其由喷射出的高压水起到清洁舌苔、口腔的作用。冲牙器10包括如上的清洁件100及可拆卸连接于清洁件100的细杆部111的本体200,清洁件100的壳体110内部设置有导水腔115,本体200包括储水腔室231,导水腔115通过输水组件240连通至储水腔室231。
上述冲牙器10,在本体200上设置清洁件100,利用清洁件100的舌苔清理部121清刷舌苔,储水腔室231内的水由输水组件240输送至壳体110内部的导水腔115,从导水腔115的冲水部喷射出,对包括但不限于牙齿之间、牙齿与软组织之间的狭小间隙、舌苔及口腔进行清洗。此种设置方式,功能更多,能够清洗的区域较多,可以不更换单独的舌苔刷即可清理舌苔。
结合参见图6及图7,在一实施例中,输水组件240包括伸入储水腔室231的入水管241,入水管241为软管,入水管241连通储水腔室231的一端设置有配重件2411,以使在储水腔室231内的入水管241呈竖直状态。上述冲牙器10,为了减小在手持本体200时,因本体200的角度不同导致入水管241存在可能无法接触储水腔室231的最高水位现象的可能性。此种设置方式,当储水腔室 231内的水处于较低水位,且储水腔室231处于倾斜状态,在配重件2411的作用下,以使在储水腔室231内的入水管241呈竖直状态,入水管241能够吸入水的位置较低。继续参见图7,配重件2411为重力球,重力球设置有贯穿球心的通孔,通孔与软管连接,重力球可以让入水管241垂到储水腔室231的底部。需要说明的是,除了上述设置方式,配重件2411也可以设置为其他形状,只要具有连通入水管241的通孔即可。继续参见图7,输水组件240还包括与导水插头116连接的出水管243,及一端与出水管243连接、另一端与入水管241连接的水泵组件242;本体200还包括与细杆部111的另一端连接的上盖210,与上盖210另一端连接的外壳220,及设置有储水腔室231的水箱230;水箱230的上部开口可拆卸连接于外壳220另一端;上盖210、外壳220内部容纳有出水管243、水泵组件242及部分入水管241。
继续参见图4及图5,壳体110包括前壳113及与前壳113可拆卸连接的后壳114,前壳113设置有第一表面1121,第二表面1122及第三表面1123;前壳113与后壳114形成容纳空间,容纳空间包括导水腔115,细杆部111与本体200连接的一端设置有导水插头116,导水腔115、导水插头116及本体200的输水组件240依次连通。在一实施例中,导水腔115由与导水插头116连接的一端至远离导水插头116的一端单位长度体积逐渐减小。此种设置方式,可以对由导水插头116进入导水腔115并沿着导水腔115至第一冲水部122及第二冲水部123的水流起到一定的增压作用。
参见图4-图6,壳体110的容纳空间还包括相互连通的第一容纳腔117与第二容纳腔118,细杆部111的与上盖210连接的端部设置有两个第一触点1111,第一触点1111通过容置于第一容纳腔117内部的导线119与容置于第二容纳腔118内的偏心轮马达130连接,偏心轮马达130设置于壳体110内部、且与舌苔 清理部121相背设置;上盖210设置有能够与第一触点1111电连接的第二触点211,第二触点211电连接至控制组件250;控制组件250容置于外壳220内部。控制组件250包括PCB小板251、蓄电池252及PCB控制主板253。外壳220带有开关按键221、喷水功能按键222及充电口(图中未示出);水箱230起到储水的功能,可以手动拆下注水和清洗,充电口(图中未示出)通过PCB小板251连接蓄电池252,可以给冲牙器10充电;整机电路为PCB小板251连接蓄电池252,并外接适配器给蓄电池252充电;蓄电池252连接PCB控制主板253,控制整机的功能电路;PCB控制主板253连接水泵组件242和第二触点211;第二触点211连接第一触点1111提供偏心轮马达130的工作用电。
上述冲牙器10,内置偏心轮马达130与第一触点1111,二者通过导线119连通,导线119放置于第一容纳腔117内,起到防水的作用;在使用时将清洁件100与本体200组装,具体操作为组装导水插头116插入上盖210的出水孔插口内,同时即可完成第一触点1111与第二触点211的通电衔接。偏心轮马达130设置于壳体110内部、且与舌苔清理部121相背设置。偏心轮马达130工作带动清洁件100振动,刷毛可以起到快速清洁舌苔的作用。PCB控制主板253上设有分别对应外壳220上的开关按键221、喷水功能按键222的控制电路,长按三秒开关按键221控制冲牙器10的开关机,单击开关按键221控制电动清洁件100振动开关,喷水功能按键222可以在冲牙器10开启的状态下控制喷水的开启和关闭。需要说明的是,PCB控制主板253、PCB小板251、开关按键221及喷水功能按键222的具体设置方式及连接关系可根据使用需求,采用本领域常规方式设置,在此不再赘述。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、 “左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本实用新型的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种清洁件,其特征在于,所述清洁件包括:
    壳体,包括细杆部及与所述细杆部的一端连接的清洁部,所述清洁部包括第一表面及设置于所述第一表面两侧的第二表面及第三表面,所述第二表面与所述第三表面相对设置,所述壳体内部设置有导水腔;
    清洁结构,包括舌苔清理部、与所述导水腔连通的第一冲水部及与所述导水腔连通的第二冲水部,所述舌苔清理部及第一冲水部均设置于所述清洁部的第一表面,所述第二表面及第三表面均设置有第二冲水部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁件,其特征在于,
    所述第一冲水部包括围绕所述舌苔清理部布设的多个第一出水孔,
    所述第二冲水部包括开设于所述第二表面、沿着所述细杆部的轴向布设的多个第二出水孔;及开设于所述第三表面、沿着所述细杆部的轴向布设的多个第二出水孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁件,其特征在于,所述舌苔清理部包括刷毛或软胶触点。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁件,其特征在于,所述清洁部为矩形结构,所述清洁部的一侧边与所述细杆部圆滑过渡,所述清洁部的另一侧边的两个顶角设置为圆角。
  5. 一种冲牙器,包括如权利要求1至4任一项所述的清洁件及可拆卸连接于所述清洁件的细杆部的另一端的本体,所述本体包括储水腔室,所述导水腔通过输水组件连通至所述储水腔室。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冲牙器,其特征在于,所述输水组件包括伸入所述储水腔室的入水管,入水管包括软管,所述入水管连通所述储水腔室的一端设置有配重件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冲牙器,其特征在于,所述配重件为重力球,所述重力球设置有贯穿球心的通孔,所述通孔与所述软管连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的冲牙器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括:
    前壳,设置有所述第一表面,所述第二表面及所述第三表面;
    后壳,与所述前壳可拆卸连接;
    所述前壳与所述后壳连接后形成所述细杆部及清洁部,所述前壳与所述后壳形成容纳空间,所述容纳空间包括所述导水腔,所述细杆部与所述本体连接的一端设置有导水插头,所述导水腔、所述导水插头及所述本体的输水组件依次连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冲牙器,其特征在于,所述容纳空间还包括相互连通的第一容纳腔与第二容纳腔,所述细杆部与所述本体连接的端部设置有两个第一触点,所述第一触点通过容置于所述第一容纳腔内部的导线与容置于所述第二容纳腔内部的偏心轮马达连接;所述本体包括能够与所述第一触点电连接的第二触点,所述第二触点电连接至控制组件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冲牙器,其特征在于,所述偏心轮马达设置于所述壳体内部、且与所述舌苔清理部相背设置。
