Description
本发明属于户外用品技术领域,具体涉及一种百叶篷快速安装结构。
百叶篷作为一种遮阳的户外用品,被广泛使用,现有的对于百叶篷的研究重点主要在于以下几点:在于如何降低百叶篷的百叶片在开合过程中产生的噪声问题;如何改善百叶片透光性问题;如何改善百叶片的防水问题;百叶片驱动机构的设置问题等等,但不论何种结构的百叶篷,其百叶篷百叶片的安装都是通过螺丝连接实现的,百叶转轴和圈梁连接需要螺丝组装固定,百叶片也联动条的连接也是通过螺丝进行组装,现有的通过大量螺丝进行组装的安装结构,受圈梁空间限制,螺丝安装十分困难,非专业安装人员进行安装时需要很长时间,因此给客户带来较多的安装烦恼。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明设计的目的在于提供一种可以快速无工具组装的百叶篷快速安装结构。
本发明通过以下技术方案加以实现:

如图1-4所示,本发明百叶篷快速安装结构,包括若干依次排列的百叶片1组成的百叶片组件、圈梁组件、中空管状结构的脚管5,其中,若干依次排列的百叶片1通过连接条2实现联动,连接条2位于圈梁组件内侧;圈梁组件包括对称设置且首尾相连的纵向圈梁3和横向圈梁4,组装完成后的纵向圈梁3和横向圈梁4围成百叶篷顶部框架。
为实现该百叶篷的快速安装,方便消费者安装,百叶片1的两端通过快装组件与纵向圈梁3的内侧相连;该快装组件包括设置在百叶片1两端的连接片6、设置在连接片6上的转轴7、对应设置在纵向圈梁3上的供转轴7插入的转轴孔8、卡接设置在转轴7上的C形卡扣9,该C形卡扣9的具体结构如图5所示,卡扣9卡接设置在转轴孔8与连接片6之间的转轴7上,转轴孔8、转轴7及C形卡扣9的设置,便于实现百叶片1与纵向圈梁3的快速安装,无需专业的安装人员,普通消费者也可实现快速准确安装。
为实现所有百叶片1之间的联动,在连接片6及连接条2上对应设置有销轴孔8,销轴孔8内安装有连接销轴11,连接销轴11的两端均设置有卡槽12,卡槽12内套接设置有防脱卡扣13,防脱卡扣13内壁上设置有防脱卡齿14,具体结构如图6-7所示。
如图4所示,为实现脚管5与框架的安装,框架的四角位置处通过内外角连接组件与脚管5固定连接,该内外角连接件包括内角连接件15和外角连接件16,内角连接件15上设置有相邻的第一安装面17和第二安装面18,第一安装面17和第二安装面18分别对应纵向圈梁3或横向圈梁4的端面并通过螺钉实现固定,且内角连接件15的底部设置有用于插接到脚管5内的插接板19,通过将插接板19插入到脚管5内部,实现与脚管5的连接,为进一步提高连接的牢固度,在脚管5的四角位置处设置有向内伸出的安装柱26,该安装柱26上设置有安装孔27,内角连接件15的底板25四角处通过螺钉与安装孔27连接,内角连接件15安装完毕后,通过将外角连接件16套接设置在内角连接件15的顶部,完成内外角连接件的安装。
继续参与图4,为实现百叶篷的排水功能,在脚管5及圈梁组件上设置有排水机构,该排水机构包括沿纵向圈梁3及横向圈梁4长度方向设置的导水槽20, 设置在纵向圈梁3及横向圈梁4端部的内出水孔21、设置在内角连接件15上的外出水孔22及中心孔23、设置在脚管5下端的排水孔24,其中,中心孔23设置在内角连接件15的底板25上,内出水孔21与外出水孔22形状大小相同,且对应位置设置。雨天雨水顺着百叶片1流入到圈梁组件上的导水槽20中,进而通过导水槽20端部设置的内出水孔21以及外出水孔22排出到中心孔23,从中心孔23将水排到脚管5内,沿着脚管5从排水孔24排出。
本发明安装过程,首先,通过连接条2将各百叶片1连接起来,具体将连接销轴11的一端穿出连接条2上的销轴孔10,将连接销轴11的另一端穿出连接片6上的销轴孔10,之后在连接销轴11的两端安装防脱卡扣13,实现各百叶片1与连接条2的连接,然后将各百叶片1通过其两端的转轴7插入到对应的的纵向圈梁3内的转轴孔8内,然后在转轴孔8与连接片6之间的转轴7上卡接设置卡扣9,该卡扣9的设置可避免百叶片1左右位移,各百叶片1安装完成后,最后将内角连接件15分别与纵向圈梁3和横向圈梁4安装固定,通过内角连接件15上的插接板19实现与脚管5的连接,最后通过螺钉进一步固定,内角连接件15安装完毕后,将外角连接件16套接设置在内角连接件15的上部即可,完成整个产品的安装,该安装方便快捷,安装效率高。
