Description
本发明涉及灭虫灯技术领域,具体是一种防盗配套灭虫灯。
灭虫灯是根据昆虫具有趋光性的特点,利用昆虫敏感的特定光谱范围的诱虫光源,诱集昆虫并能有效杀灭昆虫,降低病虫指数,防治虫害和虫媒病害的专用装置。灭虫灯的普及可减少化学农药的使用,可实现生产质量安全的农产品,对农业生物进行有效的物理保护;但是现有的灭虫灯在使用的过程中都是通过简易的挂钩直接挂在挂杆上,且灭虫灯一般使用在户外和野外田园中,盗窃者极易将灭虫灯从挂杆上取下盗走,且盗走后的灭虫灯不能实时通知使用者,从而造成农作物受到昆虫的残害。
专利号为CN201720287379.8的一种防盗配套灭虫灯,灯座镶嵌在墙上或者焊接在灯杆上,防止灯泡被盗时连同灯座一起盗走,安装灯泡时,将灯头旋入灯座内,当旋至极限时,灯头与灯座内正极电路电连接,螺纹套和螺纹面贴合,螺纹面内部装有磁石,磁石此时吸附螺纹套上凹槽内的磁块,从而带动包裹住磁块的金属块,金属块为铜材质,是很好的导电材料,使电流流通,从而灭虫灯点亮。如灭虫灯被拆卸时,凹槽内弹簧因弹性收缩将磁块和金属块收入凹槽内,即使将此发明安装在通常灯座上也无法使用,从而间接的降低被盗频率,节约人力成本,变相降低了财产损耗。现有技术的灭虫灯主要是防止灯泡被盗时连同灯座一起盗走,适用于一体式灭虫灯的设计,其发明点是灯泡与灯座的连接关系;对于户外和野外田园的挂钩式灭虫灯,灯泡与灯座的连接关系的设计不能够防止挂钩式灭虫灯被从挂杆上取下盗走的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种防盗配套灭虫灯,旨在解决上述灭虫灯易从挂杆上取下盗走且无报警的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种防盗配套灭虫灯,所述灯罩通过支杆连接有底盘,所述底盘下端可拆卸连接有收集盒,所述灯罩和所述底盘之间竖直设有隔网;其特征在于,所述灯罩顶部设有支台,所述支台上设有旋转开闭的挂钩;所述支台上还设有弹性导电组件和与所述弹性导电组件旋转抵接的转套;所述灯罩内设有伸缩机构,所述伸缩机构与所述弹性导电组件弹性抵接,以使所述伸缩机构通过伸缩运动来释放和约束所述套环的旋转自由度;所述灯罩内还设有报警装置,所述报警装置与所述弹性导电组件电性连接。
进一步地,所述支台上设有连接螺杆,所述挂钩包括连接钩和铰接钩,所述连接钩固定连接于所述连接螺杆的端部,所述铰接钩铰接于所述连接钩上;所述转套连接于所述连接螺杆上,所述转套上转动套有转环,所述转环通过连杆与所述铰接钩铰接,以使所述转套通过在所述连接螺杆上转动来带动所述转环进行升降运动,从而使所述连杆拉动所述铰接钩打开或闭合。

进一步地,所述二级升降机构包括二级螺杆﹑二级螺管以及直杆,所述隔网的端部设有圆环,所述二级螺杆的一端转动连接于所述圆环上;所述二级螺杆的另一端通过所述直杆转动连接于所述灯罩上;所述二级螺管设于所述弹性预警机构上,所述二级螺管通过所述升降盘的运动与所述二级螺杆螺纹连接;所述直杆通过二级齿轮与所述驱动电机传动连接。
进一步地,所述报警装置为蜂鸣器,所述蜂鸣器与所述通讯模块电性连接,以使所述通讯模块将所述蜂鸣器报警的信息发送至终端。

1.通过在灯罩上旋转开闭的挂钩,以实现旋转转套来实现对将挂钩从挂杆上进行解锁和将挂钩锁紧于挂杆上,并通过设置弹性导电组件和伸缩机构来实现对转套的旋转自由度进行限制,有效提高灭虫灯的防盗性能,且通过弹性导电组件和报警装置的结合来使灭虫灯具备防盗报警性能,以对盗窃者在盗窃时的警示,进一步提高了灭虫灯的防盗性能,有效保障灭虫灯的使用稳定性。
2.通过设置升降盘和一级升降机构,来实现一级升降机构驱动升降盘在隔网上进行升降运动,以将黏附于隔网上的昆虫去除;同时,通过设置二级升降机构,以使一级驱动机构驱动升降盘上的弹性预警机构运动至与二级升降机构 连接时,二级升降机构驱动弹性预警机构进行二次下降,以将隔网底部的昆虫推送进入到收集盒内,并通过挤压的方式来实现接通预警组件来进行预警,有效降低了隔网内昆虫堆积的问题出现,且有效降低了收集盒内的昆虫收集过量的问题出现,以通过预警的方式来提醒使用者收集盒内昆虫堆积量已超过设定值。
3.通过设置水平推动机构,并将水平推动机构与弹性预警机构联动,来实现弹性预警机构下降时推动水平推动机构对堆积于隔网下端圆环上的昆虫水平推入收集盒内,有效降低了升降盘不断将昆虫挤压堆积于隔网底部的问题出现,有效提高昆虫的清洁效率。

如图5和图6所示,结合实施例1的技术方案,本实施例中,支台6上设有连接螺杆10,挂钩8包括连接钩81和铰接钩82,连接钩81固定连接于连接螺杆10的端部,铰接钩82铰接于连接钩81上,以通过铰接的方式打开和闭合挂钩8;转套9连接于连接螺杆10上,转套9上转动套有转环91,转环91通过连杆92与铰接钩82铰接,以使转套9通过在连接螺杆10上转动来带动转环91进行升降运动,从而使连杆92拉动铰接钩82打开或闭合,以将灭虫灯从挂杆102上解锁或将灭虫灯锁紧于挂杆102上;进一步地,挂杆102的端部设有圆形限位块,以避免盗窃者沿挂杆102的直线方向滑动灭虫灯来取下灭虫灯的操作。
具体地,弹性导电组件包括导电推杆11﹑半圆形导电环21以及设有通孔131的水平楔形块13,导电推杆11通过第一弹簧14设于支台6上两侧;导电推杆11电性连接于报警装置的电路回路上;半圆形导电环21设于转套9下端面;水平楔形块13水平相对设于灯罩1内,水平楔形块13的一端连接有第二弹簧15,水平楔形块13的另一端与伸缩机构弹性抵接,以通过设置水平楔形块13来对支台6上两侧的导电推杆11进行限制,当水平楔形块13移动至其上的 通孔131位于导电推杆11竖直下方时,导电推杆11在转套9的作用下压缩第一弹簧14进行下降运动,从而对转套9的转动自由度进行解锁,以便于转套9转动带动转环91下降来使连杆92拉动铰接钩82打开。
具体地,伸缩机构包括绕接有导线71的铁杆72﹑永磁体73以及第三弹簧74,铁杆72设于灯罩1内;永磁体73通过第三弹簧74设于铁杆72的上方,并位于水平楔形块13下方;永磁体73上连接有梯形推块75,梯形推块75与水平楔形块13抵接;导线71通电后铁杆72产生磁吸作用,以将永磁体73吸附于铁杆72端部上,从而带动梯形推块75收缩,使抵接于梯形推块75两侧的水平楔形块13在第二弹簧15的作用力下进行回位,以使水平楔形块13上的通孔131滑动至导电推杆11下方,以释放解锁导电推杆11的伸缩性能,从而使转套9在转动的过程中可以压缩导电推杆11进入通孔131内,以将铰接钩82打开从使挂钩8从挂杆102上解锁;导线71的通电可通过控制器控制;导电推杆11与半圆形导电环21留一定间隙,使盗窃者转动转套9时,转套9上的半圆形导电环21与导电推杆11顶部先接触,使导电推杆11接通报警装置的电路回路;此时,由于导线71处于未通电状态,导电推杆11的端部抵接于水平楔形块13上无法进行伸缩运动,转套9接触导电推杆11后不能进行转动,从而有效防止了盗窃者转动转套9来打开铰接钩82从挂杆102上取下灭虫灯;进一步地,导线71的通电可通过APP或者控制程序来控制,可实现远程控制和监控通电情况;进一步地,转套9上设有套环,套环套于支台6上,以防止盗窃者破坏导电推杆11,且还可以避免导电推杆11暴露在空气中,提高导电推杆11和半圆形导电环21的连接导电性能,降低氧化导致的接触不良的问题出现。

如图7至11所示,结合实施例2的技术方案,本实施例中,灯罩1和底盘 3之间还设有一级升降机构;支杆7上滑动设有与一级升降机构传动连接的升降盘20,以通过一级升降机构来驱动升降盘20在隔网5上进行升降运动,以将隔网5上的昆虫去除;升降盘20上设有用于将隔网5内的昆虫推送进入收集盒4内的弹性预警机构,弹性预警机构通过升降盘20的升降运动进行运动;升降盘20上设有用于对隔网5底部积压的昆虫进行推送的水平推送机构;升降盘20通过一级升降机构运动至底盘3处,弹性预警机构通过二级升降机构伸出将昆虫推送进入收集盒4内,并依靠弹性触发来使预警组件进行预警;弹性预警机构伸出时推动水平推送机构沿升降盘20中心进行水平运动,以将隔网5底部的昆虫推送进入到收集盒4内。

如图3﹑图7以及图8所示,结合实施例3的技术方案,本实施例中,一级升降机构包括驱动电机21﹑一级螺杆22以及一级螺管23,驱动电机21设于灯罩1内;一级螺杆22的两端转动连接于灯罩1和底盘3上;升降盘20通过一级螺管23与一级螺杆22螺纹连接;驱动电机21通过一级齿轮24与一级螺杆22传动连接,以通过驱动电机21来驱动一级螺杆22进行转动,从而使通过一级螺管23连接于一级螺杆22上的升降盘20在一级螺杆22转动下进行升降运动,并在隔网5上进行竖直升降运动,以便于将隔网5上黏附的昆虫进行刮除,以降低昆虫粘附隔网5上造成无法诱虫的问题出现。
具体地,二级升降机构包括二级螺杆31﹑二级螺管32以及直杆33,隔网5的端部设有圆环50,二级螺杆31的一端转动连接于圆环50上;二级螺杆31的另一端通过直杆33转动连接于灯罩1上;二级螺管32设于弹性预警机构上,二级螺管32通过升降盘20的运动与二级螺杆31螺纹连接;直杆33通过二级齿轮34与驱动电机21传动连接,以使驱动电机21驱动一级螺杆22转动的同 时,通过直杆33上的二级齿轮34驱动二级螺杆31进行转动,从而使运动至此处的弹性预警机构通过二级螺管32来与二级螺杆31螺纹连接,以使二级螺杆31转动带动弹性预警机构进行二次下降,以将隔网5内的昆虫推入到收集盒4内。
具体地,如图1所示,灭虫灯还包括支架100和设于支架100上用于给灭虫灯供电的蓄电池充电的太阳能板101,以通过太阳能板101来对蓄电池进行充电。
具体地,如图9所示,升降盘20上设有圆孔201,直杆33穿过圆孔201与二级螺杆31连接,以使升降盘20在升降过程中不与直杆33接触;二级螺杆31的直径大于直杆33直径,圆孔201直径大于二级螺杆31直径,以使升降盘20降下的过程中不与二级螺杆31接触,从而使二级螺管32能够与二级螺杆31进行螺纹配合,来使弹性预警机构进行二次降下。

如图7至11所示,结合实施例4的技术方案,本实施例中,弹性预警机构还包括限位盘41﹑伸缩环42以及第四弹簧43,限位盘41通过第一限位杆44设于升降盘20上,第一限位杆44上套接有第五弹簧46;伸缩环42通过第二限位杆45与限位盘41滑动连接,第四弹簧43套于第二限位杆45上并位于限位盘41和伸缩环42之间,伸缩环42挤压推动昆虫进入收集盒4的过程中会挤压第四弹簧43,当收集盒4内的昆虫的量达到目标值时,第四弹簧43的压缩量正好使预警组件能够接通电路通路进行预警,以提醒使用者收集盒4内的昆虫收集量已达到目标值,需要拆卸收集盒4对昆虫进行处理。
具体地,预警组件包括通讯模块﹑导电针杆51以及环形导电片52,通讯模块设于伸缩环42内,导电针杆51设于伸缩环42的两侧,导电针杆51连接于 通讯模块的电路回路上;环形导电片52设于限位盘41上并连通;伸缩环42通过压缩弹簧来使导电针杆51与环形导电片52接触,以接通通讯模块的电路回路,从而使通讯模块将收集盒4内积压昆虫数量已达到设定值的预警信号发送至终端,以通过发送预警信号至终端来提醒使用者收集盒4内的昆虫收集量已满,有效降低了昆虫堆积收集盒4内过大造成昆虫积压隔网5内的问题出现。

如图7和图8所示,结合实施例5的技术方案,本实施例中,水平推送机构包括竖直截面为直角三角形的环形推送件61﹑限位圈62﹑推杆63﹑弧形推块64以及水平推送块65,环形推送件61设于弹性预警机构上;限位圈62设于升降盘20上,推杆63沿周向滑动设于限位圈62上,弧形推块64设于推杆63的端部;推杆63上套有第六弹簧66,第六弹簧66位于限位圈62和弧形推块64之间;弧形推块64通过连接杆与水平推送块65固定连接;环形推送件61通过下降与水平推送块65的弧形斜面抵接,以使环形推送件61通过下降运动来推送水平推送块65进行水平直线运动,以将隔网5底部之间的昆虫推动进入收集盒4内。
具体地,升降盘20底部设有多个弧形限位块67,多个弧形限位块67与弧形推块64围成环形密封圈结构,多个弧形限位块67在环形推送件61的推送下沿限位圈62中心进行直线运动;当环形推送件61的环形斜面脱落弧形推块64的弧形斜面时,在第六弹簧66的作用力下弧形推块64复位;限位圈62和弧形限位块67上设有环形密封盖,以通过环形密封盖来对限位圈62和弧形限位块67进行密封,以防止升降板升降运动的过程中降昆虫压入限位圈62和弧形限位块67之间。

如图11所示,本实施例与实施例5的区别是,预警组件包括预警灯﹑导电针杆51以及环形导电片52,预警灯设于伸缩环42上,导电针杆51设于伸缩环42的两侧,导电针杆51连接于预警灯的电路回路上;环形导电片52设于限位盘41上并通过导电环连通,环形导电片52为半圆形结构;伸缩环42通过压缩弹簧来使导电针杆51与环形导电片52接触,以使两根导电针杆51接通,从而接通预警灯的电路回路,以使预警灯闪烁亮起,起到预警的作用。
实施例8:
结合实施例6的技术方案,本实施例中,报警装置为蜂鸣器,蜂鸣器与通讯模块电性连接,以使通讯模块将蜂鸣器报警的信息发送至终端;当蜂鸣器响起时,通讯模块将报警的信息发送至终端以提醒使用者灭虫灯存在被盗情况;且蜂蜜器响起时可对盗窃者起到警示的作用;同时,可结合语音播报的方式来警示盗窃者盗窃警示已发送至终端。

Claims (10)
- 一种防盗配套灭虫灯,包括灯罩(1)和安装于所述灯罩(1)内的诱虫灯(2),所述灯罩(1)通过支杆(7)连接有底盘(3),所述底盘(3)下端可拆卸连接有收集盒(4),所述灯罩(1)和所述底盘(3)之间竖直设有隔网(5);其特征在于,所述灯罩(1)顶部设有支台(6),所述支台(6)上设有旋转开闭的挂钩(8);所述支台(6)上还设有弹性导电组件和与所述弹性导电组件旋转抵接的转套(9);所述灯罩(1)内设有伸缩机构,所述伸缩机构与所述弹性导电组件弹性抵接,以使所述伸缩机构通过伸缩运动来释放和约束所述套环的旋转自由度;所述灯罩(1)内还设有报警装置,所述报警装置与所述弹性导电组件电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防盗配套灭虫灯,其特征在于,所述支台(6)上设有连接螺杆(10),所述挂钩(8)包括连接钩(81)和铰接钩(82),所述连接钩(81)固定连接于所述连接螺杆(10)的端部,所述铰接钩(82)铰接于所述连接钩(81)上;所述转套(9)连接于所述连接螺杆(10)上,所述转套(9)上转动套有转环(91),所述转环(91)通过连杆(92)与所述铰接钩(82)铰接,以使所述转套(9)通过在所述连接螺杆(10)上转动来带动所述转环(91)进行升降运动,从而使所述连杆(92)拉动所述铰接钩(82)打开或闭合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的防盗配套灭虫灯,其特征在于,所述弹性导电组件包括导电推杆(11)﹑半圆形导电环(21)以及设有通孔(131)的水平楔形块(13),所述导电推杆(11)通过第一弹簧(14)设于所述支台(6)上两侧;所述导电推杆(11)电性连接于所述报警装置的电路回路上;所述半圆形导电环(21)设于所述转套(9)下端面;所述水平楔形块(13)水平相对设于所述灯罩(1)内,所述水平楔形块(13)的一端连接有第二弹簧(15),所述水平 楔形块(13)的另一端与所述伸缩机构弹性抵接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的防盗配套灭虫灯,其特征在于,所述伸缩机构包括绕接有导线(71)的铁杆(72)﹑永磁体(73)以及第三弹簧(74),所述铁杆(72)设于所述灯罩(1)内;所述永磁体(73)通过所述第三弹簧(74)设于所述铁杆(72)的上方,并位于所述水平楔形块(13)下方;所述永磁体(73)上连接有梯形推块(75),所述梯形推块(75)与所述水平楔形块(13)抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防盗配套灭虫灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩(1)和所述底盘(3)之间还设有一级升降机构,所述支杆(7)上滑动设有与所述一级升降机构传动连接的升降盘(20);所述升降盘(20)上设有用于将所述隔网(5)内的昆虫推送进入所述收集盒(4)内的弹性预警机构;所述升降盘(20)上还设有用于对所述隔网(5)底部积压的昆虫进行推送的水平推送机构;所述升降盘(20)通过所述一级升降机构运动至所述底盘(3)处,所述弹性预警机构通过二级升降机构伸出将昆虫推送进入所述收集盒(4)内,并依靠弹性触发来使预警组件进行预警;所述弹性预警机构伸出时推动所述水平推送机构进行水平运动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的防盗配套灭虫灯,其特征在于,所述一级升降机构包括驱动电机(21)﹑一级螺杆(22)以及一级螺管(23),所述驱动电机(21)设于所述灯罩(1)内;所述一级螺杆(22)的两端转动连接于所述灯罩(1)和所述底盘(3)上;所述升降盘(20)通过所述一级螺管(23)与所述一级螺杆(22)螺纹连接;所述驱动电机(21)通过一级齿轮(24)与所述一级螺杆(22)传动连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的防盗配套灭虫灯,其特征在于,所述弹性预警机 构包括限位盘(41)﹑伸缩环(42)以及第四弹簧(43),所述限位盘(41)通过第一限位杆(44)设于所述升降盘(20)上,所述第一限位杆(44)上套接有第五弹簧(46);所述伸缩环(42)通过第二限位杆(45)与所述限位盘(41)滑动连接,所述第四弹簧(43)套于所述第二限位杆(45)上并位于所述限位盘(41)和所述伸缩环(42)之间;所述预警组件包括通讯模块﹑导电针杆(51)以及环形导电片(52),所述通讯模块设于所述伸缩环(42)内,所述导电针杆(51)设于所述伸缩环(42)的两侧,所述导电针杆(51)连接于所述通讯模块的电路回路上;所述环形导电片(52)设于所述限位盘(41)上并连通;所述伸缩环(42)通过压缩所述弹簧来使所述导电针杆(51)与所述环形导电片(52)接触,以接通所述通讯模块的电路回路,从而使所述通讯模块将所述收集盒(4)内积压昆虫数量已达到设定值的预警信号发送至终端。
- 根据权利要求5所述的防盗配套灭虫灯,其特征在于,所述水平推送机构包括竖直截面为直角三角形的环形推送件(61)﹑限位圈(62)﹑推杆(63)﹑弧形推块(64)以及水平推送块(65),所述环形推送件(61)设于所述弹性预警机构上;所述限位圈(62)设于所述升降盘(20)上,所述推杆(63)沿周向滑动设于所述限位圈(62)上,所述弧形推块(64)设于所述推杆(63)的端部;所述推杆(63)上套有第六弹簧(66),所述第六弹簧(66)位于所述限位圈(62)和所述弧形推块(64)之间;所述弧形推块(64)通过连接杆与所述水平推送块(65)固定连接;所述环形推送件(61)通过下降与所述水平推送块(65)的弧形斜面抵接,以使所述环形推送件(61)通过下降运动来推送所述水平推送块(65)进行水平直线运动,以将所述隔网(5)底部之间的昆虫推动进入所述收集盒(4)内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的防盗配套灭虫灯,其特征在于,所述二级升降机 构包括二级螺杆(31)﹑二级螺管(32)以及直杆(33),所述隔网(5)的端部设有圆环(50),所述二级螺杆(31)的一端转动连接于所述圆环(50)上;所述二级螺杆(31)的另一端通过所述直杆(33)转动连接于所述灯罩(1)上;所述二级螺管(32)设于所述弹性预警机构上,所述二级螺管(32)通过所述升降盘(20)的运动与所述二级螺杆(31)螺纹连接;所述直杆(33)通过二级齿轮(34)与所述驱动电机(21)传动连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的防盗配套灭虫灯,其特征在于,所述报警装置为蜂鸣器,所述蜂鸣器与所述通讯模块电性连接,以使所述通讯模块将所述蜂鸣器报警的信息发送至终端。
