本实用新型提出一种分酒器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有现有分酒器无法控制倒入的酒量且容易溢出、外观整体不美观的问题。

优选的,所述上盖包括外形呈花朵状的造型盖体,所述造型盖体的中间位置一体连接有圆柱套一,所述圆柱套一的内壁位置设有绕圆柱套中心线均匀分布的条形块,所述条形块的端部延伸至圆柱套一的外部位置与分流柱之间形成间隙。
优选的,所述上盖包括造型盖体,所述造型盖体的中间位置一体连接有与分流柱套接的圆柱套二,所述圆柱套二的侧面为开口结构且连接有一进液管,所述进液管与圆柱套二相连通设置,并连通至储液容器。
优选的,所述储液容器的底部安装有一支撑柱,所述支撑柱的上端具有向内凹陷的储液腔,所述支撑柱的上方圆周方向安装有若干分流轨道,分流轨道与储液腔相互连通设置。

具体地,所述储液容器包括储液下体3和储液上体2,所述储液上体2的直径从底部到顶部逐渐减小设置,所述储液上体2与储液上体2之间为密封连接,这样设置能够便于分流柱4与上盖1之间的装配,也能够在倒入酒的时候,避免向外洒出。
具体地,所述上盖1包括外形呈花朵状的造型盖体101,所述造型盖体101的中间位置一体连接有圆柱套一102,所述圆柱套一102的内壁位置设有绕圆柱套中心线均匀分布的条形块103,所述条形块103的端部延伸至圆柱套一102的外部位置,设置条形块103的目的,是在圆柱套一102装入分流柱4上后,能够形成通道12,方便酒的流动,条形块103延伸至圆柱套一102的外部位置,是为了能够在圆柱套一102安装好之后,可以与储液容易底部之间形成间隙11,该间隙11与通道12连通,通道12与分流柱4上的开口相连通,实现酒的分流。
具体地,所述储液容器的底部安装有一支撑柱6,所述支撑柱6的上端具有向内凹陷的储液腔601,所述支撑柱6的上方圆周方向安装有若干分流轨道5,分流轨道5与储液腔601相互连通设置,在酒液从分流柱4的通孔13处向下流时,能够流入储液腔601内,再从储液腔601进入分流轨道5,最终流入酒杯10中。
具体地,所述支撑柱6的底部位置安装有底座7,所述底座7的圆周方向开设有数量与分流轨道5数量相同的圆形开口9,该圆形开口9用以对应的放置酒杯10,可将酒杯10设计为锥形结构,如图7所示,可在倒酒时,同时将六个酒杯10提起,实现分酒器和酒杯10的移动,方便快捷;此外,在闲置的情况下,如图8所示,可将该分酒器倒立设置,将酒杯10置于圆形开口9处,可减少酒杯10对空间的占用,美观大方。
具体地,所述底座7的底部位置安装有炫彩灯座8,炫彩灯座8内安装蓄电池、电路板、电源开关,且底座7可设计为透明材质,在底座7底部安装彩灯,所述炫彩灯座8内有控制灯体常亮或随音乐闪烁的控制器。在电源开关开启时,能够常亮,也能够随着音乐节奏进行闪烁,此部分设计为现有技术中常规技术手段,其工作原理与结构在此不做过多赘述。
工作原理:将酒倒入储液容器内,由于上盖1的圆柱套一102在条形块103的作用下,与储液容器之间形成间隙11,酒液可进入间隙11内,并随着酒液的持续倒入而使得进入间隙11内的酒液逐渐进入圆柱套一102与分流柱4之间所形成的通道12内,当酒液倒入 一定量之后,通道12内的酒液进入分流柱4中间的通孔13处,酒开始通过通孔13向下流入支撑柱6上方的储液腔601内,此时,分流柱4与圆柱套一102之间的酒流淌,使其内部形成负压,外界的空气将储液容器中的酒吸入分流柱4中,通过虹吸原理实现分流;将酒杯10放置在底座7四周的圆形开口9处,酒从分流轨道5落下后直接进入酒杯10中,实现分酒的操作。
实施例二、
如图1-3、6-8所示,本实施例与上述实施例的区别仅在于上盖1的结构不同,具体地,所述上盖1包括造型盖体101,所述造型盖体101的中间位置一体连接有内径与分流柱4外径相等的圆柱套二104,所述圆柱套的侧面为开口结构且连接有一进液管105,进液管105内腔即为通道12,所述进液管105与圆柱套二104相连通设置,所述进液管105末端设有进液敞口。在圆柱套二104安装在分流柱4上时,进液管105与储液容器之间形成间隙11,液体可从进液敞口106和间隙11进入通道12内,进而从通道12处进入分流柱4的通孔13内,进行虹吸分流。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分酒器,其特征在于:所述储液容器的底部安装有一支撑柱(6),所述支撑柱(6)的上端具有向内凹陷的储液腔(601),所述支撑柱(6)的上方圆周方向安装有若干分流轨道(5),分流轨道(5)与储液腔相互连通设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分酒器,其特征在于:所述上盖(1)包括造型盖体(101),所述造型盖体(101)的中间位置一体连接有与分流柱(4)套接的圆柱套二(104),所述圆柱套二(104)的侧面为开口结构且连接有一进液管(105),所述进液管(105)与圆柱套二(104)相连通设置,并连通至储液容器。
