背景技术
电动汽车内安装有电机控制器,电机控制器由高压直流供电,并将直流高压电转换成交流高压电输出到驱动电机,电机控制器设置有防护盖,防止电机控制器主体内部的高压接线端外漏,当电机控制器需要进行检修时,需要打开防护盖,此时高压接线端将外漏,易发生触电风险。

请参照图1和图4,保护开关结构1还包括固定座12,开关本体10通过固定座12与控制器主体20连接,通过设置固定座12,并将开关本体10与固定座12连接,控制器主体20与固定座12连接,使得开关本体10与控制器主体20之间的相对位置得以固定,增加了保护开关结构1的稳定性。
具体地,固定座12包括第一固定板120和第二固定板121,第一固定板120用于与控制器主体20固定连接,第二固定板121与开关本体10固定连接。保护开关结构1还包括第一固定件13,第一固定板120开设有第一固定孔120a,第一固定件13穿过第一固定板120与所控制器主体20固定连接。保护开关结构1还包括第二固定件14,第二固定板121上开设有第二固定孔121a,开关本体10开设有与第二固定孔121a相对应的第一通孔10a,第二固定件14分别穿过第二固定孔121a和第一通孔10a以固定第二固定板121和开关本体10。第一固定板120与第二固定板121固定连接,第一固定板120固定连接控制器主体20,第二固定板121固定连接开关本体10,第一固定板120开设有第一固定孔120a,第一固定孔120a用于供第一固定件13穿过,并将第一固定板120固定连接在控制器主体20上,该第一固定件13可以是螺栓、螺钉或者是铆钉,第二固定板121开设有第二固定孔121a,开关本台开设有第一通孔10a,第一通孔10a与第二固定孔121a相对应,通过将第二固定件14分别穿过第二固定孔121a和第一通孔10a,使得第二固定板121和开关本体10固定连接,结构设置合理。
另外,保护开关结构1还包括限位件15,第二固定板121上开设有限位孔121b,开关本体10还开设有与限位孔121b相对应的第二通孔10b,限位件15分别穿过限位孔121b和第二通孔10b以固定第二固定板121和开关本体10。通过设置限位件15,将限位件15分别穿过限位孔121b和第二通孔10b,能够防止开关本体10绕第一通孔10a的位置旋转,进一步的限制了开关本体10的移动,结构设置合理。
更具体地,第一固定板120与第二固定板121相互垂直,第一固定板120和第二固定板121相互垂直,使得第一固定板120固定于控制器本体上时,第二固定板121相对第一固定板120垂直,从而使得开关本体10与第二固定板121之间的连接更为紧固。
此外,本申请还提供了一种电机控制器2,电机控制器2包括控制器主体20、防护盖以及上述的保护开关结构1,保护开关结构1收容于控制器主体20的内部,防护盖盖设在控制器主体20上。由于电机控制器2包含了上述实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有功能,在此不再一一赘述。
此外,本申请还提供了一种电动汽车,电动汽车包括上述的电机控制器2。由于电动汽车包含了上述实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有功能,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种保护开关结构,应用于电机控制器,其中,所述保护开关结构收容于所述电机控制器的控制器主体内,所述保护开关结构包括开关本体和导通弹性件,所述开关本体上设有导通触发件,所述导通弹性件和所述导通触发件分别用于与所述控制器主体电连接,所述导通弹性件包括向远离所述开关本体的方向隆起的弯曲部;在所述电机控制器的防护盖盖压至所述控制器主体的情况下,所述防护盖与所述弯曲部抵接,以使所述导通弹性件与所述导通触发件接触;在所述防护盖离开所述控制器主体的情况下,所述导通弹性件与所述导通触发件断开连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的保护开关结构,其中,所述导通弹性件还包括支撑部,所述支撑部的一端与所述开关本体铰接,所述支撑部的另一端与所述弯曲部连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的保护开关结构,其中,所述保护开关结构还包括固定座,所述开关本体通过所述固定座与所述控制器主体连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的保护开关结构,其中,所述固定座包括第一固定板和第二固定板,所述第一固定板用于与所述控制器主体固定连接,所述第二固定板与所述开关本体固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的保护开关结构,其中,所述保护开关结构还包括第一固定件,所述第一固定板开设有第一固定孔,所述第一固定件穿过所述第一固定板与所控制器主体固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的保护开关结构,其中,所述保护开关结构还包括第二固定件,所述第二固定板上开设有第二固定孔,所述开关本体开设有与所述第二固定孔相对应的第一通孔,所述第二固定件分别穿过所述第二固定孔和所述第一通孔以固定所述第二固定板和开关本体。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的保护开关结构,其中,所述保护开关结构还包括限位件,所述第二固定板上开设有限位孔,所述开关本体还开设有与所述限位孔相对应的第二通孔,所述限位件分别穿过所述限位孔和所述第二通孔以固定所述第二固定板和开关本体。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的保护开关结构,其中,所述第一固定板与所述第二固定板相互垂直。
  9. 一种电机控制器,其中,所述电机控制器包括控制器主体、防护盖以及如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的保护开关结构,所述保护开关结构收容于所述控制器主体的内部,所述防护盖盖设在所述控制器主体上。
  10. 一种电动汽车,所述电动汽车包括如权利要求9所述的电机控制器。
