限位盘能够更好的保障转动稳定性能,配合转动盘能够与清洗设备的一侧内壁贴合进行转动,同时设置导流管,导流管能够配合循环管道保障清洁液的流通性能,同时设置有流通内管,能够在保障清洗液流通性能的同时,更好地保障喷淋流通性,喷淋支撑管能够提升喷淋的结构性能,输送支撑架的外端与工件接触,能够在提成喷淋空间的同时,保障接触输送性能。
在进一步的实施例中,所述过滤沉淀结构包括与清洗设备本体卡槽固定的第一沉淀架和第二沉淀架,以及与所述第一沉淀架和第二沉淀架卡槽固定的沉淀网。
沉淀架之间行程杂质槽,能够使得杂质沉积在沉淀架之间,便于后期直接进行杂质排放。
在进一步的实施例中,所述喷淋支撑管上设置有若干个喷淋孔。
能够提升喷淋清洗的全面性,避免工件异型时,死角不能得喷淋,提升了整体清洗结构清洗的全面性。
在进一步的实施例中,所述转动清洗结构设置有多个,多个转动清洗结构呈斜线依次分布。
依次由深至浅,能够在输送的过程中对工件进行沥水,配合风干结构进行风干,结构性能更加全面。
具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备的清洗方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1、将需要进行清洗的工件,放置在传送结构的上方,传送带将需要进行清洗的工件,传送至上下输送结构的输入端;
S2、通过上下输送结构内侧的输送台通过滑动组件在侧边支撑架内侧上下滑动,能够带动工件同时向上运动,同时转动输送轮的转动能够带动工件向清洗设备本体的输入端输送;
S3、工件进入清洗设备本体的内部进行清洗动作,通过转动清洗结构的转动,带动工件从清洗设备的输入端向输出端运动进行清洗动作,同时防护固定罩内部的喷淋结构和风干结构能够在工件经过不同区域时,分别进行清洗以及烘干动作;
S4、清洗完成的工件,通过输出端的上下输送结构,完成下料动作,下料完成后再通过传送结构进行输出动作即可。
有益效果
本发明涉及具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备及其清洗方法,由清洗设备本体、上下输送结构、传送结构、防护结构组成,分别实现对工件的输送、清洗以及清洗过程中的防护,同时通过转动清洗结构转动进行工件的输送以及喷淋清洗,提升整体的清洗全面性以及输送灵活性,解决了现有的清洗设备清洗灵活性不高,工件的输送性能不够完善的问题。

本发明的实施方式
在下文的描述中,给出了大量具体的细节以便提供对本发明更为彻底的理解。然而,对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,本发明可以无需一个或多个这些细节而得以实施。在其他的例子中,为了避免与本发明发生混淆,对于本领域公知的一些技术特征未进行描述。
申请人认为,传统的清洗设备在进行工件清洗时,多采用直接将工件放置在清洗设备内部,再通过清洗设备内部的清洗件进行清洗,这种清洗方式清洗的工件,后期的取出性能不够灵活,同时由于一次性投入工件过多,会造成清洗性能不够全面。
为此,申请人设计具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备及其清洗方法,由传送结构和上下输送结构实现工件的输送以及上下料,同时清洗设备本体内部的转动清洗结构进行传送,避免直接将工件统一放置在清洗设备内部集中清洗,在输送过程中进行清洗,提升清洗效率,无需手动进行上下料。
本发明涉及的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,在实际应用中,如图1至图5所示,具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备包括清洗设备本体1、上下输送结构2、传送结构3、防护结构5四部分,其中清洗设备本体1包括清洗腔101、支撑架102、抽吸循环管道103、抽吸泵104、控制器105、转动导向轮106、过滤沉淀结构107、排水管道108、排污管道109和转动清洗结构4,清洗设备本体1的外侧安装有支撑架102,支撑架102设置有多个,清洗设备本体1的内部安装有转动清洗结构4,转动清洗结构4设置有若干个,且若干个转动清洗结构4沿斜度依次分布,转动清洗结构4与清洗设备本体1转动连接,清洗设备本体1前端的一侧安装有控制器105,清洗设备本体1的外侧安装有抽吸循环管道103,且抽吸循环管道103的两端分别与清洗设备本体1和转动清洗结构4密封连接,抽吸循环管道103的外侧安装有抽吸泵104,抽吸泵104能够保障清洗液在抽吸循环管道103内部流通性能,能够将清洗液导入转动清洗结构4的内部,在清洗设备本体1上端的两侧均安装有转动导向轮106,转动导向轮106与清洗设备本体1转动连接,清洗设备本体1内部的下方安装有过滤沉淀结构107,与过滤沉淀结构107位置相对清洗设备本体1的外侧安装有排污管道109,能够直接通过排污管道进行排污,清洗设备本体1下方的两侧安装有排水管道108,清洗液的更换性能更加灵活。
本发明涉及的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,在实际应用中,如图2所示,防护结构5包括防护固定罩501、安装固定座502、喷淋结构503和风干结构504,防护固定罩501下端的两侧均安装有安装固定座502,安装固定座502与防护固定罩501为一体结构,安装固定座502的下端面与清洗设备本体1的上端面贴合进行固定,防护固定罩501上方的一侧安装有喷淋结构503,喷淋结构503另一侧安装有风干结构504,喷淋结构503和风干结构504能够根据需要对工件进行喷淋以及风干处理。
本发明涉及的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,在实际应用中,如图1至图4所示,转动清洗结构4包括侧边限位盘401、配合转动盘402、喷淋支撑管403、输送支撑架404、导流管405和流通内管406,限位盘401设置有两个,两个限位盘分别与电机的输出轴传动连接以及与清洗设备本体1转动连接,侧边限位盘401一端外侧安装有配合转动盘402,配合转动盘402与清洗设备本体1和限位盘401均转动连接,能够保障转动清洗结构4整体传动的同时,不影响与管道的连接性能,两个侧边限位盘401之间安装有喷淋支撑管403,喷淋支撑管403的外侧设置有输送支撑架404,通过输送支撑架404对工件进行支撑,能够避免工件与喷淋支撑管403直接接触摩擦力过小达不到输送的效果,配合转动盘402的内侧安装有导流管405,导流管405与抽吸循环管道103的一端密封连接保障导流性能,同时外侧的配合转动盘402进行转动,能够在导流管405固定的情况下保障转动灵活性,喷淋支撑管403的内部安装有流通内管406,能够保障内部结构强度,同时进行液体导流。
本发明涉及的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,在实际应用中,如图1所示,上下输送结构2包括侧边支撑架201、滑动组件202、输送台203和转动输送轮204,侧边支撑架201的内侧安装有滑动组件202,滑动组件202的内侧安装有输送台203,输送台203通过滑动组件202与侧边支撑架201上下滑动,输送台203上设置有输送轮204,输送轮204设置有若干个,若干个输送轮204呈矩形阵列分布,单个输送轮204均具有传动性能,能够在输送异形件时更好地进行接触传动。
本发明涉及的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,在实际应用中,如图1所示,传送结构3包括传动支架301和传送带302,传动支架301的内部安装有传送带302。
优选地,为了提升工件上端面的清洗性能,喷淋结构503的内部安装有喷淋连接管道503a和喷淋头503b,喷淋连接管道503a和喷淋头503b之间连接角度可调,可以根据实际需要对喷淋角度进行调节,提升清洗性能。
优选的,为了避免清洗后工件输送滴水,风干结构504的内部安装有风干机504a和进风滤网架504b,风干机504a的上端安装有进风滤网架504b,同时风干机504a的输出端与工件上端面对齐,能够更好对工件进行风干。
优选地,为了提升转动清洗结构4内部喷淋支撑管403的喷淋结构性能,喷淋支撑管403的外侧设置有多个喷淋孔403a,同时流通内管406上设置有固定槽406a,能够在清洗液流经导流管405进入流通内管406后,通过固定槽406a和喷淋孔403a喷出,与工件外表面接触进行清洗。
优选的,为了提升清洗液的循环喷淋性能,过滤沉淀结构107包括第一沉淀架107a和第二沉淀架107b,第一沉淀架107a和第二沉淀架107b的内侧分别安装有初级沉淀网107c1和细密沉淀网107c2,杂质在清洗设备本体1的内部下沉,经过初级沉淀网107c1落在细密沉淀网107c2的上方,细密沉淀网107c2的密度大于初级沉淀网107c1的密度,避免下沉至下端循环管道抽吸杂质进行喷淋,提升了后期排污的灵活性。
在上述具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备的基础之上,本发明提出具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备的清洗,具体步骤如下:
首先,人工把需要进行清洗的工件依次放置在传送带302的上方,进行输送,传送带302的长度可以根据实际情况进行调节增加,在传送带302进行工件输送输送台203的同时,将输送台203的高度调节至与传送带302的上端面水平,便于工件直接运动至输送台203的上方。
接着,通过输送台203上安装的若干个转动输送轮204转动进行输送,转动输送轮204自主传动,能够避免与工件接触不充分造成空转,影响输送性能,当多个工件依次从输送台203的一端输送至另一端与清洗设备本体1输入端位置相对时,通过滑动组件202的工作,输送台203整体向上运动,输送台203与清洗设备本体1的上端面水平即可在,转动输送轮204开始转动,工件匀速向清洗设备本体1内部运动。
随后,转动导向轮106能够在工件进入清洗设备本体1时,起到一定的输送缓冲性能,工件运动至第一个转动清洗结构4上方,通过电机驱动转动清洗结构4转动,转动清洗结构4的一端与电机传动连接,转动清洗结构4的另一端与清洗设备本体1内壁通过配合转动盘402转动连接,在输送过程中进行喷淋清洗,抽吸泵104开始工作,清洁液通过抽吸循环管道103由下端流经抽吸循环管道103进入导流管405以及流通内管406内部,通过抽吸泵104工作产生的压力,清洗液通过固定槽406a和喷淋孔403a喷出,能够在工件输送的同时,进行喷淋清洗,同时防护结构5上端安装的喷淋连接管道503a和喷淋头503b能够在工件运动的同时,对工件上端面进行喷淋清洗,通过多个转动清洗结构4匀速运动,工件从输入端向输出端运动,同时运动至最后两个转动清洗结构4时,停止喷淋,进行风干处理,转动清洗结构4的高度不与清洗液接触,能够使得工件上残留的水份滴落,同时风干机504a开始工作进行风干,工件持续输送至另一侧转动导向轮106,在进入输出端的上下输送结构2上方。
然后,通过输送台203上安装的若干个转动输送轮204转动进行输送,清洗好的工件从输入端向输出端运动,在通过向下运动至与传送带302水平,进入传送带302上方,进行输出即可。
最后,重复以上动作即可
如上所述,尽管参照特定的优选实施例已经表示和表述了本发明,但其不得解释为对本发明自身的限制。在不脱离所附权利要求定义的本发明的精神和范围前提下,可对其在形式上和细节上做出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,其特征是包括:
    清洗设备本体,安装在所述清洗设备本体外部两侧、用以进行输入输出工件的上下输送结构,安装在所述上下输送结构外侧、用以配合其进行工件输送的传送结构,以及与所述清洗设备本体通过螺接、用以进行清洗防护的防护结构;
    其中,防护结构包括防护固定罩,与所述防护固定罩一体成型、用于与清洗设备本体上端面贴合固定的安装固定座,与所述防护固定罩螺接、用以对工件上端进行喷淋的喷淋结构,以及与所述喷淋结构位置相对、用以对工件上端面进行风干的风干结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述清洗设备本体包括设置在内侧、用以保障清洗空间的清洗腔,设置在清洗腔下端、用以进行清洗液沉积的沉淀腔,与所述清洗设备本体螺接、设置有多组用于支撑的支撑架,与所述清洗设备本体转动连接、用以进行工件输送的转动清洗结构,以及与所述清洗设备本体螺接,用以控制转动清洗结构转动频率的控制器,与所述清洗设备本体转动连接、用于工件输入输出时提供缓冲输送的转动导向轮,与所述清洗设备本体通过卡槽连接、用以对清洗液进行沉积过滤的过滤沉淀结构,与所述清洗设备本体固定、用以排水的排污管道,以及与所述清洗设备本体固定密封连接、用以排水的排水管道。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述上下输送结构包括侧边支撑架,与所述侧边支撑架螺接,用以提供滑动力的滑动组件,与所述滑动组件固定,用以上下滑动进行工件上下输送的输送台,以及设置有多组、与所述输送台转动连接的转动输送轮。
  4. 根据权利要求1的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述喷淋结构包括设置有两个、用以清洗液导流的喷淋连接管道,以及位于防护固定罩内侧、与喷淋连接管道密封连接的喷淋头。
  5. 根据权利要求1的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述风干结构包括风干机,以及与所述风干机卡槽固定,用以防尘的进风滤网架。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述转动清洗结构包括与所述清洗设备本体两侧内壁贴合的侧边限位盘,与所述侧边限位盘转动连接、用以与清洗设备本体内壁贴合转动的配合转动盘,嵌入两个所述侧边限位盘内侧的喷淋支撑管,与所述喷淋支撑管固定、均匀分布多组的输送支撑架,与所述配合转动盘转动连接、并且与清洗设备本体外侧的管道密封连接的导流管,以及嵌入所述导流管内部、用以喷淋导流的流通内管。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述过滤沉淀结构包括与清洗设备本体卡槽固定的第一沉淀架和第二沉淀架,以及与所述第一沉淀架和第二沉淀架卡槽固定的沉淀网。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述喷淋支撑管上设置有若干个喷淋孔。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备,其特征在于:所述转动清洗结构设置有多个,多个转动清洗结构呈斜线依次分布。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的具有自动上下料结构的清洗设备的清洗方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    S1、将需要进行清洗的工件,放置在传送结构的上方,传送带将需要进行清洗的工件,传送至上下输送结构的输入端;
    S2、通过上下输送结构内侧的输送台通过滑动组件在侧边支撑架内侧上下滑动,能够带动工件同时向上运动,同时转动输送轮的转动能够带动工件向清洗设备本体的输入端输送;
    S3、工件进入清洗设备本体的内部进行清洗动作,通过转动清洗结构的转动,带动工件从清洗设备的输入端向输出端运动进行清洗动作,同时防护固定罩内部的喷淋结构和风干结构能够在工件经过不同区域时,分别进行清洗以及烘干动作;
    S4、清洗完成的工件,通过输出端的上下输送结构,完成下料动作,下料完成后再通过传送结构进行输出动作即可。
