以上説明したように、第1の態様に係る工具システム(1)は、締付部(24)と、センサ部(27)と、記憶部(35)と、判定部(34;34a)と、を備える。締付部(24)は、モータ(243)からの動力により先端工具(ソケット242)を回転駆動させて締結部品(X1)を締め付ける。センサ部(27)は、締付部(24)による締結部品(X1)の締付動作時における物理量を検知する。記憶部(35)は、基準情報を記憶する。基準情報は、種別が互いに異なる複数の特徴量であって締付部(24)における寿命に関する判定の基準となる複数の基準特徴量の基準相関関係に基づいて設定されている。判定部(34;34a)は、基準情報と、実測相関関係と、に基づいて、締付部(24)における寿命に関する判定を行う。実測相関関係は、複数の基準特徴量のそれぞれの種別に応じた複数の特徴量であってセンサ部(27)によって検知される物理量に基づく複数の実測特徴量の相関関係である。

Claims (12)
- モータからの動力により先端工具を回転駆動させて締結部品を締め付ける締付部と、
前記締付部による前記締結部品の締付動作時における物理量を検知するセンサ部と、
種別が互いに異なる複数の特徴量であって前記締付部における寿命に関する判定の基準となる複数の基準特徴量の基準相関関係に基づいて設定されている基準情報を、記憶する記憶部と、
前記基準情報と、前記複数の基準特徴量のそれぞれの前記種別に応じた複数の特徴量であって前記センサ部によって検知される前記物理量に基づく複数の実測特徴量の実測相関関係と、に基づいて、前記締付部における寿命に関する判定を行う判定部と、
を備える、
工具システム。 - 前記締付部は、手持ちで使用される工具に設けられている、

請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の工具システム。 - 前記設定部は、前記締付部が複数の前記締結部品を正常に締め付けた複数の前記締付動作時に前記センサ部によって検知される複数の前記物理量から、複数の前記基準相関関係を抽出し、抽出した前記複数の基準相関関係に基づいて、前記基準情報を設定する、

前記複数の締付部のそれぞれと一対一に対応する前記センサ部を複数備え、
前記設定部は、前記複数の締付部が複数の前記締結部品を正常に締め付けた複数の前記締付動作時に前記複数のセンサ部によってそれぞれ検知される複数の前記物理量から前記複数の基準相関関係を抽出し、抽出した前記複数の基準相関関係に基づいて、前記基準情報を設定する、

種別が互いに異なる複数の特徴量であって前記締付部における寿命に関する判定の基準となる複数の基準特徴量の基準相関関係に基づいて設定されている基準情報を、記憶する記憶部と、
前記基準情報と、前記複数の基準特徴量のそれぞれの前記種別に応じた複数の特徴量であって前記取得部によって取得される前記物理量に基づく複数の実測特徴量の実測相関関係と、に基づいて、前記締付部における寿命に関する判定を行う判定部と、
を備える、
