Description

一种邮件管理方法及电子设备
本申请要求于2021年6月11日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202110654171.6、发明名称为“一种邮件管理方法及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种邮件管理方法及电子设备。
背景技术
电子邮件(简称为邮件)是一种用电子手段提供信息交换的通信方式,是互联网应用很广的服务。通过电子邮件,用户能与世界上任何一个角落的另一个用户联络。在日常工作和业务往来过程中,用户(如,称为发布者)所发出的邮件,往往会要求邮件的接收者及时处理并回复。也需要用户定期核对已发出的第一邮件的回复情况,并对未处理的接收者进行催办。
然而,用户的邮箱每天都可能收到大量其他邮件。用户如果通过一一核对接收邮件的方式确认接收者是否完成对第一邮件的回复,势必导致人机交互效率较低,智能化程度较低。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种邮件管理方法及电子设备,通过自动统计并展示第一邮件的回复状态,从而,无需人工对接收到的邮件一一核对,提高人机交互效率和邮件数据的智能化程度。
为达到上述目的,本申请实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种邮件管理方法,所述方法还包括:电子设备向邮件接收设备发送第一邮件;所述第一邮件为配置有时限信息的邮件,所述时限信息用于指示所述邮件接收设备对所述第一邮件进行办理提醒;所述电子设备接收来自所述邮件接收设备对所述第一邮件的回复邮件;所述电子设备统计所述第一邮件对应的回复状态;所述电子设备在邮件应用的任务管理界面,显示所述第一邮件对应的回复状态,其中,所述回复状态包括所述第一邮件对应的至少一封回复邮件的回复状态。
在上述实施例中,电子设备在将第一邮件发出后,不仅可实时统计回复邮件,还可在邮件应用的任务管理界面中展示该回复状态。如此,对于配有时限信息的第一邮件,也即需催促接收者及时办理的邮件,用户无需从接收到的海量邮件中,核对是否有第一邮件的回复邮件。也无需人工统计第一邮件所对应的办理情况。从而,提升人机交互效率。
结合第一方面,在一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
所述电子设备接收邮件,从所述邮件的邮件头中解析出所述邮件的回复链;
确认所述回复链指示的源邮件为所述第一邮件,确定所述邮件为针对所述第一邮件的回复邮件。

下面将结合附图对本实施例的实施方式进行详细描述。
图1为本申请实施例提供的一种系统架构示意图,包括两个电子设备,分别为第一设备、第二设备,还包括一个或多个服务器。其中,第一设备和第二设备可以安装邮件应用(application,APP)。第一设备和第二设备可以通过邮件APP从对应的服务器获取邮件服务。例如,第一设备和第二设备通过邮件APP登录用户的邮箱,再经由登录邮箱所对应的服务器(后续简称为:对应的服务器),实现邮件的收发。
可以理解地,在邮件的收发过程中,第一设备和第二设备可以承担不同角色。比如,第一设备可以是邮件发送端,也即承担邮件发送的角色;第二设备可以是邮件接收端,也即承担邮件接收的角色。如此,第一设备可以通过对应的服务器向第二设备发送邮件。第二设备也可以通过对应的服务器接收第一设备发出的邮件。
再比如,第一设备可以是邮件接收端,第二设备可以是邮件发送端。如此,第二设备可以通过对应的服务器向第一设备发送邮件。同时,第一设备也可以通过对应的服务器接收第二设备发出的邮件。
示例性的,本申请实施例中的电子设备(例如,第一设备或第二设备)可以是手机、平板电脑、台式机(桌面型电脑)、手持计算机、笔记本电脑(膝上型电脑)、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)\虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备等可以安装上述邮件应用的设备,本申请实施例对电子设备的具体形态不作特殊限制。
其中,电子设备的操作系统可以是安卓(Android)、鸿蒙系统、IOS系统或者其他操作系统,本申请实施例对电子设备的操作系统类型不做限定。
本申请实施例中以图2所示的第一设备或第二设备是电子设备200(如手机)为例,对本申请实施例提供的电子设备的结构进行举例说明。如图2所示,电子设备200(如手机)可以包括:处理器210,外部存储器接口220,内部存储器221,通用串行总线(universal serial bus,USB)接口230,充电管理模块240,电源管理模块241,电池242,天线1,天线2,移动通信模块250,无线通信模块260,音频模块270,扬声器270A,受话器270B,麦克风270C,耳机接口270D,传感器模块280,按键290,马达291,指示器292,摄像头293,显示屏294,以及用户标识模块(subscriber identification module,SIM)卡接口295等。
其中,上述传感器模块280可以包括压力传感器,陀螺仪传感器,气压传感器,磁传感器,加速度传感器,距离传感器,接近光传感器,指纹传感器,温度传感器,触摸传感器,环境光传感器和骨传导传感器等传感器。
可以理解的是,本实施例示意的结构并不构成对电子设备200的具体限定。在另一些实施例中,电子设备200可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。
处理器210可以包括一个或多个处理单元,例如:处理器210可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP),调制解调处理器,图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU),图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP),控制器,存储器,视频编解码器,数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),基带处理器,和/或神经网络处理器(neural-network processing unit,NPU)等。其中,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器中。
控制器可以是电子设备200的神经中枢和指挥中心。控制器可以根据指令操作码和时序信号,产生操作控制信号,完成取指令和执行指令的控制。
处理器210中还可以设置存储器,用于存储指令和数据。在一些实施例中,处理器210中的存储器为高速缓冲存储器。该存储器可以保存处理器210刚用过或循环使用的指令或数据。如果处理器210需要再次使用该指令或数据,可从所述存储器中直接调用。避免了重复存取,减少了处理器210的等待时间,因而提高了系统的效率。
在一些实施例中,处理器210可以包括一个或多个接口。接口可以包括集成电路(inter-integrated circuit,I2C)接口,集成电路内置音频(inter-integrated circuit sound,I2S)接口,脉冲编码调制(pulse code modulation,PCM)接口,通用异步收发传输器(universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter,UART)接口,移动产业处理器接口(mobile industry processor interface,MIPI),通用输入输出(general-purpose input/output,GPIO)接口,用户标识模块(subscriber identity module,SIM)接口,和/或通用串行总线(universal serial bus,USB)接口等。
可以理解的是,本实施例示意的各模块间的接口连接关系,只是示意性说明,并不构成对电子设备200的结构限定。在另一些实施例中,电子设备200也可以采用上述实施例中不同的接口连接方式,或多种接口连接方式的组合。
充电管理模块240用于从充电器接收充电输入。其中,充电器可以是无线充电器,也可以是有线充电器。充电管理模块240为电池242充电的同时,还可以通过电源管理模块241为电子设备供电。
电源管理模块241用于连接电池242,充电管理模块240与处理器210。电源管理模块241接收电池242和/或充电管理模块240的输入,为处理器210,内部存储器221,外部存储器,显示屏294,摄像头293,和无线通信模块260等供电。在一些实施例中,电源管理模块241和充电管理模块240也可以设置于同一个器件中。
电子设备200的无线通信功能可以通过天线1,天线2,移动通信模块250,无线通信模块260,调制解调处理器以及基带处理器等实现。在一些实施例中,电子设备200的天线1和移动通信模块250耦合,天线2和无线通信模块260耦合,使得电子设备200可以通过无线通信技术与网络以及其他设备通信。
天线1和天线2用于发射和接收电磁波信号。电子设备200中的每个天线可用于覆盖单个或多个通信频带。不同的天线还可以复用,以提高天线的利用率。例如:可 以将天线1复用为无线局域网的分集天线。在另外一些实施例中,天线可以和调谐开关结合使用。
移动通信模块250可以提供应用在电子设备200上的包括2G/3G/4G/5G等无线通信的解决方案。移动通信模块250可以包括至少一个滤波器,开关,功率放大器,低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)等。移动通信模块250可以由天线1接收电磁波,并对接收的电磁波进行滤波,放大等处理,传送至调制解调处理器进行解调。
移动通信模块250还可以对经调制解调处理器调制后的信号放大,经天线1转为电磁波辐射出去。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块250的至少部分功能模块可以被设置于处理器210中。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块250的至少部分功能模块可以与处理器210的至少部分模块被设置在同一个器件中。
无线通信模块260可以提供应用在电子设备200上的包括WLAN(如(wireless fidelity,Wi-Fi)网络),蓝牙(bluetooth,BT),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),调频(frequency modulation,FM),近距离无线通信技术(near field communication,NFC),红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的解决方案。
无线通信模块260可以是集成至少一个通信处理模块的一个或多个器件。无线通信模块260经由天线2接收电磁波,将电磁波信号调频以及滤波处理,将处理后的信号发送到处理器210。无线通信模块260还可以从处理器210接收待发送的信号,对其进行调频,放大,经天线2转为电磁波辐射出去。
电子设备200通过GPU,显示屏294,以及应用处理器等实现显示功能。GPU为图像处理的微处理器,连接显示屏294和应用处理器。GPU用于执行数学和几何计算,用于图形渲染。处理器210可包括一个或多个GPU,其执行程序指令以生成或改变显示信息。
显示屏294用于显示图像,视频等。该显示屏294包括显示面板。
电子设备200可以通过ISP,摄像头293,视频编解码器,GPU,显示屏294以及应用处理器等实现拍摄功能。ISP用于处理摄像头293反馈的数据。摄像头293用于捕获静态图像或视频。在一些实施例中,电子设备200可以包括1个或N个摄像头293,N为大于1的正整数。
外部存储器接口220可以用于连接外部存储卡,例如Micro SD卡,实现扩展电子设备200的存储能力。外部存储卡通过外部存储器接口220与处理器210通信,实现数据存储功能。例如将音乐,视频等文件保存在外部存储卡中。
内部存储器221可以用于存储计算机可执行程序代码,所述可执行程序代码包括指令。处理器210通过运行存储在内部存储器221的指令,从而执行电子设备200的各种功能应用以及数据处理。例如,在本申请实施例中,处理器210可以通过执行存储在内部存储器221中的指令,内部存储器221可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区。
其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统,至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能,图像播放功能等)等。存储数据区可存储电子设备200使用过程中所创建的数据(比如音频数据,电话本等)等。此外,内部存储器221可以包括高速随机存取 存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件,闪存器件,通用闪存存储器(universal flash storage,UFS)等。
电子设备200可以通过音频模块270,扬声器270A,受话器270B,麦克风270C,耳机接口270D,以及应用处理器等实现音频功能。例如音乐播放,录音等。
按键290包括开机键,音量键等。按键290可以是机械按键。也可以是触摸式按键。马达291可以产生振动提示。马达291可以用于来电振动提示,也可以用于触摸振动反馈。指示器292可以是指示灯,可以用于指示充电状态,电量变化,也可以用于指示消息,未接来电,通知等。SIM卡接口295用于连接SIM卡。SIM卡可以通过插入SIM卡接口295,或从SIM卡接口295拔出,实现和电子设备200的接触和分离。电子设备200可以支持1个或N个SIM卡接口,N为大于1的正整数。SIM卡接口295可以支持Nano SIM卡,Micro SIM卡,SIM卡等。
为了下述各实施例的描述清楚简洁,首先给出相关概念或技术的简要介绍:
在日常工作和业务往来过程中,邮件常用于进行任务事项的发布、事务的排查、事件的通知等。其中,用于任务事项的发布或事务的排查的邮件,往往会需要接收者在办理相关事项后回复邮件。比如,发布者通过邮件向接收者发布任务事项,那么需要接收者处理完任务事项后,将任务事项的处理结果通过邮件的形式反馈给发布者。
为了方便描述,将所有需要接收者办理并回复的邮件称为第一邮件。
然而,接收者的邮箱,也即第一邮件的接收邮箱,每天会接收大量的其他邮件。显然,第一邮件在接收邮箱中的显示位置会被新邮件替代。这也意味着,如果接收者没有立即处理并回复第一邮件,那么就可能出现第一邮件被接收者忽略的情况。
针对上述问题,本申请实施例提供一种邮件管理方法。发布者的邮箱(也即,发布邮箱)通过向接收邮箱发送携带时限信息的第一邮件,此外,接收邮箱根据第一邮件中携带的时限信息提醒接收者及时处理第一邮件。避免接收者遗忘对第一邮件的处理,提高人机交互效率和邮件智能化程度。
为了便于理解,以下结合附图对本申请实施例提供的方法的实现过程进行举例介绍。此外,在举例中,第一设备是第一邮件的发送端,第二设备是第一邮件的接收端。其中,第二设备登陆了第一邮件的接收邮箱,又可称为邮件接收设备。
以用户通过第一设备(如,手机1)创建和发布第一邮件进行举例。在举例中,第一设备为第一邮件的邮件发送端,可创建第一邮件,并向第二设备发送。
在手机1启动邮件APP后,手机1可以显示如图3中的(a)所示的界面,也即用户A的邮箱界面304(又称为邮件应用的第一界面)。其中,邮箱界面304包括用户A的邮箱接收到的不同邮件,各邮件根据时间顺序排列。
示例性地,如图3中的(a)所示,用户A的邮箱收到了主题为活动照片请查收的邮件(简称:邮件1)、主题为3月考勤表的邮件(简称邮件2)和主题为事务A排查的邮件(简称邮件3)。其中,邮件1的发出时间最近,邮件2的发出时间早于邮件1但是晚于邮件3。故,邮件1在邮箱界面304中置顶显示,邮件2和邮件3显示于其后。
除此之外,邮箱界面304还包括用于创建新邮件的控件,比如,图3中的(a)示出的控件301。
示例性地,在手机1接收到用户对控件301的操作,如点击操作后,可显示如图3中的(b)所示的邮件编辑界面。
其中,上述邮件编辑界面中包括用于配置接收邮箱的输入栏,如,图3中的(b)示出的收件人的输入框302。
在一些实施例中,用户可以在收件人的输入框302中输入邮箱地址,如此,手机1可获取到用户输入的邮箱地址,并在收件人的输入框302处可以显示用户输入的邮箱地址或邮箱地址所对应的邮箱名称。可理解地,无论是邮箱地址,还是邮箱地址所对应的邮箱名称都指代同一个邮箱。
此外,接收人的输入框302中还可以包括用于查找邮箱通讯录的控件,如图3中的(b)示出的控件3021。在手机1接收到用户对控件3021的点击操作后,可显示邮箱通信录界面。其中,邮箱通信录界面包括多个邮箱地址和与各邮箱地址对应的邮箱名称。用户可在邮箱通讯录界面中选择邮箱地址,手机1根据用户在邮箱通讯录界面中的选择操作,可获取被用户选择的邮箱地址。并在收件人的输入框302中显示邮箱地址所对应的邮箱名称。
在创建第一邮件的情况下,用户在收件人的输入框302配置的邮箱是第一邮件的接收邮箱,同时,也是需要实际处理并回复第一邮件的邮箱。
例如,创建主题为“请完成任务事项B”的第一邮件(简称邮件4)时,手机1接收到用户在收件人的输入框302输入的用户B和用户C的邮箱地址,在收件人的输入框302显示用户B和用户C的邮箱名称。在此场景下,用户B和用户C的邮箱是需要实际处理并回复邮件4的邮箱。
此外,邮件编辑界面中还有“密送/抄送,发件人”输入栏、“主题”输入栏以及“邮件正文”编辑区。上述“密送/抄送,发件人”输入栏、“主题”输入栏及“邮件正文”编辑区的功能和实现均可参考相关技术,在此不再赘述。
另外,本申请实施例中,邮件编辑界面中还包括用于配置时限信息的功能入口,比如,提醒栏303。如此,手机1可以根据用户对提醒栏303的操作,为正在编辑的第一邮件配置时限信息。
上述时限信息可以包括:提醒周期、最终期限及提醒时间点等中的一项或多项。上述时限信息可以指示第一邮件的办理期限。
其中,上述提醒周期为指示相邻两次提醒之间的时间间隔参数,用于实现循环提醒。上述最终期限是要求接收邮箱(比如,用户B和用户C的邮箱)处理并回复第一邮件的最后时限。上述提醒时间点是单次提醒处理第一邮件的时间。提醒时间点在接收邮箱未处理并回复第一邮件的情况下有效。
比如,在邮件4配置的提醒时间点为4月30日上午10点25分的情况下,如果时间达到4月30日上午10点25分,用户C的邮箱没有回复邮件4,那么在提醒时间点的指示下,用户C的邮箱会自动进行提醒。再比如,如果4月30日上午10点25分之前用户B的邮箱已经回复邮件4,那么用户B的邮箱不进行提醒。
示例性地,提醒栏303包括用于设置时限信息的控件,比如,图3中的(b)所示的提醒配置304。用户可以通过操作“提醒配置”控件,为正在编辑的第一邮件(比如,邮件4)设置时限信息。如此,手机1可以根据用户对提醒配置304的操作,为 正在编辑的第一邮件配置时限信息。
比如,手机1接收到用户对提醒配置304的点击操作后,可显示用于输入时限信息的输入框。如此,用户可以在输入框中输入时限信息,如通过虚拟键盘在输入框中输入时限信息。这样,手机1可获得用户所输入的时限信息。
另外,在其他示例中,还可以通过提醒栏303中不同的控件,配置不同类型的时限信息。
示例性地,提醒栏303中包括用于设置提醒周期的控件(又称为第一控件),比如,图4中(a)所示的周期配置401。如此,用户操作周期配置401可设置提醒周期。这样,手机1可以根据用户对周期配置401的操作,给正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒周期。
在一种可能的实现中,在手机1接收到用户对周期配置401的操作,如点击操作后,如图4中的(b)所示,可显示第一选择框402。上述第一选择框402中包括多个可选的周期参数(又称为用于表征周期的配置项)。如此,手机1可以根据用户对周期参数的选择操作,如点击操作,为正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒周期。
例如,第一选择框402中可以包括“无”、“10分钟”、“1小时”、“1天”、“1周”等可选的周期参数。以用户点击“无”这一周期参数为例,手机1接收到对“无”这一周期参数的选择操作,那么表明用户指示邮件4无需周期提醒。以用户点击“1天”这一周期参数为例,手机1接收到针对“1天”这一周期参数的选择操作后,可为邮件4配置每隔一天提醒一次的提醒周期。也就意味着,接收邮箱(比如,用户B和用户C的邮箱),在接收到邮件4并识别出提醒周期后,每隔一天便会针对邮件4进行提醒,直至该接收邮箱完成对邮件4的回复。在手机1接收到针对其他周期参数的选择操作时,与上同理,在此不赘述。
又示例性地,提醒栏303包括用于设置最终期限的控件(又称为第二控件),例如,图5中(a)所示的最终期限配置501。如此,用户通过操作最终期限配置501可设置最终期限。这样,手机1可以根据用户对最终期限配置501的操作,为正在编辑的第一邮件配置最终期限。
在一种可能的实现中,在手机1接收到针对最终期限配置501的操作,如点击操作后,如图5中的(b)所示,可显示第二选择框502。第二选择框502中包括多个可选的日期和可选的时间点(也即,用于确定最终期限的配置项)。手机1根据用户在第二选择框502的操作,为正在编辑的第一邮件配置最终期限。
以用户在第二选择框502中通过滑动操作组合4月30日、上午和10点30分并点击第二选择框502中的“确定”为例,手机1可以根据用户的上述操作,将4月30日上午10点30分配置为邮件4的最终期限。
又示例性地,在上述时限信息同时包括最终期限和提醒时间点的情况下,提醒栏303包括用于设置最终期限的控件和用于设置提醒时间点的控件(又称为第三控件)。比如,如图6中的(a)所示,包括最终期限配置501和提醒时间配置601。
在一些实施例中,通过最终期限配置501配置最终期限的实现方式可以参考前述实施例,在此不再赘述。
另外,用户可操作提醒时间配置601设置提醒时间点,这样,手机1可根据用户 对提醒时间配置601的操作,可为正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒时间点。
在一种可能的实现中,在手机1接收用户对提醒时间配置601的点击操作后,可显示第三选择框。上述第三选择框中包括多个可选的时间参数(又称为用于确定提醒时间点的配置项)。如此,手机1可以根据用户对时间参数的操作,比如,点选操作,为正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒时间点。
在一些实施例中,上述时间参数可以是具体时间点,也可以是与最终期限之间的时间间隔。
在上述时间参数为具体时间点的情况下,手机1可以根据用户对时间参数的操作,直接为正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒时间点。
示例性地,第三选择框中包括的配置项可以参考图5中的(b)所示示例,在此不再详细赘述。比如,第三选择框显示的时间参数可以包括2021年4月30日10点10分、2021年4月30日10点25分等。在手机1接收到用户对2021年4月30日10点25分的点击操作时,直接将2021年4月30日10点25分配置为第一邮件的提醒时间点。
在上述时间参数为与最终期限之间的时间间隔的情况下,手机1可以根据用户对时间参数的操作,结合配置的最终期限,为正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒时间点。
比如,图6中的(b)所示,第三选择框602中可以包括“无”、“准时”、“5分钟前”、“10分钟前”、“15分钟前”等多项时间参数。以用户点选“无”这项时间参数为例,手机1接收到用户针对“无”这项时间参数的点选操作。此场景下,表明用户不为邮件4配置提醒时间点。再以用户点选“准时”这项时间参数为例,手机1接收到针对“准时”这项时间参数的点选操作,基于该点选操作可将最终期限配置为邮件4的提醒时间点。如,在最终期限为2021年4月30日10点30分的情况下,手机1接收到针对“准时”的点击操作,那么将2021年4月30日10点30分确定为提醒时间点。
再以用户点选“5分钟前”这项时间参数为例,手机1接收到用户针对“5分钟前”这项时间参数的点选操作。并基于该点选操作将最终期限之前5分钟配置为邮件4的提醒时间点。如,在最终期限为2021年4月30日10点30分的情况下,手机1接收到针对“5分钟前”的点击操作,那么将2021年4月30日10点25分确定为提醒时间点。
同理,在用户点选“10分钟前”这项时间参数时,手机1接收到针对“10分钟前”这项时间参数的点选操作。并将最终期限之前10分钟配置为邮件4的提醒时间点,如,在最终期限为2021年4月30日10点30分的情况下,手机1接收到针对“10分钟前”的点击操作,那么将2021年4月30日10点20分确定为提醒时间点。以此类推。
另外,在上述时限信息同时包括最终期限和提醒周期的情况下,提醒栏303可以包括最终期限配置501和周期配置401。在一些实施例中,通过最终期限配置501配置最终期限和通过周期配置401配置提醒周期的实现方式可以参考前述实施例,在此不再赘述。
在一些场景下,还可以通过提醒栏303中同一控件配置不同类型的时限信息。以通过图3中的(b)所示的提醒配置304设置不同类型的时限信息为例。手机1可以 根据用户对提醒配置304的不同操作,实现为正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒周期、提醒时间点或者最终期限中任意一项。比如,手机1接收到对提醒配置304的操作1,如滑动操作时,可显示图4中的(b)所示的第一选择框402,以便为正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒周期。手机1接收到对提醒配置304的操作2,如双击操作时,可显示图5中的(b)所示的第二选择框502,以便为正在编辑的第一邮件配置最终期限。手机1接收到对提醒配置304的第三操作,如长按操作时,显示图6中的(b)所示的第三选择框602。当然,手机1接收到对提醒配置304的第四操作,如点击操作时,还可以直接显示用于接收时限信息的输入框,接收用户输入的时限信息。
当然,通过不同操作切换提醒配置304的功能,仅为一种可能的实现方式。实际实现时,还可以通过第一选择窗口切换提醒配置304控件的功能。也即,手机1接收到针对提醒配置304的操作时,显示第一选择窗口。其中,第一选择窗口包括用于配置提醒周期的选项、用于配置最终期限的选项和用于配置提醒时间点的选项。手机1可以根据用户在第一选择窗口中对不同选项的选择操作,比如点击操作,来实现为正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒周期、最终期限或提醒时间点。例如,在手机1接收到用户对第一选择窗口中用于配置提醒周期的选项的操作时,显示图4中的(b)所示的第一选择框402,以便为正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒周期。在手机1接收到用户对第一选择窗口中用于配置最终期限的选项的操作时,显示图5中的(b)所示的第二选择框502,以便为正在编辑的第一邮件配置最终期限。在手机1接收到用户对第一选择窗口中用于配置提醒时间点的选项的操作时,显示图6中的(b)所示的第三选择框602,以便为正在编辑的第一邮件配置提醒时间点。
在完成时限信息的配置后,若手机1接收到邮件发送指令,将配置有时限信息的第一邮件发送到对应的接收邮箱。示例性地,手机1接收到邮件发送操作,如,接收到用户对图6中(a)所示的控件603的操作后,可将已配置时限信息的邮件4发送到用户B和用户C的邮箱。
在本申请实施例中,第一邮件发送到接收邮箱后,接收邮箱可以根据第一邮件中携带的时限信息进行自动提醒。
以第二设备(如,手机2)登录用户B的邮箱(也即,邮件4的接收邮箱)进行举例。在举例中,第二设备为第一邮件的邮件接收端,可接收第一设备发送的第一邮件。
手机2登录了用户B的邮箱后,可以显示如图7中的(a)所示的邮箱界面702。其中,邮箱界面702是常规模式下邮件APP的显示界面。
需要说明的是,第二设备所登录的邮箱又可称为当前邮箱。例如,手机2登录用户B的邮箱后,手机2所对应的当前邮箱为用户B的邮箱。
此外,上述邮箱界面702包括当前邮箱接收到的不同邮件,各邮件根据发出时间顺序排列。
示例性地,邮箱界面702中包括主题为请完成任务事项B的邮件(简称:邮件4)、主题为3月考勤表的邮件(简称:邮件2)和主题为事务A排查的邮件(简称:邮件3)。其中,邮件4的发出时间最近,邮件2的发出时间早于邮件4但是晚于邮件3。故,邮件4在邮箱界面702中置顶显示,邮件2和邮件3显示于其后。可 理解地,此后,在接收到新的邮件后,新邮件会被置顶显示,其他邮件(比如,邮件2、邮件3和邮件4)也会随之调整显示位置。如此,一旦邮件没有及时处理,就可能淹没在众多新邮件中。
在一些实施例中,手机2登录了用户B的邮箱后,还可以显示如图7中的(b)所示的邮箱界面703。邮箱界面703是邮件APP在提醒模式下的显示界面。其中,邮箱界面703也包括邮件2、邮件3和邮件4。同样,邮件2、邮件3和邮件4也是按照对应的发出时间顺序进行排序。
与邮箱界面702不同的是:手机2在邮箱界面703中显示接收到的第一邮件(如邮件3和邮件4)时,还可对应第一邮件显示提示信息1,用于提醒用户需关注该第一邮件。示例性地,上述提示信息1可以是特殊的标识,如,如图7中的(b)所示的标识701。如此,在邮箱中的众多邮件中,提醒用户关注到邮箱所接收的第一邮件。
在一些实施例中,上述提示信息1可以在邮箱界面703中一直显示。从而,区分第一邮件和其他邮件。
在另一些实施例中,可以是在用户B的邮箱未回复第一邮件的情况下,在邮箱界面703中对应该第一邮件显示提示信息1。在用户B的邮箱已回复第一邮件的情况下,在邮箱界面703中取消对应该第一邮件显示提示信息1。
换句话说,在上述实施例中,从第一邮件显示在邮箱界面703开始,可在第一邮件处对应显示提示信息1,直至手机2接收到针对第一邮件的回复操作后,取消在该第一邮件处对应显示的提示信息1。从而,准确地区分邮箱内未回复的第一邮件和其他邮件。
例如,图8中的(a)所示,用户可以在邮箱界面703点击邮件4。手机2可以接收到用户对邮件4的点击操作。作为对邮件4的点击操作的响应,手机2可显示如图8中的(b)所示的邮件4的详情界面。其中,邮件4的详情界面中包括用于回复邮件的控件,如,控件801和控件802。上述控件801用于指示创建仅回复发件人(也即,邮件4的发布邮箱)的回复邮件。上述控件802用于指示创建回复所有人(也即,邮件4的发布邮箱和邮件4中涉及的其他接收邮箱)的回复邮件。
然后,在手机2接收到用户对控件801或控件802的点击操作时,可显示邮件回复界面。在显示上述邮件回复界面期间,用户可以创建针对邮件4的回复邮件。如此,手机2可以接收到回复邮件的相关数据,如,回复邮件的收件人、发件人、主题、邮件正文等。并在手机2接收到用户对发送控件的操作后,将上述回复邮件发出。其中,上述发送控件为邮件回复界面中用于触发回复邮件发送的控件。可理解地,上述过程中,手机2所接收到的操作也即针对邮件4的回复操作。之后,手机2再次显示邮箱界面703时,邮箱界面703内可取消邮件4的提示信息1显示。
在另一些实施例中,还可以是手机2接收到用户对提示信息1的操作,如对标识701进行长按操作时,取消对应邮件4显示的提示信息1。从而,使用户可以手动确认完成回复。如此,用户通过非邮件回复的方式完成第一邮件所交代的事项后,可以自主取消提醒,避免过度提醒影响用户的使用体验。
可以理解的,取消显示第一邮件所对应的提示信息1仅是一种提示第一邮件已完 成回复的方式。在另一些实施例中,还可以是在用户的邮箱已回复第一邮件的情况下,在邮箱界面703中对应第一邮件显示提示信息2(又称为第五提示信息),以替代该第一邮件对应的提示信息1。其中,上述提示信息2是用于表征已完成回复第一邮件的标识,如图8中的(c)所示的标识803。
当然,在手机2所对应的当前邮箱未回复第一邮件的情况下,于邮箱界面703中对应该第一邮件显示提示信息1。如此,邮箱界面703中可区分哪些第一邮件需要被处理,哪些第一邮件已完成处理。
总体而言,邮件APP在提醒模式下,可以通过显示提示信息1,以及在当前邮箱回复第一邮件后,显示提示信息2(或,取消提示信息1的显示)等状态提醒方式,使用户打开邮箱界面703即可关注到需要处理的第一邮件,从而,避免用户忘记邮箱内的第一邮件。同时,也提高了邮件回复的人机交互效率。
在一些实施例中,手机2启动邮件APP时,默认启动邮件APP的提醒模式。在另一些实施例中,手机2接收到用户对邮件APP的图标的点击操作时,可显示选项窗口。其中,上述选项窗口包括表征常规模式的选项和表征提醒模式的选项。在手机2接收到用户针对表征常规模式的选项的操作,如点击操作时,启动邮件APP的常规模式。在手机2接收到用户针对表征提醒模式的选项的操作,如点击操作时,启动邮件APP的提醒模式。
当然,无论第二设备启用邮件APP的常规模式还是提醒模式,在第二设备对应的当前邮箱接收到邮件后,会识别该邮件中是否携带时限信息。在识别出携带有时限信息时,可以将该邮件确定该为第一邮件。并按照时限信息实现针对第一邮件的办理提醒,以催促用户及时办理第一邮件。其中,上述办理提醒可以是邮件APP内部的提醒,如,通过定时置顶显示、定时邮件通知、提示信息变更等之一或之间的组合形式实现的定点提醒或逾期提醒。当然,上述办理提醒还可以是其他APP的提醒,如,闹钟提醒、日历提醒。
以第二设备(也即,手机3)登录了用户C的邮箱,并识别出第一邮件进行举例。如图9中的(a)所示,手机3启动邮件APP后,登录用户C的邮箱,并显示邮箱界面902。其中,邮箱界面902中包括主题为宣传画册的邮件(简称邮件5)、邮件3和邮件4。可理解地,上述邮件3、邮件4和邮件5都是用户C的邮箱接收到的邮件。因此,在手机3登录用户C邮箱时,会将邮件3、邮件4和邮件5同步到邮箱中,并在邮箱界面902显示上述邮件3、邮件4和邮件5。
在将邮件3、邮件4和邮件5同步到邮箱的过程中,手机3通过解析邮件3、邮件4和邮件5,确定邮件3、邮件4和邮件5是否携带时限信息。其中,邮件3、邮件4携带有时限信息,邮件5未携带时限信息。故,在启动邮件APP的提醒模式下,依据从邮件4和邮件3中识别出的时限信息,在邮箱界面902中对应邮件3显示提示信息1,对应邮件4显示提示信息1。如图9中的(a)所示,在邮箱界面902中,邮件3和邮件4都对应显示有标识701。
此外,第一邮件中携带的时限信息可以包括:提醒周期、最终期限及提醒时间点等中的一项或多项。当然,在时限信息的类型不同,所实现的提醒类型也不同。
示例性地,在第一邮件携带的时限信息包括最终期限的情况下,手机3可以根据 最终期限实现针对第一邮件的逾期提醒。其中,逾期提醒用于警示用户第一邮件已过办理期限。
例如,在手机3解析出邮件4中携带的最终期限为4月30日10点30分时,如果手机3的系统时间还未达到最终期限且用户C的邮箱也没有对邮件4进行回复(如,手机3未接收到用户针对该邮件4的回复操作),那么如图9中的(a)所示,在邮箱界面902中,继续对应邮件4显示标识701。如果系统时间超过最终期限,如系统时间到达10点31分,且用户C的邮箱也没有对邮件4回复,那么在邮箱界面902中,对应邮件4显示提示信息3(又称为第二提示信息)。其中,上述提示信息3用于提醒用户第一邮件已逾越办理期限。上述提示信息3可以是提示字符,比如,文字“超期”。此外,上述提示信息3还可以是一特殊的标识,比如,图9中的(b)所示的标识901。本申请实施例中,对提示信息3的呈现形式不做具体限定。
又示例性地,在第一邮件携带的时限信息包括提醒时间点的情况下,手机3可以根据提醒时间点实现针对第一邮件的定点提醒。其中,定点提醒用于提前或及时提醒用户办理第一邮件。上述定点提醒可以包括将第一邮件置顶显示、针对第一邮件进行邮件通知和调整第一邮件对应的提示信息1的显示形态中一项或多项之间的组合。
如,可以将第一邮件置顶显示。再如,针对第一邮件进行邮件通知。又如,调整第一邮件所对应的提示信息1的显示形态等。其中,显示形态包括提示信息1的形状和动静状态。
作为一种示例,在手机3解析出邮件4中携带的提醒时间点为4月30日10点25分时,如果手机3的系统时间到达10点25分,且用户C的邮箱还未回复邮件4,那么手机3的主屏幕的邮件APP图标处可以显示提醒信息,如图10中的(a)所示的提醒气泡1001。提醒气泡1001用于向用户提醒邮箱中存在待处理的第一邮件。提醒气泡1001还可以用于向用户指示待处理的第一邮件封数。比如,提醒气泡1001中显示数字1,表示邮箱中存在一封待处理的第一邮件。之后,在手机3接收到用户对邮件APP的图标的操作,如点击操作时,如图10中的(b)所示,显示邮箱界面902。此时,所显示的邮箱界面902也包括提醒信息,如图10中的(b)所示的提醒气泡1002。实现针对邮件4的通知提醒。
作为另一种示例,在手机3的系统时间达到10点25分时,还可以将邮件4置顶显示。如图10中的(b)所示,邮件4的显示位置位于其他邮件之前。从而实现针对邮件4的置顶提醒。
作为另一种示例,在系统时间达到10点25分时,可以是将邮件4对应的提示信息1由静态的标识701变更为动态的标识701。还可以是将邮件4对应的提示信息1由标识701变更为其他图形或文字。可理解地,变更前的提示信息1又可称为第四提示信息,用于提示第一邮件是需要办理和回复的邮件。变更为动态或其他图形、文字形式的提示信息1又可称为第一提示信息,用于表示第一邮件待办。
此外,在常规模式下,接收到第一邮件时,手机3可以不对应第一邮件显示提示信息1。在手机3的系统时间达到提醒时间点时,对应第一邮件显示提示信息1。而此时,显示的提示信息1也成为第一提示信息。
可以理解地,提醒时间点指示了单次提醒的时间,而提醒周期则指示了多次提醒 的时间。示例性地,在时限信息包括提醒周期的情况下,手机3可以根据提醒周期实现针对第一邮件的定点提醒。
例如,在手机3解析出邮件4中携带的提醒周期为12小时提醒一次。那么从解析出提醒周期开始,每隔12小时进行一次提醒。提醒的实现形式可参考提醒时间点所对应的提醒形式,比如,通知提醒和/或置顶提醒。
又示例性地,在第一邮件携带的时限信息包括最终期限和提醒时间点的情况下,手机3可以在系统时间达到提醒时间点且用户C的邮箱未对第一邮件进行回复时,针对第一邮件进行通知提醒和/或置顶提醒。手机3可以在系统时间超过最终期限且用户C的邮箱未对第一邮件进行回复时,可针对第一邮件进行逾期提醒。
再示例性地,在第一邮件携带的时限信息包括最终期限和提醒周期的情况下,每一个提醒周期内,手机3可针对第一邮件进行通知提醒和/或置顶提醒,直到系统时间达到最终期限。并在系统时间超过最终期限时,针对第一邮件进行逾期提醒。
以上示例中提到的办理提醒为邮件APP内部的提醒,在本申请实施例中,针对第一邮件的办理提醒还可以其他APP实现的提醒。如此,即使手机3没有启动邮件APP,也能提醒用户办理第一邮件。
示例性地,可以由日历APP实现日历提醒。如图11中的(a)所示,手机3接收到用户针对日历APP的图标的操作,如点击操作时,显示日历界面1102。其中,日历界面1102中包括第一邮件所对应的提醒项,比如,邮件4所对应的提醒项“回复邮件<请完成任务事项B>”。除此之外,日历界面1102中还包括提醒项所对应的启动时间。其中,上述启动时间可以根据第一邮件的时限信息确定。作为一种示例,在时限信息包括提醒时间点的情况下,上述启动时间可以是提示时间点之后的一段时间。如,邮件4的提醒时间点为2021年4月30日10:25时,邮件4所对应的任务项的启动时间可以是2021年4月30日10:25至2021年4月30日10:30。
作为另一种示例,在时限信息包括提醒时间点和最终期限的情况下,上述启动时间可以是提示时间点和最终期限之间的时间段。如,邮件4的提醒时间点为2021年4月30日10:25,邮件4的最终期限为2021年4月30日10:30时,邮件4所对应的任务项的启动时间可以是2021年4月30日10:25至2021年4月30日10:30。
如此,手机3在系统时间到达2021年4月30日10:25时,先执行定点提醒。比如,在手机3的当前界面(如,主屏幕)上显示通知框。通知框用于提示用户需办理的第一邮件,如图11中的(b)所示的通知框1101。通知框1101中包括需要用户办理的内容。
之后,手机3在系统时间到达2021年4月30日10:30时,执行逾期提醒。比如,在手机3的当前界面(如,主屏幕)上显示通知框。此时,显示的通知框用于提示用户第一邮件已超期。
又示例性地,还可以由时钟APP实现闹钟提醒。例如,手机3的系统时间达到提醒时间点或者提醒周期所指示的时间,在手机3的当前界面(如,主屏幕)上显示闹钟提醒框,如图12A所示的提醒框1201。或者,在手机3的系统时间达到提醒时间点或提示周期所指示的时间时,手机3可以进行响铃、振动等类型的提醒。再或者,手机3可以显示闹钟提醒框,并进行响铃,振动的提醒,本实施例在此不做具体 限制。
此外,第二设备(如,手机2和手机3)所登录的邮箱可接收到多封具有时限信息的邮件。为了方便管理上述多封具有时限信息的邮件。第二设备可通过集中显示其对应的任务项,从而,提示用户待处理上述邮件。
可理解地,第一邮件指代所有具有时限信息的邮件。也即,第一邮件可以是设备发出的邮件,也可以是设备接收到的邮件。为了区分描述,也可以将设备接收到的第一邮件称为第二邮件。
以手机3为例,在手机3接收到用户的第一操作时,显示图12B中的(a)所示的任务处理界面1202。其中,任务处理界面1202可以包括表征接收到的第二邮件的任务项。比如,邮件4所对应的任务项1203,邮件3所对应的任务项1204。任务项之间可以按照第二邮件所对应的时间先后顺序排列。作为一种示例,上述时间先后顺序可以是第二邮件对应的发送时间先后顺序。其中,上述发送时间可以从第二邮件中解析出来。作为另一种示例,上述时间先后顺序可以是用户C的邮箱接收到第二邮件的先后顺序。在任务处理界面1202中,每一任务项处还显示有第二邮件的办理状态。比如,任务项1203处显示有邮件4的办理状态,如,显示字符“未办理”。任务项1204处显示有邮件3的办理状态,如,显示字符“未办理”。
作为一种示例,触发手机3显示任务处理界面1202的第一操作可以是:手机3接收到用户对邮箱界面902中显示的第一邮件的操作,如,双击第一邮件对应的提示信息1。
作为另一种示例,触发手机3显示任务处理界面1202的第一操作还可以是:在手机3接收到用户对邮箱界面902中显示的第一邮件的点击操作时,显示第二选择窗口。上述第二选择窗口中包括表征查看任务处理界面的选项和表征查看邮件正文的选项。在手机3接收到用户选择表征查看任务处理界面的选项时,判定为接收到用户做出的特定操作。
在另外一些实施例中,还可以是手机3的系统时间达到提醒时间点或者最终期限的情况下,弹出上述任务处理界面1202。
此外,本申请实施例中,还可以根据第一邮件的时限信息,在任务处理界面1202中实现针对第一邮件的提醒。
示例性地,在手机3的系统时间达到第一邮件所对应的提醒时间点时,在任务处理界面1202中,将第一邮件所对应的任务项置顶显示。例如,系统时间达到邮件4所对应的提醒时间点,在任务处理界面1202中,如图12B中的(b)所示,将邮件4所对应的任务项1203置顶显示。此外,还可以在任务项1203处显示提示信息4。其中,提示信息4可以是用于提示邮件4待办的标识,比如标识1205。从而,在任务处理界面1202中实现针对第一邮件的定时提醒。
又示例性地,在手机3的系统时间超过第一邮件所对应的最终期限时,在第一邮件的任务项处显示提示信息5(又称为第三提示信息)。其中,提示信息5用于提醒第一邮件已逾期的标识。例如,系统时间超过邮件4所对应的最终期限,在任务处理界面1202中,如图12B中的(c)所示,在任务项1203处显示标识1206。
另外,需要说明的是,以上办理提醒都是在用户C的邮箱未回复第一邮件的前 提下进行的。
也就是,对于第二设备而言,发出针对第一邮件的回复邮件后,第二设备不再针对该第一邮件进行办理提醒。
同时,对于第一设备而言,接收到所发出的第一邮件的回复邮件后,第一设备还可以自动统计第一邮件所对应的回复邮件。在第一邮件对应着多个接收邮箱时,无需用户核对哪些接收邮箱已回复,哪些接收邮箱未回复,提高人机交互效率。此外,第一设备还可以将已发出的每封第一邮件视为一任务项,进行管理。
以用户B的邮箱已回复邮件4,而用户C的邮箱未回复邮件4进行举例。在邮件4的发布邮箱(也即,用户A的邮箱)会收到用户B邮箱所发送的回复邮件时,如图13中的(a)所示,手机1的邮箱界面304包括用户B针对邮件4的回复邮件。邮件4属于配置了时限信息的第一邮件,因此,手机1接收到用户针对该回复邮件的操作,如点击操作时,如图13中的(b)所示,可显示第三选择窗口1301。上述第三选择窗口1301中包括任务管理和邮件正文两个选项。
以用户在第三选择窗口1301中选择任务管理举例,手机1接收到用户点击任务管理这一选项的操作,说明用户希望查看邮件4的回复情况,又可称为回复状态。其中,回复情况可以是邮件4的回复统计结果,也即,回复情况可以表征已回复邮件4的接收邮箱的数量和邮件4对应的所有接收邮箱的数量之间的关联。比如,回复情况可以以回复比例图、回复占比等统计结果的形式显示。以上用于触发显示任务管理界面的操作又可称为对任务管理选项的操作。
再以用户在第三选择窗口1301选择邮件正文举例,手机1接收到用户点击邮件正文这一选项的操作,说明用户希望查看该回复邮件的实际内容。
另外,在手机1接收到用户选择任务管理的操作时,手机1显示如图13中的(c)所示的任务管理界面(又称为邮箱的第三界面)。在手机1接收到用户选择邮件正文的操作时,手机1显示该回复邮件所对应的内容界面。
其中,任务管理界面包括用户A的邮箱发布的第一邮件所对应的任务项。任务项包括表征第一邮件的回复情况的信息,也即任务状态,如图13中的(c)所示的完成信息1302。
例如,邮件4对应着两个接收邮箱,仅一个接收邮箱回复了邮件4。故,如图13中的(c)所示,任务管理界面中,邮件4所对应的任务项1303处可显示对应的完成信息1302,如,值为1/2的回复占比和表征1/2的回复比例图等。
再例如,当前邮箱发布的主题为“排查事务C”的第一邮件(简称邮件6),对应着一个接收邮箱,该接收邮箱已回复邮件6。故,如图13中的(c)所示,任务管理界面中,邮件6所对应的任务项1304处可显示对应的完成信息1302,如,值为1/1的回复占比和表征1/1的回复比例图等。
再比如,当前邮箱发布的主题为“请处理任务事项D”的第一邮件(简称邮件7),对应着四个接收邮箱,四个接收邮箱中有三个接收邮箱已回复邮件7。故,如图13中的(c)所示,任务管理界面中,邮件7所对应的任务项1305处可显示对应的完成信息1302,如,值为3/4回复占比和表征3/4的回复比例图等。
通过任务管理界面的展示,用户可以直接快速的了解接收邮箱针对各封第一邮件 的回复情况,无需人工统计。如此,提高了人机交互效率,也更加准确。其优势在发布了多封第一邮件的情况下尤为明显。
此外,在手机1接收到针对任务项的操作,比如点击操作时,还可以展示该任务项所对应的第一邮件的回复详情。
例如,图14中的(a)所示,在接收到针对邮件4的任务项(也即,任务项1303)的点击操作后,如图14中的(b)所示,显示回复详情1401,如回复详情1401包括:用户B的邮箱已回复邮件4,而用户C的邮箱还没有邮件4的提示。一些实施例中,上述提示可以以图像符号的形式存在,也可以以字符的形式存在。如此,用户也能更加准确掌握用户B的邮箱和用户C的邮箱对邮件4的回复情况。用户无需一一核对收到关于邮件4的所有回复邮件。增强邮箱智能化的同时,提升用户的使用体验。
除了可以由用户主动查看第一邮件的回复情况,手机1还可以主动提醒用户查看已发出的第一邮件的回复情况。
作为一种实现方式,手机1可以根据创建第一邮件时配置的时限信息,提醒用户查看已发出的第一邮件的回复情况。避免已发出的第一邮件被遗忘。比如,创建邮件4时配置了时限信息,那么手机1就可以基于所配置的时限信息自动提醒,以避免用户忘记所发出的邮件4。
上述提醒查看第一邮件的回复情况的方式,可以是邮件APP内部的提醒。也可以是邮件APP之外的提醒。
下面以时限信息包括提醒时间点和最终期限为例,介绍邮件APP内部的提醒。
在系统时间达到提醒时间点的情况下,邮件APP自身可以进行定时通知。示例性地,可以在任务管理界面对第一邮件所对应的任务项进行置顶显示和/或标记需被关注等。又示例性地,还可以是在邮件应用的发件箱界面中将第一邮件置顶显示和/或标记需被关注等。
例如,以邮件4的提醒时间点为4月30日上午10点25分为例。在系统时间达到4月30日上午10点25分之后,如果手机1接收到用户打开邮件APP的操作,显示如图15中(a)所示的邮箱界面304。其中,邮箱界面304显示有提醒信息,如提醒气泡1501。提醒气泡1501用于向用户提醒邮箱中存在待办事项。此外,提醒气泡1501还可用于向用户提醒邮箱中存在的待办事项的项数。比如,提醒气泡1501中显示数字1,表示当前邮箱中存在一项待办事项。此外,邮箱界面304还包括用于切换邮箱文件夹的控件,如,控件1502。上述控件对应与邮箱界面304的收件箱图标。用户可以通过对控件1502进行操作,比如点击操作,查看提醒气泡1501所提示的待办事项。
在手机1接收到针对控件1502的点击操作后,显示如图15中的(b)所示的文件夹界面1504。其中,文件夹界面1504包括收件箱对应的选项、未读邮件所对应的选项、已发送邮件所对应的选项和任务管理所对应的选项。其中,手机1接收到用户对收件箱对应的选项的操作时,显示邮箱界面304。手机1接收到用户对未读邮件对应的选项的操作时,显示未读邮件的文件夹。手机1接收到用户对已发送邮件对应的选项的操作时,显示已发送邮件的文件夹。
任务管理所对应的选项处显示有提醒信息,如提醒气泡1503。提醒气泡1503用于提示待办事项为存在第一邮件需被关注。例如,提醒气泡1503中显示数字1,表示待办事项为一封第一邮件需被关注。
之后,手机1接收到对任务管理所对应的选项的操作,如点击操作时,如图15中的(c)所示,手机1可显示任务管理界面。以上触发显示任务管理界面的操作也可以成为任务管理选项的操作。该任务管理界面中,邮件4所对应的任务项1303被置顶,且对应邮件4显示有待办标记,如标记1505,通过该标记1505用于提示用户需要关注邮件4的回复情况。
另外,在系统时间达到提醒时间点的情况下,第一邮件所对应的接收邮箱中,存在至少一个接收邮箱没有回复该第一邮件,那么邮件APP也可以进行逾期通知提醒。
例如,邮件4的最终期限为4月30日上午10点30分。在系统时间达到4月30日上午10点31分之后,存在至少一个接收邮箱未回复邮件4,比如,用户C的邮箱未回复邮件4。如图16所示,在任务管理界面中,邮件4所对应的任务项置顶显示,且在任务项处显示表征逾期的标记,比如,显示“逾期”字符。
又示例性地,还可以在手机1的发件箱界面中将该第一邮件进行置顶显示和/或标记逾期等。
此外,在第一邮件所对应的提醒时间点达到时,在邮箱界面304中,还可以将该第一邮件的回复邮件排列在其他邮件之前。方便用户核对第一邮件的实际回复情况下。
在可能的实现方式中,还可以是由邮件APP之外的其他应用程序根据时限信息进行提醒。比如,由闹钟应用程序进行闹钟提醒。再比如,由日程应用程序进行日程提醒。如此,即使用户未进入邮件APP,也可以及时得到提醒。避免用户忽略已发出的第一邮件。具体实现与第二设备提醒的实现类似,此处不再一一赘述。
作为另一种实现方式,手机1还可以根据用户的操作,单独为第一邮件设置提示时间。然后,根据提示时间,提醒用户查看已发出的第一邮件的回复情况。
可以理解地,按照提示时间提醒用户查看第一邮件的回复情况的原理,和前述按照时限信息提醒用户查看第一邮件的回复情况的相同。
以上述提示时间包括预设提示时间点和预设的逾期提示时间点进行举例。在系统时间达到预先提示时间点的情况下,邮件APP自身可以进行通知提醒或者由其他应用程序进行提醒。在系统时间超过逾期提示时间点的情况下,第一邮件所对应的接收邮箱中,存在至少一个接收邮箱没有回复该第一邮件,那么邮件APP也可以进行逾期通知提醒。
另外,在一些实施例中,上述预先提示时间点与时限信息中的提醒时间点可以是不同的时间点。上述逾期提示时间点与时限信息中的最终时限可以是不同的时间点。
此外,电子设备(第一设备和第二设备)既可以创建和发送第一邮件,又可以接收其他设备发送的第一邮件。为了方便管理已发出的第一邮件和已接收的第一邮件,在一些实施例中,可以通过不同的界面分别显示已收到的第一邮件所对应的任务项和已发出的第一邮件所对应的任务项。如,通过图12B所示的任务处理界面1202显示 已收到的第一邮件所对应的任务项,通过图13中的(c)所示出的任务管理界面显示已发出的第一邮件所对应的任务项。
在另一些实施例中,还可以通过同一界面显示已收到的第一邮件所对应的任务项和已发出的第一邮件所对应的任务项。以手机1为例,如图17所示,任务管理界面1701中的任务项列表可以划分为两个子项,分别为“已分配任务”子项和“已接收任务”子项。可以将用户A的邮箱发出去的所有第一邮件所对应的任务项显示在“已分配任务”子项下。还可以将用户A的邮箱接收到的所有第一邮件所对应的任务项显示在“已接收任务”子项下。
上述第一设备和第二设备的软件系统均可以采用分层架构,事件驱动架构,微核架构,微服务架构,或云架构。本申请实施例以分层架构的Android系统为例,示例性说明第一设备和第二设备的软件结构。
分层架构将软件分成若干个层,每一层都有清晰的角色和分工。层与层之间通过接口通信。在一些实施例中,将Android系统分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序层,应用程序框架层,Android runtime和系统库,以及内核层。
应用程序层可以包括一系列应用程序包。如,可以包括邮件,相机,图库,日历,通话,地图,导航,WLAN,蓝牙,音乐,视频,短信息等应用程序。
应用程序框架层为应用程序层的应用程序提供应用编程接口(application programming interface,API)和编程框架。应用程序框架层包括一些预先定义的函数。
应用程序框架层可以包括视图系统、通知管理器,Http请求,同步管理器,账号管理器,设备管理器等,本申请实施例对此不做任何限制。
上述视图系统可用于构建应用程序的显示界面。每个显示界面可以由一个或多个控件组成。一般而言,控件可以包括图标、按钮、菜单、选项卡、文本框、对话框、状态栏、导航栏、微件(Widget)等界面元素。
上述通知管理器(Notifcation Manager)使应用程序可以在状态栏中显示通知信息,可以用于传达告知类型的消息,可以短暂停留后自动消失,无需用户交互。比如通知管理器被用于告知下载完成,消息提醒等。通知管理器还可以是以图表或者滚动条文本形式出现在系统顶部状态栏的通知,例如后台运行的应用程序的通知,还可以是以对话窗口形式出现在屏幕上的通知。例如在状态栏提示文本信息,发出提示音,振动,指示灯闪烁等。
上述同步管理器(syncmanager)用于同步应用程序对应的文件。比如,同步邮件APP收到的邮件数据。
应用程序框架层以下的系统库和内核层等可称为底层系统,底层系统中包括用于提供显示服务的底层显示系统,例如,底层显示系统包括内核层中的显示驱动以及系统库中的surface manager等。
示例性的,本申请实施例提供的方法可以在电子设备(如第一设备和第二设备)的邮件应用程序(邮件应用)中运行。
如图18所示,电子设备的邮件应用程序可以包括业务层、协议层、控制层及存储层。
电子设备对应的业务层包括邮件APP可以实现的业务功能模块。在本申请实施例中,可以包括账户登录、邮件接收&识别、邮件展示、邮件编写&发送、邮件提醒、任务管理等。
其中,账户登录包括POP账户登录、IMAP账户登录、Exchange账户登录等。邮件接收包括账户信息同步、文件夹信息同步和邮件信息同步。当然,上述账户登录、邮件接收的实现可参考相关技术中的介绍,对此不再赘述。
上述邮件展示,除了可展示账户列表、文件夹列表和邮件列表之外,还会在任务管理界面展示已发布的第一邮件所对应的任务项列表或在任务处理界面展示已接收的第一邮件所对应的任务项列表。
此外,邮件编写&发送包括:时限配置(可参考前述实施例中时限信息配置过程)、邮件编写和邮件发送。另外,邮件提醒除了常规的收到邮件提醒外,还可以基于时限信息进行定点提醒、逾期提醒及标记状态。最后,任务管理包括任务集中展示、任务状态刷新和任务统计。
当然,前述功能的实现需要电子设备对应的控制层的支持。
在本申请实施例中,电子设备对应的控制层可以包括登录控制模块、接收控制模块、展示控制模块、发送控制模块、邮件识别模块、提醒控制模块、任务管理控制模块。其中,登录控制模块可以支持账户登录的实现。接收控制模块可以支持邮件接收的实现。展示控制模块可以支持邮件展示的实现。发送控制模块可以支持邮件编写&发送的实现。提醒控制模块可以支持邮件提醒的实现。任务管理控制模块可以支持任务管理的实现。
不难理解,控制层支持功能实现的过程中,还需要遵循第一设备对应的协议层所提供的邮箱协议。第一设备对应的协议层所提供的邮箱协议包括因特网邮件访问协议(internet mail access protocol,IMAP)、邮件同步协议(exchange active sync,EAS)、邮局协议版本3(post office protocol version 3,POP3)、简单邮件传输协议(simple mail transfer protocol,SMTP)及多用途互联网邮件扩展类型(Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions,MIME)信息协议(简称MIMEMessage协议)等。
比如,在遵循IMAP协议的情况下,登录控制模块可以实现IMAP账号登录。在遵循EAS协议的情况下,登录控制模块可以实现EAS账号登录。在遵循POP3协议的情况下,登录控制模块可以实现POP账号登录。此外,在遵循IMAP协议(或POP3协议)实现IMAP账号登录(或者POP账号登录)的情况下,发送控制模块可以按照SMTP协议将生成的邮件数据发出。
再比如,发送控制模块在发送邮件数据之前,还需要遵循MIMEMessage协议的规定构造邮件的邮件头和邮件体(包括邮件正文和邮件附件)。
另外,在完成第一邮件的编辑后,将第一邮件所对应的字段、数据存放到第一设备对应的存储层。在第一设备确定需要将第一邮件发出时,再从存储层中获取该第一邮件的所对应的字段、数据,并按照MIMEMessage协议封装。在第一邮件发出后,该第一邮件依然会存储在本地,也即,存储层中的第一邮件所对应的字段数据不会被删除。
上述电子设备对应的存储层可以包括账户表、文件夹表、邮件头表、邮件正文表 和附件表。其中,账户表,用于存储邮箱账户的信息。文件夹表,用于存储每个邮箱账户下的文件夹信息(收件箱、发件箱、已发送邮件、待发送邮件、草稿箱等)。邮件头表,用于存储邮件的元数据(收件人、发件人、抄送人、主题、摘要等等)。邮件正文表,用于存储邮件的正文内容。附件表,用于存储邮件数据中的附件部分。
在本申请实施例中,上述邮件头表还用存放时限信息,以便于将时限信息封装到邮件头中。可以理解的,第一设备将时限信息封装到邮件头中不会导致邮件被过滤。
当然,在一些实施例中,第一设备也可以将时限信息封装在邮件正文中。对此,不作具体限定。
接收控制模块在接收到邮件之后,还需要遵循MIMEMessage协议解析出对应的邮件头和邮件体(包括邮件正文和邮件附件),并存储到存储层中。
另外,电子设备的邮件应用程序还可以与电子设备的应用程序框架层进行交互,以获得到所需的系统支持。
下面继续以描述本申请实施例所提供的邮件应用的实现原理。
电子设备可以在接收到用户创建新邮件的操作时(如,接收到用户点击控件301),由展示控制模块通过调用视图系统实现邮件编辑界面的显示。本申请实施例中,可以由发送控制模块接收用户为配置的时限信息和邮件数据(如,包括邮件的元数据、邮件正文和邮件附件等),并配置给正在编辑的第一邮件。
作为一种实现方式,上述发送控制模块可以包括时限配置子模块、邮件编写子模块和发送控制子模块。如图19所示,本申请实施例提供的邮件应用运行过程如下:
S1,时限配置子模块接收到用户配置的时限信息。
在一些实施例中,上述时限配置子模块可以接收提醒栏中的控件所传递的信息。比如,提醒栏中的控件可以包括用于设置提醒周期的控件、用于设置最终期限的控件和用于设置提醒时间点的控件中的一项或多项的组合。
在接收到用户对用于设置提醒周期的控件的操作时,时限配置子模块通过调用视图系统显示第一选择框。如此,时限配置子模块可以根据用户在第一选择框中的操作,获得配置的提醒周期。
在接收到用户对用于设置最终期限的控件的操作时,时限配置子模块通过调用视图系统显示第二选择框。如此,时限配置子模块可以根据用户在第二选择框中的操作,获得配置的最终期限。
在接收到用户对用于设置提醒时间点的控件的操作时,时限配置子模块通过调用视图系统显示第三选择框。如此,时限配置子模块可以根据用户在第二选择框中的操作,获得配置的提醒时间点。
S2,时限配置子模块将时限信息存储到对应的邮件头表中。
在一些实施例中,还可以将接收到的时限信息转化为标准格式。比如,转化为iCalendar所要求的格式。将格式转换后的时限信息写入存储层的邮件头表中。
在其他实施例中,也可以将时限信息存储到邮件正文表中,如此,可便于将时限信息封装到邮件正文中。
S3,邮件编写子模块接收用户编辑的邮件数据。
在一些实施例中,邮件编写子模块可以接收用户在收件人的输入框、“密送/抄 送,发件人”输入栏、“主题”输入栏、“邮件正文”编辑区、邮件附件添加区域中输入的邮件数据。如,用户在收件人的输入框输入的接收邮箱。再如,用户在“密送/抄送,发件人”输入栏中输入的抄送邮箱和发送邮箱。再如,用户在“主题”输入栏输入的邮件主题。再如,用户在“邮件正文”编辑区中输入的邮件正文。再如,用户在邮件附件添加区域中添加的邮件附件。
S4,邮件编写子模块将接收到的邮件数据分别存储到对应的表中。
在一些实施例中,上述对应的表可以是存储层的邮件头表、邮件正文表和附件表。示例性地,可以将接收邮箱、发件邮箱、抄送邮箱、主题、摘要等等存储到邮件头表中。将邮件正文存储到邮件正文表中。将邮件附件存储到附件表中。
可以理解的,上述S1和S3之间没有必然的先后顺序。同时,在邮件未发出前,存储到存储层的时限信息、邮件数据均可以修改。在一些实施例中,用户未配合时限信息的情况下,还可以只包括S3和S4。
S5,在发送控制子模块接收到用户的邮件发送操作时,从存储层查询并获取用户在邮件编辑界面中配置的时限信息和邮件数据。
在一些实施例中,正在编辑的第一邮件所对应的数据,存储到存储层后,会将其关联到待发送邮件的文件夹中。如此,在发送控制子模块接收到用户的邮件发送操作后,可以从邮件头表、邮件正文表及附件表中,查找与待发邮件的文件夹关联的表项,从而得到用户在邮件编辑界面配置的时限信息和邮件数据。也即,获得第一邮件的字段和数据。
S6,发送控制子模块构建第一邮件。
在一些实施例中,发送控制子模块按照MIMEMessage协议的规范从存储层获取第一邮件的字段和数据,并构造第一邮件的邮件头和邮件体(包括邮件正文和邮件附件)。
其中,MIMEMessage协议是邮件格式标准,包括邮件头的规范(可参考rfc4021)和邮件体的规范两部分。
而本申请实施例中,对MIMEMessage协议中邮件头的规范做了改进,以实现将时限信息封装到邮件头中。
在一些实施例中,第一设备可以在邮件头中增加提醒字段。上述提醒字段可以包括表征提醒时间点的字段(例如:ReminderTime)、表征最终期限的字段(EndTime)及表征提醒周期的字段中的一项或多项。如此,接收到时限信息后,可以根据时限信息的类型,写入邮件头对应的字段中。
示例性的,增加了提醒时间点和最终期限的邮件头如下:

上述提醒周期可以按照iCalendar的规范配置。其中,iCalendar,简称“iCal”,是“日历数据交换”的标准(RFC 2445),该标准提供了一种公共的数据格式用于存储关于日历方面的信息,比如事件、约定、待办事项等。它不仅允许用户通过电子邮件发送会议或者待办事件等,也允许独立使用,而不局限于某种传输协议。可以支持重复提醒的设置。
可以理解的,RRULE、Remindertime和EndTime仅为用于存放时限信息的示例字段,在其他实施例中,还可以定义其他字段用于存放时限信息,本申请实施例中,对于存放时限信息的字段形式不作具体限定。
也就是,如图20所示,本申请实施例提供的方法可以包括:从存储层获取邮件内容数据。其中,邮件内容数据包括邮件头相关数据和邮件体相关数据。邮件头相关数据包括收件人地址、收件人地址、抄送人地址、邮件主题、标准格式的时限信息等。邮件体相关数据包括邮件正文、邮件附件等。根据邮件头相关数据,按照
MIMEMessage协议的规定,构建具有时限信息的邮件头,也即第一邮件的邮件头。根据邮件体相关数据,按照MIMEMessage协议的规定,构建第一邮件的邮件体。可理解地,构建完第一邮件的邮件头和邮件体后,便得到完整的第一邮件。
此外,发送控制子模块还可以利用相应的邮件传输协议将第一邮件通过对应的服 务器发送。比如,邮件APP登录了IMAP账号的情况下,发送控制子模块可以按照SMTP协议将第一邮件通过SMTP服务器发出。再比如,邮件APP登录了POP账号的情况下,发送控制子模块可以按照SMTP协议将第一邮件通过SMTP服务器发出。
此外,在第一邮件创建后,电子设备对第一邮件的管理也随之开始。每一封第一邮件对应着一任务项。任务项具有任务状态,上述任务状态可以是接收邮箱对第一邮件的回复情况。如果所有的接收邮箱都回复了第一邮件,那么任务状态为已完成。如果存在未回复第一邮件的接收邮箱,那么任务为未完成。
在本申请实施例中,任务管理可以分为任务集中展示、任务状态刷新和任务统计等部分。
在一些实施例中,如图21所示,发送控制模块将获得的时限信息写入存储层后,存储层中的特定指示位从第一标记变为第二标记。电子设备的任务管理控制模块监听存储层中的特定指示位的变化后,触发从存储层查询第一邮件。示例性地,任务管理控制模块可以在已存储的邮件头表中查询具有时限信息的表项。例如,查找邮件头表的表项中是否有提醒字段。若查到存在时限信息的表项,且对应的邮件已发出(如,该邮件已关联到已发送邮件的文件夹),则任务管理控制模块根据该表项所对应的邮件(也即,第一邮件)创建任务项,并通过展示控制模块显示在图14中(a)所示的任务管理界面中。此外,在电子设备的任务管理控制模块完成查找后,还可以将存储层中的特定指示位恢复为第一标记。
除此之外,在上述第一邮件发出后,本申请实施例中,可以由提醒控制模块提醒用户关注该第一邮件的回复情况。
作为一种实现方式,上述提醒控制模块可以包括时间监控子模块、定点提醒子模块和逾期提醒子模块。以时限信息包括提醒时间点和最终期限为例,如图22所示,时间监控子模块监听系统时间的变化。并将系统时间与存储层中所存储的时限信息进行比较。如果监听到系统时间达到时限信息所指示的提醒时间,那么由定点提醒子模块或者逾期提醒子模块启动邮件提醒。
例如,在时间监控子模块监听到系统时间达到提醒时间点的情况下,可通知定点提醒子模块启动定点提醒,从而提醒用户可以关注到已发布的第一邮件。
作为一种实现方式,定点提醒可以是通知提醒和/或任务置顶提醒。示例性地,定点提醒子模块可以调用应用程序框架层的通知机制(NotificationManager)完成通知提醒。示例性地,定点提醒子模块可以确定提醒时间点与系统时间之间差值最小的第一邮件,并对该第一邮件进行标记,用于表征需置顶显示。如此,任务管理控制模块在对已发的第一邮件所对应的任务项进行排序时,将具有置顶显示标记的任务项排列在其他任务项之前,得到任务项列表。如此,展示控制模块将任务项列表显示到任务管界面时,即可将达到对应的提醒时间点的任务项显示在置顶位置。
之后,在时间监控子模块监听到系统时间超过最终期限且存在至少一个接收邮箱未回复的情况下,进行逾期提醒。
作为一种实现方式,逾期提醒可以是通知提醒、任务置顶提醒和/或逾期标记。上述逾期提醒子模块可以调用应用程序框架层的通知机制(NotificationManager)完成通 知提醒。上述逾期提醒子模块可以确定最终期限与系统时间之间差值最小的第一邮件,并对该第一邮件进行标记,用于表征需置顶显示。如此,任务管理控制模块在对已发的第一邮件所对应的任务项进行排序时,将具有置顶显示标记的任务项排列在其他任务项之前,得到任务项列表。再由展示控制模块将任务项列表显示到任务管界面。此外,定点提醒子模块和逾期提醒子模块对第一邮件的标记可以不同,提醒控制模块还可以包括标记子模块,如此,在标记子模块识别到第一邮件是被逾期提醒子模块标记的情况下,标记子模块可以通过调用视图系统在任务管理界面对应于第一邮件显示逾期标识,如图16中的字符“逾期”。
当然,在其他可能的实施例中,结合图23所示,电子设备的提醒控制模块在侦听到存储层内存入邮件(如,检测到存储层的特定指示位变为第二标记)后,查询存入的邮件是否具有时限信息。如果具有时限信息,可以从存储层中获取该时限信息,并传递给其他程序(比如,闹钟应用程序或者日程应用程序),以实现闹钟提醒和/或日程提醒。
在一些实施例中,接收控制模可以包括接收子模块和识别子模块。如图24所示,上述接收子模块可以从服务器收取新邮件。例如,电子设备的邮件APP登录了IMAP账号(或POP账号)的情况下,接收子模块可以通过SMTP服务器接收邮件。
在一些实施例中,接收子模块可以按照预定的收件周期,定期从服务器收取新邮件。比如,每个10分钟从对应的服务器收取一次邮件。
在另一些实施例中,可以是启动邮件APP时自动触接收子模块从服务器收取新邮件。
在其他可能的实施例中,还可以是接收到用户的收件操作,比如,用户在邮箱界面进行下滑操作时,接收子模块可以响应于接收到的下滑操作,从服务器收取新邮件。
在接收到邮件后,接收子模块还可以将邮件拆分为邮件头部分、邮件正文部分和邮件附件部分,并分别存储到邮件头表、邮件正文表、附件表中。同时,识别子模块还可以对邮件的邮件头进行解析。其中,邮件头中包括关键头字段:References(可参考RFC4021和RFC2822)。References包括记录message-id的列表,也即,邮件的回复链。例如,邮件B针对邮件A进行回复,References可以是“MessageA,MessageB”。References中MessageA是邮件A的message-id,MessageB是邮件B的message-id。MessageA是References的根节点,也是MessageB所对应的源邮件。故,可以判定邮件B是针对邮件A的回复。
故,在一些实施例中,识别子模块可以通过解析邮件头中的References字段,获取该新邮件的根节点。并判断该新邮件的根节点是否为当前邮箱发布的第一邮件,也即,判断新邮件是否是第一邮件的回复邮件。
如果是的话,通过任务管理控制模块更新该第一邮件所对应的任务状态。比如,将该新邮件添加至第一邮件对应的统计表中。再根据统计表中回复邮件数量,结合第一邮件的接收邮箱数量,确定第一邮件的回复占比。从而,更新第一邮件对应的任务状态。这样使用户能够更快、更方便地了解第一邮件的任务完成情况。
在更新第一邮件对应的任务状态后,也可以由展示控制模块对应的更新任务管理界面中第一邮件所对应的任务项的任务状态。
在另一些实施例中,在识别子模块判断该新邮件的根节点是第一邮件的message-id之后,还可以结合第一邮件所对应的统计表,判断该新邮件是否为重复邮件。从而提高统计的准确性。
示例性地,识别子模块可以将统计表中已存储邮件与该新邮件进行比对。比如,比对已存储邮件和新邮件的References字段。如果二者间存在相同References字段,则判定新邮件为重复回复邮件。无需将新邮件放入统计表中,也不会触发任务状态的更新。比如,统计表中已存储的邮件的References字段为“MessageA,MessageB”,而新邮件的References字段为“MessageA,MessageB”,那么判定新邮件为重复邮件。
显然,电子设备根据已经接收到邮件的References字段,还可以快速地甄别出已发出的第一邮件所对应的回复邮件。在需要提醒用户关注已发布的第一邮件时,电子设备还可以先利用References字段甄别出对应的回复邮件,并将甄别出的回复邮件排列在其他邮件之前。方便用户进行核对。
此外,电子设备可以创建第一邮件,也可以接受其他邮箱发送的第一邮件。上述识别子模块还可以用于识别接收到的邮件是否为其他邮箱发送的第一邮件。下面以电子设备为第一邮件的邮件接收端为例,进行描述。
作为一种实现方式,如图25所示,识别子模块可以对存入存储层的邮件头进行解析和识别。例如,按照MIMEMessage协议的规定对接收到的邮件的邮件头进行解析后,确定邮件头中是否存在存放时限信息的字段。如果存在,确定接收到其他邮箱发送的第一邮件。
示例性地,识别子模块可以通过对邮件头中的RRULE和EndTime等字段进行识别,从而判断新邮件是否为第一邮件。
最后,在识别子模块别出接收到第一邮件时,在标记子模块通过调用视图系统可以在邮箱界面703对应第一邮件显示提示信息1。
作为一种示例,在识别子模块判断出存入存储层的邮件为第一邮件后,标记子模块还可以在存储层中对应该邮件写入特定标识,其中,该特定标识用于表征该邮件是第一邮件。如此,在将用户邮箱所接收到的邮件显示到邮箱界面703时,对于存在特定标识的邮件,在邮箱界面703中对应该邮件显示提示信息1;对于不存在特定标识的邮件,在邮箱界面703中仅显示邮件本身。
在识别子模块确定接收到的邮件为第一邮件后。提醒控制模块中的时间监控子模块可以监听系统时间。并将系统时间与第一邮件的时限信息进行比较。如果监听到系统时间达到时限信息所指示的提醒时间,那么由定点提醒子模块或者逾期提醒子模块启动邮件提醒。
以时限信息为提醒时间点和最终期限举例,结合图26,本申请实施例提供的方法可以包括:时间监控子模块实时监听系统时间变化。此外,时间监控子模块还用于接收回复控件感知到的操作。其中,回复控件可以是多个控件的组合,如,回复控件可以包括触发显示第一邮件的详情界面的控件、用于触发回复邮件编辑的控件及用于发送邮件的控件。如此,时间监控子模块即可及时的检测到当前邮箱是否回复第一邮 件,如,在依序接收到触发显示第一邮件的详情界面的控件、用于触发回复邮件编辑的控件及用于发送邮件的控件传递的用户操作信息时,可判定已回复第一邮件。
若对应的当前邮箱已回复第一邮件,则通知标记子模块调整第一邮件对应的提示信息,比如,将第一邮件处显示的提示信息1更换为提示信息2。
若当前邮箱未回复第一邮件,则判断系统时间是否达到第一邮件的提醒时间点。在达到提醒时间点的情况下,启动定点提醒。
作为一种实现方式,定点提醒可以是通知提醒和/邮件置顶提醒(例如,图10所示)。
示例性地,提醒控制模块可调用应用程序框架层的通知机制(NotificationManager)完成通知提醒。
示例性地,提醒控制模块可以从邮件头表中查找已接收的第一邮件所对应的表项,并从中获取提醒时间点。然后,提醒控制模块将提醒时间点与系统时间进行比对,若系统时间达到提醒时间点,那么在存储层对该第一邮件进行标记,用于表征该邮件需置顶显示。如此,展示控制模块在排列接收到的邮件列表时,将被标记了需置顶显示的第一邮件排列在其他已接收到的邮件之前,从而实现邮件置顶提醒。
之后,时间监控子模块继续判断系统时间是否达到最终期限。在系统时间超过最终期限的情况下,进行逾期提醒(如图9中的(b)所示)。比如,时间监控子模块在判断系统时间超过最终期限,通知标记子模块将第一邮件所对应的提示信息1变更为提示信息3。
当然,在其他可能的实施例中,提醒控制模块还可以将存储层中的时限信息传递给其他程序(比如,闹钟应用程序或者日程应用程序),以实现闹钟提醒和/或日程提醒,如,图11和图12A所示。
本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备可以包括:无线通信模块、存储器和一个或多个处理器。该无线通信模块、存储器和处理器耦合。该存储器用于存储计算机程序代码,该计算机程序代码包括计算机指令。当处理器执行计算机指令时,可使得电子设备执行上述实施例中的各个步骤。当然,该电子设备包括但不限于上述无线通信模块、存储器和一个或多个处理器。例如,该电子设备的结构可以参考图2所示的结构。
本申请实施例还提供一种芯片系统,该芯片系统可以应用于前述实施例中的电子设备。如图27所示,该芯片系统包括至少一个处理器2201和至少一个接口电路2202。该处理器2201可以是上述电子设备中的处理器。处理器2201和接口电路2202可通过线路互联。该处理器2201可以通过接口电路2202从上述电子设备的存储器接收并执行计算机指令。当计算机指令被处理器2201执行时,可使得电子设备执行上述实施例中手机执行的各个步骤。当然,该芯片系统还可以包含其他分立器件,本申请实施例对此不作具体限定。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作 过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请实施例各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:快闪存储器、移动硬盘、只读存储器、随机存取存储器、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本申请实施例的具体实施方式,但本申请实施例的保护范围并不局限于此,任何在本申请实施例揭露的技术范围内的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请实施例的保护范围之内。因此,本申请实施例的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种邮件管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    电子设备向多个邮件接收设备发送第一邮件;所述第一邮件为配置有时限信息的邮件,所述时限信息用于指示所述邮件接收设备对所述第一邮件进行办理提醒;
    所述电子设备接收来自所述多个邮件接收设备对所述第一邮件的回复邮件;
    所述电子设备统计所述第一邮件对应的回复状态;
    所述电子设备在邮件应用的任务管理界面,显示所述第一邮件对应的回复状态,其中,所述回复状态包括所述第一邮件对应的至少一封回复邮件的回复状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子设备接收邮件,从所述邮件的邮件头中解析出所述邮件的回复链;
    确认所述回复链指示的源邮件为所述第一邮件,确定所述邮件为针对所述第一邮件的回复邮件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述任务管理界面还包括:第二邮件的办理状态,其中,所述第二邮件是所述电子设备接收的邮件且具有时限信息,所述办理状态包括已办理和未办理。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述回复状态包括回复比例图和/或回复占比;
    所述电子设备统计所述回复邮件的数量和所述第一邮件所对应的接收邮箱的总数量,确定回复比例图和/或回复占比。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述任务管理界面中还包括第一邮件所对应的任务项,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子设备接收到对所述任务项的操作时,显示所述第一邮件的回复详情;其中,所述回复详情包括表征所述第一邮件对应的接收邮箱是否回复的信息。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述时限信息包括提醒时间点;所述方法还包括:
    在系统时间到达所述提醒时间点的情况下,所述电子设备在所述任务管理界面中,将所述第一邮件的任务项置顶显示和/或对应所述第一邮件的任务项显示待办标记。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述时限信息包括提醒时间点;所述方法还包括:
    在系统时间到达所述提醒时间点的情况下,所述电子设备在邮件应用的发件箱界面中,将所述第一邮件置顶显示和/或对应所述第一邮件显示待办标记。
  8. 如权利要求1、6和7中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述时限信息包括最终期限;所述方法还包括:
    在系统时间超过所述最终期限,且未接收到至少一个接收邮箱针对所述第一邮件的回复邮件的情况下,所述电子设备在所述任务管理界面中,对应所述第一邮件的任务项显示逾期标记,和/或在所述任务管理界面中,将所述第一邮件的任务项置顶显示。
  9. 如权利要求1、6和7中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述时限信息包括最终期限;所述方法还包括:
    在系统时间超过所述最终期限,且未接收到至少一个接收邮箱针对所述第一邮件的回复邮件的情况下,所述电子设备在邮件应用的发件箱界面中,对应所述第一邮件显示逾期标记,和/或在所述发件箱界面中,将所述第一邮件置顶显示。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    通过所述电子设备内的日历应用或闹钟应用对所述第一邮件进行提醒,用于提示用户查看所述第一邮件的回复状态。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述通过所述电子设备内的日历应用或闹钟应用对所述第一邮件进行提醒之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述时限信息,在日历应用中配置日程提醒,和/或在闹钟应用中配置闹钟提醒。
  12. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括一个或多个处理器、一个或多个存储器和无线通信模块;所述一个或多个存储器和所述无线通信模块与所述一个或多个处理器耦合;
    所述一个或多个存储器用于存储计算机程序代码,所述计算机程序代码包括计算机指令,当所述一个或多个处理器执行所述计算机指令时,实现权利要求1-11任意一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,包括计算机指令,当所述计算机指令在电子设备上运行时,使得所述电子设备执行如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的方法。
  14. 一种邮件管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    电子设备通过邮箱应用向第一收件人和第二收件人发送第一邮件;
    所述电子设备接收所述第一收件人对所述第一邮件的第一回复邮件;
    响应于所述电子设备接收所述第一回复邮件,所述电子设备在所述第一邮件的任务项显示第一完成信息,所述第一完成信息用于指示所述第一邮件的回复完成情况;
    所述电子设备接收所述第二收件人对所述第一邮件的第二回复邮件;
    响应于所述电子设备接收所述第二回复邮件,所述电子设备在所述第一邮件的任务项显示第二完成信息,所述第二完成信息用于指示所述第一邮件的回复完成情况。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一完成信息包括所述第一邮件的回复比例和/或所述第一邮件的回复比例图。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二完成信息包括所述第一邮件的回复比例和/或所述第一邮件的回复比例图。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子设备在所述邮件应用呈现所述第一邮件的编辑界面,所述第一邮件的编辑界面包括收件人输入框;
    所述电子设备响应于用户针对所述收件人输入框的第一操作,在所述收件人输入框显示第一收件人和第二收件人的邮箱名称或者邮件地址。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子设备在所述邮件应用呈现所述第一邮件的编辑界面,所述第一邮件的编辑界面包括提醒栏;
    所述电子设备接收所述用户针对所述提醒栏的第二操作;
    所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述提醒栏的第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置时限信息。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提醒栏包括第二控件,所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述提醒栏的第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置时限信息,包括:
    所述电子设备接收所述用户针对所述第二控件的所述第二操作;
    所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述提醒栏的第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置时限信息,包括:
    所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述第二控件的所述第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置第一时限,所述第一时限为回复所述第一邮件的的最后时间点;
    在为所述第一邮件配置所述第一时限之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述电子设备的系统时间超过所述第一时限,且未接收到所述第一收件人和所述第二收件人中至少一个收件人对所述第一邮件的回复邮件的情况下,所述电子设备在所述任务管理界面中置顶显示所述第一邮件,并显示逾期标记。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提醒栏包括第二控件,所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述提醒栏的第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置时限信息,包括:
    所述电子设备接收所述用户针对所述第二控件的所述第二操作;
    所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述提醒栏的第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置时限信息,包括:
    所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述第二控件的所述第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置第一时限;
    在为所述第一邮件配置所述第一时限之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述电子设备的系统时间超过所述第一时限,且未接收到所述第一收件人和所述第二收件人中至少一个收件人对所述第一邮件的回复邮件的情况下,所述电子设备在所述邮件应用的发件箱界面的置顶显示所述第一邮件,并显示逾期标记。
  21. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提醒栏包括第三控件,所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述提醒栏的第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置时限信息,包括:
    所述电子设备接收所述用户针对所述第三控件的所述第二操作;
    所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述提醒栏的第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置时限信息,包括:
    所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述第三控件的所述第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置提醒时间点;
    在为所述第一邮件配置提醒时间点之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子的系统时间到达所述提醒时间点,且未接收到所述第一收件人和所述第二收件人中至少一个收件人对所述第一邮件的回复邮件的情况下,所述电子设备在所述任务管理界面中置顶显示所述第一邮件,并显示逾期标记。
  22. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提醒栏包括第三控件,所述电 子设备响应于所述用户针对所述提醒栏的第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置时限信息,包括:
    所述电子设备接收所述用户针对所述第三控件的所述第二操作;
    所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述提醒栏的第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置时限信息,包括:
    所述电子设备响应于所述用户针对所述第三控件的所述第二操作,为所述第一邮件配置提醒时间点;
    在为所述第一邮件配置提醒时间点之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子的系统时间到达所述提醒时间点,且未接收到所述第一收件人和所述第二收件人中至少一个收件人对所述第一邮件的回复邮件的情况下,所述电子设备在所述邮件应用的发件箱界面的置顶显示所述第一邮件,并显示逾期标记。
  23. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于所述电子设备接收所述第一回复邮件,所述电子设备在所述第一邮件的任务项显示第一完成信息,包括:
    在所述邮件应用的收件箱界面接收所述用户针对所述第一邮件的回复邮件的第三操作;
    响应于所述第三操作,所述电子设备显示任务管理选项;
    接收所述用户针对所述任务管理选项的第四操作;
    响应于所述第四操作,所述电子设备在所述第一邮件的任务项显示所述第一完成信息。
  24. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于所述电子设备接收所述第二回复邮件,所述电子设备在所述第一邮件的任务项显示第二完成信息,包括:
    在所述邮件应用的收件箱界面接收所述用户针对所述第一邮件的回复邮件的第五操作;
    响应于所述第五操作,所述电子设备显示任务管理选项;
    接收所述用户针对所述任务管理选项的第六操作;
    响应于所述第六操作,所述电子设备在所述第一邮件的任务项显示所述第二完成信息。
  25. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在达到所述时限信息对应的时间的情况下,通过所述电子设备内的日历应用或闹钟应用对所述用户进行提醒。
  26. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述电子设备接收邮件之后,所述方法还包括:
    从接收到的邮件的邮件头中解析出所述接收到的邮件的回复链;
    将所述接收到的邮件中的源邮件为所述第一邮件的邮件确定为所述第一邮件的回复邮件。
  27. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括处理器,所述处理器用于调用存储器中的计算机程序,以执行如权利要求14-26中任一项所述的方法。
  28. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机指令,当所述计算机指令在电子设备上运行时,使得所述电子设备执行如权利要求 14-26中任一项所述的方法。
