图1示出了一种车载音频系统的扬声器模组的布置方式,如图1所示,扬声器模组01布置于车门、中控台以及车辆后排座椅的后方。播放音频时,当所有位置的扬声器模组均发音时,最佳听音位置相对固定,除最佳听音位置的其他位置的听音效果则不佳,无法满足用户的听音效果需求;其次,扬声器模组的发音针对所有乘员,无法满足个别乘员的个性化需求,例如,在通过车载音频系统进行通话时,难以保证单独通话的需求。
图2示出了另一种车载音频系统的扬声器模组的布置方式,如图2所示,座椅头枕的两侧设置有用于向外伸出的侧翼02,扬声器模组布置在侧翼02上。但是,这种侧翼02的通常是无法调整的,乘员头部的移动范围有限,导致乘员在乘坐时,为了保证耳部位置接近扬声器模组的出音口,需要将其头部需紧贴头枕,降低了乘员的舒适性;由于不同乘员的身高和头部位置不同,导致扬声器模组的出音口无法适应所有乘员,依然会有漏音情况的发生。
为了提升听音效果、降低漏音情况且满足用户多样的听音需求,本申请的实施例提供了一种座椅头枕装置及其控制方法。
图3-图6示出了本申请实施例提供的座椅头枕装置的应用场景。本申请实施例提供的座椅头枕装置可以应用于汽车的座椅,火车、动车、高铁的座椅,飞机的座椅以及家用或商用的按摩椅上。
如图3所示,本申请实施例提供的座椅头枕装置10可以应用于动车的座椅上,当乘员需要享受音频娱乐功能时,可以控制侧翼2、3从相对于座椅的头枕部的收回状态(如座椅20B所示)切换为伸出状态(如座椅20A所示)。处于伸出状态的侧翼2、3位于乘员的头部两侧,并能够根据乘员的头部位置调整,从而使侧翼内的扬声器模组能够朝向乘员的耳部,降低扬声器的漏音,避免影响到公共交通环境中其他乘员的休息。
如图4所示,本申请实施例提供的座椅头枕装置10还可以应用于飞机的座椅上,与图3示出的场景类似,当乘员需要享受音频娱乐功能时,可以控制侧翼2、3从相对于座椅的头枕部的收回状态(如座椅20C所示)切换为伸出状态(如座椅20D所示)。处于伸出状态的侧翼2、3位于乘员的头部两侧,并能够根据乘员的头部位置调整,使侧翼内的扬声器模组能够朝向乘员的耳部,降低扬声器的漏音,避免影响到公共交通环境中其他乘员的休息。
如图5所示,本申请实施例提供的座椅头枕装置10还可以应用于按摩椅上,与图3示出的场景类似,当用户需要享受音频娱乐功能时,可以控制侧翼2、3从相对于座椅的头枕部的收回状态切换为伸出状态。处于伸出状态的侧翼2、3位于用户的头部两侧,并能够根据乘员的头部位置调整,使侧翼内的扬声器模组能够朝向用户的 耳部,降低扬声器的漏音,避免影响到其他用户的休息。
如图6所示,本申请实施例提供的座椅头枕装置10还可以应用于车辆座椅上,当乘员需要享受音频娱乐功能时,可以控制侧翼2、3从相对于座椅的头枕部的折叠状态切换为伸出状态。处于伸出状态的侧翼2、3位于乘员的头部两侧,并能够根据乘员的头部位置或乘员的需求调整,从而满足乘员不同的听音需求。
实施例一:座椅头枕装置
图7示出了本申请实施例提供的座椅头枕装置的一具体实施方式的结构示意图,如图7所示,座椅头枕装置10(以下也称为头枕装置)安装于座椅的靠背20上,当然,头枕装置10也可以与座椅的靠背20一体连接或一体成型,本申请对此不做限制。头枕装置10包括:头枕部1、与头枕部1转动连接的第一侧翼2、与第一侧翼2转动连接的第二侧翼3、安装于第二侧翼3的第一扬声器模组41以及安装于第一侧翼2的第二扬声器模组42。
如图8所示,头枕部1包括:头枕11和从头枕11两侧向外伸出的第一转动轴连接部12,第一转动轴连接部12用于与第一侧翼2连接。第一侧翼2包括:第一壳体21、第一转动轴22以及第二转动轴连接部23(如图9所示,图8未绘制出),第一壳体21具有与头枕11连接的一侧和远离头枕11的一侧,第一转动轴22设置在第一壳体21的与头枕11连接的一侧,第二转动轴连接部23设置在第一壳体21远离头枕11的一侧,第一转动轴22能够插入第一转动轴连接部12中,从而相对于第一转动轴连接部12旋转,使得第一侧翼2能够相对于头枕11转动。如图9所示,第二侧翼3包括:第二壳体31以及第二转动轴32,第二壳体31具有与第一侧翼2连接的一侧和与第一侧翼2连接的一侧的相对侧,第二转动轴32设置在第二壳体31的与第一侧翼2连接的一侧,第二转动轴32能够插入第二转动轴连接部23,从而能够相对于第二转动轴连接部23转动,使得第二侧翼3能够相对于第一侧翼2转动。
如图7所示,第一壳体21具有用于朝向乘员的一面和与朝向乘员的一面相背的一面,第二扬声器模组42安装于第一壳体21的用于朝向乘员的一面上;第二壳体31具有用于朝向乘员的一面和与朝向乘员的一面相背的一面,第一扬声器模组41安装在第二壳体31的朝向乘员的一面上。第一扬声器模组41包括多个第一扬声器411(图7中示意性的绘制出4个)以及第一扬声器滑道412,第一扬声器滑道412安装于第二壳体31中,第一扬声器411安装在第一扬声器滑道412中,并能够在第一扬声器滑道412中滑动。第二扬声器模组42包括多个第二扬声器421(图7中示意性的绘制出4个),以及第二扬声器滑道422,第二扬声器滑道422安装于第一壳体21中,第二扬声器421安装在第二扬声器滑道422中,并能够在第二扬声器滑道422中滑动。
如图8所示,当乘员不需要使用座椅头枕装置的放音功能时,可以将第一侧翼2和第二侧翼3转动至头枕11的不与乘员头部接触的一面。如图10所示,当乘员P需要使用座椅头枕装置时,可以将第一侧翼2和第二侧翼3分别转动至乘员P的头部的两侧,并根据乘员的耳部位置调整第一侧翼2和第二侧翼3的转动角度以及调整第一扬声器411、第二扬声器421在第一扬声器滑道412以及第二扬声器滑道(图10中未显示出)中的位置,满足乘员P的不同的听音需求。
如图11所示,座椅头枕装置还包括侧翼驱动机构50,侧翼驱动机构50用于驱 动第一侧翼或第二侧翼。侧翼驱动机构50包括:电机501、与电机501输出轴连接的电机齿轮502以及与电机齿轮502啮合的转动轴齿轮503,转动轴齿轮503可以安装于第一转动轴22或第二转动轴32上,当电机501启动时,电机输出轴带动电机齿轮502转动,从而驱动转动轴齿轮503带动第一转动轴22或第二转动轴32转动,进而驱动第一侧翼或第二侧翼转动。
在一些实施例中,座椅头枕装置还可以包括扬声器驱动机构,用于驱动扬声器模组的扬声器的移动。扬声器驱动机构可以位于安装有扬声器模组的侧翼中,扬声器驱动机构可以包括:电机、与电机输出轴连接的曲柄机构以及与曲柄机构连接的位于扬声器滑道(第一扬声器滑道或第二扬声器滑道)中的滑块,滑块上设置有扬声器,当电机启动时,电机输出轴带动曲柄机构的转动,从而驱动滑块带动扬声器在滑道中移动。
在一些实施例中,也可以仅通过一个驱动机构来驱动第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动,例如,可以在第一转动轴22和第二转动轴32之间设置传动件,传动件用于连接电机齿轮502和安装于第二转动轴32的转动轴齿轮503,通过使电机齿轮502分别与安装于第一转动轴22的转动轴齿轮503和传动件啮合,进而控制第一侧翼2和第二侧翼3的移动。
实施例二:座椅头枕装置
图12示出了本申请实施例提供的座椅头枕装置的另一具体实施方式的结构示意图,与图7示出的座椅头枕装置的不同在于,在本实施方式中,第一侧翼12与头枕部101滑动连接、第二侧翼13能够被容纳在第一侧翼12的第一壳体121中以及在第二侧翼13上安装有第三扬声器模组141。
如图12所示,头枕装置110包括:头枕部101、与头枕部101滑动连接的第一侧翼12、与第一侧翼12转动连接的第二侧翼13、安装于第二侧翼13的第三扬声器模组141。座椅头枕装置110安装于座椅的靠背120上,当然,头枕装置110也可以与座椅的靠背120一体连接,本申请对此不做限制。
如图12所示,头枕部101包括:头枕111和设置在头枕111两侧上的第一滑轨112。第一侧翼12包括:第一壳体121、用于与第一滑轨112滑动连接的第一滑道122、用于容纳第二侧翼13的容纳部124以及用于与第二侧翼13转动连接的第二转动轴连接部123(如图13所示,图12未示出)。第一壳体121具有朝向头枕111的一面和背向头枕111的另一面,其中,第一滑道122设置在第一壳体121朝向头枕111的一面上,容纳部124设置在第一壳体121的背向头枕111的另一面上,容纳部124可以与第二侧翼13形状配合,从而可以将第二侧翼13折叠在其中(如图13所示),进而节省头枕装置110的空间。如图13所示,第一壳体121的朝向乘员的一侧设置有第二转动轴连接部123,用于与第二侧翼13的转动连接。如图13所示,第二侧翼13包括:第二壳体131以及安装于第二壳体131一侧的第二转动轴132,第二转动轴132插入第二转动轴连接部123,从而使第二侧翼13能够相对于第一侧翼12转动。
如图13所示,第二壳体131具有朝向乘员的一面和背向乘员的另一面,如图12所示,第三扬声器模组141安装于第二壳体131的朝向乘员的一面上,如图13所示,第三扬声器模组141包括多个第三扬声器1411(图13中示意性的绘制出4个)以及 第三扬声器滑道1412,第三扬声器滑道安装于第二壳体131中,第三扬声器1411安装在第三扬声器滑道1412中,并能够在第三扬声器滑道1412中滑动。
如图15所示,当乘员p需要享受音频娱乐功能时,可以沿箭头D(如图14所示)方向滑动处于折叠状态的头枕装置的第一侧翼12,使第一侧翼12滑动至头部的两侧,然后沿箭头d(如图14所示)方向转动第二侧翼13,使第二侧翼13转动至耳部位置,最后根据自己的听音需求,调整第三扬声器1411在第三扬声器滑道1412中的位置。
如图16所示,座椅头枕装置还包括第一侧翼驱动机构150,用于驱动第一侧翼12。第一侧翼驱动机构150包括:电机1501、与电机1501输出轴连接的电机齿轮1502以及与电机齿轮1502啮合的传送装置1503,传送装置1503可以通过连接件与第一侧翼的第一滑道122固定连接。当电机1501启动时,电机1501的输出轴带动电机齿轮1502旋转,从而驱动传送装置1503带动连接件的移动,进而驱动第一侧翼12的第一滑道122沿第一滑轨112滑动,进而使第一侧翼12滑动至乘员的头部的两侧。
如图11所示,座椅头枕装置还包括用于驱动第二侧翼13的第二侧翼驱动机构,该第二侧翼驱动机构的结构与本申请实施例一中的侧翼驱动机构50相同,其包括:电机501、与电机501输出轴连接的电机齿轮502以及与电机齿轮502啮合的转动轴齿轮503,转动轴齿轮503可以安装于第二转动轴132上,当电机501启动时,电机输出轴带动电机齿轮502旋转,从而驱动转动轴齿轮503,进而驱动第二侧翼13转动至乘员的头部两侧。
在一些实施例中,也可以仅通过一个驱动机构来驱动第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动,例如,可以在电机的输出轴上设置第二电机齿轮,在第二转动轴32和第二电机齿轮之间设置第二传动件,通过使第二电机齿轮与第二传动件啮合以及使电机齿轮1502与传送装置1503啮合,进而控制第一侧翼12和第二侧翼13的移动。
在一些实施例中,座椅头枕装置还可以包括扬声器驱动机构,用于驱动扬声器模组的扬声器的移动。扬声器驱动机构可以位于安装有扬声器模组的侧翼中,扬声器驱动机构可以包括:电机、与电机输出轴连接的曲柄机构以及与曲柄机构连接的位于扬声器滑道(第一扬声器滑道或第二扬声器滑道)中的滑块,滑块上设置有扬声器,当电机启动时,电机输出轴带动曲柄机构的旋转,从而驱动滑块带动扬声器在滑道中移动。
实施例三:座椅头枕装置
实施例三提供的座椅头枕装置与实施例一和实施例二提供的座椅头枕装置的不同在于还包括:第三侧翼,第三侧翼可以与第一侧翼或第二侧翼通过上述方式转动或滑动连接。
在一些实施例中,第三侧翼可以包括第三壳体和设置在第三壳体一侧的第三转动轴,在图7示出的座椅头枕装置中,可以在第二侧翼的另一侧设置第三转动轴连接部,将第三侧翼的第三转动轴插入第三转动轴连接部,从而使第三侧翼能够相对于第二侧翼旋转。实施例一和实施例二中的侧翼驱动机构50以相同的方式驱动第三侧翼。
在一些实施例中,第三侧翼可以为多个,每个第三侧翼之间可以通过上述方式转动或滑动连接,或者任一第三侧翼可以通过上述方式与第二侧翼转动或滑动连接。
在一些实施例中,第三侧翼上还可以设置有第三扬声器模组,第三扬声器模组与 实施例一和实施例二提供的座椅头枕装置的第一和第二扬声器模组相同,为了简洁起见在此不再赘述。
实施例四:座椅头枕装置的控制方法
本申请实施例中的座椅头枕装置的控制方法可以由终端执行,例如诸如车辆这样的终端,也可以是由应用在车辆内的电子装置,例如:电子控制单元(Electronic Control Unit,ECU)、系统芯片和通用芯片等。ECU可以获取布置在车上的传感器或摄像头获得的数据并对其进行处理,输出相应的控制信号到座椅头枕装置的驱动机构(第一侧翼驱动机构、第二侧翼驱动机构和扬声器驱动机构),例如控制电机输出轴的旋转程度,进而控制第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动。可以理解的,对于座椅头枕装置的控制可以由车载电子设备基于基于预设条件自动实现,也可以响应于用户的输入而实现的。典型的,用户通过车内的物理按键、移动终端(例如装有用于车辆控制App的手机)、车机系统的人机交互界面选择预设控制模式(例如,独享模式或环绕模式)或手动控制第一侧翼、第二侧翼以及第一扬声器模组、第二扬声器模组。
图17示出了本申请实施例提供的座椅头枕装置的控制方法的流程图,如图17所示,座椅头枕装置的控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:获取座椅的乘员的第一特征位置。
其中,座椅乘员与所述座椅头枕装置相对应。当座椅乘员与所述座椅头枕装置相对应时,表明乘员坐在头枕装置所安装的座椅上。示例性的,座椅的坐垫部分承受乘员身体大部分重量,例如承受乘员身体重量的60%以上;或座椅靠背的部分面积与乘员接触,例如座椅靠背40%以上的面积与乘员接触;或座椅头枕装置的部分面积与乘员接触,例如30%以上的面积与乘员接触;或座椅的安全带被系上等。
座椅头枕装置包括:与头枕部活动连接的第一侧翼、与所述第一侧翼活动连接的第二侧翼,以及安装于所述第二侧翼的第一扬声器模组;第一特征位置包括乘员的头部、眼部、耳部等位置;第一特征位置可以通过座舱内的摄像头获取,例如RGB摄像头或红外摄像头,第一特征位置还可以通过设置在头枕、座舱侧壁或其他位置的探测传感器获取,本申请对此不做限定。
步骤S2:根据第一特征位置,控制第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动,使第一扬声器模组朝向所述第一特征位置。
其中,第一扬声器模组包括多个第一扬声器,在一些实施例中,第一扬声器模组还包括用于使扬声器在其中滑动的滑道。在第一扬声器模组朝向第一特征位置时,第一扬声器模组的每个扬声器的出音方向与该扬声器与第一特征位置之间的连线的夹角小于第一角度。
在一些实施例中,还可以响应于用户的操作,例如,通过用户按压设置在座椅上的控制按键或通过用户按压设置在车辆其它位置上的控制按键,进而实现对第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动控制,使第一扬声器模组朝向所述第一特征位置。或者,通过用户旋转设置在座椅的旋转按钮,通过旋转旋转按钮来调节第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动程度,从而使第一扬声器模组朝向所述第一特征位置。
在一些实施例中,还可以响应于用户的语音指令,例如:用户发出“请展开头枕装置侧翼”的语音指令,来实现对第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动控制,使第一扬声器模 组朝向所述第一特征位置。其中,语音指令可以通过麦克风来获取,并通过语音识别等方式进行识别,获得用户的意图和槽位,进而根据用户的意图和槽位来控制第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动。
在一些实施例中,还可以响应于用户通过操作终端(手机、智能手表、智能平板电脑以及遥控器等)发出的操作指令,例如,用户在终端的显示屏幕上输入展开的角度、展开位置、或手动控制显示屏的模拟头枕侧翼的移动,来实现对第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动控制,使第一扬声器模组朝向所述第一特征位置。
在一些实施例中,还可以响应于用户的物理操作,例如,用户手动移动第一侧翼和第二侧翼至其期望的位置或第一特征位置,进而实现对第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动控制,使第一扬声器模组朝向所述第一特征位置。
在一些实施例中,第一扬声器模组位于一平面内,第一扬声器模组呈轴对称或中心对称布置,当第一扬声器模组的中心与第一特征位置的连线与平面的经过扬声器模组中心的法线之间的夹角小于第一角度时,第一扬声器模组朝向第一特征位置。
在一些实施例中,可以通过第一驱动机构驱动所述第一侧翼的移动;通过第二驱动机构驱动所述第二侧翼的移动。关于第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构的详细描述可以参见本申请实施例一和实施例二中对用于驱动第一侧翼和/或第二侧翼的侧翼驱动机构的描述,为了简洁起见,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,在所述第一扬声器模组朝向所述第一特征位置时,其中,所述朝向指第一特征位置正投影在第一扬声器模组所在的平面上的点位于第一扬声器模组的区域中。
在一些实施例中,当第一扬声器模组与乘员耳部的连线与连接乘员的两个耳部的连线的夹角小于预设角度时,第一扬声器模组的出音方向能够正对用户的听音位置,极大程度的减少的漏音,满足用户的对音频的独享需求。
在一些实施例中,还可以根据用户设置的第二侧翼位置,控制所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼移动,使所述第二侧翼移动至所述第二侧翼位置。
当无法获取乘员的第一特征位置时,或者用户希望根据自己的偏好来调整第二侧翼的位置时,可以根据乘员的需要设置第二侧翼的位置,例如,可以在车载的中控屏幕上显示第二侧翼的位置,通过操作中控屏,进而控制第二侧翼相对于乘员的位置,本申请对此不做限定。
在一些实施例中,当无法获取乘员的第一特征位置时,或者用户希望根据自己的偏好来调整第二侧翼的位置时,可以通过设置在座椅、车机或座椅头枕等上的物理按键或物理旋转按钮来实现对第一侧翼、第二侧翼以及扬声器模组的移动。
具体地,当用户按压物理按键时,第一侧翼和/或第二侧翼可以移动至一特定位置。或者,可以通过控制按压物理按键的时间来控制第一侧翼和/或第二侧翼的移动位置,例如,在用户按压物理按键时,第一侧翼和/或第二侧翼可以在预设范围内往复移动,当第一侧翼和/或第二侧翼移动到用户的期望位置时,可以松开物理按键。
具体地,当用户按压物理按键时,扬声器模组的扬声器可以移动至另一特定位置。或者,可以通过控制按压物理按键的时间来控制扬声器模组的移动程度,例如,在按压物理按键时,扬声器模组中的扬声器会在预设范围内往复移动,当扬声器移动到用 户的期望位置时,可以松开按键。
具体地,用户还可以通过旋转旋转按钮来控制第一侧翼和/或第二侧翼的移动程度(展开角度),或者,通过旋转旋转按钮来控制扬声器模组的扬声器的位置。
在一些实施例中,所述控制方法还包括:根据听音模式,控制所述扬声器的移动,所述听音模式包括:环绕模式、独享模式或个性化模式,在所述独享模式下,所述第一扬声器位于所述第二侧翼的中央。在一些实施例中,当第一扬声器模组位于一平面内、第一扬声器等距且呈直线布置时,第一扬声器模组的指向性可以用以下公式表示,指向性越大,漏音越少,独享性越强:

其中,θ为第一扬声器模组所在的平面的法线在平面上的交点与第一特征位置的连线与该法线之间的夹角;k为第一扬声器的波数,其随着第一扬声器的频率的增大而增大,N为第一扬声器的数量,d为相邻两个第一扬声器之间的距离。因此,第一扬声器位于第一侧翼或第二侧翼的中央时,漏音越少。
在一些实施例中,在环绕模式下,扬声器可以位于所述第二侧翼的边缘位置。当用户不需要独享音频时,可以控制扬声器位于第二侧翼的边缘位置。
在一些实施例中,在个性化模式下,用户可以根据自我需要来设置扬声器的位置,并可以将设置的扬声器位置存储在存储器中,当系统识别出该用户后,控制扬声器移动到用户设置的位置。
在一些实施例中,可以通过第三驱动机构驱动所述多个扬声器的移动。第三驱动机构的详细描述可以参见本申请实施例一和实施例二中对用于扬声器驱动机构的描述,为了简洁起见,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,所述第二扬声器,所述第二扬声器模组安装于所述第一侧翼,当所述听音模式为独享模式时,所述第二扬声器模组静音,所述第一扬声器模组发声。当乘员选择独享模式时,可以使第二扬声器模组静音,例如使第二扬声器模组断电;当乘员选择环绕模式时,可以使第一扬声器模组和第二扬声器模组均发声,从而实现多声道的环绕音效。
实施例五:控制座椅头枕装置的装置
图18示出了本申请实施例提供的一种控制座椅头枕装置的装置,如图18所示,所述装置包括:获取模块1000和控制模块2000,获取模块1000用于获取所述座椅的乘员的第一特征位置;控制模块2000用于根据所述第一特征位置,控制所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼的移动,使第一扬声器模组朝向所述第一特征位置。
其中,座椅头枕装置包括:与头枕部活动连接的第一侧翼、与所述第一侧翼活动连接的第二侧翼,以及安装于所述第二侧翼的第一扬声器模组。第一特征位置包括乘员的头部、眼部、耳部等位置;第一特征位置可以通过座舱内的摄像头获取,第一特征位置还可以通过设置在头枕、座舱侧壁或其他位置的探测传感器获取,本申请对此不做限定。
其中,座椅乘员与所述座椅头枕装置相对应。当座椅乘员与所述座椅头枕装置相对应时,表明乘员坐在头枕装置所安装的座椅上。示例性的,座椅的坐垫部分承受乘员身体大部分重量,例如承受乘员身体重量的60%以上;或座椅靠背的部分面积与乘员接触,例如座椅靠背40%以上的面积与乘员接触;或座椅头枕装置的部分面积与乘员接触,例如30%以上的面积与乘员接触;或座椅的安全带被系上等。
在一些实施例中,所述控制模块2000还用于:根据预设的第二侧翼位置,控制所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼移动,使所述第二侧翼移动至所述第二侧翼位置。
在一些实施例中,所述控制模块2000还用于:根据听音模式,控制多个扬声器的移动,所述听音模式包括:独享模式、环绕模式或个性化模式,其中,所述第一扬声器模组与所述第二侧翼活动连接,所述第一扬声器模组包括:多个扬声器。
在一些实施例中,其特征在于,当所述听音模式为独享模式时,所述多个扬声器位于所述第二侧翼的中央。
在一些实施例中,所述控制模块2000还用于:当所述听音模式为独享模式时,控制所述第一扬声器模组发声,控制第二扬声器模组静音,其中,所述第二扬声器模组安装于所述第一侧翼。
在一些实施例中,所述控制模块2000具体用于:通过第一驱动机构驱动所述第一侧翼的移动;通过第二驱动机构驱动所述第二侧翼的移动。
在一些实施例中,所述控制模块2000具体用于:通过第三驱动机构驱动所述多个扬声器的移动。
在一些实施例中,所述移动包括:通过第三驱动机构驱动所述多个扬声器的移动。
需要说明的是,上述各模块,即:获取模块1000和控制模块2000用于执行上述控制方法的相关步骤。比如获取模块1000用于执行步骤S1等的相关内容,控制模块2000用于执行步骤S2等的相关内容。
在本实施例中,控制座椅头枕装置的装置是以模块的形式来呈现。这里的“模块”可以指特定应用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),执行一个或多个软件或固件程序的处理器和存储器,集成逻辑电路,和/或其他可以提供上述功能的器件。此外,以上获取模块1000和控制模块2000可以通过图19所示的计算设备来实现。
实施例六:座椅
本申请的实施例还提供一种座椅,包括:本申请实施例一或实施例二提供的头枕装置。
实施例七:车辆
本申请的实施例还提供一种车辆,包括:本申请实施例一或实施例二提供的头枕装置。
实施例八:计算设备
图19是本申请实施例提供的一种计算设备1500的结构性示意性图。该计算设备1500包括:处理器1510、存储器1520、通信接口1530、总线1540。
应理解,图19所示的计算设备1500中的通信接口1530可以用于与其他设备之间进行通信。
其中,该处理器1510可以与存储器1520连接。该存储器1520可以用于存储该程序代码和数据。因此,该存储器1520可以是处理器1510内部的存储单元,也可以是与处理器1510独立的外部存储单元,还可以是包括处理器1510内部的存储单元和与处理器1510独立的外部存储单元的部件。
可选的,计算设备1500还可以包括总线1540。其中,存储器1520、通信接口1530可以通过总线1540与处理器1510连接。总线1540可以是外设部件互连标准(Peripheral Component Interconnect,PCI)总线或扩展工业标准结构(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,EISA)总线等。所述总线1540可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图19中仅用一条线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
应理解,在本申请实施例中,该处理器1510可以采用中央处理单元(central processing unit,CPU)。该处理器还可以是其它通用处理器、数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(application specific integrated circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(field programmable gate Array,FPGA)或者其它可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。或者该处理器1510采用一个或多个集成电路,用于执行相关程序,以实现本申请实施例所提供的技术方案。
该存储器1520可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器1510提供指令和数据。处理器1510的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。例如,处理器1510还可以存储设备类型的信息。
在计算设备1500运行时,所述处理器1510执行所述存储器1520中的计算机执行指令执行上述控制方法的操作步骤。
应理解,根据本申请实施例的计算设备1500可以对应于执行根据本申请各实施例的控制方法中的相应主体,并且计算设备1500中的各个模块的上述和其它操作和/或功能分别为了实现本实施例各控制方法的相应流程,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统、装置和控制方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时用于执行座椅头枕装置的控制方法,该控制方法包括上述各个实施例所描述的方案中的至少之一。
本申请实施例的计算机存储介质,可以采用一个或多个计算机可读的介质的任意组合。计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是,但不限于电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。
注意,上述仅为本申请的较佳实施例及所运用的技术原理。本领域技术人员会理 解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本申请进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明的构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,均属于本发明的保护范畴。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种座椅头枕装置,其特征在于,包括:
    头枕部;
    第一侧翼,所述第一侧翼与所述头枕部活动连接;
    第二侧翼,所述第二侧翼与所述第一侧翼活动连接,以及
    第一扬声器模组,所述第一扬声器模组安装于所述第二侧翼。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅头枕装置,其特征在于,还包括:第二扬声器模组,所述第二扬声器模组安装于所述第一侧翼。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的座椅头枕装置,其特征在于,所述第一扬声器模组与所述第二侧翼活动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的座椅头枕装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一侧翼与所述头枕部转动连接,所述第二侧翼与所述第一侧翼转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的座椅头枕装置,其特征在于,所述第一侧翼与所述头枕部滑动连接,所述第二侧翼与所述第一侧翼转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的座椅头枕装置,其特征在于,所述第一侧翼与所述头枕部转动连接,所述第二侧翼与所述第一侧翼滑动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的座椅头枕装置,其特征在于,所述第一侧翼包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体用于容纳所述第二侧翼。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的座椅头枕装置,其特征在于,所述座椅头枕装置还包括:第一驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构用于驱动所述第一侧翼的移动;以及第二驱动机构,所述第二驱动机构用于所述第二侧翼的移动。
  9. 根据权利要求3-8中任一项所述的座椅头枕装置,其特征在于,所述座椅头枕装置还包括:第三驱动机构,所述第一扬声器模组包括:多个扬声器,所述第三驱动机构用于驱动所述多个扬声器的移动。
  10. 一种座椅头枕装置的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取乘员的第一特征位置,其中,所述乘员与所述座椅头枕装置相对应;
    根据所述第一特征位置,控制第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动,使第一扬声器模组朝向所述第一特征位置;
    其中,所述第一侧翼与头枕部活动连接,所述第一侧翼与所述第二侧翼活动连接,所述第一扬声器模组安装于所述第二侧翼。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据预设的第二侧翼位置,控制所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼移动,使所述第二侧翼移动至所述第二侧翼位置。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    所述第一扬声器模组与所述第二侧翼活动连接,所述第一扬声器模组包括多个扬声器;
    根据听音模式,控制所述多个扬声器的移动,所述听音模式包括:独享模式、环绕模式或个性化模式。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的控制方法,其特征在于,当所述听音模式为所述独 享模式时,所述多个扬声器位于所述第二侧翼的中央。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:当所述听音模式为所述独享模式时,所述第一扬声器模组发声,第二扬声器模组静音,其中,所述第二扬声器模组安装于所述第一侧翼。
  15. 根据权利要求10-14中任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述移动包括:通过第一驱动机构驱动所述第一侧翼的移动;通过第二驱动机构驱动所述第二侧翼的移动。
  16. 根据权利要求12-15中任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述移动包括:通过第三驱动机构驱动所述多个扬声器的移动。
  17. 一种座椅头枕装置的控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取乘员的第一特征位置,其中,所述乘员与所述座椅头枕装置相对应;
    控制模块,用于根据所述第一特征位置,控制第一侧翼和第二侧翼的移动,使第一扬声器模组朝向所述第一特征位置;
    其中,所述第一侧翼与头枕部活动连接,所述第一侧翼与所述第二侧翼活动连接,所述第一扬声器模组安装于所述第二侧翼。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块还用于:
    根据预设的第二侧翼位置,控制所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼移动,使所述第二侧翼移动至所述第二侧翼位置。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块还用于:
    根据听音模式,控制多个扬声器的移动,所述听音模式包括:独享模式、环绕模式或个性化模式,其中,所述第一扬声器模组与所述第二侧翼活动连接,所述第一扬声器模组包括:多个扬声器。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的控制装置,其特征在于,当所述听音模式为所述独享模式时,所述多个扬声器位于所述第二侧翼的中央。
  21. 根据权利要求19或20所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块还用于:当所述听音模式为所述独享模式时,控制所述第一扬声器模组发声,控制第二扬声器模组静音,其中,所述第二扬声器模组安装于所述第一侧翼。
  22. 根据权利要求17-21中任一项所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块具体用于:通过第一驱动机构驱动所述第一侧翼的移动;通过第二驱动机构驱动所述第二侧翼的移动。
  23. 根据权利要求19-22中任一项所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块具体用于:通过第三驱动机构驱动所述多个扬声器的移动。
  24. 一种座椅,其特征在于,包括:根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的座椅头枕装置。
  25. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括:根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的座椅头枕装置。
  26. 一种计算设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器,所述处理器与存储器耦合,所述存储器用于存储程序或指令,当所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述计 算设备执行如权利要求10-16中任一项所述的控制方法。
  27. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储程序代码,其特征在于,所述程序代码被终端或终端中的处理器执行时,实现如权利要求10-16中任一项所述的控制方法。
  28. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,实现如权利要10-16中任一所述的控制方法。
