为了达到上述发明目的,本申请提供了一种座椅扶手装置,包括扶手、扶手转动轴、设置在所述扶手上的调角装置和至少一个阻尼器;

实施例1
请参阅图1和图2,具体的,本申请提供了一种座椅扶手装置,包括扶手1、扶手转动轴2、设置在所述扶手1上的调角装置3和至少一个阻尼器4;
所述扶手1与所述扶手转动轴2转动连接,所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2在第一位置与第二位置之间转动;
所述调角装置3的一端与所述扶手转动轴2的端部固定连接;所述扶手1能带动所述调角装置3同步转动;
所述阻尼器4的两端均与所述调角装置3连接,所述扶手1通过所述调角装置3压缩或拉伸所述阻尼器4;
当所述扶手1处于第一预设位置时,所述阻尼器4与所述扶手1之间的合力能够带动处于第一预设位置的所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2从所述第一预设位置向所述第二位置转动;
当所述扶手1处于第二预设位置时,所述阻尼器4与所述扶手1之间的合力能够带动处于第二预设位置的所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2从所述第二预设位置向所述第一位置转动;本申请在扶手抬起或放倒的过程中,通过阻尼器的机械助力实现扶手的自动运动;不仅可以减小乘客手动操作时所用的力,提升乘客的舒适性,而且自动操作过程带来更高级的体验感。
具体的,所述调角装置3为调角器。
在本说明书实施例中,如图5所示,第一位置可以为在不使用扶手1时扶手1的抬起位置,优选的,第一位置可以与座椅靠背平行;第二位置可以为在使用扶手1时扶手1的放倒位置,优选的,第二位置可以与水平面平行;
具体的,扶手1绕扶手转动轴2转动的过程中可以从第一位置运动到第二位置,也可以从第二位置运动到第一位置。
在本说明书实施例中,第一预设位置和第二预设位置均位于第一位置和第二位置之间;
其中,第一预设位置可以是扶手与座椅扶手放倒位置(此处可以是水平面)呈第一预设角度时的位置;
优选的,第一预设角度可以为45°;
第二预设位置可以是扶手与座椅扶手放倒位置(此处可以是水平面)呈第二预设角度时的位置;
优选的,第二预设角度可以为75°;
具体的,所述阻尼器4与所述扶手1之间的合力可以为扶手1受到的作用力,具体的可以是扶手1自身的重力、扶手1转动过程中的摩擦力和阻尼器4的阻尼作用力之间的合力;其中,当扶手1处于第一位置时合力方向向上,处于第二位置时,合力方向向下;
具体的,当合力的方向向上时,可以通过用户手动操作,将处于第一位置的扶手1放倒;在用户手动将扶手1放倒的过程中,合力的方向由向上,逐步转换为合力为零至合力向下,直至用户手动将扶手1放倒至第一预设位置后,此时,合力的方向向下,且合力可以带动处于第一预设位置的所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2从所述第一预设位置向所述第二位置转动;直至转动至第二位置时停止;
具体的,当合力的方向向下时,可以通过用户手动操作,将处于第二位置的扶手1抬起,在用户手动将扶手1抬起的过程中,合力的方向由向下,逐步转换为合力为零至合力向上,直至用户手动将扶手1放倒至第二预设位置后,此时,合力的方向向上,且合力可以带动处于第二预设位置的所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2从所述第二预设位置向所述第一位置转动;直至转动至第一位置时停止。这种使扶手1自动抬起闭锁和放倒的过程,提升乘客的舒适性,而且自动操作过程带来更高级的体验感。
具体的,如图5所示,其在一种实施方式中,为扶手1在运动过程中位置的变化趋势;
其中,第一位置可以为标号①所在的位置,第二位置可以为标号⑤所在的位置;标号①-②-③-④-⑤可以为扶手放倒过程中的位置变化趋势;
标号③-⑥-⑦-⑧-①可以为扶手抬起过程中的位置变化趋势;
第一预设位置可以为标号③和标号④之间的斜线所在的位置,优选的, 此处斜线所在的位置可以为与标号所在的位置呈45度夹角的位置;
第二预设位置可以为标号⑦和标号⑧之间的斜线所在的位置,优选的,此处斜线所在的位置可以为与标号⑤所在的位置呈75度夹角的位置;
如图6为扶手1在图5所示的变化趋势中所受到的合力的变化趋势;其纵坐标表示扶手1受到的总转矩;其横坐标表示扶手1所处的位置;
其中,合力为负值时,表示合力的方向向上,此时扶手1可以自动锁止;
合力为正值时,表示合力的方向向下。
在本说明书一个优选实施例中,可以设置两个阻尼器4,以便于更好的实现扶手1自动抬起闭锁和放倒的过程;具体的,两个阻尼器4的设置方式相同。
在本说明书实施例中,所述调角装置3包括固定部301和转动部302,所述固定部301与所述转动部302转动连接;转动部302能相对于固定部301转动;
所述固定部301与所述扶手转动轴2的端部固定连接,所述转动部302与所述扶手1同步转动;
具体的,固定部301与扶手转动轴2固定不转的端部固定连接;这使得扶手1在绕扶手转动轴2转动时,固定部301不动,转动部302余扶手同步转动。
所述阻尼器4一端与所述固定部301连接,另一端与所述转动部302连接;
所述扶手1通过所述转动部302压缩或拉伸所述阻尼器4。
具体的,所述固定部301上设有第一连接孔3011,所述阻尼器4一端通过所述第一连接孔3011与所述固定部301转动或固定连接;
所述转动部302上设有第二连接孔3021,所述阻尼器4的另一端通过所述第二连接孔3021与所述转动部302转动或固定连接。
优选的,阻尼器4与第一连接孔3011固定连接;与第二连接孔3021转动连接;这种设计使得转动部302在转动时,转动部302能绕与阻尼器4转动连接的连接轴转动,同时转动部302能沿其转动方向压缩或拉伸阻尼 器4;进而实现阻尼器4的压缩或拉伸。
在本说明书实施例中,所述阻尼器4包括固定件401和与所述固定件401滑动连接的伸缩件402,所述伸缩件402沿所述固定件401的轴向滑动;
所述伸缩件402一端与所述固定件401滑动连接,一端与所述调角装置3的转动部302连接;所述扶手1通过所述转动部302压缩或拉伸所述阻尼器4的伸缩件402;
所述固定件401远离所述伸缩件402的一端与所述调角装置3的固定部301连接。
具体的,伸缩件402一端与通过第二连接孔3021与转动部302转动连接;
扶手1通过带动转动部302转动,进而压缩或拉伸阻尼器4的伸缩件402,使得伸缩件402沿固定件401的轴向运动,进而实现阻尼器的阻尼力的变化。
在本说明书实施例中,如图3和图4所示,还包括至少一个弹性部件5,所述弹性部件5设置在所述调角装置3上;
所述弹性部件5的两端均与所述调角装置3连接;
所述扶手1通过所述调角装置3压缩或拉伸所述弹性部件5。
具体的,所述弹性部件5一端与所述调角装置3的固定部301连接,另一端与所述调角装置3的转动部302连接;
所述扶手1通过所述转动部302能压缩或拉伸所述弹性部件5。
更进一步的,所述固定部301上设有第一开口3012,所述弹性部件5的一端通过所述第一开口3012与所述固定部301转动连接;
所述转动部302上设有第二开口3022,所述弹性部件5的另一端通过所述第二开口3022于与所述转动部302转动连接。
如图4所示,优选的,弹性部件5的端部采用挂钩的方式直接挂在第一开口3012和第二开口3022上;
优选的,所述弹性部件5可以为拉簧、扭簧、气弹簧中至少一种。
在本说明书一个优选的实施例中,所述阻尼器4和所述弹性部件5均包括一个;
所述阻尼器4和所述弹性部件5平行设置;扶手1在阻尼器4和弹性部件5的共同作用下实现自动抬起和放倒;
在本说明书实施例中,当所述扶手1处于第一预设位置时,所述阻尼器4、所述弹性部件5与所述扶手1之间的合力能够带动处于第一预设位置的所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2从所述第一预设位置向所述第二位置转动;
当所述扶手1处于第二预设位置时,所述阻尼器4、所述弹性部件5与所述扶手1之间的合力能够带动处于第二预设位置的所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2从所述第二预设位置向所述第一位置转动;
具体的,所述阻尼器4、所述弹性部件5与所述扶手1之间的合力可以为扶手1受到的作用力,具体的可以是扶手1自身的重力、扶手1转动过程中的摩擦力、阻尼器4的阻尼作用力和弹性部件5的弹力之间的合力;
在本说明书另一个实施例中,阻尼器4和弹性部件5均可以设置两个;其中,两个阻尼器4的设置方式相同;
在本说明书实施例中,还包括解锁装置6,所述解锁装置6固定设置在所述扶手1上;
所述解锁装置6一端与所述扶手转动轴2连接;
所述解锁装置6能够带动所述扶手转动轴2转动;本申请中,解锁装置用于在需要将扶手1抬起或放倒时,预先打开扶手1的锁止机构,使得扶手1可以自由运动;以便于后续通过手动操作抬起或放倒扶手1。
具体的,所述解锁装置6包括解锁扣手601和拉索机构602;
所述拉索机构602一端与所述解锁扣手601连接,另一端与所述扶手转动轴2固定连接;
所述拉索机构602能够带动所述扶手转动轴2转动。
优选的,还包括连接件7,所述连接件7一端与所述扶手转动轴2固定连接,另一端与所述拉索机构602固定连接。
具体的,在解锁时,通过用户手动操作解锁扣手601,使得解锁扣手1带动拉索机构602运动,同步的,拉锁机构602通过连接件7带动拉扶手转动轴2转动,使得扶手1的锁止结构解锁。
本说明书实施例中,座椅扶手装置的运动原理如下:
1)扶手位于第一位置,此处第一位置可以为扶手处于抬起时的位置;此时,扶手受到的作用力的方向向上;
当用户需要将扶手放倒时,需用户手动操作将处于第一位置的扶手1放倒至第一预设位置;在用户手动将扶手1放倒的过程中,扶手1受到的作用力(合力)的方向由向上,逐步转换为合力为零至合力向下,直至用户手动将扶手1放倒至第一预设位置;此时,扶手1受到的作用力的方向向下,且扶手1受到的作用力可以带动处于第一预设位置的所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2从所述第一预设位置向所述第二位置转动;直至转动至第二位置时停止;
2)扶手位于第二位置,此处第二位置可以为扶手处于放倒时的位置;此时,扶手受到的作用力的方向向下;
当用户需要将扶手抬起时,需用户手动操作将处于第二位置的扶手1放倒至第二预设位置;在用户手动将扶手1抬起的过程中,扶手1受到的作用力(合力)的方向由向下,逐步转换为合力为零至合力向上,直至用户手动将扶手1放倒至第二预设位置;此时,扶手1受到的作用力的方向向上,且扶手1受到的作用力可以带动处于第二预设位置的所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2从所述第二预设位置向所述第一位置转动;直至转动至第一位置时停止。
实施例2
本申请该提供了一种车辆,包括车辆座椅和设置所述座椅上是座椅扶手装置,所述座椅扶手装置为实施例1所述的座椅扶手装置;
所述座椅扶手装置能绕所述扶手转动轴2向靠近或远离所述车辆座椅的靠背的方向转动。
具体的,座椅扶手装置中的扶手1在绕扶手转动轴2转动时,可以是在扶手1运动至第一预设位置时,所述阻尼器4与所述扶手1之间的合力能够带动处于第一预设位置的所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2从所述第一预设位置向所述第二位置转动;
还可以是扶手1运动至第二预设位置时,所述阻尼器4与所述扶手1之间的合力能够带动处于第二预设位置的所述扶手1绕所述扶手转动轴2从所述第二预设位置向所述第一位置转动。
本申请中公开的车辆,其车辆座椅的自动化程度更高,提供了用户体验效果,且更具有高级感。
需要说明的是:上述本申请实施例先后顺序仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。且上述对本说明书特定实施例进行了描述。其它实施例在所附权利要求书的范围内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作或步骤可以按照不同于实施例中的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:包括扶手(1)、扶手转动轴(2)、设置在所述扶手(1)上的调角装置(3)和至少一个阻尼器(4);
    所述扶手(1)与所述扶手转动轴(2)转动连接,所述扶手(1)绕所述扶手转动轴(2)在第一位置与第二位置之间转动;
    所述调角装置(3)的一端与所述扶手转动轴(2)的端部固定连接;所述扶手(1)能带动所述调角装置(3)同步转动;
    所述阻尼器(4)的两端均与所述调角装置(3)连接,所述扶手(1)通过所述调角装置(3)压缩或拉伸所述阻尼器(4);
    当所述扶手(1)处于第一预设位置时,所述阻尼器(4)与所述扶手(1)之间的合力能够带动处于第一预设位置的所述扶手(1)绕所述扶手转动轴(2)从所述第一预设位置向所述第二位置转动;
    当所述扶手(1)处于第二预设位置时,所述阻尼器(4)与所述扶手(1)之间的合力能够带动处于第二预设位置的所述扶手(1)绕所述扶手转动轴(2)从所述第二预设位置向所述第一位置转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:所述调角装置(3)包括固定部(301)和转动部(302),所述固定部(301)与所述转动部(302)转动连接;
    所述固定部(301)与所述扶手转动轴(2)的端部固定连接,所述转动部(302)与所述扶手(1)同步转动;
    所述阻尼器(4)一端与所述固定部(301)连接,另一端与所述转动部(302)连接;
    所述扶手(1)通过所述转动部(302)压缩或拉伸所述阻尼器(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:所述固定部(301)上设有第一连接孔(3011),所述阻尼器(4)一端通过所述第一连接孔(3011)与所述固定部(301)转动或固定连接;
    所述转动部(302)上设有第二连接孔(3021),所述阻尼器(4)的 另一端通过所述第二连接孔(3021)与所述转动部(302)转动或固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:还包括至少一个弹性部件(5),所述弹性部件(5)设置在所述调角装置(3)上;
    所述弹性部件(5)的两端均与所述调角装置(3)连接;
    所述扶手(1)通过所述调角装置(3)压缩或拉伸所述弹性部件(5)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部件(5)一端与所述调角装置(3)的固定部(301)连接,另一端与所述调角装置(3)的转动部(302)连接;
    所述扶手(1)通过所述转动部(302)能压缩或拉伸所述弹性部件(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:所述固定部(301)上设有第一开口(3012),所述弹性部件(5)的一端通过所述第一开口(3012)与所述固定部(301)转动连接;
    所述转动部(302)上设有第二开口(3022),所述弹性部件(5)的另一端通过所述第二开口(3022)于与所述转动部(302)转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部件(5)为拉簧或扭簧或气弹簧。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:所述阻尼器(4)和所述弹性部件(5)均包括一个;
    所述阻尼器(4)和所述弹性部件(5)平行设置。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:所述阻尼器(4)包括固定件(401)和与所述固定件(401)滑动连接的伸缩件(402),所述伸缩件(402)沿所述固定件(401)的轴向滑动;
    所述伸缩件(402)一端与所述固定件(401)滑动连接,一端与所述 调角装置(3)的转动部(302)连接;所述扶手(1)通过所述转动部(302)压缩或拉伸所述阻尼器(4)的伸缩件(402);
    所述固定件(401)远离所述伸缩件(402)的一端与所述调角装置(3)的固定部(301)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:还包括解锁装置(6),所述解锁装置(6)固定设置在所述扶手(1)上;
    所述解锁装置(6)一端与所述扶手转动轴(2)连接;
    所述解锁装置(6)能够带动所述扶手转动轴(2)转动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:所述解锁装置(6)包括解锁扣手(601)和拉索机构(602);
    所述拉索机构(602)一端与所述解锁扣手(601)连接,另一端与所述扶手转动轴(2)固定连接;
    所述拉索机构(602)能够带动所述扶手转动轴(2)转动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:还包括连接件(7),所述连接件(7)一端与所述扶手转动轴(2)固定连接,另一端与所述拉索机构(602)固定连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅扶手装置,其特征在于:所述调角装置(3)为调角器。
  14. 一种车辆,其特征在于:包括车辆座椅和设置所述座椅上是座椅扶手装置,所述座椅扶手装置为权利要求1-13任意一项所述的座椅扶手装置;
    所述座椅扶手装置能绕所述扶手转动轴(2)向靠近或远离所述车辆座椅的靠背的方向转动。
