Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de diagnostic optique qui permet de surveiller l'état de perfusion dans des lambeaux de peau de manière non invasive, comprenant pour cela: une fibre optique (9); au moins trois sources de lumière (1), chaque source de lumière (1) étant configurée pour émettre à une longueur d'onde située dans la plage visible différente, lesdites sources de lumière (1) étant couplées à la fibre optique (9); un collimateur (3) couplé à la fibre optique (9) sur une extrémité opposée aux sources de lumière (1), destiné à illuminer de manière superficielle un tissu d'intérêt (2); un détecteur (4) associé au collimateur (3) et destiné à capter une lumière reflétée par le tissu d'intérêt (2), qui comprend un démodulateur pour chaque source de lumière (1); et un module de commande (6) connecté aux sources de lumière (1).
