一种收合式测试装置及其使用方法 技术领域

背景技术
在大便样本中检测潜隐血试验是检测结肠癌的初步方法。现有的检测大便样本中的血红蛋白的方法,例如基于愈创木酚为反应底物(Guaiac-based)的化学方法,由于无法分辨是来源于饮食中的血红蛋白(如来自于饮食中的肉类)还是人类自身的血红蛋白,所以导致大量的假阳性试验结果的产生。为了克服这个缺点,人体血红蛋白(hHb)的特异性的免疫分析方法被采用。这个免疫分析方法中使用的抗体能够将来源于人体的血红蛋白从来源于其它动物的血红蛋白中区分开来。现有的用于收集和分析潜隐血的装置给患者和操作者的使用带来很多不便,如检测时间较长;如操作者在检测操作过程中要暴露样本,这样容易造成环境污染,同时对操作者也有可能造成感染,并且也存在操作过程烦琐。因此,有必要开发一种可以减少患者和试验操作者与样本之间的相互接触,并且同时快速、准确地检测出样本中的人体血红蛋白(hHb)的装置。

本实施例还提供了一种如上所述的收合式测试装置的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
1)采集样品;
2)将第一板材1和第二板材2由收合状态转为打开状态;
3)将样品与吸水材料3接触,将采集棒7上的样品通过吸水材料3的稀释液稀释;
4)将第一板材1和第二板材2由打开状态转为收合状态;
5)通过第一板材1的显示窗观察测试结果。
其中所述吸水材料3在出厂时预先添加有稀释液,或者所述吸水材料3在与样品接触前添加稀释液。如果在出厂时预先添加了稀释液,用户就无需进行任何添加稀释液的操作,只要将测试装置打开,然后插入采样棒再合上测试装置即可,用户就可以像翻书一样使用本产品。最后从第一板材1的显示窗口23获得检测结果,整个过程非常流畅合理。符合用户日常看书的习惯,降低用户的上手难度,方便没有相应基础的用户进行使用。

其中所述吸水材料3在出厂时预先添加有稀释液,或者所述吸水材料3在与样品接触前添加稀释液。如果在出厂时预先添加了稀释液,用户就无需进行任何添加稀释液的操作,只要将测试装置打开,然后插入采样棒再合上测试装置即可,用户就可以像翻书一样使用本产品。最后从第一板材1的显示窗口23获得检测结果,整个过程非常流畅合理。符合用户日常看书的习惯,降低用户的上手难度,方便没有相应基础的用户进行使用。

本实施例中,为了在收合状态下保证收合状态的稳定,所述固定装置为嵌块和嵌孔;所述第一板材1和第二板材2在收合状态下嵌块置入嵌孔中。具体来说,所述嵌块沿着第一板材1的周向间隔设置,所述嵌孔与嵌块一一对应。嵌块和嵌孔的设置可以保证试纸条4和吸水材料3有效触碰,这样吸水材料3内稀释后的样品就可以在渗透压的作用下向试纸条4流动,从而实现对样品的测量。
作为本实施例的简单替换,所述固定装置为设置在第一板材1或第二板材2在收合位置相向的一侧的胶条。胶条通过胶粘的方式一样可以实现上述的效果。
本实施例还提供了一种如上所述的收合式测试装置的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
1)采集样品;
2)将第一板材1和第二板材2由收合状态转为打开状态;
3)根据不同的样品选择不同的吸水材料;
4)将样品与吸水材料3接触,将采集棒7上的样品通过吸水材料3的稀释液稀释;
5)将第一板材1和第二板材2由打开状态转为收合状态;
6)通过第一板材1的显示窗观察测试结果。
其中所述吸水材料3在出厂时预先添加有稀释液,或者所述吸水材料3在与样品接触前添加稀释液。如果在出厂时预先添加了稀释液,用户就无需进行任何添加稀释液的操作,只要将测试装置打开,然后插入采样棒再合上测试装置即可,用户就可以像翻书一样使用本产品。最后从第一板材1的显示窗口获得检测结果,整个过程非常流畅合理。符合用户日常看书的习惯,降低用户的上手难度,方便没有相应基础的用户进行使用。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种拼装式收纳箱及其相邻侧板之间的拼接结构,包括相邻设置的二侧板和竖向设置的立柱,该立柱的侧边设有凹口,该凹口两侧的拐角分别形成相交的第一定位边和第二定位边,二所述侧板相互靠近的侧边对应该凹口拐角的形状分别弯折形成第一围靠边和第二围靠边,二所述侧板的第一围靠边和第二围靠边分别抵靠在该凹口两侧的第一定位边和第二定位边;还包括竖向设置的压条,该压条压住二所述侧板的第一围靠边。压条对第一定位边进行压制,使侧板与立柱牢牢结合在一起,连接稳固。立柱的凹口在二侧板之间过渡连接,能够消除二侧板之间的缝隙,雨水、蚁虫不易进入箱体,并且能进一步提升箱体的强度,具有工业实用性。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于包括第一板材和第二板材;所述第一板材和第二板材中的至少一个具有转动自由度,以使得第一板材和第二板材形成打开状态或收合状态;
    所述第二板材在收合状态朝向第一板材的一侧设置有吸水材料,所述吸水材料用于添加稀释液以稀释采集的样品;所述第一板材在收合状态下朝向第二板材的一侧设置有试纸条;所述试纸条的吸水段与所述吸水材料的位置对应;所述试纸条的显示段与第二板材的显示窗口对应;
    第一板材和第二板材设置有固定装置,用于将第一板材和第二板材固定在收合状态,以使得所述试纸条与吸水材料接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第一板材在收合状态下朝向第二板材的一侧还设置有第一覆膜,所述第一覆膜覆盖在试纸条上,并且第一覆膜对应所述吸水段的位置设置有让位开口,用以暴露出窗口内的吸水段。
  3. 根据权利要求2述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第二板材在收合状态下朝向第一板材的一侧还设置有第二覆膜,所述第二覆膜覆盖在吸水材料上,并且第二覆膜上设置有采集口和出样口,用以暴露出所述吸水材料的不同部位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第二板材在收合状态下朝向第一板材的一侧,沿着厚度方向凹陷形成容置槽,所述吸水材料置于所述容置槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述吸水材料对应所述采集口的位置具有缺口,采集棒的采样端插入所述缺口与吸水材料接触。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述让位开口、采集口和出样口分别设置有保护膜,所述保护膜与第一覆膜或第二覆膜可分离连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第一板材在收合状态下朝向第二板材的一侧还设置有第一覆膜,所述第一覆膜覆盖在试纸条上,所述试纸条的背部固定在第一板材上;所述第一覆膜与第一板材之间为可分离的连接关系。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述固定装置为嵌 块和嵌孔;所述第一板材和第二板材在收合状态下嵌块置入嵌孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述嵌块沿着第一板材的周向间隔设置,所述嵌孔与嵌块一一对应。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述固定装置为设置在第一板材或第二板材在收合位置相向的一侧的胶条。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第一板材在收合状态下朝向第二板材的一侧设置有卡槽,所述试纸条被固定在所述卡槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽分为第一部分和两个第二部分,所述第一部分连接在两个第二部分之间;所述第二部分的宽度大于所述第一部分。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:位于下方的那个第二部分中沿着宽度方向间隔设置两个凸台,以在两个凸台之间形成试纸条夹持通道。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第二板材在收合状态下朝向第一板材的一侧设置有至少两个试纸条;所述试纸条的吸水段与所述吸水材料的位置对应;所述试纸条的显示段与第二板材的显示窗口对应。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第二板材在收合状态下朝向第一板材的一侧设置有卡槽,所述试纸条被固定在所述卡槽内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽分为第一部分和两个第二部分,所述第一部分连接在两个第二部分之间;所述第二部分的宽度大于所述第一部分。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述试纸条为N个,位于下方的那个第二部分中沿着宽度方向间隔设置N+1个凸台,以在N+1个凸台之间形成N个试纸条夹持通道。
  18. 一种权利要求1-17中任一项所述的收合式测试装置的使用方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
    1)采集样品;
    2)将第一板材和第二板材由收合状态转为打开状态;
    3)将样品与吸水材料接触,将采集棒上的样品通过吸水材料的稀释液稀释;
    4)将第一板材和第二板材由打开状态转为收合状态;
    5)通过第一板材的显示窗观察测试结果。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的收合式测试装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述吸水材料在出厂时预先添加有稀释液,或者所述吸水材料在与样品接触前添加稀释液。
  20. 一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于包括第一板材和第二板材;所述第一板材和第二板材中的至少一个具有转动自由度,以使得第一板材和第二板材形成打开状态或收合状态;
    所述第一板材在收合状态朝向第二板材的一侧设置有可更换的吸水材料,所述吸水材料用于添加稀释液以稀释采集的样品;所述第二板材在收合状态下朝向第一板材的一侧设置有试纸条;所述试纸条的吸水段与所述吸水材料的位置对应;所述试纸条的显示段与第二板材的显示窗口对应;
    所述吸水材料在未使用状态下预先添加有稀释液或保持干燥。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽分为第一部分和两个第二部分,所述第一部分连接在两个第二部分之间;所述第二部分的宽度大于所述第一部分。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:位于下方的那个第二部分中沿着宽度方向间隔设置两个凸台,以在两个凸台之间形成试纸条夹持通道。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第一板材在收合状态下朝向第二板材的一侧还设置有第一覆膜,所述第一覆膜覆盖在试纸条上,并且第一覆膜对应所述吸水段的位置设置有让位开口,用以暴露出窗口内的吸水段。
  24. 根据权利要求23述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第二板材在收合状态下朝向第一板材的一侧还设置有第二覆膜,所述第二覆膜覆盖在吸水材料上,并且第二覆膜上设置有采集口和出样口,用以暴露出所述吸水材料的不同部位。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第一板材在收合状态下朝向第一板材的一侧,沿着厚度方向凹陷形成容置槽,所述吸水材料置于所述容置槽内。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述吸水材料对应所述采集口的位置具有缺口,采集棒的采样端插入所述缺口与吸水材料接触。
  27. 根据权利要求24-26中任一项所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述让位开口、采集口和出样口分别设置有保护膜,所述保护膜与第一覆膜或第二覆膜 可分离连接。
  28. 根据权利要求20所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第一板材在收合状态下朝向第二板材的一侧还设置有第一覆膜,所述第一覆膜覆盖在试纸条上,所述试纸条的背部固定在第一板材上;所述第一覆膜与第一板材之间为可分离的连接关系。
  29. 根据权利要求20所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第一板材和第二板材为分立的两块板材,并通过转轴转动连接;或者所述第一板材和第二板材为同一块板材上的两个不同的区域。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述嵌块沿着第一板材的周向间隔设置,所述嵌孔与嵌块一一对应。
  31. 根据权利要求29所述的一种收合式测试装置,其特征在于:所述第一板材或第二板材在收合位置相向的一侧设置有胶条。
  32. 一种权利要求20-31中任一项所述的收合式测试装置的使用方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
    1)采集样品;
    2)将第一板材和第二板材由收合状态转为打开状态;
    3)根据样品选择不同的吸水材料
    4)将样品与吸水材料接触,将采集棒上的样品通过吸水材料的稀释液稀释;
    5)将第一板材和第二板材由打开状态转为收合状态;
    6)通过第一板材的显示窗观察测试结果。
