本恒温阀关闭时,阀芯螺柱组件4及阀芯螺柱组件4底部设置的密封件11与隔水环5上表面密封贴合,使混合出水口12关闭;
本恒温阀开启时,转动调节手柄3,阀芯螺柱组件4以及阀芯螺柱组件4底部设置的密封件11离开隔水环5上表面,混合出水口12打开,冷水排出,继续转动调节手柄3,增大热进水口15,热水流量增大并与冷水混合形成温度在38℃至40℃之间的冷热混合水(温水),此时可视为流量调节的极限,再继续转动调节手柄3,出水流量不会再有更大的变化。
再想关闭恒温阀时,复位调节手柄3,使阀芯螺柱组件4及阀芯螺柱组件4底部设置的密封件11与隔水环5上表面密封贴合,混合出水口12关闭。
优选的,柱塞8上开设有若干个圆周分布的过水孔18。
优选的,柱塞座10顶壁与隔水环5底壁相贴合,且该柱塞座10上开设有若干个呈周向均匀间隔分布的过水槽19,柱塞座10下端部具有若干个周向均匀间隔分布且与相对应的壳体1内壁抵靠的支撑脚20。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冷启动单柄恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的柱塞座(10)顶壁与隔水环(5)底壁相贴合,且该柱塞座(10)上开设有若干个呈周向均匀间隔分布的过水槽(19),所述的柱塞座(10)下端部具有若干个周向均匀间隔分布且与相对应的壳体(1)内壁抵靠的支撑脚(20)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冷启动单柄恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)底部相对应冷进水口(14)的位置处设有冷进水口密封圈(21),相对应热进水口(15)的位置处设有热进水口密封圈(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冷启动单柄恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)底部相对应冷进水口(14)的位置处具有滤网一(23),相对应热进水口(15)的位置处具有滤网二(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冷启动单柄恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的调节手柄(3)与调节手柄座(2)之间设有E型卡簧(25),所述的调节手柄(3)与调节手柄(3)之间设有垫 片(26)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冷启动单柄恒温阀,其特征在于,所述的调节手柄座(2)内且与调节手柄(3)之间设有若干个起密封作用的O型圈(27),所述调节手柄座(2)的周壁上设有起密封作用的O型圈(27),所述的隔水环(5)与壳体(1)之间设有起密封作用的O型圈(27),所述的芯棒固定座(7)与隔水环(5)之间设有起密封作用的O型圈(27),所述的柱塞(8)与柱塞座(10)之间设有起密封作用的O型圈(27),所述的柱塞座(10)与壳体(1)之间设有起密封作用的O型圈(27)。
