在本实施例中,所述辅助支撑层400的模量范围为10季帕(Gpa)~250季帕(Gpa),所述辅助支撑层400的厚度范围为0.01毫米~0.2毫米,所述辅助支撑层400的材料包括但不限于金属不锈钢、弹簧钢片以及钛合金,可以是整面金属板,也可以采用金属网格结构,可以理解的是,本实施例对上述模量范围、厚度范围以及材料的种类均不做具体限制。

在本实施例中,所述折叠显示装置10还包括位于所述辅助支撑层400和所述铰链结构200之间的散热层500。具体的,所述散热层500包括但不限于依次远离所述辅助支撑层400的金属铜层、压敏胶层、白乳胶层、泡沫橡胶层以及散热膜层。
本实施例通过在所述辅助支撑层400和所述铰链结构200之间设置所述散热层500,当所述从而提高所述辅助支撑层400的散热性能,进而避免所述柔性显示面板主体300受热损伤。
其中,所述金属铜层的厚度为80微米,所述压敏胶层的厚度为10微米、所述白乳胶层的厚度为15微米、所述泡沫橡胶层的厚度为70微米以及所述散热膜层的厚度为15微米。

进一步地,在本实施例中,所述第一胶层601和所述第三胶层603具有第二间隙(图中未标识),所述第二间隙大于所述第一间隙,所述第二间隙对应所述弯折区1000设置。
具体地,当所述折叠显示装置10处于平展状态时,所述第一间隙在所述柔性显示面板主体300上的正投影位于所述第二间隙的内壁在所述柔性显示面板主体300上的正投影的边界内。

需要说明的是,所述柔性显示面板主体300下面还设置有一支撑膜层301和一散热膜层302(可通过胶层粘贴),其中,所述支撑膜层301的材料包括但不限于不锈钢(SUS),所述散热膜层302的材料包括但不限于泡沫橡胶(Foam),在本实施例中,所述支撑膜层301和所述散热膜层302均为整体结构。

当所述折叠显示装置10处于所述平坦状态时,所述第五支撑件223和所述第六支撑件224支撑所述中间支撑板211,所述中间支撑板211远离所述固定支架212。需要说明的是,所述中间支撑板211、所述第五支撑件223和所述第六支撑件224的材料均包括但不限于钢材。

进一步地,在本实施例中,所述中间支撑板211可滑动地连接于所述第一支架2122和所述第二支架2123,从而限定所述中间支撑板211只能进行垂直于所述固定支架212直线滑动,避免所述中间支撑板211在其他方向上产生移动;所述中间支撑板211通过第一弹性件(图中未画出)连接于所述第一支架2122,当所述折叠显示装置10处于折叠状态或所述平坦状态时,所述第一弹性件处于弹性变形状态,即所述第一弹性件产生使所述中间支撑板211朝向所述第一支架2122运动的拉力。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,所述第一弹性件包括但不限于弹簧。

在本实施例中,所述铰链结构200还包括定位机构240,所述定位机构240包括定位件241,其中,所述定位件241套设于所述第一转动件233和所述第二转动件234,所述定位件241包括朝向所述第一连接件231的所述第一延伸部2312的第一凸起2411和朝向所述第二连接件232的所述第二延伸部2322的第二凸起2412,所述第一连接件231的所述第一延伸部2312设有第一凹槽2313,所述第二连接件232的所述第二延伸部2322设有第二凹槽2323,当所述支撑机构220处于所述平坦状态或折叠状态时,所述第一凸起2411收容于所述第一凹槽2313,所述第二凸起2412收容于所述第二凹槽2323。
所述定位机构240还包括第二弹性件242和第三弹性件243,其中,所述第二弹性件242套设于所述第一转动件233,所述第二弹性件242的一端连接于所述定位件241,所述第二弹性件242的另一端连接于所述第二支架2123,所述第三弹性件243套设于所述第二转动件234,所述第三弹性件243的一端连接于所述定位件241,所述第三弹性件243的另一端连接于所述第二支架2123,当所述折叠显示装置10处于折叠状态或所述平坦状态时,所述第二弹性件242和所述第三弹性件243均处于弹性变形状态。
在本实施例中,当所述第一转动件233转动时,所述第一凹槽2313随之转动,所述第一凸起2411收容于所述第一凹槽2313内,当所述第二转动件234转动时,所述第二凹槽2323随之转动,所述第二凸起2412收容于所述第二凹槽2323内,通过所述转动机构230和定位机构240配合,可以实现在所述铰链进行折叠时,当所述第一转动件233和所述第二转动件234转动由所述展开状态转动至0~10度时,自动回到展开位置;当所述第一转动件233和所述第二转动件234转动由所述展开状态转动至80度~90度时,自动转到折叠状态,即90度的位置,从而提升用户体验感。
需要说明的是,所述定位件241的材料包括但不限于钢材,所述第二弹性件242和所述第三弹性件243包括但不限于弹簧,本实施例对此均不做具体限制。
请结合图1~图11,其中,图11为本申请实施例所提供的一种折叠显示装置的铰链结构的同步机构示意图。
在本实施例中,所述铰链结构200还包括同步机构250,所述同步机构250包括第一同步件251、第二同步件252和第三同步件253,所述第一同步件251连接于所述第一转动件233,所述第二同步件252连接于所述第二转动件234,所述第一同步件251通过所述第三同步件253同步连接于所述第二同步件252以使所述第一转动件233和所述第二转动件234同步转动。
在本实施例中,所述同步机构250、所述转动机构230以及所述定位机构240相配合,通过所述同步机构250和所述转动机构230可以驱动所述第一支撑件2211和所述第二支撑件2212与所述第三支撑件2221和所述第四支撑件2222分别沿着所述固定支架212进行同步转动,提高了所述第一支撑件2211和所述第二支撑件2212与所述第三支撑件2221和所述第四支撑件2222运动的一致性和运动的稳定性,进一步提高了所述铰链结构200的稳定性。
具体地,所述第一同步件251包括第一齿轮,所述第二同步件252包括第二齿轮,所述第三同步件253包括相互啮合的两第三齿轮,其中,两所述第三齿轮可转动地连接于所述主体支架2121和所述第一支架2122,所述第一齿轮套设于所述第一转动件233,所述第二齿轮套设于所述第二转动件234,所述第一齿轮啮合与两所述第三齿轮中的一个,所述第二齿轮啮合于两所述第三齿轮中的另一个。
需要说明的是,所述第一同步件251包括第一齿轮,所述第二同步件252包括第二齿轮,所述第三同步件253包括相互啮合的两第三齿轮仅用作举例说明,本实施例对所述同步机构250的种类不做具体限制。
请结合图1、图3,在本实施例中,所述折叠显示装置10还包括防尘结构260,所述防尘结构260设置在所述固定机构210和所述支撑机构220的连接处,进一步地,所述防尘结构260位于所述第一支撑件2211、所述第二支撑件2212、所述第三支撑件2221以及所述第四支撑件2222远离所述中间支撑板211的一侧且覆盖所述柔性显示面板主体300的至少部分区域,从而防止异物进入所述柔性显示面板主体300侧边,导致所述柔性显示面板主体300造成损害。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种折叠显示装置,其中,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括第一壳体和第二壳体;
    铰链结构,所述铰链结构容纳在所述壳体中并连接到所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体,所述铰链结构包括固定机构和支撑机构,所述支撑机构包括位于所述固定机构一侧且与所述第一壳体对应设置的第一支撑板、位于所述固定机构另一侧且与所述第二壳体对应设置的第二支撑板,其中,所述第一支撑板可转动地连接于所述固定机构的一侧,所述第二支撑板可转动地连接于所述固定机构的另一侧;
    柔性显示面板主体,所述柔性显示面板主体设置在所述壳体中,且位于所述第一壳体、所述第二壳体和所述铰链结构的一侧;
    辅助支撑层,设置在所述柔性显示面板主体和所述铰链结构之间,所述辅助支撑层至少覆盖所述第一支撑板与所述第一壳体的连接处、所述第一支撑板和所述固定机构的连接处、所述第二支撑板与所述固定机构的连接处以及所述第二支撑板与所述第二壳体的连接处。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示面板主体包括:与所述铰链结构对应设置的弯折区和位于所述弯折区两侧的非弯折区;
    所述辅助支撑层包括间隔设置的第一辅助支撑段和第二辅助支撑段,所述第一辅助支撑段和所述第二辅助支撑段具有第一间隙,所述第一间隙与所述弯折区对应设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一间隙小于或等于14毫米。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一支撑板包括第一支撑件和第二支撑件,所述第二支撑板包括第三支撑件和第四支撑件,所述第一支撑件与所述第一壳体连接,所述第二支撑件分别与所述固定机构的一侧和所述第一支撑件可转动连接,所述第四支撑件与所述第二壳体连接,所述第三支撑件分别与所述固定机构的另一侧和所述第四支撑件可转动连接;
    所述第一辅助支撑段至少覆盖所述第一支撑件与所述第一壳体的连接处、所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件的连接处、及所述第二支撑件和所述固定机构的连接处,所述第二辅助支撑段至少覆盖所述第三支撑件和所述固定机构的连接处、所述第三支撑件和所述第四支撑件的连接处、及所述第四支撑件和所述第二壳体的连接处。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二支撑件包括多个第二支撑子件,相邻两个所述第二支撑子件之间可转动地连接,所述第一辅助支撑段覆盖每个相邻所述第二支撑子件之间的连接处;
    所述第三支撑件包括多个第三支撑子件,相邻两个所述第三支撑子件之间可转动地连接,所述第二辅助支撑段覆盖每个相邻所述第三支撑子件之间的连接处。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一辅助支撑段包括相连接的第一辅助支撑部分和第二辅助支撑部分,所述第二辅助支撑段包括相连接第三辅助支撑部分和第四辅助支撑部分;
    当所述折叠显示装置处于折叠状态时,所述第一支撑件和所述第四支撑件相对设置,所述第二支撑件和所述第三支撑件相对设置,所述第一支撑件和所述第四支撑件具有第一夹角,所述第二支撑件和所述第三支撑件具有第二夹角,所述第一夹角与所述第二夹角不同;
    所述第一辅助支撑部分和所述第四辅助支撑部分相对设置,所述第二辅助支撑部分和所述第三辅助支撑部分相对设置,所述第一辅助支撑部分和所述第四辅助支撑部分具有第三夹角,所述第二辅助支撑部分和所述第三辅助支撑部分具有第四夹角,所述第三夹角与所述第四夹角不同。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第三夹角与所述第一夹角相同,所述第四夹角与所述第二夹角相同。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的折叠显示装置,其中,当所述折叠显示装置处于折叠状态时,沿所述柔性显示面板主体至所述固定结构的方向上,所述第二支撑件和所述第三支撑件之间的距离逐渐增大,所述第一夹角小于所述第二夹角,所述第二辅助支撑部分和所述第三辅助支撑部分之间的距离逐渐增大,所述第三夹角小于所述第四夹角。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括位于所述辅助支撑层和所述铰链结构之间的散热层,所述散热层包括间隔设置的第一散热层和第二散热层;
    所述第一散热层和所述第一辅助支撑段之间设置第一胶层,所述第一辅助支撑段和所述柔性显示面板主体之间设置第二胶层,所述第二散热层和所述第二辅助支撑段之间设置第三胶层,所述第二辅助支撑段和所述柔性显示面板主体之间设置第四胶层,其中,所述第一胶层和所述第二胶层间隔设置,所述第三胶层和所述第四胶层间隔设置;
    所述第二胶层覆盖所述第一支撑件与所述第一壳体的连接处、及所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件的连接处,所述第四胶层覆盖所述第三支撑件和所述第四支撑件的连接处、及所述第四支撑件和所述第二壳体的连接处。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一胶层和所述第三胶层具有第二间隙,所述第二间隙大于所述第一间隙,所述第二间隙对应所述弯折区设置。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述辅助支撑层的模量为10季帕~250季帕,所述辅助支撑层的厚度为0.01毫米~0.2毫米。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述固定机构包括中间支撑板和固定支架;
    所述中间支撑板可活动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第一支撑板位于所述中间支撑板的一侧,所述第二支撑板位于所述中间支撑板的另一侧;
    当所述折叠显示装置处于所述平坦状态时,所述第一支撑板、所述中间支撑板,所述第二支撑板和所述中间支撑板共同形成平坦的表面,其中,所述辅助支撑层至少覆盖所述第一支撑板和所述第一壳体的连接处、所述第一支撑板和所述中间支撑板的间隙处、所述中间支撑板和所述第二支撑板的间隙处、及所述第二支撑板和所述第二壳体的连接处。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述支撑机构还包括第五支撑件和第六支撑件,所述第五支撑件和所述第六支撑件均可活动地连接于所述固定支架,且所述辅助支撑层在所述支撑机构的正投影方向上覆盖所述第五支撑件和所述第六支撑件;
    当所述折叠显示装置处于所述平坦状态时,所述第五支撑件和所述第六支撑件支撑所述中间支撑板,所述中间支撑板远离所述固定支架。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第五支撑件包括凸起,所述第六支撑件包括凸起,当所述折叠显示装置处于所述平坦状态时,所述凸起支撑所述中间支撑板,当所述折叠显示装置处于折叠状态时,所述凸起与所述中间支撑板之间具有间隙。
  15. 如权利要求4所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述铰链结构还包括转动机构,所述转动机构包括第一连接件、第二连接件;
    其中,所述第一连接件的一端可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第一连接件的另一端可滑动地连接于所述第一支撑件,所述第二连接件的一端可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第二连接件的另一端可滑动地连接于所述第四支撑件。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述转动机构还包括第一转动件、第二转动件、第一安装件和第二安装件;
    所述第一转动件可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第一安装件固定连接于所述第一支撑件,所述第一连接件的所述一端固定连接于所述第一转动件,所述第一连接件的所述另一端可滑动地连接于所述第一安装件;所述第二转动件可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第二安装件固定连接于所述第四支撑件,所述第二连接件的所述一端固定连接于所述第二转动件,所述第二连接件的所述另一端可滑动地连接于所述第二安装件。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一连接件包括第一主体部及自所述第一主体部的一端延伸出的第一延伸部,所述第二连接件包括第二主体部及自所述第二主体部的一端延伸出的第二延伸部;其中,所述第一主体部可滑动地连接于所述第一安装件,所述第一延伸部设有供所述第一转动件穿过的第一孔,所述第二主体部可滑动地安装于所述第二安装件,所述第二延伸部设有供所述第一转动件穿过的第二孔。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一安装件设有第一滑槽,所述第二安装件设有第二滑槽,所述第一主体部可滑动地安装于所述第一滑槽内,所述第二主体部可滑动地安装于所述第二滑槽内。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述铰链结构还包括定位机构,所述定位机构包括定位件,其中,所述定位件套设于所述第一转动件和所述第二转动件,所述定位件包括朝向所述第一连接件的所述第一延伸部的第一凸起和朝向所述第二连接件的所述第二延伸部的第二凸起,所述第一连接件的所述第一延伸部设有第一凹槽,所述第二连接件的所述第二延伸部设有第二凹槽,当所述支撑机构处于所述平坦状态或折叠状态时,所述第一凸起收容于所述第一凹槽,所述第二凸起收容于所述第二凹槽。
  20. 如权利要求16所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述铰链结构还包括同步机构,所述同步机构包括第一同步件、第二同步件和第三同步件,所述第一同步件连接于所述第一转动件,所述第二同步件连接于所述第二转动件,所述第一同步件通过所述第三同步件同步连接于所述第二同步件以使所述第一转动件和所述第二转动件同步转动。
