随着消费者对于健康问题的重视及对卷烟产品个性化体验的需求提升,烟草行业不断响应消费者的需求升级,开发出各种具有降焦减害的加热卷烟。其中,加热不燃烧型卷烟由于其卷烟加热方式不同于传统卷烟制品,使其能够在满足消费者对于卷烟产品的感官需求的同时提供更加健康的抽吸体验。
现有加热卷烟主要包括发烟芯材段、中空支撑段、降温段和过滤段,其中加热卷烟为了引入空气,增加通风量,有效降低烟气温度,通常采用在线激光打孔的方法在加热卷烟的中空支撑段打孔,打穿中空支撑段管壁和包裹中空支撑段的成型纸与接装纸,形成通风孔,引入空气,但该方法仍然存在以下问题:1、在线激光打孔的过程对中空支撑段管壁的材料、厚度有较高的要求,首先中空支撑段管壁的材料不能在线激光打孔过程中坍塌,且中空支撑段管壁也不能特别厚,以免在线激光打孔的时候打不穿;2、在线激光打孔的过程对激光功率的要求很高,若激光打孔设备未能将中空支撑段管壁打穿,则会出现加热卷烟生产不合格、烟气温度过热的问题;3、目前通过打穿中空支撑段以及包裹中空支撑段的成型纸和接装纸形成通风孔,外界空气直接通过通风孔进入中空支撑段内部,通风孔引入空气的速度快、引入的空气与烟气的接触面积有限、混合不均匀,导致吸入消费者口中的烟气量虽然增加了,但是烟气浓度低,烟气中明显掺杂大量空气,吸烟品质严重下降。
另外,采用物理打孔的方式使加热卷烟管壁透气还存在透气量不可调、透气位置固定的问题,由于物理打孔引入空气,只能是哪里打孔,进而从哪里引入环境空气进行透气降温,透气量这随着孔的大小而固定。但是随着发烟段材料的变化,或者适配烟具的变化,加热卷烟的透气度和透气位置希望是可以调节的。
因此,设计一种既可以保证对烟气的降温效果、又能保证发烟量及烟气品质的加热卷烟,且加热卷烟的透气量和透气度是可以调节的是人们所希望的。
为了解决以上问题,提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明第一方面提供一种可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,所述可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟包括发烟段1和具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒,且两者通过成形纸4组装成型;包裹所述具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒的所述成形纸4外侧至少部分区域还具有接装纸5;
从远唇端到近唇端,所述具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒依次包括烟气提取段2和功能滤棒段3,所述烟气提取段2自身具有透气功能,外界空气可以经过所述烟气提取段2进入加热卷烟内部;
所述接装纸5仅部分包裹所述烟气提取段2,所述烟气提取段2靠近发烟段1一侧至少部分区域外侧仅有所述成形纸4,未包裹所述接装纸5;
所述成形纸4是透气的,所述接装纸5是不透气的,且所述接装纸5的长度和位置是可调节的。
优选地,所述烟气提取段2为中空结构,其包括管壁21和管腔22,所述管壁21上无需进行打孔,其自身具有透气功能,所述管壁21内具有通气孔,外界空气可以经过所述管壁21内的通气孔进入所述管腔22中。其中管腔22的横截面积并不限定于圆形,也可以为三角形、多边形或者五角星形等任何形状。
优选地,所述接装纸5覆盖所述烟气提取段2轴向长度的1/6-5/6。
优选地,所述成形纸4的透气度为1000-10000CU。
优选地,所述管壁21可以由颗粒粘结挤压成型,成型后颗粒之间的孔隙作为通气孔,使所述管壁21自身具有透气功能;
所述颗粒直径为200-25000微米;所述颗粒形成中空管管壁后,所述管壁21的厚度为1.0-2.0mm,且所述管壁21中所述颗粒间的孔隙是分散的,且孔隙率为50-80%。
优选地,所述颗粒选自有机颗粒或者无机颗粒,无机颗粒包括三氧化二铝、氧化锆、碳酸钙、玻璃珠、二氧化硅、铁、铜、铝、金、铂、硅酸镁球或硫酸钙;有机颗粒包括醋酸纤维素、醋酸丙酸纤维素、醋酸丁酸纤维素、微晶纤维素、蔗糖粉、糊精、乳糖、糖粉、葡萄糖、甘露醇、淀粉、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、聚乳酸、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚羟基丁酸酯、聚ε-己内酯、聚乙醇酸、聚羟基烷酸 酯、基于淀粉的热塑性树脂中的至少一种。
优选地,颗粒间的粘结剂包括:聚乙烯、聚丙烯,聚乳酸,聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯酸聚乙烯基化合物、聚四氟乙烯、聚醚醚酮、聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚对苯二甲酸环己二亚甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯、聚丙烯酸化物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丙烯腈、苯乙烯-丁二烯、苯乙烯-马来酸、乙酸纤维素、乙酸丁酸纤维素、增塑纤维素塑料、丙酸纤维素、乙基纤维素、其任意衍生物、其任何共聚物的至少一种,以及其任意组合。
优选地,所述管壁21为醋酸纤维丝束,此时醋酸纤维丝束的填丝量为中支,醋酸纤维丝束形成中空管管壁后,所述管壁21的厚度为1.0-3.0mm。此时醋酸纤维丝束的填丝量为中支,当尺寸为滤棒圆周19.8mm时,填2000-4500根丝。
优选地,所述管壁21为透气陶瓷材料。
也就是说,此加热卷烟结构中成形纸4起到两个组装作用:(1)烟气提取段2和功能滤棒段3组装形成所述具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒;(2)将所述具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒和发烟段1组装形成加热卷烟。而接装纸不起组装作用,其在于控制接装纸的长短而控制烟气提取段2的透气量和透气位置,同时接装纸还起到印花纹印LOGO等常规的作用。
本发明第二方面提供一种本发明第一方面所述的可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟的调节方法,可以通过调整所述接装纸5覆盖所述烟气提取段2区域的大小和位置调整所述烟气提取段2的透气度和透气位置,从而调节加热卷烟的透气度和透气位置。
此外,本发明具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒并不限定于仅包括烟气提取段2和功能滤棒段3,根据实际需求,其还可以为三元复合结构,可以在添加支撑段、降温段、增香段等其他功能段。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,其包括自身具有透气功能的烟气提取段2,外界空气可以经过所述烟气提取段2进入加热卷烟内部;所述接装纸5仅部分包裹所述烟气提取段2,所述烟气提取段2靠近发烟段1一侧部分区域外侧仅有所述成形纸4,未包裹所述接装纸5;而所述成形纸4是透 气的,所述接装纸5是不透气的,且所述接装纸5的长度和位置是可调节的,这样可以通过调整所述接装纸5覆盖所述烟气提取段2区域的大小和位置调整所述烟气提取段2的透气度和透气位置,从而调节加热卷烟的透气度和透气位置。本发明烟支结构可以通过控制接装纸5的长短更加灵活的控制所述烟气提取段2的透气量和透气位置。
2、本发明具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒包含烟气提取段2,其中所述烟气提取段2的管壁21上无需进行打孔,其自身具有透气功能,所述管壁21内具有通气孔,外界空气可以经过所述管壁21内的通气孔进入所述管腔22中,也就是说,管壁21自身带有孔隙,具有自然透气的效果,配合使用成形纸4和接装纸5使降温段管壁达到透气,外界空气通过孔隙进入加热卷烟内部与烟气混合,达到向加热卷烟内部引入空气的目的,无需打孔也避免了向烟气提取段2管壁21打孔带来的问题。
3、在本发明优选地实施方案中,所述管壁21可以由颗粒粘结挤压成型,成型后颗粒之间的孔隙起到自然透气的作用;颗粒形成中空管后,管壁中所述颗粒间的孔隙是分散的,相对于直接对降温段打孔,本发明颗粒形式烟气提取段引入的空气更加分散,在保证引入的空气量达到降温的同时,还能够均匀的向加热卷烟中引入空气,从而使引入的空气和烟气混合更均匀,解决了如之前打孔一样,仅保证了引入大量空气达到降温效果,却导致空气烟气混合不均匀,烟气品质差的问题。
4、如果将颗粒作为实心降温棒,虽然降温效果好,但是烟气要经过实心降温棒中的颗粒空隙才能到达滤嘴,供消费者进行抽吸,这样导致实心降温棒对烟气的吸附量又太大。而本发明在引入空气降低烟气温度的同时,颗粒材料的选择也很关键,本发明颗粒材料选自一些具有降温效果的材料,在烟气经过时,烟气提取段管壁材料同样可以起到降低烟气温度的效果。
5、在本发明优选地实施方案中,所述管壁21为醋酸纤维丝束,此醋酸纤维丝束并非传统的用于过滤嘴的醋酸丝束,本发明中用于管壁21的醋酸丝束是中支的,这使得醋酸丝束自身是具有孔隙且透气的,犹如具有网格的窗纱一样。相对于直接对降温段打孔,本发明醋酸丝束烟气提取段引入的空气更加分散,在保证引入的空气量达到降温的同时,还能够均匀的向加热卷烟中引入空气,从而使 引入的空气和烟气混合更均匀,解决了如之前打孔一样,仅保证了引入大量空气达到降温效果,却导致空气烟气混合不均匀,烟气品质差的问题。
6、在本发明优选地实施方案中,所述管壁21还可以为透气的陶瓷材料,在具有自身透气功能的情况下,还可以兼顾支撑的作用。

实施例1
如图1-3,本实施例为一种可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟样品1,所述可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟包括发烟段1和具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒,且两者通过成形纸4组装成型;包裹所述具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒的所述成形纸4外侧还具有接装纸5;
从远唇端到近唇端,所述具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒依次包括烟气提取段2和功能滤棒段3,所述烟气提取段2自身具有透气功能,外界空气可以经过所述烟气提取段2进入加热卷烟内部;
所述接装纸5仅部分包裹所述烟气提取段2,所述烟气提取段2靠近发烟段1一侧部分区域外侧仅有所述成形纸4,未包裹所述接装纸5;
所述成形纸4是透气的,所述接装纸5是不透气的,且所述接装纸5的长度和位置是可调节的。
所述烟气提取段2为中空结构,其包括管壁21和管腔22,所述管壁21上无需进行打孔,其自身具有透气功能,所述管壁21内具有通气孔,外界空气可以经过所述管壁21内的通气孔进入所述管腔22中。
所述接装纸5覆盖所述烟气提取段2轴向长度的1/2。成形纸4的透气度为1000CU。
所述管壁21由颗粒粘结挤压成型,成型后颗粒之间的孔隙起到自然透气的作用;
所述颗粒直径为200-25000微米;所述颗粒形成中空管管壁后,管壁21的厚度为1.5mm,且所述管壁21中所述颗粒间的孔隙是分散的,且孔隙率为50%。所述颗粒选自无机颗粒三氧化二铝。颗粒间的粘结剂聚乳酸。
实施例2
如图4,本实施例为一种可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟样品2,所述可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟包括发烟段1和具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒,且两者通过成形纸4组装成型;包裹所述具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒的所述成形纸4外侧还具有接装纸5;
从远唇端到近唇端,所述具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒依次包括烟气提取段2和功能滤棒段3,所述烟气提取段2自身具有透气功能,外界空气可以经过所述烟气提取段2进入加热卷烟内部;
所述接装纸5仅部分包裹所述烟气提取段2,所述烟气提取段2靠近发烟段1一侧部分区域外侧仅有所述成形纸4,未包裹所述接装纸5;
所述成形纸4是透气的,所述接装纸5是不透气的,且所述接装纸5的长度和位置是可调节的。
所述烟气提取段2为中空结构,其包括管壁21和管腔22,所述管壁21上无需进行打孔,其自身具有透气功能,所述管壁21内具有通气孔,外界空气可以经过所述管壁21内的通气孔进入所述管腔22中。
所述接装纸5覆盖所述烟气提取段2轴向长度的1/3。
所述管壁21为醋酸纤维丝束;所述管壁21为醋酸纤维丝束,此时醋酸纤维丝束的填丝量为中支,醋酸纤维丝束形成中空管管壁后,所述管壁21的厚度为1.0mm。此时醋酸纤维丝束的填丝量为中支,当尺寸为滤棒圆周19.8mm时,填2833根丝。
实施例3
对实施例1制备的加热卷烟样品1和实施例2制备的加热卷烟样品2,按照QYNZY.J07.022-2015标准,让20名省级以上专业感官评吸人员对烟支样品进行抽吸感官评价,评吸打分后结果取平均值,可以得到下表1。

从上表1中可以看出,样品1在香气香味和口感两个指标上更优于样品2,这是由于样品2中透气量相较于样品1更大,导致引入的空气量更大,从而使得烟雾自身的香气香味降低,所以根据不同发烟芯材,要适当调整烟气提取段的透气量和透气位置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,其特征在于,所述可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟包括发烟段(1)和具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒,且两者通过成形纸(4)组装成型;包裹所述具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒的所述成形纸(4)外侧至少部分区域还具有接装纸(5);
    从远唇端到近唇端,所述具有自然透气功能的加热卷烟滤棒依次包括烟气提取段(2)和功能滤棒段(3),所述烟气提取段(2)自身具有透气功能,外界空气可以经过所述烟气提取段(2)进入加热卷烟内部;
    所述接装纸(5)仅部分包裹所述烟气提取段(2),所述烟气提取段(2)靠近发烟段(1)一侧至少部分区域外侧仅有所述成形纸(4),未包裹所述接装纸(5);
    所述成形纸(4)是透气的,所述接装纸(5)是不透气的,且所述接装纸(5)的长度和位置是可调节的。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,其特征在于,所述烟气提取段(2)为中空结构,其包括管壁(21)和管腔(22),所述管壁(21)上无需进行打孔,其自身具有透气功能,所述管壁(21)内具有通气孔,外界空气可以经过所述管壁(21)内的通气孔进入所述管腔(22)中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,其特征在于,所述接装纸(5)覆盖所述烟气提取段(2)轴向长度的1/6-5/6。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,其特征在于,所述成形纸(4)的透气度为1000-10000CU。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,其特征在于,所述管壁(21)可以由颗粒粘结挤压成型,成型后颗粒之间的孔隙作为通气孔,使所述管壁(21)自身具有透气功能;
    所述颗粒直径为200-25000微米;所述颗粒形成中空管管壁后,所述管壁(21)的厚度为1.0-2.0mm,且所述管壁(21)中所述颗粒间的孔隙是分散的,且孔隙率为50-80%。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,其特征在于,所述颗粒选自有机颗粒或者无机颗粒,无机颗粒包括三氧化二铝、氧化锆、碳酸钙、玻璃珠、二氧化硅、铁、铜、铝、金、铂、硅酸镁球或硫酸钙;有 机颗粒包括醋酸纤维素、醋酸丙酸纤维素、醋酸丁酸纤维素、微晶纤维素、蔗糖粉、糊精、乳糖、糖粉、葡萄糖、甘露醇、淀粉、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、聚乳酸、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚羟基丁酸酯、聚ε-己内酯、聚乙醇酸、聚羟基烷酸酯、基于淀粉的热塑性树脂中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,其特征在于,颗粒间的粘结剂包括:聚乙烯、聚丙烯,聚乳酸,聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯酸聚乙烯基化合物、聚四氟乙烯、聚醚醚酮、聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚对苯二甲酸环己二亚甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯、聚丙烯酸化物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丙烯腈、苯乙烯-丁二烯、苯乙烯-马来酸、乙酸纤维素、乙酸丁酸纤维素、增塑纤维素塑料、丙酸纤维素、乙基纤维素、其任意衍生物、其任何共聚物的至少一种,以及其任意组合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,其特征在于,所述管壁(21)为醋酸纤维丝束,此时醋酸纤维丝束的填丝量为中支,醋酸纤维丝束形成中空管管壁后,所述管壁(21)的厚度为1.0-3.0mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟,其特征在于,所述管壁(21)为透气陶瓷材料。
  10. 一种权利要求1所述的可调节管壁透气度和透气位置的加热卷烟的调节方法,其特征在于,可以通过调整所述接装纸(5)覆盖所述烟气提取段(2)区域的大小和位置调整所述烟气提取段(2)的透气度和透气位置,从而调节加热卷烟的透气度和透气位置。
