背景技术
个人娱乐用耳机已经非常普及,抛开一部分只是“听个响”的需求人群以外,倾听音乐,丰富个人业余生活,是大多数使用者的需求。受到商品价格限制,目前市场上中端以下耳机,受制于喇叭单体的制造工艺和成本限制,对声音的重放存在一定的不足,主要表现在:要么低音混浊不清,要么低音下潜不够,要么是低音不足,或者是人声不饱满,声音朦胧解析力差,临场感不够,声场偏离耳朵较远,管道声重等等,如此各种不足,都是因为喇叭和结构设计的原因。如何利用普通的器件通过结构改变设计出高端耳机效果,让广大用户可以低消费享受到高端HiFi音响般的效果,是目前有待解决的技术难题。
技术问题
综上所述,本发明的目的在于解决现有的耳机音响效果不理想,或者存在成本高,结构复杂的技术不足,而提出一种耳机低音倍增器结构。
技术解决方案
为解决本发明所提出的技术不足,而采用的技术方案为:
一种耳机低音倍增器结构,包括有喇叭中框、喇叭后盖和喇叭上盖构成的腔体,腔体内设有低音喇叭;其特征在于:所述的喇叭中框包括有外中框和设于外中框内的内中框;外中框与内中框之间通过辐条连接,外中框与内中框之间形成有第一出声孔;所述的内中框的上表面设有环形内中框凹槽,所述的喇叭上盖内表面设有延伸至所述的环形内中框凹槽中的环形筋骨,环形筋骨与环形内中框凹槽的槽底和槽壁间隙配合,喇叭上盖上位于环形筋骨内侧位置,设有低中音出口,所述的第一出声孔至低中音出口之间形成有途经环形内中框凹槽的S形低音气流通道;所述的内中框中心位置设有中音喇叭,中音喇叭上方与喇叭上盖之间有低中音混合腔。
作为对本发明作进一步限定的技术方案包括有:
所述的喇叭上盖中心位置嵌入固定有扩音器;在喇叭上盖内侧设有插入至扩音器内的动铁喇叭。
所述的喇叭中框外侧壁设有环形中空层。
所述的喇叭中框与喇叭后盖之间,以及喇叭中框与喇叭上盖之间均通过定位凸起、定位凹槽和胶水密封连接。
所述的喇叭上盖内侧容纳所述动铁喇叭的动铁喇叭腔体。
所述的喇叭上盖上设有与动铁喇叭腔体尾部相通的倒相孔。
所述的喇叭上盖内侧三个插入至扩音器内的动铁喇叭。
所述的喇叭中框与喇叭后盖扣合处设有与低音喇叭背面的低音谐振腔体相通的第一倒相通道;喇叭中框与喇叭上盖扣合处设有与中音喇叭背面腔体相通的第二倒相通道。
所述的扩音器采用铝扩音器。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的低音喇叭在发音工作时,其推动的气流在喇叭中盖与喇叭上盖之间的S形低音气流通道通过,由于腔体有限容积设计的作用,使得气流产生强大的压力向边缘空隙处流动,经过S形低音气流通道壁的阻挡,强迫气流产生绕行出来,通过对此尺寸的调整,不但低音得到较大的力度提升,而且由于二次环绕的作用,使得低音的回响得到进一步的补充,实际听起来澎湃有力,回音绕梁,达到了极高的音响效果。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合附图和本发明优选的具体实施例对本发明的结构作进一步地说明。
参照图1至图4中所示,本发明一种耳机低音倍增器结构,包括有喇叭中框1、喇叭后盖2和喇叭上盖3构成的腔体,腔体内设有低音喇叭4;低音喇叭4固定于喇叭中框1,低音喇叭4的背面与喇叭后盖2间形成低音谐振腔41,所述的喇叭中框1与喇叭2扣合处设有与低音谐振腔体41相通的第一倒相通道42。
所述的喇叭中框1包括有外中框11和设于外中框11内的内中框12;外中框11与内中框12之间通过多根辐条13连接,外中框11与内中框12之间形成有第一出声孔10;也即是低音喇叭4在发音工作时,其推动的低音气流可以经第一出声孔10进入喇叭中盖1与喇叭上盖3之间。为了增强本实用新型的低音效果,所述的内中框12的上表面设有环形内中框凹槽121,所述的喇叭上盖3内表面设有延伸至所述的环形内中框凹槽121中的环形筋骨31,环形筋骨31与环形内中框121的槽底和槽壁间隙配合,喇叭上盖3上位于环形筋骨31内侧位置,设有低中音出口32,所述的第一出声孔10至低中音出口32之间形成有途经环形内中框凹槽121的S形低音气流通道;所述的内中框121位置设有中音喇叭5,中音喇叭5上方与喇叭上盖3之间有低中音混合腔51。当低音喇叭4发音时产生的低音气流以S形路径通过喇叭中盖1与喇叭上盖3之间低音气流通道后,与中音喇叭5发音产生的中音气流混合后,经低中音出口32排出,低音得到较大的力度提升,而且由于在S形低音气流通道中二次环绕的作用,使得低音的回响得到进一步的补充,实际听起来澎湃有力,回音绕梁,达到了极高的音响效果。
为了使本发明具有高音效果,所述的喇叭上盖3中心位置嵌入固定有扩音器6,扩音器6优选为铝扩音器;在喇叭上盖3内侧设有插入至扩音器6内的动铁喇叭7。附图中采用均匀分布3个动铁喇叭7产生高音,并经扩音器6进行扩音处理。为了便于动铁喇叭7的安装固定,所述的喇叭上盖3内侧容纳所述动铁7的动铁喇叭腔体。所述的喇叭上盖3上设有与动铁喇叭腔体尾部相通的倒相孔33。
本发明为了降低外部噪音干扰,所述的喇叭中框1外侧壁设有环形中空层14。
为了实现喇叭中框1、喇叭后盖2和喇叭上盖3之间密封固定连接,所述的喇叭中框1与喇叭后盖2之间,以及喇叭中框1与喇叭上盖3之间均通过定位凸起、定位凹槽和胶水密封连接。喇叭中框1与喇叭上盖3扣合处设有与中音喇叭背面腔体相通的第二倒相通道43。
本发明耳机低音倍增器结构,配合分频电路,即可实现三分频的耳机箱体结构,获得超乎常规的低音提升效果;本实施例中结构主要适用于头戴式耳机,而应用于入耳式耳机时,只需对外形略作修改即可。本发明利用普通的器件通过结构改变设计出高端耳机效果,让广大用户可以低消费享受到高端HiFi音响般的效果,本发明必将具有巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

  1. 一种耳机低音倍增器结构,包括有喇叭中框、喇叭后盖和喇叭上盖构成的腔体,腔体内设有低音喇叭;其特征在于:所述的喇叭中框包括有外中框和设于外中框内的内中框;外中框与内中框之间通过辐条连接,外中框与内中框之间形成有第一出声孔;所述的内中框的上表面设有环形内中框凹槽,所述的喇叭上盖内表面设有延伸至所述的环形内中框凹槽中的环形筋骨,环形筋骨与环形内中框凹槽的槽底和槽壁间隙配合,喇叭上盖上位于环形筋骨内侧位置,设有低中音出口,所述的第一出声孔至低中音出口之间形成有途经环形内中框凹槽的S形低音气流通道;所述的内中框中心位置设有中音喇叭,中音喇叭上方与喇叭上盖之间有低中音混合腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种耳机低音倍增器结构,其特征在于:所述的喇叭上盖中心位置嵌入固定有扩音器;在喇叭上盖内侧设有插入至扩音器内的动铁喇叭。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2中所述的一种耳机低音倍增器结构,其特征在于:所述的喇叭中框外侧壁设有环形中空层。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2中所述的一种耳机低音倍增器结构,其特征在于:所述的喇叭中框与喇叭后盖之间,以及喇叭中框与喇叭上盖之间均通过定位凸起、定位凹槽和胶水密封连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3中所述的一种耳机低音倍增器结构,其特征在于:所述的喇叭上盖内侧容纳所述动铁喇叭的动铁喇叭腔体。
  6. 根据权利要求5中所述的一种耳机低音倍增器结构,其特征在于:所述的喇叭上盖上设有与动铁喇叭腔体尾部相通的倒相孔。
  7. 根据权利要求3中所述的一种耳机低音倍增器结构,其特征在于:所述的喇叭上盖内侧三个插入至扩音器内的动铁喇叭。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种耳机低音倍增器结构,其特征在于:所述的喇叭中框与喇叭后盖扣合处设有与低音喇叭背面的低音谐振腔体相通的第一倒相通道;喇叭中框与喇叭上盖扣合处设有与中音喇叭背面腔体相通的第二倒相通道。
