Un procédé de fourniture d'un service de réservation de chambre selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant : à recevoir, en provenance d'une pluralité de terminaux d'établissement hôtelier, des informations de chambre concernant des chambres qu'un utilisateur peut réserver pour chaque jour et des éléments requis pour réserver les chambres ; à recevoir, en provenance d'un terminal utilisateur, des premières informations de sélection concernant la période pendant laquelle l'utilisateur occupera un établissement hôtelier ; à fournir une liste de chambres réservées au terminal utilisateur sur la base des premières informations de sélection et des informations de chambre ; à recevoir, en provenance du terminal utilisateur, des secondes informations de sélection concernant l'une des chambres comprises dans la liste de chambres ; à recevoir, en provenance du terminal utilisateur, des informations d'utilisateur correspondant aux éléments requis pour réserver une chambre ; à générer des informations de réservation de chambre concernant l'utilisateur et la chambre correspondant aux informations d'utilisateur sur la base des premières informations de sélection, des secondes informations de sélection et des informations d'utilisateur ; à fournir les informations de réservation de chambre au terminal d'établissement hôtelier ; à recevoir, en provenance du terminal d'établissement hôtelier, des informations d'approbation concernant les informations de réservation de chambre ; et à fournir les informations d'approbation au terminal utilisateur.
