최근 들어 많은 사람들이 여가를 즐기기 위해 숙박 업소를 이용하고 있다. 전국의 숙박 업소의 객실 수는 100만개를 넘어서는 것으로 추산되고 있으며, 소형 및 민간인이 등록하지 않고 숙박 서비스를 제공하는 경우까지를 고려하면 객실 수는 상기 수치를 훨씬 증가할 것으로 예상된다.
종래의 숙박업소의 객실을 예약하는 방법으로는, 서비스 이용자가 이용을 희망하는 업소로 전화를 하여 희망 시간에 예약이 가능한지 여부를 확인하여 예약을 하는 방법, 서비스 이용자가 특정 지역에 대해 여행을 하거나 할 경우에 여행사 등을 통하여 예약을 하는 방법, 컴퓨터 예약 시스템을 이용하여 예약을 하는 방법 등이 있다.
이 중에서, 인터넷 기술의 발달과 통신 단말기의 보급에 따라 컴퓨터 예약 시스템을 이용하는 방법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 컴퓨터 예약 시스템을 이용하여 호텔을 예약하는 방법에는 두 가지 방법이 있을 수 있다. 즉, 특정 호텔에서 통신망을 통한 예약 관리가 가능하도록 통신망 상에 홈페이지 등을 개설하고, 홈페이지에 서비스 이용자가 접속을 하여 숙박업소의 예약을 하는 방법과, 특정 서비스 운영자가 복수의 호텔을 체인으로 연결하여 서비스 이용자의 예약 관리를 대행하여 주는 방법이 있다.
호텔 등 숙박업소에서는 이러한 방법 중 하나만을 사용하지 않고, 전화 예약, 여행사, 직접 개설한 홈페이지, 예약 대행 사이트 등 다양한 방법을 통해 객실 예약을 받고 있다. 그러나 각 방법들에 의한 예약은 개별적으로 관리되고, 실시간 통합 관리는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 예약이 중복되거나 오버 부킹(over booking) 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있으며, 예약 취소가 신속하게 처리되지 않는 등 서비스 이용자의 불만이 야기되고 있다.
본 발명은 숙박업소 통합 관리 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한 본 발명은 사용자 정보에 대한 보안이 이루어진 상태에서 객실 예약 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한 본 발명은 스마트키를 이용하여 별도의 객실 키를 가지고 다니지 않아도 되는 편리함을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

상기 제1 크리덴셜은 신원 인증 기관으로부터 상기 사용자의 신원 인증 정보 및 상기 신원 인증 기관의 제1 서명을 포함하여 생성되고, 상기 사용자 단말에 발급된 뒤에 상기 신원 인증 기관에서 제거되고, 상기 제1 서명은 온라인 저장소에 저장된 제1 공개 키를 이용하여 검증이 가능하고, 상기 신원 인증을 수행하는 단계는 상기 제1 프레젠테이션 및 상기 제1 공개 키를 이용하여 상기 사용자 단말의 사용자의 신원 인증을 수행하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제1 프레젠테이션은 상기 제1 크리덴셜에 상기 제1 서명이 포함되어 있음을 영지식 증명하기 위해 상기 사용자 단말에 의해 상기 제1 공개 키를 통해 검증 가능하도록 생성된 제2 서명을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제2 크리덴셜을 발급하는 단계는 상기 사용자 단말에 상기 객실 예약 정보 및 서비스 제공자의 제3 서명을 포함하는 상기 제2 크리덴셜을 발급하는 단계, 상기 제3 서명을 검증 가능한 제2 공개 키를 상기 온라인 저장소에 저장하는 단계 및 상기 발급된 제2 크리덴셜의 임시 저장 정보를 제거하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.

예를 들면, 현재 예약하는 날짜가 2021년 6월 1일이고, 제1 선택 정보에 포함된 이용기간이 2021년 8월 1일부터 8월 5일인 경우, 2020년 6월 1일을 기준으로 2020년 8월 1일부터 8월 5일의 예약률에 대한 데이터를 획득하고 이를 2021년 6월 1일 기준 2021년 8월 1일부터 8월 5일의 예약률을 비교하여 예약의 증감률을 산출할 수 있다.
또한, 최근 한 달간 사용자들의 검색 데이터에 기초하여 제2 가중치를 산출할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 제1 선택 정보에 포함된 이용기간이 2021년 8월 1일부터 2021년 8월 5일이고, 최근 한 달간 상기 이용기간에 대하여 사용자들의 검색량이 증가한 경우, 상기 이용기간에 대한 객실 이용 가격이 오르도록 제2 가중치를 산출할 수 있다.
이를 통해 사용자들의 수요를 예측할 수 있다. 전년도 대비 예약률이 증가한 경우, 상기 제1 선택 정보에 포함된 이용기간에 대하여 사용자들의 수요가 많은 것으로 판단하고, 객실의 가격이 오르도록 제2 가중치를 산출할 수 있다.

프레젠테이션에 포함된 적어도 하나의 클레임이 숙박업소 통합 관리 서비스 제공 장치가 발급해준 제2 크리덴셜에 포함된 것이고, 적어도 하나의 클레임의 내용이 사용자 단말이 숙박업소 통합 관리 서비스 제공 장치와 객실 예약 정보를 생성했음을 지시하는 것으로 검증된 경우, 숙박업소 단말은 상기 객실 예약 정보를 확인하고 승인한 정보인 승인 정보를 숙박업소 통합 관리 서비스 제공 장치로 전송할 수 있다.
이를 통해, 사용자 단말이 프레젠테이션을 생성하면서 함께 생성한 제4 서명이 없는 경우에는 숙박업소 단말이 승인 정보를 제공하지 않게끔 하여 사용자 단말에 저장된 제2 크리덴셜이 유출되는 경우에도 다른 사용자에 의해 객실 예약 정보가 생성되지 않도록 할 수 있다.

이에 따라, 숙박업소 단말은 공개 키가 저장되어 있는 외부 저장소로부터 공개 키를 수신하여 상기 제2 서명 및 제4 서명을 검증함으로써, 제2 프리젠테이션에 포함된 적어도 하나의 클레임이 서비스 제공 장치가 발급해준 크리덴셜에 포함된 것인지와, 적어도 하나의 클레임의 내용이 사용자 단말이 서비스 제공 장치와 객실 예약 정보를 생성했는지를 검증할 수 있다.
이를 통해, 사용자 단말에 발급된 제1 크리덴셜에 포함된 제1 서명 및 제2 크리덴셜에 포함된 제3 서명이 노출되지 않도록 하여 보안성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

  6. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 체크인 정보를 수신하는 단계는,
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 제1 크리덴셜 및 제2 크리덴셜을 기초로 생성된 제3 프레젠테이션을 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 제3 프레젠테이션을 이용하여 상기 사용자 단말의 사용자의 신원 인증 및 객실 예약 정보 인증을 수행하는 단계
    를 포함하는, 숙박업소 통합 관리 서비스 제공 방법.
  7. 제6 항에 있어서,
    상기 제3 프레젠테이션은 상기 제2 프레젠테이션과 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는, 숙박업소 통합 관리 서비스 제공 방법.
  8. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 승인 정보를 제공하는 단계는,
    상기 사용자 단말에 상기 객실에 대응하는 대금 결제를 위한 결제 인터페이스를 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 결제 인터페이스를 통해 결제가 완료된 경우, 상기 사용자 단말에 상기 승인 정보를 제공하는 단계
    를 포함하는, 숙박업소 통합 관리 서비스 제공 방법.
  9. 제8 항에 있어서,
    상기 스마트키를 제공하는 단계 후,
    상기 사용자가 체크인을 완료한 경우, 상기 숙박업소에게 상기 대금에서 기 설정된 수수료를 제외한 금액을 지급하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 숙박업소 통합 관리 서비스 제공 방법.
  10. 적어도 하나의 프로그램이 기록된 메모리; 및
    상기 프로그램을 실행하는 프로세서
    를 포함하고,
    상기 프로그램은
    숙박업소 단말로부터 사용자가 예약 가능한 객실에 대한 객실 정보 및 객실 예약에 필요한 항목을 수신하는 단계;
    상기 객실 정보를 기초로 예약 가능한 객실 리스트를 사용자 단말에 제공하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 객실 리스트에 포함된 객실들 중 어느 하나의 객실에 대한 선택 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 객실 예약에 필요한 항목에 대응하는 사용자 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 선택 정보 및 상기 사용자 정보에 기초하여 상기 사용자 정보에 대응하는 사용자 및 상기 객실에 대한 객실 예약 정보를 생성하는 단계;
    상기 숙박업소 단말에 상기 객실 예약 정보를 제공하는 단계;
    상기 숙박업소 단말로부터 상기 객실 예약 정보에 대한 승인 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말에 상기 승인 정보를 제공하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 사용자가 상기 객실에 체크인하기 위해 필요한 체크인 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 사용자 단말에 상기 객실의 도어락의 잠금 해제를 위한 스마트키를 제공하는 단계
    를 수행하기 위한 명령어들을 포함하는, 숙박업소 통합 관리 서비스 제공 장치.
