Present disclosure relates to a multi-purpose base for food cleaning, grating, and slicing device(100). The device comprises power pad/ base(101). The top part of the power pad/base which aids in the sliding movement of a lid (102) that covers an electric socket. ON/OFF(103) button provided for turning on/off the entire power supply of Power Pad/Base(101). Two controllers (104a,104b) mounted on the device, and the two controllers (104a,104b). A saucepan (107) mounted on the top part of the power pad/ base (101). A motor provided on the inner side of the bottom part(108) of the saucepan. A support sticks (109) helps in keeping the saucepan at its place on the power pad/base (101). A magnetic strip (110) provided to move the slide over the sockets(105). A socket of the appliance/utensil (111) completes the overall circuit, also the receivers of the controllers (104a,104b).

Description

A MULTI-PURPOSE BASE FOR FOOD COOKING, CLEANING, GRATING, AND SLICING DEVICE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present subject matter described herein relates to a multi-purpose base for food cooking, cleaning, grating, and slicing devices. More particularly, the present relates to the device that not only washes the vegetables and fruits, unlike others but will clean eggs, cereal, pulses, packed food, and almost every food product, gives the ability to cook without any spillage.

[0002] There is a saying by Mahatma Gandhi “It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.” Therefore, it is very important to eat healthy because a healthy body has an active mind and hence can do better in its field. [0003] Diseases are a part of our lives such as the common cold and others. But we need to build up our immunity to fight them back and for that, we need to eat healthy and nutritious food, for that we need a thorough cleaning of our grocery items and other articles that we get into our homes.
[0004] Fruit and vegetable surface residues of pesticides have become a food- safety problem that cannot be ignored. Eating in process for a long time, the various residues of pesticides on fruits and vegetables are constantly entered in the human body by the food chain, and have had a strong impact on the health of people. Existing fruits and vegetable cleaning and residues of pesticides removal devices have mechanical, electrical catalytic oxidation cleaning equipment of high-pressure spray-type cleaning machines etc. But it is high that these cleaning devices generally all exist for energy consumption, degradation limitation is large, and cannot remove the problems such as the residues of pesticides on fruits and vegetables efficiently.
[0005] Fruits and vegetables are part of daily food for any family, but washing them can be a hassle. Moreover, it is not easy to remove residue or clean them thoroughly. As a result, this cleaning device concept is created to solve this type of issue.
[0006] The present invention comes with a solution to all the problems that we face every day during our kitchen house chores. Even during the power cut or being out of gas, the food can be washed and can be cooked properly. Also allows the user to control the device from a distance with wireless remote control.

OBJECTS OF THE DISCLOSURE [0001] Some of the objects of the present disclosure, which at least one embodiment herein satisfy, are listed hereinbelow.
[0002] The principal object of the present subject matter is to provide one place and a safe solution to be used by both minors and adults without any assistance. The user should be able to multitask other house chores without paying much attention to kitchen work.
[0003] Another object of the present subject matter is to provide a device that not only washes the vegetables and fruits, unlike others but will clean eggs, cereal, pulses, packed food, and almost every food product.

[0005] This summary is provided to introduce concepts related to a multi purpose base for food cooking, cleaning, grating, and slicing devices.
[0006] The device comprises a base/power pad comes with a unique device that can be connected to any number of devices (having the specific design of base). One magnet is provided on the cover of the socket of the charging pad and another magnet is provided on the base of the device to be fitted on the power pad providing an automatic opening for the socket making it child-safe and avoiding any short circuit due to any liquid spillage. The base/ power pad has two long rectangular spots in which the upper body can slide in and have a firm grip while performing its functions.

The wireless control board is also fitted inside the power pad giving an edge of controlling the device from a distance using a wireless remote. The motor is installed for a pulsator (113) and a heating coil for the heating purpose. The temperature and rotation of the heating coil is controlled by the two controllers (104 a, 104b) of the power pad/base (101). The support sticks (109) helps to guide the user to install the device (100) properly so that the sockets (105) are matched properly. A magnetic strip (110) is provided to move the slide over the sockets (105). In an embodiment, the device (100) further comprises a main frame of a food cleaner cum washer (114). The bottom side (115) of the cleaner cum washer (114) where the bevel gears with motor and a heating mantle is fixed. A silicon basket (116) placed inside the food cleaner cum washer (114). A lid (117) is provided to the food cleaner cum washer (114). A UV light (118) is installed inside the food cleaner cum washer (114) to clean the germs and microbes from the food surface. A water inlet pipe (119) and a water outlet pipe provided in the food cleaner cum washer (114). A plate shaped pulsator (121) is provided inside the food cleaner cum washer (114) to induce a whirlpool motion of water for washing. The plate shaped pulsator (121) also act as a base to keep food on to sterilize with the help of UV Lights (118). A long brush (122) with soft bristles provided in the food cleaner cum washer (114) that helps in scrubbing off the extra dust from the surfaces of food. A bevel gear (123) provided with the motor along with the heating mantle. A rubber plugs/buffers (124) is provided on the bottom surface of the device (100) to make a firm grip on the ground/surface.
[0031] Fig. 7 illustrates an internal sections of power pad/base (101), according to an embodiment of the present subject matter. In an embodiment, inside the power pad/base (101) comprises a place for circuits and control board’s wirings (126), a battery housing (127) and wire housing (128).
[0032] The unique features of the present invention are-
1. The power pad is provided with a unique design that can be connected to a number of devices (having a specific design of base).
2. There is one magnet on the cover of the socket of the charging pad and the other is on the base of the device to be fitted on the charging pad providing an automatic opening for the socket making it child-safe and avoid any short circuit due to water spillage.
3. A battery is fitted at the bottom the power pad to make it usable even during times of power cut and shortage of gas.
4. Two separate detachable utensil/appliances are provided, one for washing or boiling cereal, pulses, eggs, meat, etc. The first detachable utensil/appliances is also used for boil fluids without spilling them. The first detachable utensil/appliances can be used for extracting butter, and cheese. The first detachable utensil/appliances has an inbuilt pulsator. The second detachable utensil basket is provided for vegetables, fruits or packed food that require a vigorous washing scraping off the dirt, dust and other unwanted particles or microbes off the surface of the food. Further, a grater and a slicer is provided and having a specific design of the base. 5. Heating mantle and thermostat is provided for raising the temperature of the fluid in a controlled way for maintaining a certain temperature.
6. Saucepan (anti-spilling) is used for steam cooking.
7. With the help of a wireless Remote-Control feature. The user can control the features from a distance without interrupting their other work.

[0034] The user has to fit the utensil/appliance on the power pad/base according to the cavity on the base with the extended support rods from the utensils. The controllers on the power pad can be used to control the functions and other parts of the appliance/utensils attached on it.
For Washing
1. If the user wants to clean the cereals, pulses, eggs or meat put them in a smaller container.
2. Place the basket in the aluminum outer body.
3. Close the lid and fix it on the power pad, plugin and switch it ON.
4. As the lid closes UV Lamp switches ON automatically, which kills the germs by UV radiations.
5. Inlet allows water to come inside the model.
6. The pulsator provides a whirlpool motion in the water which removes the dirt.
7. If the user has to wash fruits, vegetables, packed food, cereals, pulses, eggs or meat. Further, the user has to choose the small or large basket on the basis of quantity and size of the food item. Then, the heating mantle is used to raise the water temperature. The heating mantle helps to melt the wax layer on fruits and vegetables (if present). After that, the thermistor is used to maintain the temperature and protect the vegetable, fruits, and other items from getting damaged.
8. A bristles is used to remove the dirt or wax that sticks to the surface of fruits and vegetables. 9. If the user wishes to boil milk or cook food such as rice, and curry. Then, the user has to put the raw material inside the saucepan. Fix the saucepan on the surface of the power pad. Then adjust the timer and temperature using the power pad.
10. Speed and temperature of the sauce pan and other appliances is controlled by the primary and secondary controller respectively. The primary and the secondary controller is provided inside the power pad.
11. Grating and slicing of the vegetables, fruits and other food items is performed by fitting the desired blade from the side slit and keeping the vegetable for slicing and press the button provided on the power pad and the vegetable is sliced down in the container beneath.
12. In case of power cut or the gas cylinder runs out of LPG. The battery is provided inside the power pad. The battery mode is switched on by sliding towards the ON.

• Fuse: for the circuit safety.
• Resistor: for the users so that the user does not get any electric shock.
[0036] The present invention has the various advantages over the prior arts. Other products in the market uses ozone technology to clean our vegetables and fruits but the present scenario demands thorough cleaning, also there is no separate section for different textured grocery items. The present invention will not only wash the vegetables and fruits, unlike others but will clean eggs, cereal, pulses, packed food, and almost every food product. Other than that the present invention helps to raise the temperature of the water and the user can set the speed and time of rotation of the pulsator depending on the type of item needed to be cleaned.
[0037] Further, there are many problems are faced in kitchen washing vegetable, cutting and cooking them. The user need separate time in making a whole dish and for that, the user need N number of devices for that thing. But with the present invention, the user can do all chores from washing to cooking on just one- device.

The users can leave anything to boil and just set a temperature and timer and can do other jobs without worrying about the food. Each and every function is controlled from a distance by the user thus helping them to relax. A number of devices can be fixed in the future on the power pad provided they have a base that connects to the base shown in fig 1.
[0039] Additionally, the battery fitted in the power pad provides power that is an extra advantage and can provide a backup for washing and cooking in situations where there is neither electricity nor gas.

[0041] As the body of the model is made up of aluminum it will last longer and will not cause pollution unlike plastic.

Claims

I CLAIM:
1. A multi-purpose base for food cooking, cleaning, grating, and slicing device (100), comprising: a power pad / base (101), the top part of the power pad/base (101) which aid in the sliding movement of a lid (102) that covers an electric socket; an ON/OFF (103) button provided for turning on/off the entire power supply of the Power Pad/Base (101); at least two controllers (104a, 104b) mounted on the device, the two controllers (104a, 104b) that helps the user to control the function’s performance; a plurality of sockets (105) provided on the device (100) for the power supply of selective features; a surface (106) mounted on the power pad/base (101) that provides support and guides to the user to mount the utensil/appliance correctly so that the sockets (105) are matched properly; a saucepan (107) mounted on the on the top part of the power pad/ base
(101); at least one motor provided on an inner side of the bottom part (108) of the saucepan, the motor is installed for a pulsator (113) and a heating coil for the heating purpose; a support sticks (109) helps in keeping the saucepan (107) at its place on the power pad/base (101); a magnetic strip (110) provided to move the slide over the sockets (105), the magnetic strip (110) ensures that the sockets (105) are only opened when the appliance/utensil is installed on the power pad/base (101); and sockets of the appliance/utensil (111) that completes the overall circuit, and also the receivers of the controllers (104a, 104b).
2. The device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two controllers (104a, 104b) that helps the user to control the function’s performance such as rotation speed, the temperature and any other features.
3. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the power pad/base (101) is installed with features like a battery backup, and wireless controls in that case the switches is removed and an LCD display is installed.
4. The device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sockets (105) comprises two negative ports and two positive ports for the power supply of selective features. 5. The device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature and rotation of the heating coil is controlled by the two controllers (104 a, 104b) of the power pad/base (101).
6. The device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support sticks (109) helps to guide the user to install the device (100) so that the sockets (105) are matched properly.
7. The device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device (100) further comprises: an extended cavity (112) provided to ensure that incase the food starts to spill off, then the spilled food is collected in the extended cavity
(112).
8. The device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pulsator (113) helps in continuous stirring and a user controls the pulsator by the controller of the power pad/base.
9. The device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device (100) further comprises: a main frame of a food cleaner cum washer (114), a bottom side (115) of the cleaner cum washer (114) where the bevel gears with motor and a heating mantle are fixed; a silicon basket (116) placed inside the food cleaner cum washer
(114); a lid (117) provided to the food cleaner cum washer (114); a UV light (118) installed inside the food cleaner cum washer (114) to clean the germs and microbes from the food surface; a water inlet pipe (119) and a water outlet pipe (120) provided in the food cleaner cum washer (114) for the water inflow and outflow; a plate-shaped pulsator (121) provided inside the food cleaner cum washer (114) to induce a whirlpool motion of water for washing, the plate shaped pulsator (121) that also act as a base to keep food on to sterilize with the help of UV Lights (118); a long brush (122) with soft bristles provided in the food cleaner cum washer (114) that helps in scrubbing off the extra dust from the surfaces of food; a bevel gear (123) provided with the motor along with the heating mantle; a rubber plugs/buffers (124) provided on the bottom surface of the device (100) to make a firm grip on the ground/surface; and a place for circuits and a control board’s wirings (126), a battery housing (127), and a wire housing (128) are provided in the internal sections of the power pad/base (101).
