本文件涉及区块链技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于区块链的数据处理方法及装置。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,电子票据已得到广泛应用,电子票据与普通纸质票据一样具有税务机构统一发放的编码,因此与普通纸质票据具有同样的凭据效力,但电子票据在开票、报销等各个环节相比普通纸质票据都更加便捷,在使用票据进行费用报销的过程中,首先需要填写报销申请单据等电子报表,然后将填写完毕的报销申请单据提交给审核人员进行审核,审核通过后对票据进行报销,整个报销过程比较繁琐,报销过程中往往会出现票据项目类型填写错误等情况,申请票据报销的人员和审核人员都需要花费较多的时间和精力。

本说明书提供的一种基于区块链的数据处理方法实施例:参照图1,其示出了本实施例提供的一种基于区块链的数据处理方法处理流程图,参照图2,其示出了本实施例提供的一种应用于机构报销场景的基于区块链的数据处理方法处理流程图。
参照图1,本实施例提供的基于区块链的数据处理方法,应用于区块链中的区块链节点,所述区块链用于存证机构成员基于机构的报销码进行支付后获得的支付记录和电子票据;所述方法具体包括步骤S102至步骤S108。
步骤S102,在所述机构成员的核销条件被触发后,在所述区块链中查询所述机构成员的报销支付事件的支付记录和电子票据。
本实施例提供的基于区块链的数据处理方法,以区块链为核心,借助区块链的数据存证,利用区块链存证机构成员使用报销码进行支付后获得的支付记录和电子票据,对机构成员的报销支付事件进行组合,并对获得组合的待核销数据进行核销,生成机构成员的报销单,最终从报销单出发进行机构的记账处理,从而获得用于进行税务报销处理的记账凭证,避免了机构与机构员工之间因对账产生的信任问题,提升了机构与机构员工之间的信任度,同时也避免了机构账务被篡改,提升了机构记账的可信度。
本实施例所述机构,包括企业、事业单位、社会团体、企业等各种形式的组织,此外,机构不仅包括本级组织,还包括机构的内部组织,比如企业部门或者分部。所述机构成员包括机构工作人员以及相关人员。
所述报销码,是指机构为机构成员的支付、开票、报销所设置的机构码,该机构码能够唯一标识机构,机构码的存在形式可以是二维码、条形码、声音码等标识码。通过该报销码可实现支付、开票、报销的一体化处理。除此之外,所述报销码还可以用于标识机构成员在机构的成员身份,比如将报销码用作企业员工的数字工牌,企业员工可已报销码为凭证领取企业发放的福利和补贴。
所述核销条件,是指触发对所述机构成员的报销支付记录或者行为进行核销的触发条件。所述机构成员的核销条件,包括下述至少一项:所述机构针对所述报销码向所述机构成员分配的报销额度被用尽,所述机构成员的报销支付事件的票据申请控件被触发;其中,所述票据申请控件配置于所述报销支付事件支付完成后生成的支付完成页。
本实施例中,所述区块链还用于存证所述机构的机构标识,以及所述机构与机构成员的关联关系;具体的,在所述区块链存证所述机构成员的支付记录和电子票据之前,对所述机构的机构标识以及所述机构与机构成员的关联关系进行上链存证,具体在上链存证过程中,在检测到所述机构的报销码开通申请且成功生成所述报销码的情况下,获取所述机构的机构标识和所述机构的机构成员的成员标识;建立所述机构标识与所述成员标识的关 联关系,并将所述机构标识和所述关联关系上传至所述区块链。
本实施例提供的一种可选实施方式中,在开通所述机构的报销码的过程中,基于所述报销码开通请求检测所述机构是否为认证机构,或者提交所述报销码开通请求的机构成员是否为所述机构的机构所有人(比如企业主);若是,若是,生成所述报销码并向所述机构或者提交所述报销码开通请求的机构成员下发,以及,建立所述机构与提交的机构账户的绑定关系,以供后续机构成员在报销过程中从机构账户中进行扣款;若否,表明所述机构不符合报销码开通条件,不作处理即可或者向所述机构下发报销码开通失败的提醒信息。
在所述机构开通报销码的基础上,所述机构可主动邀请机构成员开放报销码的使用权限,以供机构成员在差旅、因公出行、招待、团建、办公采购、福利/补贴发放等场景中使用报销码进行支付、开票以及报销,所述机构主动邀请机构成员开放报销码的使用权限的过程具体包括:根据所述机构针对所述机构成员提交的开通请求,向所述机构成员发送所述报销码的开通邀约;在检测到所述机构成员针对所述开通邀约提交的确认指令的情况下,对所述机构成员进行核身处理;在核身处理通过的情况下,建立所述机构成员与所述机构的机构关键字信息的映射关系,并将所述映射关系上传至所述区块链。所述机构关键字信息包括机构的抬头信息。
所述机构在向机构成员开放所述报销码的使用权限之后,机构成员可通过第三方应用提供的报销码服务访问所述报销码,比如开通报销码权限的企业员工,可通过自身终端安装的支付应用的报销码服务来访问企业的报销码。所述报销支付事件,是指机构成员利用机构的报销码进行支付过程中触发的事件。
具体实施时,从所述区块链查询支付记录和电子票据的前提是,预先将支付记录和电子票据存储至所述区块链,因此,需在查询支付记录和电子票据之前,生成所述支付记录和电子票据并进行上链存证,具体的,所述报销支付事件的支付记录的生成以及上链存储具体包括:根据所述报销码配置的费控规则,对所述机构成员的报销支付事件进行费控核验;若费控核验通过,基于所述机构绑定的机构账户进行支付处理,获得所述报销支付事件的支付记录,并将所述支付记录上传至所述区块链。
除此之外,在费控核验未通过的情况下,为了确保机构成员的报销支付事件的处理不被中断,向所述机构成员下发报销失败的提醒信息,从所述机构成员的成员账户进行资金转出,并将转出资金转入商家的账户。
可选的,所述费控核验,采用如下方式实现:确定所述报销支付事件在所述费控规则的至少一个报销类目中匹配的目标报销类目;核验所述报销支付事件携带的要素信息是否处于所述目标报销类目关联的费控要素的取值区间内;若是,确定所述报销支付事件通过 所述目标报销类目的核验,即:对所述报销支付事件进行费控核验的核验结果为核验通过;若否,则确定所述报销支付事件未通过所述目标报销类目的核验,即:对所述报销支付事件进行费控核验的核验结果为核验未通过。
所述费控规则,用于核验机构成员提交的订单是否满足机构所设置的报销条件。比如企业的企业码可用于企业员工在差旅、因公出行、招待、团建、办公采购、福利/补贴发放等场景中支付使用,符合企业设置的报销条件的支付产生的扣费由企业承担,以此实现自动报销或者员工折扣。可选的,所述费控规则,配置有所述报销码的至少一个报销类目,且所述报销类目与至少一个费控要素关联;其中,所述费控要素包括下述至少一项:时间要素、标的合规要素、额度要素、位置要素。所述报销类目包括但不限于:差旅、因公出行、招待、团建、办公采购、福利/补贴发放。
其中,时间要素用于核验机构成员申请报销的消费时间是否满足机构规定;标的合规要素用于核验机构成员申请报销的消费对象是否满足机构规定,比如企业规定乘坐公司班车或者特定公交线路的公交车辆产生的费用可报销,如果企业员工乘坐的车辆不符合规定,则无法报销;额度要素用于核验机构成员申请报销的金额是否满足机构规定;位置要素用于核验机构成员申请报销的消费发生地的地理位置信息是否满足机构规定。
需要说明的是,本实施例为从机构侧提升机构对报销码服务的使用积极性,本实施例通过在报销码服务中引入金融机构,由机构在金融机构开通金融账户作为对机构成员的目标订单进行支付的实际资金支出方,然后由机构按照相应的账期向金融机构进行还款,本实施例提供的一种可选实施方式中,所述机构账户包括所述机构在金融机构开通的金融账户,比如资金账户、授信账户或者以账期结算方式进行结算的账期账户;相应的,所述基于所述机构绑定的机构账户进行支付处理,包括:按照所述报销支付事件携带的订单金额从所述金融账户进行资金转出,并将转出资金转入商家的账户;其中,从所述金融账户转出的资金由所述金融机构垫付,所述机构按照约定账期向所述金融机构偿还垫付资金。
具体在所述电子票据的开具处理过程中,可由票据开具机构在所述区块链中的票据节点进行电子票据的开具处理,也可由报销处理系统进行电子票据的开具处理,本实施例提供的一种可选实施方式中,所述电子票据,由所述区块链中票据开具机构的票据节点生成并上传,所述票据节点采用如下方式进行所述电子票据的开具处理:在所述区块链中查询与所述机构成员具有映射关系的机构关键字信息;根据所述机构关键字信息以及从所述区块链读取的所述报销支付事件的支付记录,开具所述报销支付事件的电子票据并进行上链处理。
本实施例提供的另一种可选实施方式中,所述电子票据由接入所述区块链节点的报销 处理系统上传,所述报销处理系统采用如下方式获取所述电子票据:根据所述报销码配置的费控规则,对所述机构成员的报销支付事件进行费控核验;若费控核验通过,基于所述机构绑定的机构账户进行支付处理,获得所述报销支付事件的支付记录;获取所述机构成员提交的电子票据,或者,将所述支付记录传入商家开通的票据申请链路,以生成所述报销支付事件的电子票据。
步骤S104,基于查询到的支付记录和电子票据进行报销支付事件的关联处理,获得待核销数据。
实际应用中,许多场景下存在多个报销支付事件合并报销的情况,以机构成员的因公出行场景为例,机构成员在一次因公出行行程中所有的报销支付事件可进行合并报销,或者,机构成员在一次因公出行行程中的多次乘车消费报销支付事件可进行合并报销,多次餐饮报销支付事件也可进行合并报销,针对于此,为提升报销处理的效率,本实施例提供的一种可选实施方式中,对所述报销支付事件进行关联处理,具体采用如下方式实现:根据多个报销支付事件的支付记录中包含的要素信息,分析多个报销支付事件之间的因公支付关系;基于所述因公支付关系将所述多个报销支付事件组合为因公支付事件,并确定所述因公支付事件的支付记录集合以及电子票据集合,作为所述待核销数据。
步骤S106,对所述待核销数据进行核销处理,生成所述机构成员的报销单并进行上链处理。
上述步骤对在所述区块链查询到的所述机构成员的支付记录和电子票据按照报销支付事件进行关联获得合并后的待核销数据之后,本步骤中,对所述待核销数据进行核销处理,生成所述机构成员的报销单,为后续步骤根据报销单进行记账处理进行数据准备,也即是为后续步骤根据所述机构成员的报销单,将报销单对应的指出列入机构开支进行数据准备。
步骤S108,根据所述报销单进行记账处理,并将获得的记账凭证上传至所述区块链以进行税务申报处理。
具体实施时,税务申报处理可由所述区块链中税务机构的税务节点执行,也可由接入所述区块链节点的机构系统或者第三方系统(比如,第三方税务平台、财务管理平台)执行。
其中,若税务申报处理由税务机构在所述区块链中的税务节点执行,所述税务节点执行的税务申报处理具体包括:从所述区块链读取所述机构的记账凭证,并基于所述记账凭证创建所述机构的申报表;基于所述申报表进行所述机构的税务申报处理,并将税务申报处理结果上传至所述区块链;所述机构通过所述区块链节点或者所述机构在所述区块链中的机构节点访问所述税务申报处理结果。
若税务申报处理由接入所述区块链节点的机构系统或者第三方系统执行,所述机构系统或者第三方系统采用如下方式进行税务申报处理:从所述区块链读取所述机构的记账凭证,并基于所述记账凭证创建所述机构的申报表;将所述申报表上传至所述区块链,以通过所述区块链将所述申报表传输至税务机构;或者,通过税务机构提供的数据接口传入所述申报表,并将所述数据接口返回的税务申报处理结果上传至所述区块链。
下述以本实施例提供的一种基于区块链的数据处理方法在机构报销场景的应用为例,对本实施例提供的基于区块链的数据处理方法进行进一步说明,参见图2,应用于机构报销场景的基于区块链的数据处理方法,具体包括步骤S202至步骤S218。
步骤S202,在检测到机构的报销码开通申请且成功生成报销码的情况下,建立机构的机构标识与机构成员的成员标识的关联关系,并将机构标识和关联关系上链存证。
步骤S204,根据报销码配置的费控规则,对机构成员的报销支付事件进行费控核验。
步骤S206,若费控核验通过,基于机构绑定的机构账户进行支付处理,获得报销支付事件的支付记录并进行上链存证。
步骤S208,根据机构关键字信息以及从区块链读取的报销支付事件的支付记录,开具报销支付事件的电子票据并进行上链处理。
该机构关键字信息与机构成员具有映射关系,并且,该机构关键字信息同样基于区块链进行链上存储。
步骤S210,在机构成员的核销条件被触发后,在区块链中查询机构成员的报销支付事件的支付记录和电子票据。
步骤S212,基于查询到的支付记录和电子票据进行报销支付事件的关联处理,获得待核销数据。

在20世纪30年代,对于一个技术的改进可以很明显地区分是硬件上的改进(例如,对二极管、晶体管、开关等电路结构的改进)还是软件上的改进(对于方法流程的改进)。然而,随着技术的发展,当今的很多方法流程的改进已经可以视为硬件电路结构的直接改进。设计人员几乎都通过将改进的方法流程编程到硬件电路中来得到相应的硬件电路结构。因此,不能说一个方法流程的改进就不能用硬件实体模块来实现。例如,可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)(例如现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA))就是这样一种集成电路,其逻辑功能由用户对器件编程来确定。由设计人员自行编程来把一个数字系统“集成”在一片PLD上,而不需要请芯片制造厂商来设计和制作专用的集成电路芯片。而且,如今,取代手工地制作集成电路芯片,这种编程也多半改用“逻辑编译器(logic compiler)”软件来实现,它与程序开发撰写时所用的软件编译器相类似,而要编译之前的原始代码也得用特定的编程语言来撰写,此称之为硬件描述语言(Hardware Description Language,HDL),而HDL也并非仅有一种,而是有许多种,如ABEL(Advanced Boolean Expression Language)、AHDL(Altera Hardware Description  Language)、Confluence、CUPL(Cornell University Programming Language)、HDCal、JHDL(Java Hardware Description Language)、Lava、Lola、MyHDL、PALASM、RHDL(Ruby Hardware Description Language)等,目前最普遍使用的是VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)与Verilog。本领域技术人员也应该清楚,只需要将方法流程用上述几种硬件描述语言稍作逻辑编程并编程到集成电路中,就可以很容易得到实现该逻辑方法流程的硬件电路。
控制器可以按任何适当的方式实现,例如,控制器可以采取例如微处理器或处理器以及存储可由该(微)处理器执行的计算机可读程序代码(例如软件或固件)的计算机可读介质、逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器的形式,控制器的例子包括但不限于以下微控制器:ARC 625D、Atmel AT91SAM、Microchip PIC18F26K20以及Silicone Labs C8051F320,存储器控制器还可以被实现为存储器的控制逻辑的一部分。本领域技术人员也知道,除了以纯计算机可读程序代码方式实现控制器以外,完全可以通过将方法步骤进行逻辑编程来使得控制器以逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器等的形式来实现相同功能。因此这种控制器可以被认为是一种硬件部件,而对其内包括的用于实现各种功能的装置也可以视为硬件部件内的结构。或者甚至,可以将用于实现各种功能的装置视为既可以是实现方法的软件模块又可以是硬件部件内的结构。
上述实施例阐明的系统、装置、模块或单元,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。一种典型的实现设备为计算机。具体的,计算机例如可以为个人计算机、膝上型计算机、蜂窝电话、相机电话、智能电话、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、导航设备、电子邮件设备、游戏控制台、平板计算机、可穿戴设备或者这些设备中的任何设备的组合。
为了描述的方便,描述以上装置时以功能分为各种单元分别描述。当然,在实施本说明书实施例时可以把各单元的功能在同一个或多个软件和/或硬件中实现。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本说明书一个或多个实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本说明书一个或多个实施例可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本说明书可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本说明书是参照根据本说明书实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一 流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所 述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
本说明书一个或多个实施例可以在由计算机执行的计算机可执行指令的一般上下文中描述,例如程序模块。一般地,程序模块包括执行特定任务或实现特定抽象数据类型的例程、程序、对象、组件、数据结构等等。也可以在分布式计算环境中实践本说明书的一个或多个实施例,在这些分布式计算环境中,由通过通信网络而被连接的远程处理设备来执行任务。在分布式计算环境中,程序模块可以位于包括存储设备在内的本地和远程计算机存储介质中。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种基于区块链的数据处理方法,应用于区块链中的区块链节点,所述区块链用于存证机构成员基于机构的报销码进行支付后获得的支付记录和电子票据;所述方法包括:
    在所述机构成员的核销条件被触发后,在所述区块链中查询所述机构成员的报销支付事件的支付记录和电子票据;
    基于查询到的支付记录和电子票据进行报销支付事件的关联处理,获得待核销数据;
    对所述待核销数据进行核销处理,生成所述机构成员的报销单并进行上链处理;
    根据所述报销单进行记账处理,并将获得的记账凭证上传至所述区块链以进行税务申报处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述区块链还用于存证所述机构的机构标识,以及所述机构与机构成员的关联关系;所述方法还包括:
    在检测到所述机构的报销码开通申请且成功生成所述报销码的情况下,获取所述机构的机构标识和所述机构的机构成员的成员标识;
    建立所述机构标识与所述成员标识的关联关系,并将所述机构标识和所述关联关系上传至所述区块链。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述机构的报销码,采用如下方式开通:
    基于所述报销码开通请求检测所述机构是否为认证机构,或者提交所述报销码开通请求的机构成员是否为所述机构的机构所有人;
    若是,生成所述报销码并向所述机构或者提交所述报销码开通请求的机构成员下发,以及,建立所述机构与提交的机构账户的绑定关系。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述在所述机构成员的核销条件被触发后,在所述区块链中查询所述机构成员的报销支付事件的支付记录和电子票据步骤执行之前,还包括:
    根据所述报销码配置的费控规则,对所述机构成员的报销支付事件进行费控核验;
    若费控核验通过,基于所述机构绑定的机构账户进行支付处理,获得所述报销支付事件的支付记录,并将所述支付记录上传至所述区块链。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,还包括:
    根据所述机构针对所述机构成员提交的开通请求,向所述机构成员发送所述报销码的开通邀约;
    在检测到所述机构成员针对所述开通邀约提交的确认指令的情况下,对所述机构成员进行核身处理;
    在核身处理通过的情况下,建立所述机构成员与所述机构的机构关键字信息的映射关系,并将所述映射关系上传至所述区块链。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述电子票据,由所述区块链中票据开具机构的票据节点生成并上传,所述票据节点采用如下方式进行所述电子票据的开具处理:
    在所述区块链中查询与所述机构成员具有映射关系的机构关键字信息;
    根据所述机构关键字信息以及从所述区块链读取的所述报销支付事件的支付记录,开具所述报销支付事件的电子票据并进行上链处理。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述机构成员的核销条件,包括下述至少一项:
    所述机构针对所述报销码向所述机构成员分配的报销额度被用尽,所述机构成员的报销支付事件的票据申请控件被触发;
    其中,所述票据申请控件配置于所述报销支付事件支付完成后生成的支付完成页。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述电子票据由接入所述区块链节点的报销处理系统上传,所述报销处理系统采用如下方式获取所述电子票据:
    根据所述报销码配置的费控规则,对所述机构成员的报销支付事件进行费控核验;
    若费控核验通过,基于所述机构绑定的机构账户进行支付处理,获得所述报销支付事件的支付记录;
    获取所述机构成员提交的电子票据,或者,将所述支付记录传入商家开通的票据申请链路,以生成所述报销支付事件的电子票据。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述基于查询到的支付记录和电子票据进行报销支付事件的关联处理,获得待核销数据,包括:
    根据多个报销支付事件的支付记录中包含的要素信息,分析多个报销支付事件之间的因公支付关系;
    基于所述因公支付关系将所述多个报销支付事件组合为因公支付事件,并确定所述因公支付事件的支付记录集合以及电子票据集合,作为所述待核销数据。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述税务申报处理由所述区块链中税务机构的税务节点执行,所述税务节点执行的税务申报处理包括:
    从所述区块链读取所述机构的记账凭证,并基于所述记账凭证创建所述机构的申报 表;
    基于所述申报表进行所述机构的税务申报处理,并将税务申报处理结果上传至所述区块链;所述机构通过所述区块链节点或者所述机构在所述区块链中的机构节点访问所述税务申报处理结果。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述税务申报处理,由接入所述区块链节点的机构系统或者第三方系统执行,所述机构系统或者第三方系统采用如下方式进行税务申报处理:
    从所述区块链读取所述机构的记账凭证,并基于所述记账凭证创建所述机构的申报表;
    将所述申报表上传至所述区块链,以通过所述区块链将所述申报表传输至税务机构;或者,通过税务机构提供的数据接口传入所述申报表,并将所述数据接口返回的税务申报处理结果上传至所述区块链。
  12. 根据权利要求4或8所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述费控核验,采用如下方式实现:
    确定所述报销支付事件在所述费控规则的至少一个报销类目中匹配的目标报销类目;
    核验所述报销支付事件携带的要素信息是否处于所述目标报销类目关联的费控要素的取值区间内;
    若是,确定所述报销支付事件通过所述目标报销类目的核验。
  13. 根据权利要求4或8所述的基于区块链的数据处理方法,所述机构账户包括所述机构在金融机构开通的金融账户;
    相应的,所述基于所述机构绑定的机构账户进行支付处理,包括:
    按照所述报销支付事件携带的订单金额从所述金融账户进行资金转出,并将转出资金转入商家的账户;
    其中,从所述金融账户转出的资金由所述金融机构垫付,所述机构按照约定账期向所述金融机构偿还垫付资金。
  14. 一种基于区块链的数据处理装置,运行于区块链中的区块链节点,所述区块链用于存证机构成员基于机构的报销码进行支付后获得的支付记录和电子票据;所述装置包括:
    事件数据查询模块,被配置为在所述机构成员的核销条件被触发后,在所述区块链中查询所述机构成员的报销支付事件的支付记录和电子票据;
    事件关联模块,被配置为基于查询到的支付记录和电子票据进行报销支付事件的关联处理,获得待核销数据;
    核销处理模块,被配置为对所述待核销数据进行核销处理,生成所述机构成员的报销单并进行上链处理;
    记账处理模块,被配置为根据所述报销单进行记账处理,并将获得的记账凭证上传至所述区块链以进行税务申报处理。
  15. 一种基于区块链的数据处理设备,包括:
    处理器;以及,被配置为存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述计算机可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器:
    在机构成员的核销条件被触发后,在区块链中查询所述机构成员的报销支付事件的支付记录和电子票据;所述区块链用于存证机构成员基于机构的报销码进行支付后获得的支付记录和电子票据;
    基于查询到的支付记录和电子票据进行报销支付事件的关联处理,获得待核销数据;
    对所述待核销数据进行核销处理,生成所述机构成员的报销单并进行上链处理;
    根据所述报销单进行记账处理,并将获得的记账凭证上传至所述区块链以进行税务申报处理。
  16. 一种存储介质,用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令在被执行时实现以下流程:
    在机构成员的核销条件被触发后,在区块链中查询所述机构成员的报销支付事件的支付记录和电子票据;所述区块链用于存证机构成员基于机构的报销码进行支付后获得的支付记录和电子票据;
    基于查询到的支付记录和电子票据进行报销支付事件的关联处理,获得待核销数据;
    对所述待核销数据进行核销处理,生成所述机构成员的报销单并进行上链处理;
    根据所述报销单进行记账处理,并将获得的记账凭证上传至所述区块链以进行税务申报处理。
