Abstract

The present invention provides a bedding drying device capable of improving use convenience in a structure for suppressing hanging of bedding. The bedding drying device (1) comprises: a device body (2) having a drying chamber (2B) for supplying warm air; a trolley (3) which is stored in the drying chamber (2B) in such a manner that the trolley can be pulled out, and provided with a placement portion (22) and a pressing member (31); and a linkage mechanism (40). The placement portion (22) is provided with an inner space (22B) serving as a passage for warm air, and a surface portion (22C) which is provided with vent holes (22A) in communication with the inner space (22B) and contacts bedding (P). The pressing member (31) is movable between a pressing position for pressing the bedding (P) on the placement portion (22) against the surface portion (22C) and a release position that is farther from the surface portion (22C) than the pressing position. The linkage mechanism (40) moves in union with pull-out of the trolley (3) from the drying chamber (2B) to move the pressing member (31) to the release position, and moves in union with storage of the trolley (3) into the drying chamber (2B) to move the pressing member (31) to the pressing position.
