服装熨烫现在主要有平烫和挂烫两种方式,比如吸风烫台和挂烫机,这两种设备都存在工作效率低,自动化程度低、人工成本高、使用环境差(由于蒸汽外泄温度高)等缺点。目前也出现了一些依靠大风力蒸汽直吹衣服,通过大风力将衣服吹平的大型熨烫设备,但这种设备又存在造价太高等问题。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种工作效率高、自动化程度高、使用环境好、且成本低廉的服装自动熨烫机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案。

本实施例的服装自动熨烫机还包括与熨烫区1相接的烘干区2,烘干区2用于对熨烫后的衣服5进行烘干,烘干区2设有烘干抽风风机24、循环管道25、发热组件26和过滤网27。发热组件26位于烘干区2的顶部,过滤网27位于发热组件26的下方,烘干抽风风机24位于烘干区2的底部,循环管道25与烘干抽风风机24连接并通向烘干区2的顶部。烘干抽风风机24将烘干区2的空气抽至烘干区2的顶部通过发热组件26加热后再通过过滤网27再送入烘干区2内,形成循环风。
本实施例的服装自动熨烫机还包括与烘干区2相接的冷却区3,冷却区3用于对烘干后的衣服5进行冷却,冷却区3设有冷却抽风风机28,冷却区3内的顶部设有过滤网27,冷却抽风风机28将冷却区3的风抽至外部,使冷却区3内的空气流动进行冷却降温。
参见图6、图7,循环输送装置4包括链传动机构29、循环导轨30以及用来悬挂衣架31的挂钩部件32,链传动机构29水平布置,由电机33驱动运行。循环导轨30沿着链传动机构29的链条对应布置,挂钩部件32与链条连接并滑设于循环导轨30上。参见图3,循环导轨30依次从熨烫区1、烘干区2、冷却区3穿过,并经外部循环回到熨烫区1。工作时,衣服5在熨烫区1前挂上循环导轨30,依次经过熨烫区1、烘干区2、冷却区3,从冷却区3出来后从循环导轨30上取下。
图8所示的实施例2的服装自动熨烫机,大体结构与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:其扩展部件18主要由位于熨烫工位衣服5上方的吹风管34构成,熨烫区1顶部设有吹风风机35,吹风管34朝向衣服5的衣领口吹风,风穿过衣服5内部到达衣服5下摆时将衣服5下摆口吹开。
图9所示的实施例3的服装自动熨烫机,大体结构与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:其扩展部件18集成于撑衣组件16上,撑衣组件16的两根撑杆19为中空管道,通过吹风软管外接吹风风机35(图中省略未示),中空管道的顶端朝向衣服5的下摆口吹风,直接将衣服5的下摆口吹开。该实施例中,中空管道的撑杆19即构成扩展部件18。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种服装自动熨烫机,其特征在于:包括熨烫区(1)和循环输送装置(4),循环输送装置(4)用于将悬挂的衣服(5)送入熨烫区(1)内,熨烫区(1)内设有蒸汽熨烫装置(6)、撑衣装置(7)和限位开关(8),所述蒸汽熨烫装置(6)位于熨烫工位,所述撑衣装置(7)用来将衣服(5)横向撑开展平,所述限位开关(8)用来对运输至熨烫工位的衣服(5)进行定位;所述蒸汽熨烫装置(6)包括烫板组件(9)和用来驱动烫板组件(9)做升降运动的直线驱动器(10),所述烫板组件(9)包括两块呈对称布置且间隔一定距离的蒸汽烫板(11),所述蒸汽烫板(11)外接蒸汽源,所述蒸汽烫板(11)面向衣服(5)的一侧设有蒸汽喷孔(13),衣服(5)运输至熨烫工位时,两块蒸汽烫板(11)刚好位于衣服(5)的前后两侧;所述撑衣装置(7)包括可横向伸展将衣服(5)撑开展平的撑衣组件(16)和用于将撑衣组件(16)从衣服(5)下摆口送入衣服(5)内的z轴驱动器(17)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的服装自动熨烫机,其特征在于:所述撑衣装置(7)还包括用于将衣服(5)下摆口扩展开的扩展部件(18)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的服装自动熨烫机,其特征在于:所述扩展部件(18)包括两组呈对称布置的负压吸盘(22),两组负压吸盘(22)刚好位于熨烫工位的衣服(5)下摆的前后两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的服装自动熨烫机,其特征在于:所述扩展部件(18)包括位于熨烫工位衣服(5)上方的吹风管(34),所述吹风管(34)朝向衣服(5)的衣领口吹风。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的服装自动熨烫机,其特征在于:所述扩展部件(18)集成于撑衣组件(16)上,所述撑衣组件(16)包括两根竖直布置的撑杆(19)以及用来带动两根撑杆(19)做横向相对运动的x轴驱动器(20),所述撑杆(19)为外接风机的中空管道,中空管道的顶端朝向衣服(5)的下摆口吹风,所述中空管道构成所述扩展部件(18)。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的服装自动熨烫机,其特征在于:所述撑衣组件(16)包括两根竖直布置的撑杆(19)以及用来带动两根撑杆(19)做横向相对运动的x轴驱动器(20)。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的服装自动熨烫机,其特征在于:所述蒸汽烫板(11)面向衣服(5)的一侧还设有用来与衣服(5)接触的软毛刷(14)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的服装自动熨烫机,其特征在于:还包括与熨烫区(1)相接的烘干区(2),所述烘干区(2)用于对熨烫后的衣服(5)进行烘干,所述烘干区(2)设有烘干抽风风机(24)、循环管道(25)和发热组件(26),所述发热组件(26)位于烘干区(2)的顶部,所述烘干抽风风机(24)位于烘干区(2)的底部,所述烘干抽风风机(24)将烘干区(2)的空气抽至烘干区(2)的顶部通过发热组件(26)加热后又送入烘干区(2)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的服装自动熨烫机,其特征在于:还包括与烘干区(2)相接的冷却区(3),所述冷却区(3)用于对烘干后的衣服(5)进行冷却,所述冷却区(3)设有冷却抽风风机(28)。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的服装自动熨烫机,其特征在于:所述循环输送装置(4)包括链传动机构(29)、循环导轨(30)以及用来悬挂衣架(31)的挂钩部件(32),所述链传动机构(29)水平布置,所述循环导轨(30)沿着链传动机构(29)的链条对应布置,所述挂钩部件(32)与所述链条连接并滑设于循环导轨(30)上。
